Day 7 of the wonderful confident + visible empath retreat from Veronica krestow. 💚

Still enjoying this retreat!!

Today was all about expressing and healing from, through and with your body 🧘‍♀️

Such luminous souls! Really feeling the healing from their energies, their words and their experience ❤️

At some point, while listening to @thepoemdances , I felt like I had to start painting. No previous writing, no prayers, no asking for help, just straight to the paints. 🎨

I grabbed the cherry red and started spreading it in the sort of same way as I feed the last 3 paintings, that shows me that there is a continuous message, a healing 😍

Then I used gold (abundance) white (the light, Source), red (love, passion) , and finally orange (inner fire).

It's funny as lately, I can give my own signification to the colours I use.

I'm not sure yet what this cherry red means for me as it is a new one , exciting ! 🥰

So this painting has some lovely messages and energy for me.

Fehu Rune - abundance, trust, and creative force

Runes teach how to create certain emotional and mental states.

The reason they are so powerful is because they cut through the mental plane and work as vectors on the subconscious level.

Once you learn how to create certain states - you understand how the surrounding reality is being built.

Each state is not only defining our present moment, it is taking us somewhere else.

Some states are more fundamental than the others and thus they have a greater impact on our lives even though they may not be on the surface. 

Fehu is the first Rune of the Elder Futarkh. The state this rune creates is - the inner state of abundance! 

It is considered to be the Rhune of money, but it is crucial to understand that this rune only brings money that you feel you deserve, or the sum of money that is equal to your inner state of "this is enough for me''. 

It also brings protection to what you feel is yours! Having this symbol somewhere in your space makes your valuable assets (whatever they are) non - displaceable from you. 

Fehu symbolises fire that creates the spark for any successful beginning. It gives inspiration to things and ideas, and helps move things further if they are stagnant. 

On a deep psychology level, Fehu can be considered a Rune of trust to the present moment. It is from there that the feeling of abundance is being built.

When you trust, nobody can either take anything from you, nor add anything to your wellness, because you already feel that you have everything, be it in the sphere of finances, relationships, or inner harmony. 

Use this rune to learn this essential state of being. And you will see where it will get you across all spheres. 

PS. Drawing runes on yourself is not recommended for those who are not initiated. You can learn the Runic states by drawing it elsewhere or just having a piece of art with this rune in your space.

" Let the light in"

Today is a gray day for me. The weather is gray, my mood is gray, so my painting was very gloomy and ... gray ☺️

After a nice meditation, I set up my autel and painting accessories on my couch as I'm just too tired to move to the table.

I started to write what was on my mind: my helplessness, tiredness (physical and emotional after more than 2 months of almost constant pelvic pain), my anger at the world, the feeling of being alone in the world.... Etc. And asked for help.

I then painted the words tired, depressed and alone in dark green. And then the word PAIN in big, black paint.

Then felt like washing the paint in water with my brush, so the whole page was black, exactly like my mood.

Then added white and gold "light" ( paint, I like to symbolise the colours I use, as a way of expressing my emotions but also to use the colours as a sort of Alchemical and energetic vibration to the painting)

So everything turned gray. I then scraped the gray paint on the sides of the page , making a gray framed rectangle and added white paint inside, like pushing the grayness away with light.

Started to spread the white onto the gray frame, thus creating a light gray page. Then etched the words " let the light in" on the wet paint.

What a formidable transformative session 😍😍. It shows the incredible power of intuitive and healing painting as part of a spiritual practice. 💜🙏🏼

I now feel a little better, a little more positive. I'll take a light gray day, compared to a dark one.

The power of Solar Eclipses

Solar Eclipses are powerful energetic moments that have an extraordinary astrological potential.

Imagine that the entire planet loses its principal source of light completely (in case of a total eclipse of the sun) or partially for several minutes.

In very simple words, Solar Eclipse is the event when the Moon is passing between the Sun and the Earth, casting its shadow over our daytime luminary.

In the language of astrology, the Sun represents the main fundament of our psychic, the geyser of our life force and will. We are constantly under its mighty power. During the event, such as Solar Eclipse, this powerful flow of energy gets interrupted. All the programs and potentials (including the negative ones) are being switched off and on again.

A quick and forceful reset.

It is only natural that it can be a point in life where you can expect the most unpredictable.

But along with its destructive potential, it also brings the break free opportunity, the letting go, and the opening for the most daring things to happen.

Wherever the solar eclipse is falling, it will also touch at least the opposite house in your birth chart, and often one or two more.
