i absolutely adore how much fun orlando bloom is having in lotr movies. he's 22 years old. he landed one of the major sexy roles in the movie. he has a crush on his hot older scene partner (viggo). he's giggling like a school girl but he also films badass scenes, and they gave him a fairytale horse and he gives him kisses. he has a pretty wig.

könig, who surprises you by stopping at a nearby shelter instead of going to the park like you’d agreed upon earlier… he explains that he feels terrible every time he has to leave you alone to go away on a work trip, and asks if you’d enjoy a companion. you happily agree, and then it’s a whirlwind of picking your new kitten, getting basic supplies (with könig promising a shopping trip to upgrade the kitten’s stuff the very next day), and then taking your baby to her new home.

in theory, the gray kitten named luna was to be your kitten, but you sure don’t complain when you walk into the living room and find luna curled up on könig’s chest, happily purring away as she uses him like a giant heating pad. smart girl, you do the exact same. despite her being so little, she got an instead read on könig, designating him a giant, yes, but a gentle one all the same. könig teared up the first time luna approached him, her cute inquisitive chirp making his heart clench. he’s always loved all animals, cats in particular, but many are skittish around him due to his intimidating height.

yet here’s tiny luna, swatting at his mask (definitely leaving little strands of her gray fur all over the fabric) as he’s bent to tie his laces, trying to get ready to leave for work; or walking along the piano and startling at each note as könig plays a special song for you two, making him laugh as he brushes off his childhood lessons. he thought getting you a companion would make it just the tiniest bit easier to leave on a mission but his heart clenches even worse now that he has his two engels waiting at home for him. he puts a picture of you and luna cuddled up and napping in his room, next to all the other ones of you, smiling as he falls asleep to the mental image of you and your kitty tucked snuggly in your warm bed, with his side just awaiting his return to complete the little puzzle that is your family. <3
