It's very telling when you try to make positivity posts that were made for us about yourself in the tags or comments, when it's not about you. Please remember that so many things in this world are accommodating specifically towards white people and not us as POC, we are often not included or accounted for or even considered in many situations. While this may sound silly in the context of selfshipping, for many of us this is also done for fun, as an escape, or even as a coping mechanism just as much as some of you guys may consider it to be as well. And it hurts when something made to make us feel included is once again overstepped on by white people, just like we deal with so often in our real lives. Please try to consider that this space also is for us POC, and think really hard if you may be overstepping and be mindful of what you say. So many of you make excuses for your ignorant actions and need to learn accountability instead.

i really like how chapter 23 is titled in Japanese. in English, it's simply "Stargazing with A Free Spirit" but in Japanese, it's called "満天を頂に叶えるは空の願い".

i'm struggling to translate and word it beautifully in English but it's roughly around the line of: What Grants [You] a Sky [Full of Stars] at the Summit was A Wish Upon the Sky or Wish Upon the Sky Blessing You with A Sky [Full of Stars] at the Summit

why i like it? because of how they made it into a wordplay of Towa's name. Towa's given name is written as 叶空 in Japanese and as you can see here, it's incorporated in the title. i just think it's neat! especially when it's a chapter focusing on him. c:

funfact: Towa's name is written as 叶空 (叶 = to grant / fulfill, 空 = sky) but "towa" is also another way to read the word 永遠 (eternity / everlasting / forever, etc)!

headcanon: Hatter used to have a wife. he loved her a lot and so did she. Harry got to meet her and was really happy when he heard they were having a baby (Hattie) unfortunately, months after Hattie was born, Mrs Hatter started feeling really sick, every day getting worse, Hatter was desperate, he didn't know what to do, Harry was trying his best to help his friend, but nothing seemed to help Mrs Hatter get better. Until, the day came, Mrs Hatter had passed away.

Hatter was devastated, he had never felt so bad in his life, he kept lying to Harry saying he was alright, but he wasn't. Hatter stopped making hats and wearing colorful clothes for a while, since he thought there was no point in doing so. Harry couldn't stand seeing him so sad, so, one night, he promised him that whatever happens, he wouldn't leave his side, ever.

This somehow made Hatter feel a little better, "besides, Hattie wouldn't want his father to be sad."

Eventually, Hatter became his cheerful and silly self again, and Harry was happy about this. Every day, he would come early in the morning to the Hatter's house to have tea parties with him, so that he wouldn't feel lonely.

Hatter tries to avoid thinking about his deceased wife, because he knows he'll get all gloomy and stuff, and he doesn't want Hattie to worry about him.

Hattie, on the other hand, doesn't really care about his mother, since well... he didn't know her at all, and Hatter won't talk about her. He's happy he at least has a dad as great as Dad Hatter.

He'll always be thankful for everything Harry has done/does for him.

I feel as though people (mostly people who aren't insanely wataeipilled, or involved with shipping in general) are misunderstanding what we're upset about. It's not the simple assumption that we want wataei to be "canon" and that we're upset that that can't happen because of Eichi getting married, it's that HappyEle have been on a character assassination spree recently (Izumi in Mad Party & Kohaku in Last Mission) and we're worried that's going to happen to Wataru and/or Eichi. Regardless of shipping, Eichi never told Wataru, who's supposed to be his "best friend" that he's essentially been engaged to Tori's sister for the best part of a year. If Wataru isn't upset about this, then they've done it once again, because Wataru trusts Eichi to take his mask off around him; whilst the mask is "him", the "mask's purpose" (the title of his card in EP:Link) is to hide oneself. Wataru took it off for EICHI and Eichi ALONE. He put himself on display, allowed his facade to begin to fade around him and be his authentic "self" and opened himself up to possibly even be hurt (which he was immediately, by the way, and CRIED over it. HIBIKI WATARU. CRIED. Because Eichi was indifferent to his confession of love) because he trusts Eichi, and Eichi's told Wataru before (Tempest) that he also trusts him. So, is it or is it not blatant character assassination, and possibly even going back on their more recent development of becoming more honest with each other, if Wataru is not upset with this development?

Just realized that in 3 weeks (the season just started here) my kinda homophobic parents will see Buck kiss a man, and for a moment I got worried they'll be like "why they gotta make everything gay now?"
