I really do not get the logic of so-called "haters".

*talk endlessly about how they hate a piece of media, about how the story is insufferable, how the characters are nauseating, how they refuse to support the creator in any way, how it is an offense to humanity that should not exist in the first place*

All the while...

*constantly making redesigns of the characters, constantly writing "correct-fics" of the story, prove by their very long and complex analysis of the piece they clearly know as much about it as a hardcore fan, kept posting updates and follows-ups every time a new episode/movie/chapter/book comes out, and just can't stop talking about it*

If you are a true hater, someone who is indeed versed in the sacred art of hating things - then you just don't interact with the thing, unless it is with a ten-foot-long pole and once every blue moon. True haters are repelled by the thing they hate like vampires by holy garlic ; they don't all start buzzing and flying aroun the thing like angry moths around a narrative flame.

These people are NOT haters. They are "anti-fans", and I think the nuance should be brought up more often as the term "haters" get too broadly used.

Think about it. These people follow the pieces of media they hate, they know and study every little detail, they keep making fan-art and fanfics of it... just like fans. Except they do it all while constantly insulting, disdaining or spitting bile onto the very piece of fiction they actually clearly obsess over.

There is an art to hating, my dears. And this is not hating. This is just being a fan, but taking it by the other end. Fans are those who make a specific piece of fiction one of the centers of life - nobody talked about the way to do that...

Finally got to turn my sketch into a full blown piece. My favorite enemies to lovers mlm ship! They are so cute together, can't wait to see where their relationship goes, but it's clear that at some point mr. Birchum will have to choose between his stable life with wife and daughter or his love of his life Mr. Karponzi, I just hope the show handles it well. In general I'm not usually a fan of modern sitcom adult animation, but this one feels surprisingly fresh, kind of like King of the Hill reimagined in the modern era with more progressive morals.

P.S. this whole post is satire, don't watch the show, don't give daily wire money, DO draw yaoi of this ship, let's make the show "popular" for the right reasons

loose idea but kimchay fucking in a music studio

chay who's a small aspiring musician who does mainly pop/bright cute songs. he also fucking hates wik's guts, sneaking into wik's recording studio to snoop around. he swears, wik's voice cannot sound that good, it has to be the work of extreme auto tune or a ghost singer he's had shackled in the basement of his studio or something.

of course, wik finds him. or, wik is already there.

crowds chay into the recording booth, whispers into his ears, all breathy and sultry - chay gathers that it's hotter irl, somehow. chay, moaning and panting into the microphone as wik pounds into him.

and then, a few months later, when chay's finally convinced his company of an image change, wik publishes a new collaboration single. the recording, with chay's pants and heavy breathing, starting the song.

so many more shenanigans to ensue, like cockwarming wik while he writes his songs/finishes up producing, them having song camps/producing songs together, fucking in the studio some more, pop idol chay trying to teach wik tiktok challenges, having beef on twitter, etc 😂 would be funny!!

My low stakes conspiracy theory is that Okiro FINALLY fucking got it through his head that the violently racist, transphobic, antisemitic, and biphobic rhetoric/conspiracy theories that Lily’s increasingly made into a more and more core part of her online brand. Was REALLY FUCKING SADISTIC/CRUEL actually, and either he just backed the fuck out of that psychotically incestuous podcast, or stopped them from using his part of the recording. And (apparently) even Lorch herself isn’t delusional enough to honestly believe that ANYBODY would want to see her abusive ass screech deranged incestuous fantasies at Mikaila for over an hour.

Seriously, I heard Mikaila’s description of the “technical issues” for this podcast, and apparently the best she could come up with is that somehow ALL of Okiro’s audio got completely muted when it was sent over to her. Now, I have no fucking idea how that would even be POSSIBLE without waaaaaaaay larger technical issues at play. But it also feels extremely racist if she honestly expects us to believe that Okiro was dumb enough to have had himself on mute the entire time.

I just want to tackle this, I don't think Lily is using a racism here or that the assumption should be racism...... uh... saying X person is a dumbass is not saying People of Y race are all dumb therefore X is dumb

after you’re out of surgery, he would announce his hiatus and pressure your manager to put you on hiatus too. He would then spend a few months just taking care of you and spending quality time together.

he would also 100% make sure the culprit is punished very severely.

despite his fear of confronting crazy fans/anti-fans, he would not hesitate to publicly shame your attacker at every chance he gets.

when he first saw all the blood, he was panicked. When he saw that the attacker had punched you in the nose, he became very mad. 

if he finds out it was because of him that the anti-fan attacked you, he would be very apologetic and upset with himself. He would never forgive himself if you got hurt because of him.

he went to your concert as a surprise for you that he and your manager had planned.

when he saw the fan slash at you, his heart dropped and shattered.

the pure fear in his eyes, when he saw your mangled skin, was something you never wanted to remember.

the whole way to the hospital, he was silently crying, yet seething with anger. His touch was gentle as he stroked your hair, trying to divert your attention away from the pain.

he would be there at the hospital, comforting you through the stitches even though he could barely bear it.

he would also go off on the security team to understand how an anti-fan with a knife got past them and onto the stage.

during your month of hiatus, he would be there to comfort you.

when the doctors finally tell him you’re okay, he collapses in relief and with Mingyu’s help, he makes his way to see you. 

he wouldn’t leave your side even if he had a schedule to do, and sometimes he’d have recurring nightmares of you being stabbed

when you go on hiatus, he follows.
