Tim not being able to see Brian's face bcs of the operator makes me SO SICK. The operator kept him from seeing it so he wouldn't recognize him, which lead to him LEAVING him for dead. He couldn't see his face TWICE. IT WAS BLOCKED FROM HIS VISION.

Worst part is that Brian probably didn't even KNOW that Tim can't see him - so all the hatred and anger Tim was showing.. he must have thought it was all directed towards HIM. The fear he must have felt, the panic, him being UNABLE to call out for help, him dying SLOWLY in that damn hospital- UGH.
