i've been working on this painting for over 3 months and i am exhausted 💀 so excited to be done with it. i'm really proud of it though!! it's definitely the most detailed painting i've done in quite some time.

I got my boss as my secret santa and while my lovely coworker set it up on Elfster with wishlists, my boss did not put a single damn thing on that list. So I decided to paint one of his pets. I got ahold of his girlfriend's number and asked for photos and she suggested his dog Jack Daniel.

Turns out painting the speckles on Cattle dogs is. The worst. Hope he likes it.
