how mbti types procrastinate

entp, enfp, intp, infp: considers possibilities of what to do instead of said task. starts typing but gets distracted when trying to choose a song to listen to. probably scrolls through tiktok. thinks that said task is too overwhelming. can't schedule an appointment on the phone by themself.

intj, infj, enfj, entj : plans out everything, but doesn't actually do it. wayyy too perfectionistic. has a bunch of pinterest boards (or playlists) related to said thing. not inspired. not enough pressure. "scheduled procrastination."

estp, esfp, istp, isfp: thinks the task is stupid and boring, and there are more fun/interesting things to do. also thinks that they have enough time to get it done but actually only has 2 hours. doesn't narrow down priorities. probably forget it existed in the first place

isfj, istj, estj, esfj: associates task with bad past experiences and avoids it. thinks it's not important + a waste of time compared to other things. keeps getting stuck on minor criticisms or flaws. doesn't put said thing on their to-do list (not in sight, not in mind!)

Gojo Satoru = Fiancé

As an introvert who relies on the power of mind, I think you'll be fine having a loud extrovert as your partner; Gojo Satoru. INTP appreciates an open-minded partner who is willing to engage with them in intellectual conversations, challenges and debates, and Gojo is the one. INTP has a unique sense of humor that couldn't be understood by everyone, so with Gojo being witty, he'll find no problem in matching your vibe and continuing with your jokes even in serious situations, making the relationship even more enjoyable. Gojo is egocentric, so your wittiness would humble him everytime. ESFJ/ESTJ: fantasizing, vision boards on pinterest, adding items to amazon wishlist, makes a bucket list for the year,

ESTP/ENTP: touches grass, hangs our with friends, class clown, watches reality tv, starts drama for no reason, debates on the internet (or fights irl if you're an estp 👀)

the quiet kids, kids who like to disappear inside their own mind, kids who don't want to lose the safety it provides. Its likely that E5 kid didn't feel nurtured enough, especially by their mother which caused the painful feelings of longing, isolation. To defend themselves against those feelings the kids started to occupy their minds with something else, they retreated into their mind. The kids thought by not wanting any emotional nourishment from the nurturing figure they can truly become independent. Its possible the kids never felt safe with their family. Detachment & forcing themselves to not desire any emotional engagement with others became their defense mechanism. As a child it feels very overwhelming and unsafe for them to leave their mind. When the E5 kids needed other people's mental support the most in order to survive , they were neglected & left alone. Most likely the mother figure was unresponsive to E5 kid. As an adult, they are forever stuck in the last & third phase of separation "detachment" since childhood.

{ writing this was a bit uncomfortable for me as an E5 because it brings back the painful feelings from childhood. }
