I did salvia and I experienced my body as if it were my first day living in it. I could feel the aches and pains from misuse and old injuries, a tooth in my mouth felt very wrong, and I could feel how dehydrated I was. And I was like, this is terrible, I don't want to live like this. So five minutes later when I sobered up, I got up and made an appointment with the dentist, started drinking much more water every day, and started stretching during my lunch breaks.

So hilariously, salvia changed my life for the better.

#by the way #the tooth needed a root canal #which couldn't be seen by the dentist until I insisted he take x-rays #and then he was like #huh #that is a lot of internal damage
