Something something perhaps the reason Curly lacks a truly undamaged ID where his face is visible is to represent how much damage Jimmy had already affected on him throughout their relationship and the way Curly obscured part of who he is and what he stood to unintentionally cater to this toxic influence in his life.
#I think there is something to say that most people draw post crash curly and may not have every drawn him pre crash#and I think it says something that we only really look at the characters substantially in relation to Jimmy and not their own merits#unless we are discussing how J I M M Y mischarcterizes them cause in this#since we don’t assign a face and identify to Curly’s actions outside of Jimmy until the end their is the question of how much we are viewing#them as separate entities rather than intertwined actions cause while the flipping#of who we play at shows them and parallels and in separable in terms of the story going down#they couldn’t be drastically more different in thinking and you only really realize that at the birthday scene where Curly felt the need to#take responsibility for something while Jimmy just felt the need to take#this is also more so me thinking about all the reason people think Curly and Jimmy could be friends but they are missing the point of Jimmy#and his dynamic there is nothing severely weird or sinister about Curly or his intentions it’s that he’s well meaning to a fault#he’s an average dude having a mid life crisis and Jimmy is a guy that takes advantage of good intentions like the idea#that curly has to be like Jimmy in some way personality humor morally is the exact sort of projection Jimmy wants#to happen and does like it’s the sad and real case that sometimes people just have friends like Jimmy that they can’t cut off for one reason#or another like it’s not highly philosophical people are friends with objective assholes but it’s less about them#and more about the person feeling some obligation to stay like I feel like crafting him into#being more morally grey is to just make it easier to be angrier or think someone with more of a backbone#could of done something but it’s not even that he was spineless he was just too distracted and sometimes that feel like cowardice like even#Swansea waited it’s just the sad truth of how people avoid people like Jimmy or setting them off#sometimes it just does more harm than good I just am so bored with all the takes#acting like there was a perfect man on that ship and that any one outside of Anya knew the exact type of guy Jimmy#was from the get go like the point is other men wouldn’t in rape culture but women and their victims already know#mouthwashing#mouthwashing game#curly mouthwashing#jimmy mouthwashing#throwing rocks at Jimmy

I think L gave us a lot of hints/messages about what might be going on post-premiere in that Jimmy F appearance. Let’s note that this was after Papgate, after his and N’s social media posts in the fallout period, and after Milan if I am remember correctly? The more I think about it the more I think his team crafted the content we saw to reset his public image, explain some things, and encourage the audience to give him some grace. It was damage control/positive PR/but also some explanations for what we are seeing.
First off, he came off relaxed and confident, a big contrast from how stressed he looked when he had been papped. I think they were also trying to portray him as a friendly and relatable regular guy who had suddenly been thrust into fame as a heartthrob and romantic lead.
Him running from the carriage scene music/talking about how he is not used to the level of fame and exposure and recognition that has come with the success of the show (barber story, needing security in Brazil).
The reference to JB passing down the guide that was called “How to fall in love in front of 82 million people” - more messaging that it is difficult to have that level of scrutiny and specifically when playing a romantic lead when you have insane chemistry with your costar.
The romantic lines, read B-ton style (these are so L/N coded and reference things L or N have brought up in interviews, with the exception of “East Peasy Lemon Squeezy.) We’ve got:
Espresso lyrics - song with significance to the ship, also what L was listening to getting ready for the London premiere, Honeybee, come get that pollen lyrics
“Penelope, we were on a break!” -this is the biggest hint right here of why L was papped/appears in a relationship with another woman after we have seen his and N’s chemistry jump off the screen for 6 months and also in the show itself. THEY (N/L) WERE ON A BREAK. I don’t think he wanted to be on a break, but they were, and I think they’re now on another one while he tries to get his affairs in order. And note that he says “Penelope,” not Rachel, which would be the accurate pop culture quote. Which doesn’t really make sense because he and P are never on a break during the show unless you count the time she stops writing to him and he goes off the rails. Penelope is code for N. Also he is referencing the R/R relationship/timing issues again.
Then the Barbie quote. I think this somewhat addresses him being attached to a strong beautiful powerful woman (LWD or N, take your pick) and that dynamic of potentially being overshadowed and having to find your own self worth in order to handle it . I don’t think that last part about being her Ken was scripted (JF even gives him a wtf look and then it gets cut when it airs), but he made it clear he is happy being her Ken. He basically claims his ass as hers on National TV without meaning to.
I think the interview didn’t have purposeful mention of N for a reason, he was trying to emphasize his role as a B-bro and an actor and romantic lead in his own right, and connect him to the other male leads, and the clip they chose showed that.
He then follows up with a social media post confirming a late night/non-work/non PR beach walk with N and said security guards. I mean… that was a date, and for him to post that in the face of everyone saying he had hard-launched A and he and N were “all PR” is crazy. They also have to be aware of all of the Brazil reports and speculation.
I think the messaging was: This is level of fame and exposure is new, he’s figuring it out, give him a break. Also, everything is okay between N&L so don’t worry, there may be reasons for why what we are seeing doesn’t make sense but they are figuring it out between them.
Would the general audience pick up on all of that? No, but the hardcore fans would so they layered it all in there. Maybe his PR team isn’t that dumb afterall?
I know there’s speculation N was there- I don’t know if she was but her immediate like definitely showed support and that they are still a team. Wouldn’t surprise me if she had a hand in some of that strategy.
I think this is the first in depth analysis I have ever seen on the JF appearance that I mostly agree with.
Thanks for sharing 💜🥃

The picture with Revy is so soft. But I think what gets me the most is the gentle little kiss Jimmy is giving him on the head. I know its hard for both but it must be really hard for Tango. Not to mention how the cats will take their big compainon suddenly being gone
It's difficult for everyone. And this is definitely one of the few arcs primarily written from personal experience.
I think Tango's never really had a pet before and he's the sort that gets stressed and protective of things. So to lose Revy because in his mind he wasn't observant enough to stop them from leaving or fast enough in rescuing them, it's making something already difficult even worse. (In this case I can relate to him more based on my own experience with a pet of mine, especially cause my current cat has the same issue but we caught it early enough he was saved instead.)
He also just isn't good at handling loss at all, he has a lot of emotions and he doesn't know how to deal with them in ways that don't involve literally exploding. His arm, the ranch, and now Revy, he's never been good at handling them. I think it ptobably also isn't lost of him that it's because of something that can't ever affect him but can and has infected many of his loved ones, Jimmy's gotten sculk before too. He's an overthinker and can fall into bad thoughts easily, it probably feels like everyone is going to get taken from him at the moment.
Jimmy is much more emotionally mature and he's been around animals his whole life. He's the one who likely slaughtered most of the cows and chickens back on the ranch and owned pets before, so he knows how to handle it better and focus on Revy. Not that he's any less upset he just is better about handlign it.
The hardest part of everything, though, is going to be the fact that Revy was basically his assistance dog. Without him, even with his machines, Jimmy's likely to have a lot rougher time of things. Norman isn't useless for this, he visibly acts up if somethings wrong, but he doesn't make a bunch of noise when Jimmy stops breathing in his sleep or protect him when he's having a bad day. Revy really was a big part of why the ranchers could be independant and especially travel where they currently are.
As for Norman, they weren't attached at the hip and he still has the chickens, but it certainly is a difficult change in dynamics for him, especially separated from Flick.
Bullseye is probably more affected than Norman tbh. I guess I never really showed it but Revy was a big help with keeping the horses calm by walking with them and hearing threats that might spook them. Now it's really only Jimmy's hearing that can help. Bullseye's become of the more resilient horses which is why they picked them to bring but it's still a big adjustment to deal with.

Please Watch My Adventures with Superman
Tumblr media
This show is just so delightful and manages to capture the essence of Superman in a way a lot of adaptations just don't quite get. If you've ever been curious about Superman, if you've ever felt Superman is too boring for you, or you just enjoy a fun superhero story, I highly recommend checking this series out.
The first season has ten episodes, and the second season has just aired its third episode. In the US, it's available on Adult Swim and Max.
Tumblr media
What It's About
If you aren't familiar with Superman, he's an alien -- the last survivor of planet Krypton, sent to Earth as an infant where he was found and raised as Clark Kent. Being an alien, he has extraordinary powers which he uses to lead a double life as a hero. This show focuses on a core trio of Clark, his girlfriend Lois, and their friend Jimmy, all of whom work at the Daily Planet newspaper.
Tumblr media
Clark Kent / Superman
One of the main reasons this show works is it understands that Clark is Clark, first and foremost, and Superman is his disguise. Clark is a big friendly nerd. He's a huge sweetheart who cares so deeply about the people around him and the planet that adopted him.
This version of Clark is starting out very young (early 20s), so a lot of this story is about him just figuring things out. He's gradually learning the truth about his origins, the extent of his powers, and how best to be a hero -- all while grappling with the fact that he isn't human and his people of origin may in fact be a massive threat to Earth.
Clark is voiced by Jack Quaid, which you might not expect to work well, but he honestly nails it.
Tumblr media
Lois Lane
Lois is loud. She's ambitious. She's intelligent and quick-witted. She doesn't take no for an answer. She has jumped off a building to prove her point -- twice. She is an unstoppable force of nature, and this show refuses to dumb any of those traits down.
But above all, she's kind. She wants to use everything she can do to help people. Her relationship with Clark is also everything you could ever want from a Clois dynamic.
This version of Lois is Korean-American, and voiced by Alice Lee, who does a phenomenal job.
Tumblr media
Jimmy Olsen
Jimmy is Clark's best friend and roommate. This version portrays him as a supernatural/paranormal vlogger, running a web series called Flamebird. He's easily excitable, very passionate, as well as one of the most dedicated friends you could ask for.
Following in the footsteps of several previous iterations of the character, this version of Jimmy is African-America. He's voiced by Ishmael Sahid, who's just perfect in the part.
Tumblr media
Why It's Great
The characters are all fun and interesting in their own right, while also having a great dynamic with each other -- as duos and as a full trio. And because the characters are shown as being very young and just starting out, they're very relatable. Additionally, every character feels very true to the spirit of their comics counterpart, despite taking a lot of liberties with the specifics.
There's a great cast of villains so far -- Livewire, Task Force X, Mxyzptlk, Parasite, Silver Banshee, and plenty of others that I don't want to spoil. They've also been teasing some really interesting stuff for the Kryptonians, which is noticeably different from any previous adaptations I'm familiar with.
The show is very anime-inspired, giving it a distinct flavor from other Superman adaptations. The creators are clearly having a ton of fun with it. Classic Superman villain Mxyzptlk, who's typically shown as an imp, now looks like he just walked out of a Dragon Ball episode, in an episode called "Kiss Kiss Fall In Portal."
It's also the same animation studio as The Legend of Korra and Voltron: Legendary Defender, who do excellent work. The character designs are unique while still fitting the characters perfectly. I particular love Clark and Superman's designs -- they've struck a balance between making sure he's big and muscular while also retaining a certain softness to his appearance. The fight scenes are fluid and dynamic. It all just works.

i need to yap about mouthwashing and how the community received it bceause its so odd to me
mention of rape under the cut very disorganised cause its just me dumping my thoughts
mouthwashing is a very confronting game where you play for most parts in the perspective of a rapist and if not him then the man who excused and enabled his actions
its very confronting in showing how everyone around anya fails her and how her rape is covered up despite almost the entre tulpar crew being aware of what happened. when anya was talking to curly he said hed talk to jimmy hed figure it out hes excusing jimmys actions even if hes well intentioned he is allowing jimmys assault fall under the radar
when anya and curly are talking before the crash and anya mentions the dead pixel on the screen that curly cant see saying 'itll drive [him] crazy thinking about it' but then almost immediately seems to forget it reads to me as a metaphor for how anya and the abuse she faced was treated. he said he cared and that he would do something about it only to really push it down and move on from it
anyas suicide is the culmination of all the actions of the men around her how they failed her and its a very important part of the game jimmy himself never takes responsibility or accountability for his actions as is a major part of the later game and hes seen to be aggressive to anya throughout the entire game swansea knew yet he never intervened while he may not have been around anya and jimmy he still knew what jimmy did and the fact he did nothing is so heartbreaking and eye opening
the fact that people will take a game like this and then go ignore all the themes and messages to make ship art and content of curly and jimmy makes me so upset. yeah theres always gonna be shippers but theres a time and a place and more often i see peopel upset that it would be a toxic relationship between the two which is why they shouldnt be shipped
theres a time and place for shipping and in mouthwashing i feel like its incredibly obvious that you shouldnt be to each their own or whatever but its so frustrating to me and absolutely soul crushing that anyas struggle and a major point of the plot if not most of it is ignored for the sake of shipping. i can undersatnd that curly and jimmy have a really interesting dynamic and place within the story as foils but theres a time and place
i can relate to anya and i see myself in her which may cause part of my upset and i understand and know i cant control what people do in spaces but its so bizarre to me that people will see a game like mouthwashing about how a woman was failed by the institutions and men around her and make it about shippinh
ive seen a lot of art of curly and anya or even anya and jimmy being shipped which is. a whole other thing. how do you msis the plot that bad genuinely. i feel like you have to play the game with your eyes closed to do that.
tldr i dont understand how a game about the impact of a rape and its cover up is entirely overlooked and ignored to make ship content

Hello! You don't really strike me as someone who reads fanfictions, but do you have any recommendations by any chance? I've been trying to find Ranchers fics written more in character.
Tbh by "in character" I just mean something resembling the dynamic you potray them as having. I really like your interpretation and I was wondering if you ever found anything that fit that somewhat.
If not then I would also gladly take any actual books that you've enjoyed!!
i wouldnt call my rancher interpretation "in character" but if you want fanworks that feel similar to how i imagine them/interpretations that i like, then i would recommend you the gundam birdie series and a secret third thing by YacintheMorning (which i realize now were written by the same person! cool), as well as tangotek evil inconporated by onawhimsicot (which is probably also one of my favourite takes on this whole hotguy/superhero au thing when it comes to Jimmy and Tango. I like when they are lame)
As for books i like: they will probably not be of interest to you, because i tend to only read research-related books nowdays ... biographies and different kind of history and polish ethnography books, mostly. That being said i havent read an actual book that wasnt for school in a few months (a bit embarrasing). All ive been doing for the past few months is drawing constantly in my free time. But from fiction i enjoyed: Mary Shelleys "Frankenstein" and Christies "The Murder of Roger Ackroyd" are the first ones that come to mind. I like murder mysteries the most i think. I also remember i enjoyed Uładzimir Niaklajeus fictionalized "Automat z wodą gazowaną z syropem lub bez", but i should probably re read that soon and see what i think now. Not sure if it would count as a book but i generally like Mickiewiczs "Ballads and Romances" (Świteź and Świtezianka being my favourite ballads of all time, probably) ... some of the only of Mickiewiczs works i actually liked
Does not count as a book but i will forever be annoying about them: Naoki Urasawas "Monster" and Ryoko Kuis "Dungeon meshi" mangas are some of my favourite works of fiction of all time and i highly recommend reading them if you have the time
I also finally got my hands (not really; i had to pirate it) on "King Stakh's Wild Hunt" by Uładzimir Karatkevič... it was the only book of his i could find, and only with an english translation. The language barrier really is hard on me here but i desperately need Karatkevičs books for my own story. So maybe i will share my thoughts once i sit down to read it

hii your art is soo soft, it has suchh a good look to it… also the pieces of zoe and gary are absolutely stunning??? where did the idea of the ship come from???
aaaaAAUGH THANK YOU THATS SO SWEET… 🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
soooo I def have a habit of getting very latched onto a particular character in whatever fandom I’m in (in this case Zoe) and then have fun pairing them up with lots of different characters to explore the different dynamics, so obviously Gary was gonna come up eventually aaaandddddddd
they’ve just really stuck with me ???? 🤔 I know she’s basically a counterpart to jimmy but I think she would relate heavily to certain aspects of his character - that sorta sense of ennui and disillusionment, constant boredom and finding everyone around you fake. it’s why they both gravitate to Jimmy (imo), in their own ways.
I also think she’s a really troubled girl with her own mental health struggles so even though she thinks (rightly) that Gary is a cunt, she kind of empathises with him in that regard.
i also find it VERy funny that either one of them could be the feral freak at any given time, and the other the straight man lmao, they just match each others freak and bitchiness levels well I DUNNO I could talk about them forever sorry heres Zoe taking her Pookie bear for a walk

(Some links if you want to watch 3rd Life or Last Life first! EDIT: And here is Limited Life! )
Welcome one and all to the life series soulmate AU season! I seem to have got into the habit of making a new one of these whenever the new season is literally just around the corner. And I use them as an excuse each time to re-watch the life series and to ramble about it lmao
Now thankfully the core mechanic this season of soulmates made collating this guide 1000% easier then 3rd or Last Life. With a few exceptions, soulmates tended to stay side-by-side the whole session. Now don't get me wrong although some perspectives can be interchangeable, they are all a great watch! I have just put the POV I believe to show more of whats happening on the server or an incredibly important moment.
WARNING: Once again an incredibly long read more where I expound at length why I chose these specific POV's lol enjoy!
SESSION ONE
Grian - I'm keeping with tradition and recommending Grian first because in all honesty his first episode is a fantastic watch. Between the reveal of who his soulmate is and various shenanigans, this episode was so much fun.
Cleo or Scott - Cleo and Scott probably see most of the server trying to find their soulmates so either of these POV's are fantastic.
Pearl - Pearl bounces between groups for quite a bit of this session, so she's great to get a good look at multiple dynamics. However, its the last 5 or so minutes of her episode that really set in motion some of the leading conflicts of the season that you don't want to miss.
Etho - Just a fun episode honestly! His soulmate reveal with Joel is so freaking funny and I called it my 3rd Life post that when Etho and Joel team up, they just become little gremlins lmao I think they spend half the episode giggling.
SESSION TWO
Impulse - The Real Housewives of the Mid-Century Modern Home is a totally true and totally real show that happened during Impulse and Bdubs episodes this week. They are happily married and will prove that fact by breaking up every other couple on the server.
Scar - With a combination of swindling and major arson, Scar really does do it all this session.
Scott - The interpersonal drama this season is amazing and Scott being right in the middle of it makes this POV a great watch.
Tango - Absolutely not related to another POV this session, but making the Ranch out of wood was probably not a good idea in the long run.
SESSION THREE
Big B - The drama between Big B and Ren this session is so juicy. Between secret soulmates, Scott testing their relationship and [SPOILERS] becoming the first reds on the server, I don't know how they survived as long as they did.
Jimmy - Along with his soulmate, Jimmy and Tango welcome a beautiful baby boy into the world this week and probably cause the most chaos I've ever seen in the life series.
Martyn - Man, he is really bad at maths.
Pearl - Being the lone wolf (heh) of the season, her POV is great to get an outside view on events.
SESSION FOUR
Joel - I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard at the beginning of an episode before. Also fishing rods are to OP, mojang needs to nerf them before they claim even more lives lol
Cleo - So much happens this episode, its ridiculous. But Cleo has a good blend of chaos and calm.
Ren - The most elaborate plot to kill others never seems to be as good as just a weapon in the end.
Martyn - As Martyn is inviting everyone to a pool party, he probably sees most of the server, so he is great perspective to see what everyone is up to.
BONUS: watch Scar’s POV around 26:10 for the ultimate badass moment.
SESSION FIVE
Scar - Scar goes through it this week. I really can’t say much more without major spoilers but oh boy, this is an exciting POV.
Etho - The boat boys have wayyyy to much fun being red this session.
Jimmy - At this point I think there is someone out there has a personal grudge against him lol also if you want to see a fandom go nuts over a Ferris Bueller quote, watch the end of Tango's video.
Big B - Just a good solid episode and the ending is actually tragic.
SESSION SIX
Pearl - The most essential POV of the season. Heartbreak! Betrayal! Just general badassery! It's all here and its all amazing!
Bdubs - Gives a good overview of the Red Alliance and the chaos that happens when a group of people have nothing left to do but hunt others down.
Cleo - Watching her and Martyn try and outrun the reds is so incredibly stressful. Watching her turn red is so incredibly satisfying.
Grian - After he kicks the bucket due to... reasons, he sticks around in ghost form for a bit. Also his credits honestly makes me a little emotional.
In Summary...
And that's it! This season was incredibly short due to the shared life mechanic, however it was no less amazing than the others. Can I just say the fan content that came out of this season has just blown me away. It's just all so damn good.
Also I had someone ask why I do it this way rather than just recommending specific POV's to watch all the way through. It's really because I believe the best way to watch a Life season is to binge all the POV's of one session at once, completely break down over the sheer amount of content and then move onto the next week lmao just like as if it was live!
But really, there is something magical about watching multiple perspectives of the same event one after another that just gives the life series its charm. You see everything there is to see and then your anticipation for the next session is super high which just makes the experience so much more exciting. Anyway I hope this helps you on your Double Life adventure!

thinking about how the superman family (like the ones related to him) dynamics would be if I put them all together. hmmm a few of these are slightly changed to either make more conflict or to make a character have more character (looking at you Dik-Zee) also splitting kon into kon & conner simply because I can
Gregor would be a dust phantom in these which informs how he interacts with some characters. He and Chris are the only ones who can directly converse with Mon whenever. Gregor would still have an edge to him and have the whole complex he had in the original story - amplified by the fact that he is currently in some half-dead half alive state due to his powers
Johny would be jealous of other people still having their powers. Johny and Gregor would argue the most out of all his siblings but he's closest to Gregor
Cir would mostly be how she acted in the original run. No Mia though since they were somehow able to split apart so Cir tries out different secret identities but she's not very good at it despite everyone's help. She's probably the most positive one here
Jon Lane. he's mostly the same, still has some edge after development, Cir and Jon Lane found themselves in the same plane of non-existence and were somehow brought back idk. Anyways he mostly keeps to himself since he feels guilty about his past
N52 Kon: i haven't read n52 kon
Tommy; he visits occasionally. he's just kinda there
Jimmy Olsen: he's Jimmy Olsen. In this the whole sun/son thing happens right before all the Hal Rand thinking he's Mark Olsen stuff. but he's basically same jimmy as always. Family friend status. also mark and hal are married in this continuity. knows a lot about Cadmus stuff
Secundus: give him all of Kon & Jonathan's insecurities multiplied by 10. Since he's kind of a combination of both AND there's plenty of other people who'd accept being Superman
Chris Kent: he still has abandonment issues. Due to Nightwing powers he can directly talk to phantom zoners without the phantom zone viewer.
Jonathan Samuel Kent: feels a bit awkward about all this. The Ultraman thing happened so he has trauma from that. the others don't understand why he went with Jor in the first place. Jealous of the twins the most
Otho & Osul: still have Warworld trauma. still a bit worried about the old god thing. they tend to get along with everyone well, but all their siblings have hangups with how Clark handled being a parent or how Clark wasn't able to be a parent to them, which leaves them a bit confused on how to feel about their siblings
Conner Kent: an adaptation of YJTV conner, so he's a bit quicker to anger
Clark's kryptonian relatives (cousins & their kids)
Van-Zee; looks up to Clark, has a close bond to Ak-Var
Sylvia DeWitt, trained a bit in Klurkor; has powers under a yellow sun due to Van-Zee's serum. She's more reserved than Lois
Lyle-Zee and Lili Van-Zee: absolute menaces, drive their parents a bit mad.
Dik-Zee: generally a chill dude but a bit of a slacker, but it doesn't really affect his job much due to the thought type writers. he's a bit of a romantic as well. Generally wears a superman suit whenever though because of Van's twins
Ak-Var, married into the family. Happy that most of them accept him since the red K incident.
Thara Gem-Zee; likes learning about Kryptonian history, which is why she likes talking to Ak-Var who lived on Krypton before it blew up
Don-El; he's more serious and tries always being professional. Unfortunately he's also the first to suspect Ak if there's any a slightest chance of Ak-Var becoming a criminal again, which is unfortunate for Ak-Var
Rad-Zee; generally keeps to himself in a lab. doesn't like Van's twins because of their shenanigans
Kara Zor-El: more brash than Clark. Due to having both sets of parents alive and being in a different city, she doesn't visit often. More likely to be seen in Kandorian or Kryptonian celebrations than Earth ones though sometimes her whole family visits Clark's on Earth holidays
Judy/Equila gained her powers back and her grandparents started living on Earth as well. They take care of Judy while Kara is busy since Judy likes being with Kara
Clark's siblings (& their kids):
Cory Renwald; since he's a government agent, he's usually busy. Doesn't know Clark is Superman, but knows they have a connection. Trusts Clark's judgement on things, but feels Clark's too much of a goody two shoes. Doesn't really visit due to being busy but he'll try if he has time
Kral of Titan: succeeded in his revolution on Titan, which feels awkward for him since he feels guilty about thinking of betraying superboy (clark). Since everyone's a telepath on titan, everyone there knows this, but they built a statues to honor him anyways. Also learned that the temperature control gene is recessive (this is to connect it better to losh). Tries visiting often to escape the awkward situation he put himself in, but has to deal with making sure things don't go back to how it was during Clark's Smallville days
Kathy Warren; busy with Cadmus work usually. Doesn't feel like she has to hide her super intelligence anymore and feels like Cadmus has people she can relate to that don't alienate her
Kon-El; tries to be his own man, still has some of the complexes he's had before but he's getting better at handling them. Specifically remembers the Kents being alive so it's weird that he finds that in this continuity they're dead
Martha: time travel brings a future version of the baby that Kon was co-parenting on gemworld. She feels like Kon abandoned her. Kon can't really argue against that
Mighto/Tim Tate: Blames Clark/Kal for the death of his parents. Generally unpleasant to be around. More reserved on the Kents' death day (most of Clark's siblings meet up at their graves), Mighto does not attack on that day, despite all his flaws, Tim loved the Kents
Varl Quoz: Sometimes either he or the Kents/Els travel to Xenon though they make sure they always have enough fuel and spare parts to travel to and from it. The former weakling world is also used for people to live on. Varl and Kal get along well but due to Clark's privacy, the rest of the family is unsure of the whole situation (Varl explains later during their second or third vacation there)
Mon: he's still stuck in the phantom zone. Sometimes he makes asides, or attempts to help the family. Gregor and Chris are closest to him due to actually being able to talk whenever with him. Mon is grateful for this since this means he has more to do than absolutely nothing
Halk Kar: a bit insecure due to having lesser powers than Superman and thinking he was stronger when he thought he was Superman's brother. Is usually space traveling so he only visits on rare occasions
Mae: generally the same, except she lives with Linda. also in this continuity she's made by this universe's Lex (he was using an alternate identity) & Kathy while they were both working at Cadmus
Linda: generally the same except she keeps the Earth Angel powersTwilight: lives with Linda and Mae. uses her darkness powers similarly to how the Earth Angels use their powers (wings and blasts)
Blithe & Comet: live with Linda & Mae
Ariella: raised mainly by Linda and Mae. she's worse than Van's twins in how much chaos she can cause, which is, at least one of, the reasons why the others live with Linda and Mae
H'El: hates clones. has super op powers. Respects Jor so he doesn't attack on days that Jor-El discovered something which luckily is a lot of days. nobody likes him which makes him even mopier. Sometimes he crashes on someone else's couch just to angst about it and complain about everything. everyone else here finds him annoying
Rogol Zaar: everyone else here hates him - including Mighto and H'El. it's because he's the only one that doesn't care for Jor or the Kents (Mighto thinks you should respect your parents; despite H'El's breakdown he still is kryptonian and respects Jor). He is never invited
Lanes:
Lois: rash and more bold. Takes charge
Sam: war criminal
Lucy: somehow a combination of post-IC, Pre-crisis & Post-crisis Lucy. I'll figure it out. Anyways she has supernaturally white hair due to some jimmy olsen stuff that happened. In the end she married Ron and has a son with him
Sam Troupe: friends with the super kids, most notably john and chris. Is really confused about everything since john and chris are suddenly older than him, so he hangs out with the super-twins now
Leonardo: has a bit of a rivalry with Cory. Cory tries to ignore it
Legion stuff:
Laurel Kent manhunter and Laurel Kent real person coexist. the manhunter decides to be an antihero and later hangs out with Dev-Em
Kent Shakespeare: generally how he acts in 5YLXTC and Jonathan Samuel Kent cousins that bicker; idk I'd have to think more about it
Laurel Gand: distantly related to Mon-El, takes more after 5YL Laurel
Sensor Girl 2: Kara(?) (it's unclear)'s descendant who only has the super senses (super vision, microscopic vision, super hearing, super shouting, super ventriloquism that type of powers). Unsure if she should be legion age, little legion age, or between them hmmmm...anyways sometimes some of the Kents or Els visit the other time period other then their native one

Oooo I totally forgot that you could actually hear in Sun's voice that he believed in what Nexus told him.. his attempts to defend himself were weak.. I mean he didn't sound confident at all..
And I think that that was also a reason to why he wanted Nexus to leave.. to not hear anymore of that..
He didn't want to cave in not because of what Nexus was saying to him but because he doesn't want to help with Nexus' plans with shards because it's bad..
I really wonder what exactly Nexus meant by it'll all be over soon..
I wonder how he felt when he said all these things to Sun..
Also I can't help but to think that Nexus reminded me of Creator once again..
And it reminded me of when Creator hijacked Sun's dream..
And also in Mouthwashing when Sun mentioned Nexus.. I thought that Jimmy really reminds me of Nexus and Curly reminds me of Sun..
And that scene where Jimmy was going through insides of Curly's body.. it reminded me of when Creator hijacked Sun's dream..
And the scene when Jimmy put Curly in cryopod.. it reminded me of what I was thinking..
Nexus apologizing to Sun after something bad happened to Sun and he promises that he'll fix everything..
I really hope that this is why sams showed us the whole playthrough of Mouthwashing..
I think that Davis intentionally mentioned Nexus..
Cause like it is coincidence that Jimmy and Curly's dynamic is similar to Nexus and Sun's dynamic.. but VAs know their characters and they know when something can might be seen as a parallel or just remind us of these characters..
And I think that's why Sun mentioned Nexus.. cause Davis might have wanted to point this out..
Or maybe I'm wrong and maybe I was the only person who saw Jimmy and Curly's dynamic as Nexus and Sun's dynamic..
But getting back to what I wanted to say..
I think that it's important that Nexus told Sun that it's all his fault.. cause look at Where's Wally gameplay episode..
In the game Sun was the player.. and that weird thing (?!) told him that it's all his fault that others died because he killed them..
I doubt it's a coincidence - I mean again in the sense that VAs know their characters and know what may draw our attention to things related to these characters..
I think that all of this.. how many times Nexus acted like Creator and the reminder of when Creator hijacked Sun's dream and reminder of that thing in Sun's head and also the fact that Sun blames himself for everything is important..
I think that something big will happen on Halloween night.. but now idk but I still hope so gzhzbbzbzbzbzb
I think that sooner or later Sun will break..
But by that I don't mean that Sun will become murderous or uncaring or whatever..
What I mean that I think that Sun will give in to his fears and he may become paranoid.. because he'll be afraid that he'll kill someone once again or push someone over the edge once again or ruin everything once again..
I think that Where's Wally gameplay episode though it was gaming episode I couldn't help to see the resemblance to the thing in Sun's head.. and what if it was supposed to hint to how this thing whispers in Sun's mind all of these things.. that everything is his fault and that he's murderer..
I think that VAs wanted to draw our attention to that.. but again I might be completely wrong..
But the episode with Sun meeting Nexus again basically confirmed that Sun believes himself to be evil.. to be responsible for everything bad that happened..
And also pls read my reblog of Banana's post because I think I know what may happen xnnznznznnznznxn

@grapesnolives thank you for the link, I'll check it out during the weekend. I agree that their experimentation is always beautiful and fascinating to hear. They had singular sensitivity to the emotion – sound axis. And you can never be bored with it.
I've moved us to a new post, since our conversation is veering off the topic of the original post and I think we've hijacked enough of that already ;)
Unfortunately, I don't have the source for that quote about Robert, as I have been consuming a lot (and I mean A LOT) about LZ in the past few months, but in quite a chaotic manner and I haven't been taking notes. But If I come across it again, I'll send it to you. I was also surprised by it, but I guess it makes sense, since it was originally Jimmy's band and I believe that as time went by and Jimmy was losing his grip on reality more and more, Robert might have felt constricted a bit or started to develop a need for more independence. Nothing unusual in that, it happens in pretty much any band. He might have also been genuinely annoyed at the endless solos, quite like Bonzo, and JPJ probably too. I mean, to make a six and a half minutes long song into 45 minutes is both amazing and unnecessary lol. And Robert did have a bit of an imposter syndrome, still has, actually. He often spoke about them as 'three musicians and me'. 'I'm just a wedding singer who sang with musicians', and how his elaborate singing style developed as a method to stay in the song, cause the long musical intervals made him feel irrelevant. He definitely wanted to impress Jimmy and there was a lot of reverence for him as the worldly, knowledgeable, experienced musician who created his own band. But that began to disappear when Jimmy got heavily into heroin imo and definitely lost after 1977. Robert's priorities changed. His view of life changed. The love was still there, but Jimmy was no longer someone that Robert had to live up to, so to speak. Now he was someone to protect (and, in a way, someone to mourn). But the initial experiences formed Robert as a singer, set his standards and informed his view of musical expression.
I've also noticed that he makes fun of Bonzo (the diarrhea jokes will live with me forever, thanks Bob :/ ) and JPJ (and himself, occasionally), but not of Jimmy. IMO that's because he and Bonzo were 'bros', mates, and that's typical friendly behaviour in this kind of relation. JPJ was also a guy in the band and concert is entertainment, so it's only fair to make people laugh. It created a sense of dynamics, each band member had his quirks and image to play with. But with Jimmy he is only ever sweet and attentive. Not least because Jimmy Page can't take a joke imo. He's quite fragile and Robert knew it very, very well. But this doesn't read to me as reverential, but rather as caring. He knew not to make Jimmy the centre of attention that he might not see as entirely friendly. And his mysterious image had to be uphold too. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but whenever Robert speaks to Jimmy his tone of voice slightly changes. It becomes softer and warmer. ‘is it alright, love?’ kind of thing. He definitely wanted to be in Jimmy’s good books and for more than one reason.
I’m not surprised you thought they were a duet, seeing the photos. I recall seeing photos of LZ throughout my life and they’ve always been focused on J and R. I didn’t know what the other band members looked like before I started listening to the band. I knew Bonzo’s name because of his tragic death, like I do many other musicians’ who met their ends way too early, and knew that he is recognised as one of the, if not the greatest rock drummer of all times. But that was about it. IMO, he is the greatest of them all and he’s the only one whose drumming makes me genuinely tear up. There is as much emotion in Bonzo’s drumming as there is in Robert’s singing. Astonishing.
If you’re asking how I got into the story of J and R, it was quite simple really. I remembered the photos I’ve mentioned (mostly the WLL mic in the hair singing) which have always looked very suggestive to me and had heard before that part of the magic of LZ was the interplay between the two, and so when I finally got into their music I started doing my research to see if my initial impression was correct. And found plenty of evidence to confirm it, some of it much more straightforward then expected. But if you’re asking how I got into LZ then I’d say it was time for them to come into my life. One night on YT they appeared on my list and the journey began. I knew some of their songs before (STH, WLL, Dazed, a couple of others) and I had quite an emotional experience listening to Stairway as a young teenager, but that was the extent of it. I firmly believe that music comes to us at the right time and there’s no point in forcing it. It will find you if it’s meant to. And it will be a journey you’ll never forget.
Have you always been interested in drumming or is it the first time when it has captured your attention so much? Have you been into LZ for a long time?

Okay I just came across your fan feeding KF content and I am holding unto that fixit!AU of yours and I can't help but wonder how Henry, our ol boi, would act like when he grew up with a normal childhood?, and if he ever get to be friends with the teens, I feel like him and Carrie would be like idk- a comfort duo? Like not a ship but they're like always there for eachother trying their best to comfort one another since I keep imagining Carrie being like that timid, stressed-out, outcast, paranoid(but pretty smart)girl. (I just like to think they have that dynamic because of the outcast duo)
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, LOVE YOUR CONTENT
Aaaa thank you for the support!
Yeah my fix it au is really interesting especially because Henry got to grow up with his dad in the picture and as a result, stay in GC. I think some of the core parts of his personality would stay the same-I still think he would be pretty shy and uncomfortable around strangers, pretty quiet, pretty obedient. But I think he’d be those things in a much healthier way, kinda like his dad . George was active in the GCH community- he was in the drama club and played MULTIPLE sports- but no one really KNEW him, at least not well enough to know that drinking and getting violent was against his character.
Im not sure exactly how old Carrie (or the other teens including Eugene) are, but given Eugene’s parents got married in 1970 I think it’s safe to say Henry shouldn’t be more than 1-3 years older than any of them.
I think him being friends with Carrie is really sweet, when I was in high school my best friend was a guy (I am a cis woman in case you didn’t know) and we both were pretty low on the totem pole lol, so I can relate it to my own experience. Not all m/f relationships have to be romantic. Idk maybe him and Carrie and Jeanie had a band or something, he does have music in his genes lol.
Who knows they might have even befriended Eugene as well- I mean given the fact that Henry and Eugene probably grew up together since their parents were friends, it’s probably at least likely they knew each other well even if they wouldn’t have been friends naturally. Heck I mean it’s totally possible Marie and George would be Eugene’s godparents, and Peter and Kim would be Henry’s!
Maybe Jimmy and the other teens are chill with Henry too because he’s a pretty inoffensive dude, just a bit less chatty. maybe he was also into sports and some of them were on his team and chatted occasionally.
Also maybe the other kids let him hang around because his mom was really hot

Now I'm curious - how much power/influence does say Lizzie and Joel have in each others Kingdoms? How much will Scott wield in the Cod Empire?
So like, the political and royal social dynamics at play are, by virtue of the context, really weird. At least by our standards.
They are a lot more blatantly dictated by interpersonal relationships on a personal level than irl is and was. (note i said, blatantly. Not that our world's politics aren't and haven't been widely influenced by interpersonal relationships throughout history.)
Ultimately it comes down to the persons involved and the nature of their relationships.
Joel and Lizzie's influences in and on each other's empires has varied wildly through history too, as both the political landscape and their own relationship changed and grew.
Initially, Mezalea was fully conquered by the Ocean Empire and so Lizzie, at least supposedly, had more power and influence over it than Joel or any other member of the Mezalean royal family at the time. And on the other side Joel had absolutely no power or influence in the Ocean Empire.
In "Current Day" of course this has changed a lot. Generally speaking, both Joel and Lizzie try to maintain boundaries and not step into an actual control role in each others' empires. They almost have two complete different modes between Ruler of their Own Empire and Consort in Each Others Empire.
That being said if, say, Joel flew into the Ocean Empire and immediately started shouting orders at the guards and staff they would be complied with immediately, running under the assumption that there was a very good reason for this and they are probably under attack or something. There is a lot of trust there, both between Joel and Lizzie, and their people.
Nominally, they don't hold any more power in each others Empires than any other visiting royalty. Practically speaking, their people consider them to be a single unit in a lot of ways, even if they do not consider the empires to be a single unit.
If that all makes sense.
Scott and Jimmy's situation is a little different because Scott doesn't have his own empire and because of everything that being an emperor entails in this setting there is just going to be a bit of a disconnect there. That being said, purely from a power/influence point of view...Scott can be very bossy and Jimmy can sometimes be very boss-able.
There is also an element, related to the role of being an emperor, of the power and influence the emperors have being due to their people looking at them like "this is the person who is willing to put their very life as the line of defense between us and the rest of the world if need be. the least we can do is support them in that."
And that is where most of their actual power comes from, at least in kingdoms like the Swamp or the Crystal Cliffs, which don't have a bloodline element at play.
Scott isn't really going to have a lot of influence until he has shown the people of the Swamp that he too has something to give back to them. And prior to that, any power he has is going to actually be Jimmy using his power on his behalf.
It's a process.
It's also worth noting that these kinds of dynamics aren't limited to the couples. Roseblings have a very similar situation between them and Sausage. Gem can walk into any of the three Empires and basically be treated with the same level of obedience and respect. (This goes for her boys too, just with slightly more reservations on the people's part, because Gem is better at faking being sensible than they are.)
Pixlriffs basically has an all access pass to any kingdom other than Mythland. (Not that that stops him from wandering in and out of there as well, it just means he has some very stressed military personnel following him around the whole time he is there)
To sort of summarize:
Joel and Lizzie can't pass legislation in each other's empires, but on a more personal level their subjects basically treat them as interchangable.
Scott will eventually be able to take a role in the governance of the Swamp if he so chooses, but on a more personal and political level he is basically on a trial period/probationary period to the Swamp Dwellers.
Conflict of interest also plays a role in who can do what. And "state of emergency"
-
And thank you for the ask! This was a really good one, and I don't know how well I actually answered it. This is one of the things that might be more clearly understood after it starts showing up in the actual fics.

hi I saw you posting about the silt verses. it sounds interesting so I googled it but I'd like to hear what You have to say about it!!
(I'd also like to ask if it has any emphasis on bug-related horror bc that's a huge no from me, but if it doesn't I think I'll take a listen)
oh lord i have So Much to say about it. asking me what i have to say about the silt verses is like asking me what i have to say about call down the hawk or the owl house, like. it's a piece of media that is so immaculately conceived and well-executed that i can meta about Literally Every Single Line. if you've followed me for a while you probably know that i have high standards for horror media bc it's my most-consumed comfort genre; the silt verses is my fave piece of horror media Of All Time.
as for bugs, they don't play a huge role in the overarching story, but i do FOR SURE remember some imagery about parasites, insects, and people being transformed into bug-like creatures. so i'd look up episode warnings prior to consuming it, i can't remember off the top of my head which episodes specifically involve that.
the silt verses is, on the surface, a typical horror story about another world where gods are created through belief & fed through sacrifice. different gods have attracted cult followings, some gods are outlawed, some are not. it's stuff you've probably seen before if you're an avid supernatural horror fan.
however the writers then take the time to do absolutely Vicious and Scathing social commentary about pretty much every leftist topic you can think of. cult abuse, late-stage capitalism, corporate "we're all a family" speak, war, fascism, the creation of Unpersons with unhoused and mentally ill populations, prison violence, police violence, copaganda, generational trauma, environmental catastrophe, rural vs city mindsets and the political manipulation behind them..... Every Single Plot Point and piece of imagery serves a social commentary purpose. every single god and political movement is a transparent metaphor or allegory for our own world.
but what really keeps me coming back to it are the character arcs. from a horror writer's perspective, i can see exactly how carefully those arcs were sketched and plotted out. each of the narrators is dynamic and goes through a huge amount of character development -- positive for some, Horrifically Negative for others. characters are frequently caught between a rock and a hard place, forced to choose between two things they've always wanted...... and they also frequently choose Wrong.
and then they have to live with the consequences of those choices.
the protags are all messy and flawed and complicated, the antags are all messy and grounded and Very Real, and the relationships between people grow in organic ways that make me go MMM... before falling apart in equally organic ways. if you've ever enjoyed the same kind of desperate codependent and messy relationships that i most often write, HOO BOY you will have a good time with this podcast.
and if you like stories about people who are Genuinely Trying Their Best In The Face Of Impossible Circumstances, you'll ALSO get a lot of mileage out of this. it's a show where people make a lot of terrible decisions but also, people care So So So So So Fucking Much. really hits that sweet spot between nihilistic "everyone sucks" media and saccharine "everyone is always good at heart, all the time" media.
it also features some of the most stunning voice acting i've ever heard, not just in podcasts but in any media, ever. méabh de brún, b. narr, jimmie yamaguchi, and lucille valentine in particular all fucking KILL IT. like DAMN
and i can wholeheartedly recommend it without adding this, but if it's important to you: like 98% of the characters are queer. lots of trans cast members, lots of gay relationships, ace rep, los jibbities who get to be just as Fucking Terrible and embarrassing and hopeless as the characters in my fave White Man (TM) tv shows. u know how it is. i want queer people who are shitty bitches, always. and the silt verses DELIVERS
it's just. really good. i realize that this doesn't even get into the intricacies of who the characters are and what they want and what happens, bc like i said, i can talk about this show for a novel's length of meta. but these are the broad strokes of what has me in love with the narrative. it's So Good.

i did want to ask more about what the team rancher dynamic is in your mer au!!!
- kimi anon!
Team rancher! yes. it is a Dynamic nodders
I think that after Tango gets nabbed by JSM (what the heck is their trio name they kinda need one tbh) he becomes friends with jimmy pretty quick because they both relate to the being bored in a glorified fish tank thing, and Jimmy can sympathize with Tango still wanting to be friends with the rest of zits. After all, Jimmy is friends with Martyn and Scott.
It's sort of something that clicks into place with them, and they just get along, you know?
Jimmy is a little bit jealous of Tango having mer in his pod, and that his pod went looking for him, because Jimmy had gotten snatched young and he has no way of knowing where his pod might be at all. But he's trying to be grateful that Tango has a chance to go back to what his life was like before.
Jimmy also is helping Tango to learn English. Because Jimmy knows both mer and english it's easier for him to teach Tango than Martyn or Scott, cause they both learned English first (Scott started out as a human).
Also, fun fact. Jimmy and Scott are both fully bilingual with english/mer, but Martyn can't speak mer fluently because of his different vocal chords. Martyn understands mer fluently, though, and can sort of "spanglish" his way through it if he has too, but it always sounds really butchered.

Just rewatched 1x04 “Dogs” and here’s what I got for ya :D
Carmy’s “It’s on me now,” when talking about the debt Mikey and Richie put The Beef in, he doesn’t want to get into it being “his brother’s house,” it seems like everything there leads back to Michael, and that’s how he likes it, but he never wants to talk about it
“Name one cohort, name an associate” is one of my favorite lines lmao
Carm seems especially hot tempered in this bit, maybe because he doesn’t want to be catering a kids party, maybe he’s just not doing great after Mike’s birthday
“I answer to Jeff, the system” I love how T has incorporated Carmy into her idea of how The Beef functions, at some point he became part of the system :]
Carmy going to Cicero’s old address both shows how much everything has changed while he was gone and that he very much didn’t have the energy to keep track of any of it
One of the big displays of how the Berzattos want to be listened to but never listen to each other is the Cicero vs Richie argument, they’ve been at each other’s throats over a simple misunderstanding for 5 whole years
I need the “how she fell down those stairs” story please please please
I’m sure we’ve seen the post about the Mr Szorski (?) and how if someone heard “one of the Berzatto boys committed suicide” their head would easily go to Carmy instead of Mikey and… yeah ow
People should call Richie “Dick” more, it’s literally his name
“Richie what the fuck is that?” Carmy asks and you can almost hear his stomach drop in his voice when he sees the Xanax, also, this in combination with the “is there a name for that thing where you’re scared of a good thing happening because you think something band’s gonna happen?” “Life?” Starts to feel like Richie does genuinely have anxiety shit, and Carm’s “Who doesn’t?” Creates an interesting dynamic between them, they’re both really fucked up and reassuring the other that it’s completely normal
Gotta love Carm’s brag of “homemade Ecto-cooler motherfucker!”
And Chester’s “it’s this radiant orchid that’s fly as fuck”
There’s also the post about Marcus blowing off his work for the donuts because he thinks that level of dedication is what Carmy wants and the 1x07 breakdown mostly being the result of miscommunication, and yeah, Marcus’ “I want it to be perfect, like that plum” contributes to that
“You have given Marcus a lot of confidence, well done” from Ebra to Syd is so sweet omg
When Carmy has to go inside the party, he asks for ketchup from anyone and everyone, trying to get out of there ASAP
I think one of Carmy’s biggest love languages is words of affirmation, ie: Pete saying he worked at the best restaurant in the world (and that’s not an exaggeration), plus Pete telling him later about following his career and stuff, and suddenly Carmy likes Pete now
Jimmy goes “that fuckin kid” and Richie just says “that kid” in a way that feels detached, pretty much any time Richie talks about Mike, it feels like he’s just stating facts and trying to keep his emotions out of it as much as possible
Pete (loml) being so insufferably awkward <333
But also him being so sincere and “she also really missed you a lot too,” Carm’s been completely bombarded by his family yelling at him and I can only imagine how nice it was to hear that
Unless the cross got stuck by his coat or something, Carm’s necklace is just a gold chain
Cicero isn’t Italian, but he’s still related to Carm’s dad
“When was the last time you saw him?” And “he never lands” both point to him being alive (at least that they know of, this is a reckless guy that was last seen 20 years ago)
“Drugs, alcohol, gambling, mostly because he insisted on doing stupid fuckin shit all the time” Carmy’s eyes looks up from what he was doing to look at the picture again and I have this thought that this is him going ‘hey, that sounds familiar’ and Jimmy starts talking about Carm’s dad hopping careers and Carm knows for sure that Michael was a lot like his dad
“I’m in there for 5 minutes, I start thinking about bad shit” “I think that’s why I like it so much,” he’s not someone who avoids reliving his traumas, he’s always trying to take what hurt him and regain power over it, and now, we know he’s aware of this pattern of his
I think the kid in Cicero’s dream was Carmy. I think he really tried to look out for the Berzatto siblings, but the other two were already affected by their dad’s presence, unlike Carmy who just saw his absence, but Cicero always tried to put on a brave face and offer a helping hand to Carm. They seem close
“Taste it and tell me it’s shitty,” I don’t think Tina’s ever had that level of effort and care required of her in The Beef, and now, she’s terrified that when she really, truly cares, it won’t be good enough
But it is, and her “Thanks Jeff… Chef” means the world to me
Carmy isn’t good at articulating his thoughts, but sometimes, he’ll figure out his own methods of non-verbal communication, like his point to Marcus, and I think Marcus does get his intended “I care, good job Chef, I love to see you improving” from it
So I think that is all!
