On a different but related note, I find it very interesting how reluctant Noel is to do panel shows, although he has said he enjoys watching them. He seems to enjoy yapping and doesn’t mind doing interviews, so it was fascinating to learn about his fears of being unable to keep up with professional comedians like Ian Hislop and Paul Merton. I think the last thing the world needs is Noel on HIGNFY, but it might have been fun to see him on NMTB back in the day or something like WILTY nowadays.

There’s just something so, so special about diapers. I mean, I love every aspect of being babied, but diapers are the most important part.

Uuuh very hard to have pets with.

I prefer wood floors with carpeting on them because I find them easier to clean up, but when I took my dog to visit my granny she has carpet all through her upstairs. And my pup seemed to enjoy the cushy floors.

I think carpeted floors can have a really luxurious feeling but should be used sparingly, and that wood floors are the best way to build a house because they're more versatile.

I think his insistence on her staying is bc he really wants to believe that the hotel is open, and a costumer would affirm that belief. it could also maybe be a mixture of loneliness too. (also, him treating her as a costumer even after she says no is absolutely him being in denial. that man is very unhealthily attached to this hotel,)

and even though it was nice of madeline to clean it up, there's still parts of the hotel she can't fix. the plumbing. the windows. the, hole in the ceiling (oops.) she's not qualified to help him, and that's why I think the chapter ends on a bit of a sour note. madeline is of course not a bad person for wanting to help, the point is that she can't. it is unfortunate but true

Hi there! My dog had Vestibular Syndrome and IMHA a few months ago. Things were rough but he got through it with steroids and is much better now, he just walks a little crooked sometimes. I wish you well and hope for a swift recovery for your dog!

Thank you!! I’m glad your fella recovered from his episode! She’s mostly back to normal today, thank goodness. Still a little wobbly but she can do stairs and get herself up and down again without any problem. Our vet said this is something we’ll probably have to expect so I’m sure our game plan will change over the next year or so lol. Got some nausea meds to get her through today (and tomorrow if needed) but she’s still resting. We’ll try to go for a walk later today when it’s a bit warmer (and air out my living room bc she keeps avoiding where she had accidents, poor thing).

Time sensitive question for handy people.

My shower never gets hot enough (only mildly warm), even when I KNOW the water heaters been working bc the sink right beside it runs nice and hot.
