first off all i would like to say that english is not my first language so i apoligize for any mistakes

i started shifting around 2020 after i found out about it on tiktok. i was a typical hogwarts shifter who laid in the starfish position pretty much every day.

now my main dr is a marauders dr without magic and with a little bit of fame and figure skating. which i might go in dept on later

What’s your favorite book? Favorite author? ~ Oh shoot… this is always a tricky question LOL, considering I don’t read too much anymore xD I think I break the nerdiness scale in terms of mainly consuming fanfic as my literature medium 😂 With that said, fanfic is obv wonderful, and I would like to give that medal to @lucky-ladybugs-lovelies When the Stars Shine Brightest on FF.Net!! Legit one of the only fics to ever make me cry, has a GORGEOUS story/portrayal of Sephiroth, and has honestly been crowned as my favorite fic since reading it <333 And, ofc, that fic wouldn’t be possible without its legendary author behind the screen!! 💕 (In terms of BOOKS, tho… I’ve always enjoyed The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky <333)

What motivates you to write? ~ Ooooh… I think I’d have to say it’s simply when my brain is set to a good mode to write 🤣 There aren’t tooooo many times where I’m “unmotivated”, per se, and I did learn over time that, sometimes, it takes a little nudge to get my lazy butt to be productive xD But overall, motivation’s kinda just like a bolt of lightning that hits at random!! (pluusss maybe a good song that can stir an idea xD)

Nerdie! What is new this week?

Welp, I passed my math class (yup - mid thirties in a math class 🤨 it was required). Thankfully it's the only one. I've got one more and then I can look forward to the next term. I think my orientee's last week is this week, I have more stickers to stick on people at work and I burned some candles.

Just two for the week, I've been focused on my classes so I've been putting out less finished work and prepping series that I have planned:

Don't assume on Valentine's Day - Ezra x plus size female reader (Yup, I wrote a Valentine's fic, just barely? It's mentioned but not the focus. Implied smut, some angst, fluff. All in one.)

Wrong Beach and a Speedo - Javier Gutierrez x Abigail (plus size OFC) I finally started my Javi G series! Is it fluffy like his hair? Yes. Will it stay that way? Mostly only because we gotta move the plot along. 80% fluff, 15% smut adjacent (subject to change, could be less) and 5% violence. Like very small. No worries. Unsure about how many parts, maybe 5-7?

100 days of productivity 31/100

Such an amazing day today!!! Today was the welcome event at QUB and i was nervous to sit away from my friend at a table of strangers but there were only 5 others and they were really friendly and despite not talking to them all that much, we got along well! The day was very informative and the tours I spent talking to a girl from another table. At the end of that we exchanged snaps (with the table and me with the girl) so that we could keep in contact and help each other with the coursework. Oh was it so interesting!!! I can't wait to start it!!!! I'm on the maths and physical sciences pathway and chemistry is something I absolutely want to do. I've finally decided! I'm just not sure whether medicinal chem or pure chem 😅. Before getting to the campus my friend and I found a small bookshop and they had an amazing selection, so ofc we got a book each and afterwards came back to buy more ^^ (I got Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie and The Perks Of Being A Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky). Got a drink then headed on the train back. I can't wait to be in uni.

At home I was glad to hear that most classes were interrupted today so I don't have any work to catch up on. I also exercised and my legs still feel a bit funny but it felt great afterwards! I did a bit of studying for chemistry but I won't push myself any further because I've got to write this, pack my bag, brush my teeth and I want to wake up early enough tomorrow.
