兄 - ani
The way I looked up the original Japanese version to finally find out if Alex' dead brother was older or younger than himself. He was older, which fits better with how Alex felt like he saw his brother again when he was with Orter senpai.
Senpai.
Alex died when he was 21 (per his age on the wiki). Orter is 23. There is only one divine visionary every year and there is 1 dead visionary between Orter and Rayne... If we assume he was 23 at the beginning of the story right after Rayne was chosen, then he would've been 21 at the time when he became one. Assuming he got the title right after Alex died, then they would've been the same age. It's also possible that Orter is younger than Alex.
Calling someone senpai is not only about age though. It's also about seniority and status. Orter might've simply started earlier with the police academy and was a class above Alex, therefore making him the senpai in the relationship. His grades and performance in the school, even with his work ethics of mediocricity, could've been leagues ahead of anyone else, too, making him one of the top students and earning him the senpai title again.
Or it's a mix of those things and Alex being comfortable calling him a title that denotes seniority because of how much he saw his older brother in Orter, even if Orter was younger than him.

How was even Sukuna's twin sibling's soul still in the earthly realm even after the death of their materialistic body? Does it mean one twin soul can never fully leave the world until their other half dies, and that's why Kenny somehow able to get his hand on sukuna twin and Maki's sword has Mai's will that doesn't appreciate getting wielded by anyone other than her sister, and sometimes she still converses with Mai through the soul-split katana?
That's a good explanation on those unexplained things!
We only get told that the souls of twins are treated the same by jujutsu, and that they even are the same fundamentally. (I would need to find the specific pages on that, though, to check my memory.)
The soul of Sukuna's twin was still reborn in Wasuke, though, so you could say that he wasn't actually trapped in the earthly realm as a wandering spirit or similar. And who knows how often that soul was reborn over 1000 years. My guess on how Kenjaku found Wasuke is that Sukuna's fingers reacted to him.
Maybe Kenjaku didn't find Wasuke early enough to become his wife, or Wasuke always rejected someone as creepy as that ancient sorcerer. So in the end, it was Jin who became the father of Yuuji.
And Sukuna became his spiritual gruncle :D
For Mai's and Maki's situation, it could be unique because they're twins, but it could also be unique because of the way Mai created the Split Soul Katana through her CT and life as a bargain. Maybe a soul staying inside a weapon or tool like that isn't that unique in the first place, but I guess we would've seen someone like Yorozu simping for Sukuna from inside the weapon she created for him.

is it true Maki indirectly used sexual connotation to Naoya in a condescending tone to show dominance while performing shiranui style ?
On my own, I wouldn't have been able to answer your ask because that wasn't something I picked up when reading JJK by myself. The specific usages of words and phrases in the original japanese are too much for me, especially when reading the translation which muddles everything. In the last years, I read the interpretations and explanations of others to get a better picture on many themes and elements of JJK.
I remember reading a good post from Lightning on this, though. And I found it!
Tumblr media
Check it out, Lightning breaks down all the comments between Maki and Nayoa and what kind of sutext goes on between them and Mai. You can find this kind of adult theme communicated in subtext or more in a state of blankness in other parts of JJK, too. Choso's origins come to mind eg.
But to answer your question: Maki kinda does use sexual connotation to show dominance against Nayoa, yes. It fits her masculine disposition at that part of the story.

Can we talk about Diego for a hot second and the kind of disaster this man is?
He arrives in the past on the 1st of September
Tumblr media
And we later find out that he has been in the asylum for 75(!) days
Tumblr media
But there is this teeny tiny problem I have with these numbers. You see, Five arrived in Dallas on November 25th
Tumblr media
Hazel then sends him back 10 days making it the 15th. And here comes the tricky part where I have to do a little bit if math but luckily I went to university for this shit
Tumblr media
So Diego, by the time Five arrives and visits him, has been in the 60s for a total of 76 days.
76 days
Of which he spent 75 in an asylum
Meaning, this idiot got himself arrested the very next day after he arrived in Dallas.
Like what did he do? Saw JFK on the television and immediately started running towards his killer's house? That woman whose handbag he saved probably wanted to flirt thank him but he was like: "Ma'am, I need to save the president, how can I get to this highly specific address? Ma'am, I need to cut off some trigger fingers" and off he went, sprinting through the night, trying to be a hero and getting racially profiled into an asylum for all his troubles.
But also he apparently got another superpower. No, I don't mean holding his breath indefinitely or something silly like that. I mean this:
Tumblr media
In two and a half months our favorite knife throwing pretty boy goes from his short hair cut to this monstrosity:
Tumblr media
Look at all of that hair! They're at least 15cm long! Human hair grows about 1cm per month but this bad boy activated his hidden hair growing powers to show it to the Man in utter defiance of the injustice he's facing by being incarcerated without trial.
And he succeeded beautifully!
We stan a true hero 😭

Hi ninja,is it true kamo clan is the most conservative clan in jjk?
I think it was Gojo who said that the Kamo held the conservative seats in the upper ranks of jujutsu society. What does that mean in specifics? A Japanese person might explain it better.
But from what I could gather, they're traditionalists. Deeply protective of old cultural values practices. Eg, the conservatives of the higher ups had problems with new-fangled cursed techniques that incorporated modern technologies.
As crazy as it sounds, I'm sure Naobito came into conflict with them when his CT had to do with film and frames per second. Even Gakuganji would've had problems with them because of his amplification CT through his electric guitar. Hakari and Kirara were the latest to have to face them.

Mozilla, in its finite wisdom, embedded LLM bots into recent versions of Firefox for the vitally-important purpose of… naming tab groups. Now, some users are noticing CPU and power usage spikes caused by a background process called Inference.
Ugh. Reminder again for Firefox users to visit your about:config page, search for the browser.ml.chat.enabled key, and set that to false:
Tumblr media
If yours says true then double-click it until it reads false.
Doing that turns off the AI chatbot features in Firefox, but also the stupid new LLM tab-naming feature that's rolling out.

Reminder to not only block genocidal fascists like formerleftistjew, but to also block everyone who reblogs and agrees with them.
It takes no more than two retractions from whom they reblog, to end up with manic people openly wanting to ethnically cleanse Gaza and the Westbank from all Palestinians. The masks fall of extremely fast in the Zionist bubble, your liberal Zionist friend is just filtering out the vomit from the violent genocidal ones so you won't see them and judge them.
it really is atrocious hearing that israel is committing one of the largest genocides on children. ever

One of the ways I've seen Mashle's world described as was "What if Voldermord won?" As in, the magic world killed and keeps on killing non-magic users to this day, which is the main conflict of the series.
What I was curious about at the end of the second season, was how Adam Jobs, one of the strongest magicians of all time and figure head of the magic society from 100 years ago fit into this world, epsecially because he was a friend of lackmagics.
Like, how did an important and powerful person like that fail at protecting a part of his society until there was nearly no one left of that group?
In the rest of the story this gets explained in bits and pieces. Jobs was strong in everything magic but he wasn't strong in social change. Most of society, which was already discriminating against the lackmagic minority, didn't change bigoted their views even though he was the one bringing stability and reform to their world.
But then, there was a piece of lore that dropped pretty late after the other races of the world had been introduced (forgot which chapter.) It was about how weak humans were against races like giants and madjins, and how dangerous the world was to them until Jobs created safety by furthering his own and the magic of everyone else.
Thinking about all of that made me realize... that Jobs actually fascilitated the genocide of the normal humans by bringing stability to human society. Especially because that stability was build on magic.
These are just my thoughts bordering on headcanon because Mashle itself doesn't go into gritty detail about the societal factors that led to the genocide outside of extreme magical racism. But you can make the connections:
a powerful magician brings peace to the humans with his magic
that peace is kept by the powerful magic of subsequent generations, mostly in the form of the Divine Visionaries
magic becomes the absolut scale on how human life is valued
in this new and stable society, measures to keep violent fascism at bay fail
not only are lackmagics percecuted and killed, but also everyone who falls into adjacent categories of them: people who protect and hide them, people who lose their magic at some point in their life
this kind of fascist ideology doesn't contain itself to just one and clearly defined out-group. More and more categories of humans get pushed out of the in-group like people with weak magic and magical skills (like Regro) and lower classes including orphans (like Finn and Rayne) and the poor (as seen with Abel)
In essence, the world of Mashle is a really shitty place, and if you don't get blinded by the humor, that's clear as day. But back to my original point: Adam Jobs contributed to this development not only by failing to take preventing steps to protect lackmagics, but also by building the stable foundation of the magic society itself.
My logic is basically, without Jobs, the humans wouldn't live with a central government that values magic as a divine blessing and its absence as a mistake in the universe. And without that ideology and the newly organized society they lived in, the genocide against the lackmagics wouldn't have happened. At least not at such a scale.
I think in a dangerous world were humans hadn't yet ascended the food chain, normal humans would've managed to live, either among (some) magicians or in their own communities because scoiety would've been way more fractured, giving them pockets of air to breathe.
