About ten seconds into him filming, Lucifer appears in the doorway with quite the stern look on his face. You know, the one that comes right before a “MAMMOOOOOON” and strikes fear into the heart of all those with functioning eardrums. That one.

He opens his mouth, presumably to tell y’all to shut the fuck up, but then there’s a lull in the music and the eldest can hear your voice ever so slightly above the song’s vocalist and he freezes.

Man stops in his tracks like someone just smacked him in the face with a midair volleyball.

Asmo can be heard stifling a laugh behind his phone.

Lucifer’s face gets so soft and he almost, almost, loosens his metal-rod-through-the-ass posture before you notice him and give a little wave and ask if you and Asmo were being too loud like the considerate darling you are.

Lucifer clears and his throat and says something like, “No, you aren’t. I was just coming to check on how dinner is coming along,” and leaves, after which Asmo immediately presses the post button.

You guys go viral the first time you make an appearance on one of Levi’s weekly (insert cool Devildom streaming service name here) streams. 

It’s completely unintentional. You had been asking him for weeks to play with him on there, but he’s the avatar of envy after all. He doesn’t like sharing his partner, even if it’s with random strangers who have no real access to you.

However, he has his stream on a Thursday instead of a Friday one week, and you come into his room carrying dinner because 1) You didn’t realize he was streaming and 2) No matter what he was doing, the boy needed to eat. It wasn’t unusual for you to bring him dinner, so you had no idea why he was blushing and stammering even more than usual this time in particular. Boy was speaking in beached whale trying to tell you what was wrong.

Then you notice his screen. Oh! “Hi chat!” You wave, setting Levi’s food down on his desk in front of his keyboard. “M-MC!” He full-on whines, slamming a hand over his mouth afterwards when he remembers his viewers could hear that.

Honestly, they’d meme the fuck out of him if it weren’t for the fact that they are FINALLY SEEING HIS HENRY!!! THE MYSTERIOUS MC!!!

There was buildup to Satan going viral, similar to Levi in a way. 

Satan does have a Devilgram, but it’s basically a white woman’s Instagram with added book reviews for variety. Unless you’re a reader his account is pretty boring: candles, books, fireplaces, and cats.

However, after you two started reading together fairly often he began posting pictures of your legs draped over his while you sat together. They’d always be captioned with vague ass pretentious literary criticism. 

This goes on for months, and he gains a lot of (horny) followers after the leg pics start up. He doesn’t really get why but you both joke that it’s because you have some damn nice legs and I mean neither of you are complaining about the new following.

You two go viral when he finally shows your face, entirely by accident.

The post is a video, which is already strange for him and grabs attention. In it, you’re scoffing and reading an excerpt of a book, mocking its understanding of female anatomy.

“I’m quoting here, Satan: ‘her breasts bouncing around like giant pacmen.’ I’M SORRY?? THAT ISN’T HOW BOOBS WORK SIR. WHY ARE MEN ALLOWED TO WRITE?”

Originally the camera is focused on your body, with your head out of frame to protect your privacy, but your righteous anger made Satan laugh. Like, a real laugh. The one that makes you and everyone in earshot wonder if he truly was never an angel cause he sure as hell laughs like one but anyway-

I’m gonna be real with you: you and Asmo go viral all the time. Pretty much everything Asmo posts can be considered viral because of his social media following and his status as one of the seven avatars of sin.

However, there are some fairly cute highlights to be pointed out among the times you were both featured in a post that blew up.

Your favorite is probably that time Asmo livestreamed on of you guys’ ‘Nail Nites,’ as you call them.

You’re both on the floor, doing your nails and kicking your feet back and forth while talking to chat. A lot of the questions are about your relationship, and there’s a lot of flirting back and forth between the two of you.

A particular clip of the stream does blow the fuck up on Devilgram, though, when someone screen records it and posts it with a bunch of heart emojis edited over it.

“’What colors do you think best describe each other?’ Ooo, that’s a good one, chat!” Asmo claps his hands together excitedly, making sure to be  careful of his nails.

Pretty much everyone expected you to say pink, but you surprised both your boyfriend and your viewers when, after a pensive few moments, you replied with “Hmm...probably yellow or orange.”

“Can I ask why, darling?” Asmo tilts his head in confusion. I mean, yeah, those colors look good on him, but he doesn’t wear them often so he’s wondering about your thought process. 

“Well, in the human world those colors often represent happiness, optimism, and positivity. You’re always the cheerful presence I need in my life when things get hard, so you have the vibe of those colors.”

Asmo proceeds to burst into tears and hug you, messing up both of your nails and prolonging the stream since you both have to start over. But neither of you particularly care.

Beel and you probably go the most viral out of everybody. Like this moment is an entire phenomenon across the Devildom internet. 

It’s a video, or well, multiple videos, taken at the end of a Fangol game that Beel’s team had just won. Everyone is cheering and going crazy, yourself included, and you just really wanted to congratulate your boyfriend.

So, like the rational person you are, you elect to climb up onto the railing of the bleachers and wave to get his attention. 

You were absolutely fine up there, and sat all comfortably motioning Beel over to you. He notices, of course, and jogs over, standing right beneath you and looking up. (Back where you were sitting, Mammon is screeching like a hyena in heat and Belphie, who is laying down, has one eye open to glare at him. The youngest knows Beel would never let you hurt yourself; you’re fine.)

A bunch of assorted demons at the game has started filming while you were sat atop the railing since you were rather noticeable. Therefore, there’s a shit ton of different angles of the adorable events that follow:

You slide off the railing, landing right in Beel’s waiting arms bridal style. You’ve got this brilliant smile on your face as you pull his helmet off. None of the DDDs filming can hear it over the crowd noise, but Beel asks you why you just went through all that trouble and you tell him it’s because you wanted to tell him how proud you are.

Soft boy’s chest puffs up and he smiles this big cheesy smile at you reach up to run a hand through his hair. You feel him practically purr at the contact, and with a laugh you pull him in and plant a big ole smooch on him.

The crowd, at least those of them that can see, scream. Everyone is running high on adrenaline and happy emotions; something that cute causes a ruckus!! When you pull away Beel proceeds to put you on his shoulders and you celebrate with him and the rest of his team.

The videos of you two being adorable go completely viral and there are some threads dedicated to stockpiling every single angle taken of the event. Beel is completely oblivious to the attention but you have a lot of them saved on your DDD.

Marinette smiled, as she pushed aside the dress she had been working on, and opened up the private chatroom she shared with her online ‘friend’. She really wasn’t sure what she considered him. They talk all the time, but she has no idea who he is or what he looks like. For all she knows, he could be catfishing her. But she trusts him, oddly he seems trustworthy. They’ve skyped before, but they had created an odd rule to stay anonymous.

Chat: Good evening, milady. Sorry I’m late for our date ;)

Marinette rolled her eyes, before typing back a witty response. The good thing about talking over the internet is you have a chance to think about what you want to say, before you say it. If only she had that luxury with Adrien.

LadyLvck: In your dreams, kitty cat. This bug has standards.

Chat: Meowch. For all you know, I could be a hot model with rock hard abs.

Adrien chuckled, as he held his laptop on his lap. Talking to Ladybug was one of his favorite pastimes. It didn’t take long for him to fall in love with her, but she constantly talks about this boy who is not him. She really cares for him. Adrien gets a little jealous as he thinks about the boy who has her heart, but he brushes it off as he waits for her reply.

LadyLvck: Pics or it didn’t happen ;)

Adrien wasted no time responding.

Chat: If I did, you wouldn’t be able to resist me. But if you insist...

LadyLvck: HA. You’re bluffing. I knew it.

Adrien decided to play along, even though he really was a hot model with rock hard abs. It was best if Ladybug thought he was hoking, because Adrien didn’t want to come off as that self-involved.

 Chat: All right you caught me. I’m even hotter.

LadyLvck: Yeah and I can fly. Nice try, Chaton.

Chat: I thought Ladybugs could fly?

 After that, Ladybug stopped responding for a while. It happens sometimes, she has a life to get to. Sometimes it’s dinner with her family, or her best friend arrives unexpectedly, or last minute babysitting. But she always comes back eventually. So Adrien just put his laptop off to the side, and rolled out of bed. Despite his incredible room, Adrien had trouble finding anything to do to pass the time. He wished he could spend his Friday evening out with his friends, but his father refuses to even let him set foot outside unless it involved school, fencing, or modeling. He hates being locked up in his house all weekend, but it’s not all bad. It gives him a chance to talk to Ladybug. When she’s around at least. Adrien had proceeded to staring up at the ceiling when his laptop beeped, signalling a message from Ladybug. He reached behind him, turning the laptop to face him, and he read it slowly.

LadyLvck: Hey, I really need to get out of my house. Are you free tonight?

Adrien couldn’t believe what he was reading. Would he... really meet Ladybug. Then maybe would be a good time to confess his feelings for her.

Chat: Is something wrong, milady?

Marinette had tears streaming down her face, so she couldn’t read the screen very clearly. She managed to type out an ‘I’m alright. Just bored :)’ to satisfy Chat, but in reality she was sick of the secrets. She needs to know who he is.

Chat: As it turns out, I am totally free tonight. Purrrrfect for you.

LadyLvck: I guess my luck prevails today. If we were to meet at the park by my school, how would we find each other?

Marinette knew what he was going to say before the typing bubble even appeared on her computer screen.

Chat: Wear my sweatshirt I sent you. I’ll be able to sniff you out, bugaboo.

LadyLvck: What about you? Not that I don’t trust you or anything...

Chat: Trust me, bugaboo. I’ll know when I see you. Because you’ll be the prettiest person in the park. ;)

By now, the sadness and hoplessness she had felt only moments ago, and was replaced with a blush and a smile. Chat was the only one who seemed to notice her. To most everyone else, she was invisible. Except for Chloe. Chloe had come into the bakery, and her snarky comments finally pushed Marinette to her breaking point. But Chat and his flirting helped her to feel better about herself.

LadyLvck: Can’t wait to meet you again Chat Noir.

Chat logged out first, and she followed not long afterwards. Standing up, she moved to her closet, pulling Chat’s sweatshirt from the floor, and pulling it over her head. It was a little baggy, but surprisingly, it fit her well. It was just a black hoodie, with cat ears on the hood, and a green paw print on the pocket. Marinette pulled the hood up, and slipped out of her house. She avoided the bakery, mainly to avoid her parents, and started off towards the park.

Adrien couldn’t decide what to wear. His first meeting with Ladybug. He wanted to look his absolute best, but also look recognizable. She needed to be able to recognize him. So he pulled a red blazer with black accents from under his bed, and he grinned like a cat. It was perfect. Slipping the jacket on, he opened his bedroom and slipped out, unnoticed. His first time sneaking out of his house. It was exhilarating, honestly. He hurried along the busy Paris streets, towards the park next to their school. Ladybug didn’t know this, but he had found out one day that they go to the same school. As Adrien walked, he tried to figure out his Lady could be.

Alix, Rose, Mylene, Chloe

... Adrien cringed at the last one, and continued down the line.

Juleka, Alya, Sabrina, Marinette.

His mind lingered on Marinette a little longer than he liked to admit, but he pushed the thoughts out of his head, because it couldn’t be her. Adrien had never known the girl to be sarcastic or teasing. Marinette was too kind to be that way.

The park was growing closer, and Adrien’s pace quickened with anticipation of finally meeting Ladybug, the girl who he can’t seem to ever stop thinking about. He noticed the girl wearing his hoodie almost instantly, and his heart rate went crazy, and he knew his cheeks must be bright pink. From where Adrien stood, he couldn’t see the girl’s face, and she was scribbling furiously in a notebook. Adrien broke out of his trance and moved towards the girl. The girl looked up suddenly, and locked eyes with Adrien, who exploded in a deep blush. Ladybug is Marinette. She has been the whole time.

God, I feel like such an idiot

Adrien thought to himself, as he brought up one hand to wave at her. Marinette just smiled shyly, closing her notebook quickly.

“Hey, Adrien,” She paused, a tense giggle leaving her lips. “What are you doing here? Well, I’m not saying you can’t be here because you can, and I am really happy you’re here! But it’s not like you came here for me, no of course not. I just...” Marinette silenced herself, groaning before looking up at Adrien, who was just smiling weirdly at her.

“I’m here to see you.” Adrien managed to choke out, and Marinette gasped and blushed darkly, turning her head away from him to hide her blush.

“You WHAT?! I mean... sorry.” Adrien knew this was probably the most awkward conversation he has ever had and probably will ever have, but he doesn’t care. His head is in the clouds, he feels like he’s flying.

And she’s sitting RIGHT THERE. And she is wearing my hoodie.

Adrien could die happy. But he knew that he couldn’t tell her he was Chat, Not yet at least.

“Well, I saw you sitting there alone and thought you could use some company.” Adrien couldn’t help the suave tone his voice took on as he spoke. He had a strange urge to impress Marinette now. Even more so than before. Marinette looked around, and Adrien knew she was looking for him. Well Chat Noir.

“I- I’m actually waiting for someone. A-A friend.” Adrien smirked, and bumped her shoulder with his own.

“Does Marinette have a date?” Adrien was hoping for a positive reaction. He needed to know if she truly felt the same way. Marinette giggled, a faraway look in her eyes. Then she giggled again, but the affectionate smile that crossed her face gave Adrien all the answers he needed.

“No...” She brushed him off, another giggle escaping her lips. “I mean, maybe? It’s complicated.”

“How so?” Adrien slid into the spot next to her on the bench, and she pulled the hood over her face, which Adrien guessed to cover another blush.

“Well, for one, I have never met him in person,” Marinette paused, as if she were waiting for a response from Adrien, but he willed himself to stay silent. “But also, I’ve never met anyone, besides maybe my parents, who cares so unselfishly for me. Like I complained that my room was cold and he literally

sent me this sweatshirt

. In the mail.” She turned to meet Adrien’s gaze. Marinette has had a crush on Adrien for years now, and everytime she would look at him, her brain would malfunction. Now, that awkwardness had faded. She still loved Adrien, but the way she felt about Chat was completely different.

“He must really love you.” Marinette coughed, and turned to narrow her eyes at Adrien, who was just smiling warmly at her.

“W-Why do you think that? We’ve never even met?”

“Does that matter?” Adrien knew this whole situation was very ironic, but he was enjoying every second spent with Marinette. With school approaching soon, he wanted to spend the year with Marinette by his side. If she would let him. Marinette opened her mouth to respond, but just closed it again when she caught Adrien staring at her.

“Well, if he were here, I would consider this a date. But I’ve been waiting for almost a half hour and he hasn’t shown, so I think I got stood up.” Adrien hated the way her voice cracked with insecurity. Whatever had happened today had really hurt her self-esteem. And Adrien planned to fix it.

“Marinette.” Adrien pulled the hood away from her face, revealing her tear-stained cheeks and puffy eyes. She sniffled, before looking up at him. She tried to smile, to show him that she was ok, but she clearly wasn’t.

Chloe had shown up at the bakery and decided to treat her like a servant, only to not buy anything. Normally, Marinette can easily put up with Chloe, but her day has been pretty unlucky, which is why she needed Chat to cheer her up. In person. But the one time she needs him the most, he doesn’t come. Was it all just a lie?

“Marinette, who do you think you’ve been sitting with this whole time?”

“Uh... You? Adrien Agreste.” Marinette clearly didn’t understand the question. So Adrien just leaned in and kissed her forehead gently.

“Nice to finally meet you, milady.”

I was about 12 I think? it all started with harry potter, like everything else has, and I regret not a second of it!

5) Do you have someone you trust that you share your work with?

sometimes when i get very excited about what i’m writing i’ll tell my fandom friends about the specific AU that i’m writing about but in terms of reading the full length fic, i don’t have anyone that i let read before anyone else. it’ll be on ao3 for everyone at the same time.

6) Where is your favourite place to write?

my desk, my pc. I can write on my phone but I like to edit as I go and it’s hard to do on the phone.

7) Favourite childhood book?

do I even need to say it? harry potter

8) Writing for fun or writing for publication?

for fun, but with the aim of possible future publication maybe?

9) Pen and paper or computer?

always computer. i have only recently begun writing fics on my phone because i’ve been traveling a lot and i don’t always have my laptop on my person, but it’s still much more comfortable to sit down and type on a proper keyboard.

10) Have you ever taken any writing classes?

at my uni, yes. and it completely sucked bc they didn’t teach anything, just had us write random shit for 3 years so eh

11) What inspires you to write?

everything? like, any random thing or thought I’m instantly trying to weave into my writing, turn it into a prompt. every new experience is just a basis for me to write on.

but if you’re asking WHY I write: I don’t even know, I’ve never thought about it? it’s kind of like asking why I breathe ahaha I just do? it’s a part of me? idk man idk

oh wow ok this is a difficult one bc I don’t think I even have a wip 7 pages long //sweats let me see... aha, okay, I found one! from back in march when I asked people to send me over some numbers for one of those writing memes and @theexitgarden I believe (??) sent me the prompt “I don’t think anyone could be as lovely as you” for victuuri and I kind of got a blind!victor au from it?? wELP here’s the fragment of it:

His music is vibrant in a way that he couldn't play on his piano alone and the clap of the blades that he can hear from the speakers of his TV makes him only more certain – this boy, Yuuri Katsuki, is skating to the sound of Victor's soul as if it's his own.

He never notices the tears that well up in his eyes until they roll down his cheeks and Makkachin presses against his side, whimpering in concern. Victor runs a trembling hand through her soft fur and takes a deep breath. And then, he decides.

rhiana has a lot of friends over all the time and eddie’s always making food and/or snacks and bringing them to the kids 

liam has like three good friends and they’re also constantly over but they’re mainly inside liam’s room playing video games. (or secretly listening to britney spears)

rhiana does karate and liam plays soccer

richie always drives them to school and practices ,, eddie always picks them up

they’re definitely at every competition/game cheering

at one karate competition, rhiana got kicked a little too hard and she fell on top of her shoulder, dislocating it

eddie and richie had sort of an argument after this,, whether or not they’re gonna let rhiana continue

eddie doesn’t want his daughter anywhere NEAR the karate ring anymore and richie thinks that if rhiana wants to continue she should

however she doesn’t want to do it anymore and richie notices she’s super sad all the time, so he suggests a new hobby and rhiana is like “like what?”

richie’s like well how about i teach you how to play guitar!!

rhiana learns acoustic guitar in like a freaking week and she gets so excited about musical instruments so she learns how to play piano and fipple flute and ukulele and wow richie’s so proud

liam gets interested in instruments too now that he has to listen to his sister practice in her room 24/7 (because of course richie bought her her own piano too), so liam learns how to play the bass

“kids, i think we should start a garage band!”

eddie cutting in between with slightly nervous laughter

“i think NOT, richie!”

lord knows eddie couldnt take it

times of horror ahead at the age of 12-13

so many “I HATE YOU!!! I HATE YOU BOTH!!!!“s

…because they weren’t allowed to play video games after 11pm anymore or go to slovenia with their best friend’s family or buy the shoes that cost 150$

(even richie’s getting a little strict now because eddie keeps on telling him this is your fault you spoiled them too much and now they walk around thinking im gonna buy them a fucking 2000$ smartphone)

richie’s hurt because his imitation voices aren’t funny to the kids anymore, instead they say he’s stupid and childish

wait did i say richie’s hurt? i meant richie’s heartbroken

because his kids his babies his best friends don’t want him around anymore they push richie away and rhiana even told him to ”get a fucking life, dad!!!!“

they definitely won’t let richie take any photos to the "baby photo” books that turned into a little longer than expected

so one night eddie walks upstairs to find richie crying in the bedroom with his head in his hands

“honey what’s wrong???”

“they hate me”

“richie they adore you. they’re just teenagers it’ll go away you know it”

and it does go away thankfully,,, and at the age of 15-16 they’re almost back to normal again. but now they’re just so teenagers

fun little fact; they’re looking after their neighbor susan’s cat for a week because she’s traveling and richie is stroking the cat on his lap as he speaks

eddie has one leg thrown over the other and hands resting on top of his other knee with such a strict look on his face

richie thinks he’s such a scary dad that no guy would even dare to approach her

eddie just snorts and mumbles a "sure…”

one time eddie and rhiana are having some quality time together at the mall and eddie brings up the relationship subject even though him and richie agreed not to bring it up but hE CANT HELP IT

“so… any cute guys at your class?”

rhiana gets so pissed off and storms out of the restaurant and won’t talk to eddie for the rest of the day and eddies so confused like what did i do wrong??? honey i’m so sorry???? but rhiana won’t answer she just sulks for the whole car ride

when they get home she locks herself in the room and won’t come out and eddie has to tell richie that he asked her and richie’s like why would you do that and blah blah blah

anyway then richie goes up to knock on rhiana’s door

it’s not because he’d be shocked but because why would his daughter feel awful about telling this to him??? to eddie?? her parents are gay,, she shouldn’t feel like this,,, but clearly something or someone has made her feel like it’s wrong and now richie feels so sad

“okay.” he just says

rhiana lets out a stuffed-nose laugh

she then gets the courage to tell eddie too and eddie tries not to cry because he’s actually so happy??? that his daughter is so brave to tell both him and richie ?? like he never would’ve had the guts and he never even did tell his mom he’s dating richie before they were 19 and richie pROPOSED but here his daughter is at the age of 17 ,,, and he tells her she should never be ashamed of herself and honestly the two of them have a long heart-to-heart conversation that really just,,, brings them so much closer than they ever were

liam,,, in his hetero relationship however…

“YOU BROUGHT A GIRL IN TO THIS HOUSE TO HAVE SEX????”

“eddie calm down. they’re eighteen-”

“SEX??? INSIDE THIS HOUSE??!!”

richie just ignores eddie and asks liam,,,

SURE I’m glad you liked those! Everything by Memphis is A+ and I love it so if you haven’t you should check out more stuff by them ( No Ordinary Love is super nice, That’s Just Life is very dear to me and so is Divinity, Speechless is… my otp song for every otp ever tbh) -  Bring Me The Horizon is my fav post-hardcore band and both MMF and Chiodos are that genre so if you don’t know them give them a try! (Blasphemy, Run and Doomed are between my faves out of the latest album, and since you liked Under Your Halo you’re probably gonna like Follow You too) the album right before is amazing too if you’re okay with less melodic stuff, but the further back you go with BMtH the harder to listen to they get, just a heads up - Sleeping With Sirens are on the softer side of post-hardcore lately, Fly, Left Alone, Trouble, Fire and Empire To Ashes are some great ones, between the many, and, uhhhh, at this point I might have recced Nothing More a hundred times but let’s make it a hundred and one, try Funny Little Creatures, Do You Really Want It and Go To War out of the newest album! If you’re into punk and female voices you should check out Tonight Alive too, Jenna has one of my two fav female voices in rock right now (Crack My Heart and Temple are the latest two songs out!) and since I always rec stuff but I never rec anything by my favorite band ever, you ever heard of Alter Bridge? They’re more towards hard-rock/alternative metal, but check out Blackbird, Fortress, I Know It Hurts, Cradle To The Grave and Broken Wings just to make it one for every album I really, really adore this band and everything they ever made

It’s not a stupid question, don’t worry!! But I generally like to leave myself in Horikoshi’s hands for this sort of stuff, since I both enjoy the costumes as they are AND don’t want to be disappointed in case what I hope for doesn’t actually happen - that said, I’ve mentioned before that I’d really like Aoyama to get redirectors for his laser on his palms and for Kaminari to get a close combat weapon, since with the quirk he has anything metal would actually work wonders for him! He mentioned a sword, but I rest my case that tonfas would be cool, I really want him to use tonfas. A “costume” I don’t understand is Hagakure’s, by the way - would be nice if she got an actual costume and also I don’t really get why she’d wear gloves at all?? Mirio’s costume was made using his hair, I really want her to get something similar! That’s about it tho, I haven’t really thought much about anyone else in that sense~

June 25th, 2016 Sam can finally play again, gets subbed in and scores basically right away. She then full on SWERVES her teammate to run to Nikki who’s on the sidelines. Red Dwarf XII: What We Know So Far

Since more and more new info is being released for the new season, I’d thought I’d compile a master-list of what we know about season 12 from all the different sources. As you’d expect: SPOILER ALERT.

EPISODE TITLES

As lots of you will know, due to an mix-up with the DVD case for season XI, the episode titles for XII were leaked early:

PROMO PICS

Y’all have probably seen all of them by now, but here they are anyway (with a few notes).

A pic of the Boys from the Dwarf as mechanoids. Many of us already knew there was going to be an everyone-is-a-mech episode because of convention discussions and I believe a photo like this was shown at the Australian Smeghead’s Strike Back conventions earlier this year. Also, something I noticed - another photo like this is clearly seen on Bobby’s desk in one of his Fully Charged videos. Its interesting to see the boys in these costumes (and finally share in Bobby’s discomfort). Rimmer’s face is a joy to behold. I think it’s likely that this is from the episode “Mechocracy” simply because...well, look.

A pic of Cat drowning. Oh dear. There isn’t really much we can infer from this one - apart from the fact that Cat gets drowned in one episode. We don’t even get a glimpse of a new outfit!

An old-as-balls Lister. A lot of speculation over this one - loads of people have compared the look to the future Lister in Future Echoes, but because of his lack of robot arm as well as the set, it seems unlikely that its the same version. One thing to notice is the sheer whiteness of everything - I think it was @veronica-rich who suggested that this could be heaven.

One very important (imo) thing - though it’s not very visible here, on the high-res version of this image, you can see that on Lister’s shirt below his dreads is a badge that says “Megacorp”. This is super interesting as Megacorp was the sinister corporation running the Samsara in the season XI episode of the same name, who used the karma drive. It’s interesting to see that this group has carried over onto another season. Because of this reason, it seems likely that this pic is from the episode “M-Corp”.

Yike. Kryten being waited on by a group of Mechanoids. I think it’s safe to assume that this is from the same episode as the everyone-is-a-mech pic. A few things to speculate over here: I have seen some people claim that the mech on the right is female, but I don’t think its that easy to tell (or that important). I’ve also seen it suggested that the mechanoid behind Kryten looks like Butler from season XI but again, I think it’s hard to tell. Additionally - is it just me, or does Kryten’s suit seem a lighter colour than usual?

!!! A lot to think about here oh my. Obviously, Rimsy is wearing the original season 1/2 uniform and seems to be standing in a season 1/2 style set. The BIG thing here is that his rank is Navigation Officer (same as Kochanski, hmmmm). Also his H seems larger than usual (though that may not be significant). I’ve heard some people joke that he’s cosplaying but like...I’m not willing to rule anything out yet. It’s going to be a lot of fun finding out!

OTHER INFO

Most of the other info comes from unofficial sources including convention announcements and Ganymede and Titan’s Set Reports. Things we know:

Norman Lovett will be returning as Holly for the final episode of XII - this was mentioned by the cast at multiple RD conventions. 

Craig Charles mentioned in the documentary for season XI that the last episode of Twentica (where Kryten brushes Lister’s teeth) was filmed on the set of season XII. Unfortunately, the set is very dark (perhaps for this very reason) and you can’t really get any info on season XII from it.

A high-profile guest start will be appearing in one of the episodes - this comes from the set report of the second episode filmed (remember though, the order of episodes often changes from filming to going on air). This person is quoted as being “ known to a general audience as well as anyone who loves British comedy” and being a long-term fan of Red Dwarf. I must say I’m keen to see who this is!

From the set reports the general feeling is that the sets are very well done, the guest stars are good and some of the episodes seem to link back to earlier seasons with one seen in the fourth episode filmed apparently mirroring an earlier season scene almost exactly. 

The set report for the 5th episode filmed mentioned that it maintains the theme of Big Corporations = Bad that we’ve seen in previous seasons. Again, could this be the episode about Megacorp?

It seems we’ll get a lot of the usual smeg-ups from the sound of it - the usual made-up languages, vacant stares and “Oh Matron!”s. 

I’d recommend reading through the Set Reports if you’re super keen - there are no real spoilers but it’s interesting to see people’s opinions of the episodes.

PURE SPECULATION

One note I just want to bring up is something I’ve been speculating about since XI aired, especially since it now seems there are continuing themes throughout the two seasons (i.e. Megacorp). In the episode Give and Take, when Snacky meets Rimmer for the first time, he mentions that he once served a colleague of his called “Ronald Littlewood”. This always struck me as odd because a) there has been no character of that name in previous series, b) it wasn’t a joke and didn’t serve any purpose in the episode. Could Ronald be a character in season xii? Perhaps in the timetravel/parallel universe stuff that appears to occur w/ Rimmer’s season 1/2 uniform pic? This is just pure speculation, but what do y’all think?

A FINAL NOTE

The last thing I think I should mention is a tweet about merchandise for season XII (link). It featured a pic of one of the new t-shirt designs (The everyone’s-a-mech pic with the caption “In Space No One Can Hear You Clean”) with text saying that merch will be available in September. Considering that last year, the merchandise became available the day series XI was released, this might indicate that season XII will air in September.

Trips and spills the tea tbh

everyone who knows me knows I don’t do drama but when it comes to no apologies for wrongdoing and accusations on my character i ain’t chill w that. their username is entirely unreadable along w pic so dw.

I feel honestly v offended rn bc anyone who knows me since I started RP knows I hate stealers of OCs and info and pictures. It’s what I’ve dealt w FOREVER SO. 

Person who had a Greenland OC I’d been following for a bit had decided to do some research. Improved a lot! I was happy for them, barely even noticed their Green looked like mine. I was excited they were into it too. (NOTE: The changes that looked like close to iil (so they think I guess I see a lot of differences personality + looks wise but ok) were done like. It had been 5 days. Notice I’ve had Iiliit look like this since 2012 when I made her.....And I have tons of commissions from 2013 to now.) 

My thoughts: Oh!! They wanna talk about Greenland w me yay ok this is cool ^ ^ I’ve been following them a while I’ve seen their progress in the past two months this is chill. 

My thoughts: Ok they wanna know when I made my OC are they suspicious or something...? Maybe they’re insecure I get it I have had that too! (Also i lied bc iil was always dark skinned but the first version had white hair lol.) 

My thoughts: Oh geez the dot dot dot are they ok did I sAY SOMETHING WAIT. I must threaten them maybe they’ve seen how long I’ve been around or whatever omg i used to feel jUST LIKE THIS....So I genuinely felt bad like I was serious complimenting her changes it looked much better than her old Greenland (who was pale and white) I was happy for her. I used to be super insecure going looking after every Green w paranoia who looked similar to Iil or had similar traits but I let it go bc it was petty and dumb.

My thoughts : Ok well she’s not too talkative but y’know.....I’m glad things are cool keep going w your Green!

My thoughts: In all honesty I can’t lie and even my dad noticed bc I was w him going out to eat. My heart dropped like a rock. I felt really hurt by this bc I had never in my LIFE stolen another character, traits or looks......and I’ve had it done to me a lot. So I was like, idk, I thought they wanted to discuss our characters, not basically accuse me of theft? 

BUT this next part is why I’m spilling this bc it rly annoyed me a lot. 

My thoughts: Well I have proof from 2015 on my Instagram my Greenland looked like this back then AND also proof from erinivoq-archived my old account which was my first ever account goes back to 2012 which I wanted to share. I genuinely thought “ok I’ll give her proof I get she’s upset.....” And I was blocked. Which hurt more bc.....I know I didn’t steal and she thought I did and I really really hurt,,, Like I’d been following their progress they’d been following my cat posts it was mutual. I wanted a good happy ending. But then 10-15 minutes passed and I was unblocked.

But like. No apology. Nothing. I never stole. I never would dream of it. 

I even posted this to my account after like here’s good proof post from 2012 and one from 2015 of iil. 

But yeah, I may delete this later. Just wanted to get it out off my chest bc I legit couldn’t even enjoy my lunch w my dad I was legitimately hurt we couldn’t get along bc she thought I stole from her.....like i get the initial thought but when I say I have proof I’m blocked? It just made no sense. 

ok y’all anyways I have finals coming up sorry for long dumb post lol i’ll see you guys in May. I wanna get K’unerna up and Iaaku and Iil working.
