Villain Kenji is what would have happened if Emi and Hayao had died in the final conflict and he had been forced to kill Mecha Gigantron, He was already contemplating snapping when Emi fell from the tower and his rage got the better of him when his father was shot but in both cases he had his concern for them to ground him. I genuinely believe that if he lost his family nothing would really stop him in getting revenge. The closes he has to a friend is Ami and his team and those are still people he holds at a distance. He'd probably regress to being fully closed off but without the smile. He has nothing and no one left and baseball only held meaning to make his love ones smile. Kenji's gonna make Belial look like a walk in the park.

I can see him being much more cocky, egotistical, and just an overall asshole in this version. I love it. Secretly plotting the demise of Dr. Onda (let's say he survives) night and day with no end until he finally gets him.

Much more prone to snap and his anger issues are probably much worse than before. I honestly vision him just brooding in darkness and just plotting.

Tbh I wouldn't see him dating in this version but here are two Ideas I thought of:

Y/n and Kenji WERE dating but he decided to break up to keep y/n safe.

Kenji, needing some sort of emotional comfort, would try to keep y/n in his home. And y/n already knowing what happened, would oblige for a month or two.

I could honestly see him turning into a yandere and just permanently keeping y/n in his house. Something along the lines of-

"I- I can't lose you y/n. I CAN'T! You're going to stay here...that's final"

And he's telling y/n this while their sitting in a containment tube similar to the one Emi was in.

This is quite a big spoiler for this Boi, but I wanted to do it anyways. You may get one with two others later 👀😊 He smiled as the bathtub filled with water, not too warm, not too cold, just the perfect temperature. She loved bubbles, so of course, it had to be a bubble bath, he could only imagine the protests if there was none to be had. Other than that he was pretty sure everything else was in order. Her favorite towel was ready for afterwards, and because it was the last day before she would be away for a while, he made sure to bring some of her favorite treats as well. He had for a second thought about the candles she once mentioned looked so nice, but he knew they would be wet soon enough. He gently opened the bedroom door, smiling softly at the sleeping one in the bed, sitting at the side of it, gently moving some strands of hair from her face. She was the love of his life, a feeling he thought he might have never felt before she so suddenly came into it. In a way it felt bad to wake her, but she had asked to be woken early, so they could use as much of the day together. Going for a ride together was on her big list of things she wanted to do. Before he could even open his mouth, brown eyes met his. “Bath?” “Yes!” He chuckled and lifted her into his arms with ease, getting that tell tale giggle as he did so. That giggle would forever make his heart leap, and without fail form a smile on his face. As they came to the bathroom, another giggle escaped her as she saw the bubbles. As soon as her feet hit the bathroom floor, the nightgown went flying and she jumped into the bubbles, filling the room with her wonderful rolling laughter. “We are going for a ride today right?” “Yep, and then you’ll need another bath later.”

He winked at the pretended pout on her end.  “After skating?” “Yes, after skating” She smiled widely, popping bubbles idly for a bit, before she turned her head towards him again as she reached out for one of the cookies on a tray right next to the bath. Then her brown eyes once again met his, a soft smile on her face. “I love you daddy.”

For Deadpool four (I know the franchise is complete let me be silly) they should bring in Wades monster wife Shiklah from the comics and they should freak nasty on screen. They should also give him a canon boyfriend and these two facts shouldn't be a point of conflict or anything contradictory in fact it shouldn't even be mentioned just briefly acknowledged that they know about each other

Isn't it neat how The Last of Us on HBO had those two cold opens for episodes 1 and 2 where two scientists, roughly 40 years apart and experts in their field, explained how terrifying the cordyceps are, and how there was very little to be done to stop them once they were unleashed.

And how those cold opens effectively showed it would likely be impossible for someone, without the full progression of science (due to the apocalypse), and the specialized knowledge of: a mycologist, epidemiologist, biologist, and a research scientist, to be able to produce a vaccine against cordyceps.

Let alone the ability to stabilize it AND mass produce it (because, you know, apocalypse),

So fascinating how the Fireflies were shown to be desperate and deluded in so many ways, to the point where nothing really mattered but the message. Which makes sense they were so ready to cling to this last shred of an idea to further their message/agenda, regardless of the plausibility of that idea.

I just think it's great how the show (and the game before it, although silently less overtly since they didn't have the cold opens to add to the narrative) effectively proved there was no way in hell the Fireflies were going to create a cure and therefore Joel saving Ellie didn't actually doom everyone.

The only thing left to do was to find the people you cared for and settle down to make the best life you could for yourself -- like Bill and Frank.

To look for the light, as it were.
