Considering this fellow is a Gaia based off your tags it's interesting how they offered a miracle of sorts to sun and most importantly his brother!

Now based off this, Gaias are typically known as deity who are known for life. Or even as mother earth! Based off that it brings the question if she has overseen the boys and had decided in that instance to help as a one and done instance.

Or if her blessings or gifts are only presented in dire need. But it's also worth noting that moon refers to the realm. Or individuals that may come from it. And including the fact that this voice had only spoken to sun, and not to moon(tho this may because he was so weak at the time)

If gifts such as this are selected or given as blessings that what had preopted her to help. Has she always been watching? If we are to see her again one day would it be face to face with the boys...if so it'd be worrisome given the circumstance for such a deity or Gaia to present themselves.

Tho it's fully up to your and own interpretation on what a Gaia is, and their wants/desires. Or even purpose for that matter. Anyways rambled a bit there, loved this little drabble!

Fun Story to Share.

I got my (now 18-year-old) daughter into Ao3 back in 2021. I taught her she should always comment - even if the fic looks old or abandoned or whatever. She did.

Well - she got this email this morning:

The fic was written in 2014 and essentially abandoned.

Bethy read and reviewed in 2021 (and was actually the only person who had commented at all).

Today in 2025 - the final chapter was posted by the author and this was her reply to Bethy’s comment.

NEW YORK (AP) — New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday told hospitals that they would be violating state law if they stop offering gender-affirming care for people under age 19 in response to an executive order from President Donald Trump aimed at curtailing federal funding for such treatments.

In a letter, James, a Democrat, told health care facilities that refusing to provide the treatments would violate New York’s anti-discrimination laws.

“Regardless of the availability of federal funding, we write to further remind you of your obligations to comply with New York State laws,” her letter reads.
