anyway - despite the event ending, i will be leaving the AO3 collection open until the end of august / early september for those who found the event a little later and want to make something for these prompts. time is a weird soup after all, we don't follow rules here!!

Ohh thank you haha ^ ^ Yes all of them are screenshotted in-game. Some thought they are either have been ai-generated or collaged. I have I think about 4 pics that were Ai but you can tell. My best friend is DOF (Depth of Field) 🥹🙌. It makes screenshots look good.

To get the crispy quality, I would have to go through the resolution settings prior to logging in game, since my pc is just about average, resulting a lose of game performances. I only do for screenshots anyway, but from time to time I crash. xD Also, a bit of adjustment from Otis Inf, another camtool I use that has many useful stuffs ofc. I use ReShades addons to adjust the lightings and sharpness of the game, rather than the ones you get from Nexus mod. Plus, it has all the filters that I need, and I like to do different styles for my screenshots.

First and foremost I’d like to say that when the news first came out about the SA, it did shock, confuse, and hurt me. I have stopped supporting artists/actors in the past for such allegations for obvious reasons, so obviously it was a natural reaction for me to no longer want to support someone with such allegations out there. However, I did some slight digging as we all did and informed myself about the allegations being tweeted and after just a few scrolls, I thought the whole thing was just strange. The story never made sense to me, the girls kept being rude to people who were asking normal questions to fully understand the story, the spread of his nudes as a minor?? It truly left me confused and so I stopped reading and interacting with such posts. I also thought it was strange people were going through his likes and kink shaming him for things he’s liked on ig before the accusations came out. And that’s my issue with ‘cancel culture’ they find one thing out and start digging for every and anything they could find to pin on a person and start building their own conclusions, hoping anyone would believe them. And people do.

Now, his use of the slur was wrong and I could never deny that. Am I a little confused about his lack of response? A little. But I do believe he was told not to comment on anything yet for whatever reasons, which at the end of the day was smart on his end because now these girls have twisted and rewrote their story— lacking credibility.

Although I’m not fully convinced about it all, I’ve made this account solely an xavier account and maybe some of his other characters too. I was and still am a little wary about adding his face to my pieces because I want to make everyone on my account comfortable. So if anyone has any issues with that, I hope they can privately reach out and tell me about it!

But anyway bestie, I mean this in the nicest way possible— don’t let me and my opinions steer you a certain direction that you’re not comfortable in. I have my own opinions that some of my other friends on here may or may not have and that’s fine! I legit woke up in time to follow the updates on twitter for the last ten laps 😳 it was so crazy watching the ranks and just going through like ten thousand emotions waiting for lando to give up the spot I was so worried he’d be an ass and not give it up but then immediately was so excited for Oscar and yet so sad idk😔😔

I’ve yet to watch any post race interviews and stuff so if you can recommend certain things that’d be great

Also just had to let you know that I love the gifs you reblog😩😩 Oscar is so real when he says the trophy is pretty cuz if I was an f1 driver Hungary would be top goal just to get those trophies and his reaction is so real you can just see it on his face even tho he’s not saying much I think you might be slowly converting me into an Oscar phase🙈

anyway TBH i only got into f1 at the beginning of the year, and only properly after the japan race i believe. so it’s all coming out my ass a bit😭 i pick the right language up fairly quickly so i feel like my knowledge sounds more impressive than it actually is. but thank u anyway!!! i read opinions on here and f1 articles so it’s coming from somewhere legitimate at least.

and re: post race interviews i generally wait for them to pop up on the dash organically or even instagram. they make me stressed out so i don’t seek them out. as for some good sources of information definitely the formula 1 app. i follow a bunch of accounts on ig like racing news (i would take them with a grain of salt. it good to see which rumours are out there but unless something is 100% confirmed/announced i don’t trust it), thef1girlies, maniaonboard, fanbehaviourf1pod and dishdoesf1! i follow just a ton of accounts and even if they’re not totally reliable its just information to sift through at least.

i also talk to my fiancé about things occasionally because he knows a lot more about racing than i do and doesn’t care for f1 pretty much so it’s an impartial opinion for sure.

god and yeah the race made me sooo stressed. i’m frustrated but overall feeling good about oscar’s win. im looking forward to how mclaren and the boys handle everything and also their races for the rest of the season. i hope this is a constructive thing for them all.

🤭 oh and yay the oscar agenda is SPREADING!!!! i’m so happy for him and i’m glad it wasn’t totally soured by mclarens fuck up. he deserved it, i’m sure he knows that.

february! eleven— fresh start

essays

childe hates essays, especially if the topic is something personal. childe doesn’t like sharing his personal, innermost thoughts on paper, especially since someone who’s practically a stranger to him will read it.

he was brainstorming on how to make his essay more vague but still somewhat informative? if that was even possible

until he heard his phone ring

groaning, he picked it up and swiped on the ‘answer’ button without even checking who called

hello?

he said in a monotone voice

childe? are you busy?

he quickly stood up at the sound of the familiar voice and a small smile appeared on his face.

lumine! no im not busy at all, why?

he said as he shut down the laptop

in the past few months, childe followed yn’s advice and now he talks to lumine from time to time, wanting to find out if he still has feelings for the said girl

if he does— well he’ll probably confess to gain closure before wanting to confess and pursue yn
