you could feel him seething from where he was sitting behind you in your shared office while you attend to a regular client.

both you and your fiancé, iwaizumi hajime (27), are athletic trainers. you met him while in college and only got together after he graduated and you were in your last year. when the both of you decided to professionally pursue a career in this field, the both of you decided to open and share a centre where you could assess and treat clients.

you have been working together for almost two years and everything was going great. well, as great as it could go with iwaizumi glaring daggers at you and your client while you go on about the session.

your client was a little…well, touchy. he has an on and off issue with his knee after his surgery and sometimes has difficulty walking. during the sessions, he would walk a few steps before accidentally lose his footing and fall against you, stabilising himself with an arm around your waist.

it was fine during the first few times, but he constantly did it during every. single. session. you wish you could just chuck him out but you didn't want to be unprofessional. you also did not want to lose the reputation as your centre was still quite new.

seeing how often he feints his collapses to fall on you, iwaizumi finally had enough of his act and decided to take matters into his own hand. he struts towards the two of you before ripping off the arm that was around you.

“get out.”

"wh-what? hey, you can't just tell me to get out. my session is not over yet!"

"did you hear me stutter? get. out." iwaizumi's face was now inches away from the poor guy.

"get out and never come back. if you do, it'll not just be your knee that's going to be in pain, you hear me?"

the guy’s face suddenly looked white as a sheet. he audibly gulps and went to pack his things before leaving the room in a hurry.

"huh, strange. his knee suddenly seems goddamn fine when he ran off. tsk." your fiance grunted to himself.

sighing dejectedly, you shook your head at iwaizumi. horrified that you most probably lost a client and wondered what would happen because of it, but — ah who cares, the guy was a creep anyways and you did enjoy watching your hunk of a man scare him away.

“why are you shaking your head at me for? if i didn’t know you, i’d think you actually didn’t mind that he was all touchy feely with you.”

going back to his desk, he sits down before crossing his arms and glares at you. he then carries on typing on his keyboard, continuing his work from before. but when you look closely, you could see a subtle pout of his lips.

is he– oh is he actually sulking and pouting at you?

“aww, hajime baby, don’t be pouty–“

“hey i’m not! i’m not p-pouting, you’re just imagining things. i’m not like shittykawa who constantly whines and pouts at the smallest things that upset him–“

it was common for yujun to come back home absolutely exhausted from practice. he always gave his career his all, even in the smallest of situations. it was one of the things you admired the most about him.

it was also common for yujun to be extremely clingy whenever he felt tired. he was already touchy in nature, but whenever tiredness came over his body it was like he needed to be touching you every single minute of the day, and to be completely truthful you didn't mind a single bit. 

the time you shared with him was always precious, no matter if you spent hours cuddling on the couch or minutes talking about the trivial stuff in your lives before you each headed out for your respective responsibilities. but these were your absolute favourite moments; having your boyfriend draped on top of your body, his face hidden on the crook of your neck as your nails scratched his exposed back gently.

“all i see is you lying completely on top of me and taking my privileges to breathe, aren't you the one mistreating me?” you questioned, unable to hide the smile that formed at the sight of him.

there was no sight more beautiful than yujun’s smile. the way his entire face lit up with joy, how his eyes crinkled and his nose furrowed slightly. you would move heaven and earth to be the cause of those smiles, but it seemed like all you needed was to move a couple fingers.

“don’t act like you don’t love it” he teased, leaning down to shower your face with small kisses.

“i love everything that has to do with you, actually” you mumbled between soft giggles, opening your eyes once again in order to watch your boyfriend’s pretty face.

“is that so?” he smiled, allowing himself to watch you diligently. your hair laid perfectly on the mattress under you, framing your face perfectly and making you look even more angelic than you normally did. his smile widened as you nodded. “i love you” his words never failed to make your heart race, even after hearing them a thousand times. “i love you too”

he leaned into you once you spoke, nuzzling his nose with yours as a gentle form of showing his affection. he took a couple seconds to admire your face after separating before going back to his previous position, laying his body on yours and heading back into his hiding place on the crook of your neck.

“as i was saying, we did it one last time and i was on the verge of collapse...” he continued with his dramatised story, pinching your side ever so softly to ask you to continue scratching his back like he liked oh so much. of course, you complied, because there was nothing you would rather do than spend these nights with him.

Acts of Service, hands down. Tim especially loves it whenever he comes home and there’s a nice hot meal cooking or laying out on the dining room. His laundry is randomly washed, the bed is made, anything small that he doesn’t have to do. In return, Tim does whatever he can do to help you around the house. Any kind of chores, yard work, anything at all, just say it and it’s done.

Brian / Hoodie :

Physical touch. My idea of Brian is a very touchy person, very touchy. Anytime he can get his hands on you, he will. Back at the office i was on my way to my desk running into Spenser on the way, he still makes me swoon. A few days ago i walked into the office seeing him after the few days we had off after the busy week; it was so good to see him again, i missed his smile. He smiled pulling me in for a tight hug, I know he likes physical touch but it makes me so anxious, like what is I’m sweaty or smell or something. The next day as we were sat on the couch at the games couch me and him were on a team today so we were sat together, he was so close i could feel him body heat radiating off him. Spencer is good at games, i like to be on his team because we usually win, he’s pretty good at most games. Nami is a quality time kind of girl. She enjoys having you in the room with her while she maps out sea charts, relaxing under the shade of her tangerine trees together, or having a shopping date. She loves picking out outfits and accessories for you. Don't worry about paying for any of it. She'll cover it and add it to your ever growing tab with her. She's very possessive of your time and monopolizes it. Her presence will feel suffocating because of how rare it is for you to not be in it.

She isn't the most touchy person, even with her darling. Her touches tend to be light and more casual, like holding hands while out shopping or leaning against you when relaxing. She's fine with giving you your own space most of the time, but she'll get very upset if you refuse her when she's trying to be affectionate.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

Not very. Nami is a very private woman. What happened in the past, stays in the past. She doesn't like talking about what's happened in her life, and it could be years before she starts to open up. The most that you'll get early on is her reminiscing about Bellemere on the anniversary of her death, or the occasional childhood story about her and Nojiko. Nami isn't a very open person, and a darling that's resistant will only make her more tight-lipped.

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

She has horrible jealousy issues. As mentioned in A, she doesn't like other people taking up your time because she feels like it should belong to only her. The best case scenario is that she'll just drag you away from them and bring you somewhere private. If it's someone that she genuinely dislikes, she'll whip out her clima-tact and use that on them.

Someone openly flirting with you really pisses her off. Does that moron not see the necklace with her name on it around your neck? She won't hesitate to use her weapon on them, and she'll spend the rest of the night bitching about the audacity of that person with you. You need to go along with it and shit talk them, too, or else she'll lash out at you next for being interested in the other person.

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

Her lack of affection can make it seem like you two are just friends when you're out in public, but she gets extremely irritated when people make that mistake. She fully believes that it's obvious that you two are a couple. You have a necklace with her name on it, and she has one with yours. That's clearly a couple's thing!

Outside of that, she treats you like her confidant. She'll gossip with you and rant about how over budget the Straw Hats are. Sometimes she'll ask for your input on something, but only if you're actually competent on it. She'll just roll her eyes and tell you to shut up if you don't know what you're talking about or give her bad advice. She largely tries to act as if there's nothing abnormal about your relationship and will pointedly ignore anything that says otherwise.

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

First thing she'll do once she starts to get interested is try to recruit you into the Straw Hats. Luffy cares about her input, so it won't be hard for her to convince him that you'll make a good addition. Now that she feels like she has some time to assess her feelings, she starts trying to get close to you by insisting that you come shopping with her next time they dock somewhere. She does this partially for the sake of having one on one time with you, but mostly because she wants to get you in debt as soon as possible so that you're trapped financially. After she feels like you can't leave, she feels much more emboldened and declares that you two would make a cute couple. She won't accept anything less than an enthusiastic agreement as an answer.

cove looks up, breaking the kiss much to your dismay, making eye contact with the guy. the guy scuffs and looks at him angrily for a moment before he storms off, deciding that he didn't stand a chance against whatever you had going on with cove.

"what're you so smug about?" you quire, looking over your shoulder to see what cove was looking at.

he bites the grin on his lips. "i think you've lost an admirer."

you roll your eyes, pulling on cove's jacket. "as if i ever needed 'em." you smile at him, taking pride in the blush that comes on his face. "all i ever need is you."

cove hides his flushed face in your neck, trying not to squeeze the cup in his hand. he loves you so much...

you laugh, patting his back and still grinning when cove comes out of hiding.

the LED lights wrapped around the room start to shift to red, hiding cove's flushed face. he leans down to kiss you again, this time his tongue slipped into your mouth and you let cove have control.

you could taste cheap wine and honey on his tongue, and between the way he keeps your body flushed against his, and his hands are taking advantage of the skin exposed by your crop-top, caressing and pulling you into his chest.

“Hey guys,” I say sitting down at the table and taking a seat next to Mackie, placing a small kiss on his cheek. He blushes and smiles. “Hey baby,” he whispers grabbing my hand under the table. We had been together for around four months now but we were trying to keep it quiet. We both have seen what the other guys have gone through with fangirls being rude to their girlfriends and Mackie didn’t want to put me through that. I was thankful for that because I remember last year hearing one of them cry because of the hate comments on her posts. It was easy for us to still be around each other and be kind of touchy because I have been friends with the guys since last year.

“You guys are so cute,” Dylan smiles staring at us. “Thanks, Dyl,” I laugh squeezing Mack’s hand, he gets flustered really easily. “Okay before he starts on an hour-long rant about how you two are his favorite couple ever, let’s talk about Saturday night,” Ethan shifts the attention away from us, which Mackie is happy about. It’s really cute how he is so confident about everything else like hockey and school but he gets all nervous and shy around other people. Which is the opposite of what he was before we started dating.

“What’s Saturday,” I asked picking up a piece of fruit off my plate and eating it. Mark opens his mouth but I quickly stop him,” Estapa if you say it’s for the boys I am going to throw this grape at your head.” Everyone laughs while Mark says it anyway just to mess with me. I throw the grape and he catches it in his mouth. Mark was actually the reason I became friends with the other guys. We partnered together on a project at the beginning of last year and I’ve been stuck with them ever since, not that I mind. 

“Some of the guys are coming over to watch the game,” Luke says before gathering his things. He and Mark had a class across campus so they started heading that way early. “See you guys,” Mark says swiping another grape from my plate. I roll my eyes at him and flip him off. He gives me a big grin and catches up with Luke. The guys start talking about what they need to grab for the gathering and I put my head on Mackie’s shoulder. Dylan stops mid-sentence and takes a picture of us. “Dylan seriously knock it off,” Mackie pleads while Ethan smacks him on the back of the head. 

“Okay we gotta go, but I’ll come over tonight after practice. Does that work for you,” I say sitting up and turning towards my boyfriend. He gives me a nod and stands up with me. He grabs all of my things and puts them in Dylan’s arms, who I have in my next class. “Sounds good. I’ll see you then,” he gives me a quick hug and grabs his stuff too. Ethan rounds the table and throws himself on me. I laugh and try to keep him up while attempting to hug him back. “I just needed a hug, since someone says he can’t anymore,” Ethan says dramatically glancing over at Mackie. “Sorry all reserved for my girlfriend buddy,” he jokes. “Yeah we’ll see about that Samo,” Ethan says before running at him with his arms open. 

Dylan and I watch the two of them run for a second before finally heading to class. “I can carry that Dyl,” I say trying to take my stuff back. “Y/n it’s two books and a laptop I think I can handle it,” he laughs rolling his eyes. I just give up because I know he isn’t gonna budge. “Does it actually bother you when I talk about how cute you and Mack are,” he asks while we walk in step. “No way. I mean it makes him flustered but it doesn’t bother either of us. The guys are just giving you a hard time Dyl,” I say placing my hand on his arm and patting it. “Besides if you didn’t take all of those pictures of us, I wouldn’t have this cute lock screen,” I show him. It was one of us after a game Mackie hugging me from behind as I tried to get away because he was super sweaty. We were both laughing and it was one of my favorites.

With my last class of the day being canceled, I was finished for the day and headed to the guys’s house. As I got there I noticed I still had at least a couple of hours before they got home. I started straightening up around the house so the boys didn’t have to come in all tired and do it. After finishing that I made my way to the kitchen and started making something for dinner. My choices were limited obviously, but they did have everything to make pasta with. After getting that started I grabbed the things I would need for brownies and got those ready.

The food was done and I was mixing the batter when I heard five very loud hockey players enter the house. They all followed the sound of my music and the smell of the food into the kitchen. “Oh my god I love you,” Luke says making his way into the kitchen first. “For cleaning or for cooking,” I laugh putting the bowl on the counter and looking for a pan. “Both,” he says grabbing a bowl and putting food onto it. The guys all quickly follow suit and while they are pushing and shoving to try and get some first, Mackie comes up behind me and puts his head on my shoulder. I relax and lean back into him.

“Thank you. You do know that you don’t have to do all of this right? We will all still love you even if you don’t,” he says before kissing my cheek. “Speak for yourself. I would actually love you a little less if you stopped taking care of us,” Mark jokes and I whacked with the rubber spatula I had on the counter near me. We all sat down and started eating and Dyaln took a picture of me sitting on Mackie’s lap with a bowl of pasta we were sharing. “I am so sending this to the group chat and bragging to the freshies,” he says and we smile at the camera. After everyone was done and the brownies were cooling, the boys did the dishes while I set up the TV in the living room. 

Last week the guys were going out and Mackie and I decided to stay in and watch something. I put on Pretty Little Liars because I was making Mackie watch it for the first time. One by one each guy had come downstairs after getting ready to wait for the others. Slowly each guy started watching it and then asking questions and I finally started it all over so we could all watch it together. 

“Okay, so how many times are we actually gonna see this video of her in the yellow shirt saying that,” Luke asks and I laugh because I thought the same thing when I first watched it. “Only a couple dozen more times,” my answer makes them all groan. The girls all got a text on the screen and my phone started going off. Five sets of eyes snap my way,” seriously,” I laugh checking my phone. I see tons of new followers and texts from some of my friends. “Dyl didn’t you say you sent that picture to the group chat,” I ask pausing the show. “Yeah, why,” he asks looking up from his spot on the ground.

I pull up his Instagram story and show him that he actually posted it on his story and not into the chat. “Oh shit. I am so sorry guys. I’ll go delete it now,” he fumbles with his phone trying to delete it. “Don’t worry about it. Leave it up,” Mackie says pulling it up on his phone and reposting it to his story. “You sure,” I ask and he leans over and gives me a quick peck on the lips. “Yeah. As long as you are,” he looks at me. I nod and scroll through and share it with my story too. “So you guys aren’t mad at me,” Dylan asks. “No Dyl. We could never be mad at our number one supporter,” I ruffle his hair and smile. After posting it, we both turn our phones on Do Not Disturb and I play the show. “So does this mean I can post the album of pictures I have of you know,” he asks already scrolling through trying to pick his favorites.

This is gonna be long but I just needed to rant cause I have no one to rant to lol.

Found this page by happenstance a few minutes ago and I'm enjoying it so far. So, I'll admit I've known about TOP and bigbang for many years through a friend, but it was never my type of music, so I didn't follow them or him. I didn't even know about what happened to him with the scandal and his attempt until very recently.

Anyway, with the Squid Game hype back for the new season, it ignited my friend's interest, so I decided to give him another chance. I think hes a good actor and artist but the more I learn about him the more he genuinely confuses me.

Is this man straight, or what? I've seen those cringey edits on TikTok of him with his bandmates being very very close with them. And I've asked myself at least 100 times "are they together or...?"

Also, side rant: Those "sad edits" of him being compared to Thanos and using videos of him leaving the hospital and that speech he gave after his attempt are so cringey. I'd hate to be reminded of the worst time of my life with that song that goes "so pack up your car put a hand to your heart.." playing in the background. Especially when the comments filled with 11 year olds crying over it or spreading misinformation.

Like one comment I'm constantly seeing is, "he asked his dad what his biggest wish for his birthday was, and he said it was for him to jump off a bridge and die" like what??

Where are they getting this information? That, plus the "he didn't get paid/didn't have a script" comments, are driving me up the wall. My block list grew by at least 500 this week alone seeing those comments.

Anyway lol, for someone who appears to be very VERY emotional and sensitive, how can he always be single? 1. The whole thing about his body image is true minus the fact it prevents him from dating. Thats bullshit and hes even stated on numerous occasiond he's dated before. Didnt he say during made era when he had the pink hair that he didnt want to date a girl who drinks anymore? That he was dating but had a bad experience with that? He was extremely self concious about his body. Always layering up, never taking his clothes off minus a flash here and there, wearing sweaters all the time and he had that as his main style for a while once he joined instagram (he was opposed to IG for the longest time and finally joined).

2. I've never ever heard him ever say that about his father. Thats news to me. He's never spoke that wildly about his dad unless there is an interview or live on IG we all missed???

3. It was a normal thing in korean culture for celebs especially male to play that overly touchy feely, feminine, nearly gay behavior and it was understood on the surface by adults that it was just fucking around and joking as well as pandering to kids, tweens and teens, maybe young college people as well who would eat that behavior up cause kpop was primarly marketed to kids and teens (still sorta is). Thats how korea kept kpop strong by pushing for parasocial relationships with young idols and adult idols maintaining such behavior that would make the netizeens feel close to them and enjoy them in the light.

3. Tiktok seems to be a mess for his image and narrative lately. Bigbang had a privilege of mostly writing their own music cause Kpop was and is predominant focused on idols being the poster of the content and they dont focus on creating the content themselves like Americe (i.e America wants you to write all the songs, live by the image you portray, mean what you say and do what you say you do in the songs, and they expect you to be public about your relationship. While in Korea they want you to be as private as a possible but will ironically dig and speculate a lot and who you date can make or break you for real).

Anyways listen to those songs and google the English lyrics translation. Top usually writes his own lyrics for his part and he does talk about being a player, not wanting to be close or going through hell with women. Loser. Watch that video. Okay so I haven’t read lance angst in forever and decided to read some and I have just binge read all of the Beauty and the Beast klance au you just made and I absolutely ADORE it!!! It is so amazing and I love it so much!

It did make me curious what the whole ‘rescue’ scene is going to be, is the three people in the family who didn’t want Lance to marry the prince try to save him? Or is it going to go the totally different direction?

Cause I can imagine a scene where the village sees that Lance and Keith are actually going to work out and the family gets worried that Lance is going to try to get revenge on them/the whole village so they try to take Lance away from Keith. Or try to make it so Lance wouldn’t become King when they actually get married!

But anyways yeah I love this story, and how you’ve changed it up a bit so it’s different that the original Beauty and the Beast! Thanks for listening to my rant!

important to remember: lance’s family, although not conventionally, care for him deeply. he struggles to conform to what the town expects and they are scared for him, so they struggle to make space for him in a way that makes him feel loved and included. he can’t keep up with his fathers or brothers on the farm, he gets along with animals better than people (and as such refuses to hunt them, despite his stellar aim), he has no friends because he is an Odd Person, he gets obsessive over small things, he cries all the time, he’s headstrong, he argues with everyone, he’s a klutz, just…so many things. he has skills and they know that but his skills aren’t helpful in the context of the farm. he is, however, helpful in that he can send back money from marrying the prince, and if he’s married to the prince, his family knows he’s safe and cared for in a way they maybe can’t provide for him.

with this in mind it’s obvious that there’s a lot of tension and complication between lance and his family, but lance KNOWS that they love him. take the first chapter with lance and marco, for example. it looks bad and it is bad, and lance is hurt, and marco refuses to help lance do what he desperately wants — go home. but marco isn’t doing it without guilt, and he’s also doing his best to make lance’s transition easier: “You’ve always wanted to live in a castle, right?”. despite the fact that his home life isn’t perfect, lance is in that castle missing his family. he wants his sisters and nieces and nephews and brothers. he wants his mom. they may not understand him but they love him and he knows that, and in that castle with, and i can’t say this enough, NO OTHER PEOPLE, he is going to miss shit like getting hugged, for fucks sake. lance is a touchy person and as close as he and hunk are doing to become hunk is a Literal Block Of Wood, and keith is going to be too closed off to provide any tactile affection for a While.

my plan is that after a few chapters of slowburn and building friendships, lance is going to get all morose and miserable. and keith, who is well beyond whipped at that point, is going to want to help. so one day lance is going to muster the courage to ask to have his family for a visit (“They’ll stay outside! I swear! They’ll have no chance of even seeing you, Keith, please, I missed bothering my brothers so much —”) and keith won’t even come close to denying him.

and because chekhov’s gun is the only thing i’ve got locked and loaded, obviously one of lances family members (probably one of the kids) is going to go wandering inside. and lance is going to try to stop it but it will be Too Late. they’re going to see keith and freak out, and since keith’s freak outs are very scary, it’s going to make the whole situation worse, and they’re going to drag lance back home kicking and screaming and when they come back with with the town and pitchforks.

the gaston of the story is going to be james, i think, and i’m gonna change the story a bit bc i’m gonna spend longer with lance back in town and he’s sullen and furious and desperate to convince everyone that keith is kind and soft and loving, really, and they have him all wrong. which of course does not help his case. but you all know how the rest of the story goes

but yeah!!!! i’m really very excited i love this story too, and changing it was inevitable but it’s been super fun to plan how i’m gonna adapt it!! i’m rly looking forward to writing all the sappy falling in love parts teehee

I empathize with the fact that she lost her daughter, but unless Brandon forced her daughter to take the drugs, it wasn't his fault that she took them. I spent all my high school years refusing cigarettes from classmates who thought smoking is cool (the percentage of teenage smokers in Greece is disheartening). In uni, I refused other stuff. Sometimes it was easy to refuse, sometimes harder because of who the people offering them were to me. But at the end of the day, it was my choice to try anything or not, and it was my choice to push away the people who thought that getting high is cool. And I'm 100% sure that if I'd taken anything and something had happened to me, my family would have blamed my dumb ass, not the person that would have given it to me. It's silly in this day and age to blame the person supplying the drugs when people are exposed to a wealth of information regarding substances and how dangerous and addictive some of them are. If someone takes drugs today, they are making an informed choice. Everything else is merely shifting the blame. (I don't count painkiller addiction in this. This is something that is due to a large part to abhorrent tactics by pharmaceutical companies, and the blame is not on the patient who is prescribed a perfectly legal substance that ends up being addictive. A lot of these painkillers are illegal in the EU for that reason. For example, the substances I've heard people are taking for a mere headache are insane. Anyway, rant over.)

Aita for 'Breaking up' with a friend?

This is going to be a loooong post so buckle up. I have been friends with this person, who I will refer to as Bread, since 2017. They were pretty much my only close friend beside my sister(Who i will call Gamer, she is important later on) but also i always found them kinda annoying, but I never said anything because i would have to see them in school everyday and it would be too awkward. So right before my school shutdown for Covid, like on the last day, I (basically) said "I don't want to be friends with you anymore." I however continued to be their friend because they acted as if nothing had happened and honestly it took me a lot of courage to say the first thing to their face anyways. This is the end to the first chapter in our story.

So skip a few months in which we have no school. When online school starts we did it on google hangouts, and i found a way to reconnect with my school friends, i.e Bread and two other people who will become VERY important to the story. These two people who i befriend i will call Sprite and Pepsi. Sprite and Pepsi are currently two of my best friends, however Bread has had a long running history of issues with Pepsi. Mainly they set these aside for the good of the friend group. I introduce the three of them to one of my outer school friend, who is slightly older than us and therefore i will call Mentor(who actually has a tumblr so if you see this, by now you know this is me so keep scrolling.) The six of us become very good friends(for those who need a reminder, that's me, Gamer(my sister), Bread, Pepsi, Sprite, and Mentor. Cue 2021, the friend group now all uses discord and I have been invited into a side group chat, titled something along the lines of 'plans to remove Bread from the friend group.' Now, during this time skip i have mentioned a few incidents have occurred. 1) Gamer and I have gotten in heated arguments with Bread over silly things, them being really rude about Sprite's art, them not liking a documentary I recommended, several incidents where they 'introduced' us to their online friends who was just them on an alt account. Anyway, back to the group chat. I am filled in on even MORE discourse between Sprite, Pepsi, and Bread. I don't really remember any of it know and the gc has been long since deleted. We talk shit about them behind their back while also pretending to be their friend(this is partly the asshole part because we did this A LOT.) During this time Sprite is our double agent, being the person Bread always rants and vents too, despite Sprite discouraging it. During this time somthing very childish happens that i am honestly embarrased to type, so i will skip it, occurs, acting as the catalyst for all of us breaking our friendship with Bread in favor of Pepsi. During this event many hurtful words were said, mainly aimed at Bread(to their face this time.) Our break in friendship, however, does not last long, as right after we(Me and gamer) are added to a groupchat where Sprite tells us that they were a double double agent and was on NO ONE's side during this entire thing and also kind of telling Bread what was going on. They explain that this friendship stuff is dumb, and we all become friends once more (including Bread and Pepsi.) Things continue as normal. This is the end of chapter two

School reopens. I am in a class with Bread and no other friends. Each day my resentment for Bread grows. (Also a quick context for our school, Bread, Pepsi, and Sprite all use the same bus. Me and Gamer do not. Mentor does not go to our school. Many events transpired on the school bus that i am not fully aware of.) At this point I fucking DESPISE Bread. Its lots of small incidents, that i never addressed with them. Them being too touchy, invading my private space, not understanding that WHEN I PUT MY HEAD DOWN THAT MEANS I AM TRYING TO SLEEP SO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT POKE ME. At this point all of my friends and I use insta, as me and gamer have just gotten it, instead of Discord. My friends never used discord much, so now, I start talking to my friends more. Pepsi and Sprite start filling me in on more and more of Breads misdeeds. It is revealed to me how pushy Bread is, how they ignore peoples boundary's, etc, and how practically everyone in our grade fucking hates them. This is news to me. I start cutting Bread out more and more. The shit talking behind their back returns, but this time with a vengeance. This time more people are involved. This time, the friend group is larger. This time, the exclusion Bread faces is on a larger scale. It is 2023 now. I barely talk to Bread. Their friendship with Pepsi is entirely down, they had a big friendship over haul that i have not gotten into, but we're still friends, only in name, for Mentor. Anyway, I use Pepsi as a human shield. Bread will avoid us if we are near Pepsi, and wont come to a group event if Pepsi is there. Life is great, because i no longer have to deal with Bread and their bullshit.

Now i come to the final part. The actual breaking up. Bread has confronted me a few months prior about how i avoid them. I weave my way around the topic of saying I hate them because i am very non confrontational. But now, I have confidence. I just finished hanging out with my friends. Its the middle of the holidays so i can send them a message via discord and not have to think of consequences. So i do. I tell them that I don't like them. I don't exactly outline the problems, but I do tell them this has been a long tome coming. Now, comes the reasons why i could be an asshole.

One, I have been 'soft blocking' Bread for a long time before this and i should have done it ages ago. Two, They have literally no other friends now. They are entering a new school year completely friendless, and i cant completely say its their own fault. Three, Most of what I have heard about their wrong doing is passed down from mouth to mouth, so details may have been twisted and I should just confront them about it instead. Four. As their only friend, it was kinda my job to help them, isn't it? but i didnt . I just abandoned them as soon as i got fed up. Five, even when i was genuinely their friend, i was a really shitty friend, refusing to take their side in any conflict that arised. Six, Bread acts like a genuinely nice person that i don't mind hanging out with in person, its just certain things, and the way they act with others and online that pushed me to this point.

So thats it, thats my story. A few helpful things to keep in mind: This is only an abridged version of events. I will be answering any questions i can on a throwaway account to clear up any confusion, and also add more detail on what exactly Bread has done wrong. Also we are all under 18 in this story and currently, so please keep this in mind. I don't think i did anything wrong but also i am surrounded in an echo chamber of people that hate them so i need an outside view to really understand how bad of a person Bread is. Sorry for any spelling mistakes, and I hope this was, at least, entertaining to you.

Can we just talk about how incredibly insensitive and blissfully ignorant some fans are about trigger warnings for these very heavy and touchy subjects? Listen I’ve never been so disappointed in my damn life about this stuff, how are you going to read a comic about all of this heavy stuff that happens to people in real life yet also want people who’ve been affected by said topics to shut up or disengage from the comic completely. Y’all are giving this grown woman too much coddling at this point and it’s distressing, Rachel is a grown woman and it’s not like anyone forced her to put these topics into her story she understands (I hope but I say this loosely) that these discussions can be harder to experience for some people rather than others which is why trigger warnings exist and why you give your millions of fans who all come from very DIFFERING experiences than your own a trigger warning to warn them so their day won’t be demolished.

People have a right to call that shit out and if you don’t need the trigger warning good for you, stop acting like these people are insulting the comic by asking for one. It’s not like people are asking her to make a whole around the world trip in one day they are simply just asking for a damn trigger warning. I’m getting so extremely tired of Lore Olympus fans still not getting or even trying to understand this, these people understand that this comic handles serious things but just because Rachel has been “forgetting” the trigger warnings and they don’t want her allowing her fans to go head first into disturbing content doesn’t mean they want their hand held. Also, for the people saying that they should know when those scenes come up you make no sense anyways because you really can barely tell when scenes like these are coming without a trigger warning. The Demeter thing took me by surprise, so did Hera’s story, so did Demeter’s backstory, so did Hades’ shitty apology, etc. The amount of times that I got blindsided by serious topics such as those being dropped into the comic is way too fucking many to count so please don’t try and hide behind that excuse. There’s millions of fans out there who don’t expect shit like this just because you’ve been studying Lore Olympus and got down the mannerisms of the characters before something disturbing or traumatic is coming up doesn’t mean others do.

I’m sorry if I come off rash or meaner in this post I’m just extremely over this whole thing. I am a person that needs trigger warnings as well and last night I watched a video, thinking it would be funny, that ended up harming me. It was a “health” video and it was basically someone telling the viewers that regular human things happening to you is a sign of a painful death, I remember being so mortified that I felt my blood running cold and my heart pounding in my ears. If you didn’t know I’m very anxious, paranoid, and an overall hypochondriac so I don’t do well with shit like that coming up and randomly making itself known. I know many people probably wouldn’t care but I just wanted to let you guys know why trigger warnings are so useful and important to those that need them. Last night my body entered flight or fight mode just by that video alone and I was absolutely panicked, I was in so much distress and it was all because of one video. It only takes one chapter without a trigger warning to trigger worser things than that and we should all be mindful of that fact.

Again, sorry if all of this is aggressive or mean I didn’t mean anything by it I just wish that fans did better. It’s sad seeing them put down others for genuine concerns and it’s even sadder that Rachel does not do anything about it. There’s only so much toxic positivity you can fill up before there’s no real community left and there’s way too many fans who deserve at least a trigger warning with these things it really doesn’t take long to make and it could genuinely save people from these experiences such as mine.

Moral of the story is if you don’t need trigger warnings don’t bag on people who do, they’re not sensitive you just don’t share the same experiences as them and you don’t know what their background is at all. Be mindful that everyone isn’t you, respectfully.
