Does ANBU have an initiation ritual? For example, in order to be accepted in, you have to steal a pair of underwear from the home of an enemy shinobi?

There definitely should be such a ritual but no, not that I know of.

Do you ever get dog hair inside your mask, and you want to get it out as it's itchy, but your students are watching? Do you say, "Hey, look over there!" to distract them?

Yare ne. I can’t say that it sits well with me to divulge all of my secrets like this.

If you must know, my Ninken are very well groomed and don’t shed as often as a regular canine would. Should I find myself in such an uncomfortable position however, I’m lucky enough that my cute students are way too preoccupied with each other to note what little, old me might be up to (cue flashbacks of Sasuke and Naruto rolling around in the dirt trying to land a hit on each other, while Sakura-chan fussed over a gangly, discarded scarf that she knitted for the sole Uchiha, only to have it singed by a wayward fireball technique. Yokai. The lot of them). 

That being said I am a /shinobi/ and not opposed to using an underhanded method or two. If anything it will serve as a learning curve for the Genin who fell for such a silly trick. A ninja must see underneath the underneath, hm?

Unpopular Opinions | @asagao-onna

I’m obviously not huge in canon...in like any TV show I have ever watched. But for the Naruto canon I especially hate it, mostly where it concerns the Sannin because well reasons I’ve mentioned before. But also because it’s so fucked up? Of course there is a few things I like but so much of it hurts, it should hurt that much and make me cry! They work so hard constantly and for what? Not to earn the happiness and love they so deserve?!

Canon also sucks because I need time lines. More information. Little things nobody will care about. I want all the details and more. I want the backstories instead of having to write our own. I want to know their emotions, to feel them. Canon I feel like always misses so much. Especially with minor characters who have and play an important rule in Naruto’s life.

Panty raid? Now that’s pretty juvenile, even for him! Not that it means he actually occupies any sort of high ground on the matter. Of course not!

Kimimaro generates a bone dagger from his right palm when Anko approaches him. Isn’t she Orochimaru-sama’s first disciple, who then left him and refused to follow him? What would she want with Kimimaro except to fight him? But when she reaches him, she only hands him one of the asagao flowers she carries. It is wide like the bell of a trumpet, deep blue with five white lines that radiate from the center like Kimimaro’s bones in combat.

“Thank you!” He takes the flower with his left hand, keeping the armed right one lowered. “What is this for?”
