Head’s up, guys! I’m almost ready for one of your art trade requests be sharing this month. Though it’ll be the first time I’ve gone through making art trades three times already. At least for one of my closest friends that I always ahead; in early days each month or less.

Anyways, here’s for @rafacaz4lisam2k4 ‘s request that featured these two OC couples. No surprise that they wanted to have their swapped clothes together. Isn’t it sweet?

If you're comfortable with it, I'd love to add your art piece to my starting soon screen on my twitch streams! But not mandatory if you don't want that.🙂

However, birthday theme is ALWAYS WELCOME!!🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 🎂 🥳 If this is your first art trade, I'll gladly walk you through it! But please note that if you do need or want to back out for any reason, you won't receive art either. I believe that's only fair.

Upgrading the 'polaroid magnet' idea of 2019 for 2023's Xmas card trades, these ones are made from wood and use actual magnets! Luxurious! |D All the poses are also referenced from actual party photos i've taken of other people, to add to the candid vibe lol.

The dreamcatcher is kind of a gag gift (yes the craft project i reffed here) for some friends. Since they don't have the ability to fight their nightmares i have offered to [try and] do it for them XD

Made from: Wooden craft polaroid (plus some backing MDF pieces), magnet, misc decorating items (glitter, wooden shapes, gel pens, paint etc). The dreamcatcher is just a storebought one with laminated paper mes wired to it

My gift for @mathpope from a recent discord “secret Santa” art exchange! I give you the great California Condor, king of North American vultures, lording over a megafaunal feast.

Some notes on the border art: the tree branch flourishes up top depict bristlecone trees, another unique Pleistocene holdover that clings to existence in remote parts of California. The insects in the curve of the mammoth tusks are condor lice (Colpocephalum californici), a parasite that fed exclusively on California condors and went extinct when the 22 birds left in existence were captured and de-loused for the breeding program to save their species. The woven art on the sides depicts two indigenous myths about condors, left side as a beneficial entity, saving humanity from a primordial flood (Wiyot), and right side as a bloodthirsty antagonist that gets beheaded by Ground Squirrel (Mono). The bones overhead (mammoth, moose, horse) are all Pleistocene megafauna that the condor would have been specialized in feeding on.

Had plenty of time before saving my Filipino bud’s request for the last. Do apologies of how often I’d keep my finished stuff in check. I’m promise I’ll be showing that for the right time.

Anyways, here’s a second time this month for 🐰🖌️Maxwell, 🐰👊💥May, 🦊⚽️Sam, and their mother having a luau together. Sure wish their father would’ve like to join in, but he’s been taking a banana break for lunch. 🍌😋

So instead, it’s 🐱Shadow R who’s happily to join in with the Rabbits Family. Look how getting along; even at the most hot weather throughout this year. At least nothing too bad for them; unlike me and family had been staying indoors recently. 😓 Lucky, you guys.

(BTW, I’ve changed up to Shadow R’s adult size. It was a suggestion after asking @carmenramcat and for his recent posts. A bit confused I’ve recently make his appearance in child size from past years.)
