There's this Bog Boi Chunky wip that I have and I've been avoiding writing it by telling myself that I'm not at a level where I can write something like this, and focusing on other wips instead.

It's been ages since live-blogged something but I might just for this book because I'm so so exciting to finally be reading it!! So just a heads up for all five of my followers: I'm currently reading/listening to the audiobook of His Secret Illuminations by Scarlet Gale, an erotic romance novel about a magic monk and a cool warrior lady who have to go on a quest to retrieve some stolen books. I've been wanting to read this for ages but the last couple months I've had a block about actually sitting down and reading a book which is very sad because there's so many books I want to read that dont have audio versions. So I'm so happy this one does now!! Stay tuned!!

"Ino you can't keep doing this! If my parents see you they're going to call the police!" You whispered after opening your bedroom window. The ski mask would have scared anyone else instantly, but the eyes behind it were ones you knew well. "Oh shush, you know you love it." He teased, climbing into your room and standing to full height. From his eyes you could tell he was smiling and you just shook your head, lifting his mask to kiss him.

He took it off fully, not breaking the kiss for even a second as he tossed it to the ground. You could feel his hair tickling your forehead as he leaned more into you, deepening the kiss quickly and making you laugh. Ino couldn't help himself, he hardly got to see you with your restrictive parents and he missed you. Biting your lips, you let out a moan before pulling away all flustered. It was his number one job to fluster you and it was working.

"What? Didn't you miss me?" He asked, leaning forward even more to look you in the eyes. "Of course I did, I just don't think my parents need to hear just how much." You told him and he shook his head with a smile. "Then they'll call the cops for sure." He said, picking you up suddenly and having your wrap your legs around his waist. You had to bite back a squeal, burrying your face into his neck as he laid you both down on your bed.

"Sweetheart, you alright? I heard a noise." Your mother called from behind your bedroom door and you felt your heart stop. Ino's eyes went wide and he froze, not sure how you'd respond. "I'm fine just uh- stubbed my toe." You told her and he stifled a laugh in your neck. "Be more careful, hun. We're going to bed now. Goodnight!" She said and you cringed before responding. "Goodnight!" Your heart was pounding now as you listened to her footsteps walk away.

"That was close." Ino whispered, settling inbetween your legs better. Your lifted your hands to play with his hair as you looked at him. "Too close." You said and he shook his head. "Too close would be getting caught." He told you and pulled you in for a kiss again, tongue running over your bottom lip as his hands roamed your pyjama clad body.

His hands slowly started lifting your shirt, just wanting to touch more of your soft skin. He didn't get to see you nearly enough, he just wanted to see you and touch your after a long day, so much so that sneaking around was absolutely worth it.

"That feels nice." You moaned, feeling his slightly rough hands touching your sides and stomach. "I could make you feel even better." He whispered in your ear, hands moving to the waist band of your shorts slowly. "You know we can't. Not with my parents in the house." Your breathing had gotten heavier and he felt pleased with himself. "What if they hear?" You added on, his fingers toying with the band now as he kissed the side of your neck. You wanted too, you really did but the fear of them hearing and hurting him was too big.

"What if I promise to help you keep it down? Muffle those pretty sounds of yours?" He asked, now tugging the fabric down a little. His words made you whimper, loving how determined he was and just how much he wanted you to see how much he missed you. "I guess that's okay." You smiled softly and Ino felt himself smirk. One hand moved to cover your mouth while the other tugged your shorts down, taking your underwear with them and you let out a sound in surprise.

"Now now, you said we needed to be quiet. Hate for the fun to come to an early end."

Big day in Gooseville, I have gotten a lot done

I have officially finished jade winglet! I substituted Carnilian for Peril since Peril doesn’t die in the first book, and I’ve kept the Winter period cramp pose since I’m too lazy to change it.

On to another topic I have finally started working on the stickers! I am about half way done with touch up but I won’t be able to work on them till next week since I do not have photoshop at home 🥲.

Also whilst I was drawing Umber in my aphug class a kid just leaned over and said “that’s tough as hell” then leaned back and went back to his work, I’ll take it as a compliment.

Hey, more Pizza Tower! They recently anounced a version for Nintendo Switch, and I'm pretty glad that it happened

This was supposed to be just a small drawing, but, well it's a special occasion so here's a big one. I don't know, I liked the idea of ​​seeing Peppino join Nintendo and acquire a bunch of merchandise that he doesn't need against his will. Drawing all that fake and cartoony Nintendo merch was pretty fun

Not really glad that I'm going to play it on Nintendo Switch (I don't have one lmao), but I'm actually glad that it got a space at Nintendo considering it's influences from the Wario Land saga

"Uh... no sorry." But you checked on your pockets anyway. Who knows? Maybe you actually have it. Before you can even lift your head a breeze past you.

A breeze? In the middle of the hall where no windows open?

You glance at your side, seeing what is left of your friend on the ground, his throat ripped open as he choked on his own blood and died in mere seconds. You stared at him as his lifeless body lay down motionless.

"I was talking to him.”

"Pas désolé, he is pretty much dead now."

You glance at him unimpressed while he stared up at you with a smile, a sweet sickening one, making you feel annoyed even more. His bloody blades disappearing behind his wrists.

"You need to stop your little visits. They will notice our talks one day. And it's not gonna be pretty for both of us.”

“We never agreed it would be. Qui a dit que ça m'intéressait de toute façon.” He grinned at you as he connected his hands behind his back.

How do you two know each other? Well, you two met when you started to work for Eden, seemingly. You're an agent observing Eden's work and informing your superiors. That's it. That was your job. Being a spy. Dangerous you need to say. Thankfully, if someone notices your act, you know how to fight.

It wasn't long before the assassin and spy met in unfortunate circumstances. Forcing you to fight side by side in a station where both of you are in grave danger. It was in the past now. Either you regret meeting him or not… you weren’t sure.... yet

After that day, he didn't seem to forget about you. Or your purpose. It looks like you managed to catch his attention from the first moments.

He started to show his face whenever he could to the point you can't ignore anymore.

You did get irritated by that a lot of the time, especially in the beginning. But now you just… get used to it? You don’t know. It’s not like he listened when you told him to go.

Thankfully whenever he kills your ‘comrades’ he helps you to not get caught because of his reckless actions? You actually started to think he's doing it on purpose too. Just to stay a bit longer and interact with you more.

You don’t actually care who he kills. You just want him to not ruin your cover.

But when you start to notice every person you talk to starts to disappear or end up dead? You start to worry. Like a lot. How can you not? Your life is on the line.

You know it was him doing it. But you just didn't get why. You are more than capable of handling yourself.

What was he thibking doing all that? Risking your whole mission- YOUR life- To get you caught? There need to be more to it. There is something really wrong with him…

And you were proven right when you found one of your agent friends covered in his own blood, near him only stood and stared Bullfrog while he slowly... died. Like he wanted to teach him a lesson in his own mind.

His blades were bloody. There was something horrible the way he just… stared. What shocked you even more was what he uttered out to the body laying motionless, to the soulless eyes.

“No one… no one can take her away...” he slowly wiped the blood from his mouth.

Your eyes widen with that. How does a normal person would act in this situation? Run away for their life? Scream? Cry? Grow in anger? Probably. But you were a skilled agent. You stepped inside, even you couldn't belive how calm you were, he quickly got aware of your presence and tilted his head with a smirk. He never hid that glint in his eyes.

“Bonjour, mon lumière. How was your day? Good I hope?”

You shook your head, and went straigh to the point, “What have you done?” It was the only thing you could let out at the moment. A lot of things went trhough in your head but you just stood there and actually hoped to hear a manageable answer?

He opened his arms towards you and approached, he actually believed in what he said, “He was going to get in between like all the others. I couldn’t let that happen.”

The more he came closer the more you stepped back, you shook your head, “You are not even making any sense. You are sick, you are—“

You yelled in pain and dropped down on your knees before you could even put up a fight to get away. He cut your ankles. Not actually cut them in two but that still hurted like hell. You hissed and suck in a breath. You grimiced and tighten your fist. You are not going to show any weakness to him.

You panted in pain as he held you in his arms, caressing your back. You growled in anger on his shoulder, wiggling in his strong hold, trying to get away but he didn't even move an inch and continued holding you tightly, not very affected. How could he be so strong?

“Don’t worry, ma vie. You will soon understand that I’m freeing you from the burden of working under an organization as vile as Eden. You’ll be at peace with me. I promise." He caressed your head ‘lovingly’. “Nous serons ensemble pour toujours.”

Your angry yell muffled in his chest. As his eyes stared blankly into space with a smile on his lips.

Another Typical Fantasy Romance theory: what is the meaning behind the driving force of the original novel's plot?

So far, we know about the sinopsis behind the plot of the novel that tells the story she lives on the world she has been isekai-ed to.

Lithera Merto, because of this, has to go to the capital to tell about this monster problem and solve problems around the world:

Pluck some special flower from the head of a giant snow monster.

Destroy a malfunctioning magical maze.

Slay a big sea monster on the southern sea.

The baby Calamity Dragon.

Either to be anounced or the Annihilation Dragon itself.

We know pretty much the all lore behind all those things. But what feels unclear is what appears before all these trials Lithera had to go through. And that is the monsters appearing on the south.

That was unusual because the monsters were always on the north, which is where the Termaine line resides to keep them in check along the vassals of that noble house.

And they are very good on that, at least that we know, after all, they were praised a lot and considerated heroes for that matter. They were the shield of the north.

As for the Baby Dragon and the Annihilation Dragon, they both came from the southern sea, but we have the full lore of that: the Annihilation Dragon was sealed on the southern sea by the first Retum, and the Baby Dragon came from a scale of said dragon, so that checks.

The adult dragon, as opposite of the happenings on the novel, came from the north at first. Which implies the monsters have the north as their natural habitat, and a big one that came from there is not that weird, only the part that is extremely bigger which makes it a living calamity.

So as far as we know, those dragons have a clear lore, but the rest are more confusing.

Usually monsters stay on the north. So far as we know, is their habitat, but then more appeared on the south. Why is that?

What stands first on this is how it coincides with how both places were the big dragon is. North for the place it came from, and south for when it was about to resurge.

There seems to be a relation here, but it's not clear which one.

There is not information about wether there was or not monsters on the north before the Annihilation Dragon arose from there. What we know is that they are still there, which is why the Termaines became a thing to begin with.

If we take the monsters as simple beasts that live according to mostly usual envioremental laws, then they are naturally from the north, where the more harsh conditions made creatures stronger for a more harsh enviorement. So far we have them as such: beasts bigger and even edible, and they can even be crossbred with more tame creatures. The only unusual thing that distiguishes them from usual animals is the magic stones that come from them (unless magic stones can be found on the carnivorses too?), and we know those are only from monsters because the Termaines and the north wouldn't be the supply of magic stones for the wizards and the Teikas. Or at least the main one.

In any case, all that is located to the north.

So why move to the south? What drow then there?

Was it the Annihilation dragon that was about to rise? Is it that they sensed, as much animals do when a calamity is close, what was on the way and then started to look for opportunities for new places to be or were they lured for another reason?

Or........... was it the other way around?

Let's think of something: there has always at least one person with royal blood with the power of miracles at least a little charged (since we know they can run out of that power as we saw with Pellus

) to keep the monsters of the north at bay. This happened because:

But then the Termaine house, as it grew too powerful and popular, gained animousity from the Royal Family, which made them restrain the Termain line, which resulted on:

But the Termaines always resided on the North, along with the monsters, which were kept in check, or that was what it's supposed to be, since no more heroes appeared on the Termaine noble house, which resulted on Noathe's chosen ones. But those were not sent only to the north, but to do things for all places, or that's what is likely to be, since we don't know exactly what did those do, except for Lithera.

In any case, was that a sign that there was some sort of monster migration to the south?

After all, since there were no more heroes in the north, only those qualified to be, that might have allowed monsters to migrate and met the area where the Annihilation dragon was.

Was that something that set things in motion?

After all, Lithera had to step in to avoid the end of the world. There is nothing that says there was a chosen one as powerful as she was on her past life. She could have been one purposely sent for that task, so she had to be more powerful than the average hero.

And what was that made Noathe decided to put her in that position to begin with? The Dragon was coming back, and that migration of monsters had something to do with it.

Either they felt drawn to the big dragon because they felt it awakening, or maybe they reawakened the dragon, since those are creatures with magic stones on them, which could have fed the weakened dragon.

If mages could extract magic for them to use from those, then the Annihilation dragon could do so.

In any case, this is still just a theory, but it would explain why did Noathe wanted to keep the empire safe with his blooline, if the monsters left the north, they could have reached the dragon and revive it and only a great power could defeat that thing.
