If your package is lost due to having it possibly stolen and not notifying me about its status until it was 5 MONTHS later, ALL I can do at this point is help you find a missing report, and try to compensate you with the ability to repurchase the item with an assisted price.

Not only that I was not getting any kind of cooperation from figuring out a problem happening in a country I do not live in, I got sent a paypal dispute claiming that I have not sent the package and the accusation that I was blaming the buyer for "mental distress" Because I was making dozens of calls, hundreds of messages to the shipping company to find a way to know what happened to a package with an expired tracking code, and that they could not handle a claim happening out of their timeframe, of course I would be hella stressed.

I had to file a missing item claim and provided all the information I could, and all you did to me is to file that dispute on something that I have delivered and provided the tracking to, FIVE MONTHS later when the item's tracking has expired. To think that something I have poured all my efforts out to make for the GO fandom in 2 years and did not gain any profits from it to be called a swindler. This hurts me really bad. I did everything in my power to keep all customers up to date of all the progress and the mishaps. I'm not naming names. I know none of this is even my fault and I'm still taking hits.

If anyone has purchased the dolls from me and anything else from my shop, you would know how I operate as a one person business.
