Got curious about a humanoid Papa Dragon so I made a lil sketchy sketch. And guess who learned how to keep tumblr from desaturating her drawings!

I want a sitcom styled storyline where he tries to be a good dad and make up for being a dead beat the past eternity but he constantly fails to connect to his kids but you love him for trying

there are 6 total comets in her wings, and they all signify characters that changed the course of history;

(her) LEFT WING, TOP: albatross! considering she felt his impact from across the ocean i thought it fitting to include him in this drawing

(her) LEFT WING, BOTTOM; (left to right) darkstalker, fathom, clearsight! they had to be included no questions asked

(her) RUGHT WING, BOTTOM; foeslayer and artic! i wanted to include both in with diamond at the top of the vision, but didnt want to because foeslayer and artic had a VERY different dynamic to what foeslayer and diamond had obvs….

BUT YEAH!! also in the vision, from bottom to top the characters included are:

- 6 potential dragonets with darkstalker

- sunstreak

- foeslayer

-diamond

all dragons she had intense prophetic visions about :)

So Yeah! thats my whole thought process thanks for listening :)

Every time fate greets fluffy fate, he gets tackled by her snoot. The fact fate comes out unscathed every single time is comedic and a miracle

I was recently inspired by my Red Dragon Cake picture, and decided to make a cake dedicated to the characters Foeslayer and Artic from the book series Wings of Fire!

I don't think these two ever got the chance to have a celebration dedicated to themselves, but I like to think that one day they would get some cake. Artic and Foeslayer were always interesting characters to me. We only got to see them through the eyes of there son who is. . . a rather unreliable narrator to say the least. So i imagined that there story was quite a bit more complex and nuanced then we the readers are led to believe.

Ok so normally Artic’s team is: Alolan Vulpix (her starter), Sylveon, Glaceon, Amaura, Gallade (w/ a Mega Stone), and Latias

But what if Buttermilk Daydreams Artic has a different team?

Right off the bat I’m thinking Cherubi for baking, Jumpluff for dandelions which reminds her of the Onceler <3, and Pidove as her inspiration for making wings!

And Deerling could be her starter! And maybe it’s named Minty in reference to Hummingmint!!

Which fits the themes of her story with trying new things and realizing just how much life there is to live!!!

Deerling was there for her since the beginning….. A super skittish pokemon and a girl leaving that house for the first time……

OK SO ON THAT NOTE I’ve always imagined the Onceler’s team as Mudbray (his starter Melvin), Swirlix (in reference to his sweet tooth and that big ol bag of marshmallows), and Sudowoodo!

He wanted to bring the barn cat Meowth along with him too, but his mom wouldn’t let him bc Meowth are so closely associated with money and success, and she wants that all for herself. Though I imagine this one was never born with a coin on its head

And maybe after meeting Artic, he gets a Sunflora! It could be a gift from her ouo

I just like to imagine these two traveling together, sitting at a campfire under the stars -u-

THE ONCELER CALLING HER CUTIEFLY............

They're not gunning for that Champion title, but they do have a few badges under their belt!

And maybe they prefer double battles so they can work together ouo! They go to Unova and get absolutely stomped by the Submas aksjfkd-

And coming up with cool inventions and starting a bakery!! Them designing all sorts of tasty and cute looking foods, finding home in each other <3

Omg their trainer class could be Inventor, or Baker while they're at work, or those lovely dovey Young Couple trainers when they’re fought together-

OOH what if the Onceler’s always had an interest in pokemon contests, but he never got the chance to do them bc his family would mock him for it-

Like he has plans for his outfit and everything and he’s been sewing it in secret for years, and it’s only until now that he’s found someone who supports him so he can go be the dazzling performer of his dreams!!!!!

AND HIS CONTEST COSTUME IS THE GREEN SUIT

AND HIS FAMILY IS JUST FLIPPING THROUGH CHANNELS WHEN THEY SEE HIM KILLING IT OUT THERE TO THEIR ABSOLUTE SHOCK

And Artic learns to make pokeblocks for his mons!!!!!

OMG WAITTTT the Onceler offering her to join him-

She’s a little nervous bc what if her family finds out where she’s been? His family saw him performing, after all, and they’ve been bombarding him with calls-

But you can’t live in fear forever. Those people don’t have power over you anymore. We’re safe here. Won’t you come dance with me?

A scene where he’s all in costume and one hand lifts up his glasses a little so you can see his eyes while the other hand is outstretched just for her……..

Maybe Artic’s contest costume is all steampunk in reference to the Biggering AU, and she uses her wings during the performance!!

And every once in a while, I like to imagine them having these magical little encounters with Shaymin ouo
