my mom has always really thought video games look very fun, but since she’s someone who gets obsessed with her interests and she’s very busy she’s never played one. since I found this out as a kid, it has always been my plan to surprise my mom with a console and some games on the day of her retirement. I still have a few years left, but I could never decide what game to get a beginner with my mom’s tastes, smarts, and warped sense of humor that wouldn’t be too hard or require too much commitment for a first timer.
