Bruce, looking Green arrow up and down with a judgmental look on his face: “you’ve aged-”

Green Arrow trying to finish his sentence: “well?”

Bruce, completely deadpan: “no”

Green Arrow: “…”

Bruce: “…”

Green Arrow turning around and speed walking away: “Okay! Bye!”

Bruce, pulling out a cigarette from nowhere and then lighting it with some random lighter.

Superman, nervously walking up to Bruce because he doesn’t know how to act around him: “hey Bruce? You shouldn’t be smoking in the watchtower… or like, anywhere”

Bruce just staring at him now: “…”

Superman, practically sweating now: “y’know, cause you’re… well… 16?”

Bruce, with a look of complete seriousness: “I’ll stop smoking when I inevitably smash a hole through one of the windows and let myself —and hopefully everyone else— get sucked into space to freeze and die”

Superman, backing away while trying to figure out if he was joking or not: “okay I’m just going to go now…”

Bruce: “so you can make anything with that ring?”

Green Lantern: “yep! Anything”

Bruce: “can you make a crowbar?”

Green Lantern, thinking he’s bonding with Bruce and conjures up a crowbar: “yeah”

Bruce, grabs the crowbar without warning and throws it at Green Arrow’s meeting chair, effectively making a huge dent in it.

Bruce: “cool” *walks away*

Green Lantern: *horrified and confused*

That and his least favorite food might have been Eggs Benedict. So…Basically Handunit is William’s way of fucking with his oldest kid and now I can’t stop laughing.

I went to New York City yesterday on a school trip, and it was. So loud. I was too shy to talk to anyone, and I was overwhelmed by the loud noises (im a small town kid, not a big city kid). The entire time, I was hoping, praying someone would come rescue me, that I could have someone to hold onto, to walk arm in arm with, and not be alone. But alas, nobody came to my rescue. I don't have that best friend yet. And I couldn't help but think, is this how Sherlock Holmes felt before he met his Watson? Completely alone, knowing you're missing something but being unable to reach out and find it? Wanting so desperately to hold onto someone, to have someone by your side, but finding nobody when you look to your left or right? I don't know. I was lonely. I wanted to hold onto someone. But I just held onto my own sleeves, with my own hands clapsed together.

I have a favourite photo,

It sits on my bedside,

life before it was miserable,

But my time with you was a wild ride.

The photo’s me and you,

I thought of you so highly.

We’re standing there in each other’s arms,

My god I look so smiley.

You’re in that little dress,

And I stole your comfy shirt.

It smelled like you and I hate to bare,

Now that smell makes my soul hurt.

I have never been as happy

As I was when I was with you.

I bore those rose tinted glasses

And I didn’t have a clue,

That you would block me out completely

And run around with your other friends.

I felt loved, for once, at the start,

But like I never existed at the end.

No matter how hard I try

For letting the time fly
