Oh, I love this question! My favorite in general is probably ที่รัก (têe rák), which is usually translated as "darling" or "dear," but literally means "the one I love." Unfortunately, I get the sense that this might be a bit old-fashioned or cringe because usually when I hear people using it—even in BLs—it's done sarcastically.

My other favorite is คุณหนู (kun nŏo) which you'll sometimes see translated as "young master" if a character is talking to a young person of a higher station (Bison's neighbor called him kun nŏo in last week's episode of THK), but it can also be used playfully to mean someone is acting like a spoiled brat. I'm 99% sure Sand called Ray kun nŏo at least once.

But what I like even better than nicknames is just fun variations in pronoun use because I feel like it tells you more about a couple's relationship. For instance, in this week's High Season episode, you can hear Mix continually call Earth just "Earth"—without an honorific—despite their four-year age gap. For him to do that even with cameras pointed at his face you know they are super close because otherwise it would be seen as rude.

On the FirstKhaotung front, Khaotung has started referring to First as "Phi" a lot. And not even in a joking manner. Like he's just casually calling him Phi now and usually I would just say he's channeling his inner Bison, but Bison doesn't call Kant "Phi" either! Bison calls him "Khun."
