Me when the fic has horny mutual pining slow burn but instead of just talking about their body and what they'd do to it, they talk about the way Character A talks or moves or presents themselves and why Character B likes them and how passionate A is about a topic they like or the small ways they show interest in each other or the way they turn away when they stare at each other's eyes for too long or how they get quiet and their mind goes stupid when they get close too them for even just a couple of seconds in a casual interaction or the way they think about each other and their interests and their body but end up denying their thoughts and feelings and believing it means nothing or the way they push each other away when they get to close (physically or emotionally) and how hurt they feel when both of them feel like it's unrequited

OH I HAVE SOOO MANY THOUGHTS ON THIS, I got the whole thing planned out in my head like a little brain movie. One day im gonna have to write it out for real cause I dunno how else to fully explain the vision.

I definitely see it being very spur-of-the-moment— they're the last two in the club room after practice one day and Tora just comes out and says it, does a dramatic little speech in true Tora-fasion. Fukunaga's been messing around with him for ages at that point so he kinda short-circuts cause he wasn't expecting him to ever make a move. At first Tora's not sure if he's taking it seriously or not but he is. There's dramatic hand grabbing and whispering and all that gay shit that i'm too lazy to write out atm. He nods yes, bam happy couple. Also Kuroo walks in on them at the end. This is very important.

Unrelated but I have a drabble in the works about the second point! Fukunaga knowing and not doing anything about it is very funny to me and very unfunny to Kenma.

restarted the zolu fic after i started changing too many things. now it's zoro's pov and im back at 500 words with a better outline of what i want to write. i'll probably repurpose the old one into a luffy pov version since there were some things i really liked in it that i want to include, though it may end up being shorter than the zoro pov one.

yes LMAO, i don’t advertise it bc ik commissions in the fanfic writing space are kinda iffy, but ive had some (literally just 2 from the same lovely person😭🫶🏻) dm inquiries abt them! the time was also not a joke lol, it does take me almost 2 weeks to write a ~25k fic but that is me factoring in the time from the requester sharing their concept and giving me a day or so to create an outline, then she gives me the green light, then i do a first draft, share some excerpts, get her feelings on it, etc.! it’s a very personal process and she enjoys the fics i created, and that’s really the best part of the exchange for me <3 i write to see how my readers are feeling
