Damian? Good at the assassin side of things, at least for a four year old, but Danyal? He’s okay, but he’s far better at things like poisons and bookkeeping. Which is honestly? Okay. They’re the League of Shadows, and sure a majority of the members are assassins, but it’s definitely not all there are. So? Danyal starts getting medical training.
Not to say that either of the boys don’t know their fair share of violence and healing- it’s just better to let them play to their strengths. One doesn’t keep a league over centuries if they just have one type of warrior, or even just warriors. A variety is needed.
So one gets trained more towards the business side of things. Damian may be better at wielding the weapons and killing- even if neither have had their first kill quite yet- but Danyal shows far more proficiency at acting, at masking who he is and gathering information.
Damian, when he’s first sent to their Father, doesn’t mention his twin. Not because he’s jealous or hates him or anything like that. You just don’t talk about someone in an undercover mission in the League, and it’s not something he realizes isn’t a rule everywhere.
Needless to say, the Bats have more than a mild freakout the first time Damian mentions a twin who will be coming to the manor now that his mission is over.

Still includes about a dozen case studies featuring escape homes and owners who live according to these aforementioned principles, enlightening readers as to why they chose this path and how it has benefitted their lives.
Abusive parents will go 'Oh yeah? Well I had it worse! My parents were bad!' and it's like, Oh? We can acknowledge that your parents were bad? You can say that? You can say they treated you very badly? You know this and are aware of this?
And yet, when raising your own child, you used their methods and decided that you are the victim here? That it's okay because they've done it 'worse'? You're comfortable telling your children that they're paying for however you've been treated, and that you specifically had your children to expose them to all of the bad things that happened to you? The world feels fair to you if your own children are suffering? That's where you take your power?
Your parents were bad and you know this, so you went ahead and became a bad parent on purpose, and you're thinking you're the victim in all this?
I'm loving Toshiro's concern for Soul Society here. First he was the only one warning about the consequences of Gerard falling off, and now he blows like half of his remaining power on freezing a walled city together to keep it from falling down on the people below. That's incredibly noble, and not something I'd imagine some of his fellow captains would do even if they had the power to do it.
I'm glad Bendy is slowly — but surely — growing out of his hyper-protective and thus demanding personality traits; I'm happy to see that Bendy wants to keep on doing better, and not only does he do his best to be better than he was acting before, but understands that it's hard, it's always gonna be hard but still keeps pushing. He doesn't let the difficulty of the situation topple him
He is doing his best, and I'm immensely proud of him
Okay there was no need for the body shaming this season
It was bad enough that they chose to do that at all but its clear Netflix have no idea what a human being looks like
When Diego lost his shirt I expected there to at least be a little bit of pudge but instead he is mega ripped and there isn’t an ounce of fat on him . If anything his gear didnt fit him because he gained muscle.
Do you know how specific scent training is? Like if you train a dog to find mallards they can find other ducks, but they're not going to indicate at sparrows for instance. So how specific is it?
Hi! So short answer - depends on the dog and how well they contextualize.
If you have a dog predisposed to finding birds, they're probably going to find all birds and then generally learn which ones you (the human) care about. So say for example your dog shows you a crow, a sparrow, a mallard, a teal, and a finch. You reward the mallard and the teal, and you ignore the others. Eventually your dog will release that you only care about some birds and their indication on crows and sparrows amd finches will fade.
If, on the other hand, you have to teach a dog to indicate birds from scratch, you might have to contextualize more. So you'd teach your dog that you reward when they look at ducks in a pond, and then they'd seek out ducks in a pond (hopefully). Then you'd have to teach that you reward when they find ducks in a field. Then ducks on a path in the woods. Then you might have to teach them that you don't care about herons in the pond. And so on and on, depending how quickly they understand what you're rewarding.
It really depends on what connection your dog makes in their puppy brain, and there isn't a good way to control that. But it's a fun thing to try anyway, especially if it's something you and your dog find enriching!
That made me realize a lot about how bad I was actually doing and how much of a Waffle House Index use of Pinterest is for adult me, apparently.
I hadn’t realized it had grown that foundational to me in a healthy-brain-exercise-and-hobby-joy way. Nice to know moving forward! It’s another sign I can keep track of and use to spot correlation/indicator patterns earlier my behavior.
I love this kind of thing, it makes me so excited!
Guillermo "letting the sun shine on Nandor's coffin" "I keep stakes and holy water in my minifridge if I ever feel disrespected" "I'm faking being trapped in a cage and using what I hear Nandor say to convince him to not kill me and also lying about being hypnotized" "escaping from a room where I could take a well deserved nap to use the cloak of duplication to talk to some random woman and calling Nandor my best friend after being locked up by him twice" "forcing Nandor to come home from the Wellness center even if at that point it was delusional not harmful" "fighting him because he wants to leave me and I have to show that he would be nothing without me" "enabling him to pursue a clearly flawed process of getting a lover and standing by him morphing Marwa into someone else and only getting mad when he interferes with my relationship" "calling the vampires my family after all the mistreatment I suffered and the innumerable deaths and agony I witnessed in the last decade and wanting to be exactly like them" de la Cruz isn't as much of a victim as people make him out to be, he literally quits being familiar adjacent at the end of season 4 because he’s BORED, my man is a menace he's a cold blooded serial killer that would sell out anyone anytime, that after being accepted by his biological family of vampire hunters for being gay and after Nadja contemplates killing them he still chooses the vampires over them, he's insane, he knows his situation and how bad it looks and he doesn’t care because he’s being himself in the most truthful way. this is who he is.
first of yeah i hate when people try to use any sort of disability as punishment for characters in stories
as for most attractive ppl
1. Jean Moreau sad boy tall sad and French he would match my crazy and my mental state and i mean this in the unhinged tumblr way
2. literary any character that is strong and beffy as fuck so might as well just put riko here i am very attracted to strong and athletic individuals so really anyone woudl fit here but this is kings spot now
3. Jeremy Knox fake blondes with tan, it's very unusual look at least in my city/environment and tbh considered bit "trashy" but i personally love people who don't match 100% to fashion/beauty standards
4. Renee i don;t need to explain just Renee
5. Probably some raven I am really NOT PICKY tbh like appearance is such miniscule thing? I more care about someone's choices of fashion and how they carry themselves
.... no kevin on this list because he is such basic ass white boy even with all the queer diva aesthetic this fandom puts on him sorry he is way too normie
BAHAHA kevin is a glossy two page magazine spread he cannot run from this hes very conventional and classic….. but i do love that about him 🫡 between him and jeremy we can make a fashion magazine for aspiring boys next door
ALSO CRAZY THAT YOUD WANT JEAN i am genuinely like. after having read into jeans mind i can understand the deliciousness of him as a concept but we could not coexist i do not think he is just too pathetic i cant do it… famously the only man ive ever considered being with was meek and submissive which i guess is a point on jeans part but i dont know. hes really crazy. i wouldnt get on this ride at all knowing how loose the screws are
Whether it was a deliberate effect or not, the green of Argo's padded jacket and the dun brown of his armor blurred his silhouette. If it was not for the flash of almost white hair and his pale skin, he'd completely dissapear in the dimly lit forest. Without the characteristic white insignia, nothing indentified him as a Wanderer - at least not at first glance. It was his choice. After all, this temporary arrangement put him under a different jurisdiction.
Second from the bunch! I don't think I've tried this specific lighting before, but I'm very content with how it came out.
