misroch: [they raise a flyswatter and are engulfed in a cartoonish cloud of dust with limbs and kitchen implements flying around in it. sfx banging pots and pans, cat yowls, etc. when the dust clears they're heaving and shaking and covered in blood. the spider is skittering away, clearly unharmed.]
