He's not particularly keen on you biting him. It doesn't feel good, it maybe even a bit irritating or stressful for him. This is not to say he thinks that your fixation needs to go but he'd rather you do it to anyone else instead.

Maybe he'll give you one of his old jackets for you to chew on. it's perfect, he got it cleaned and it has tons of tabs and buckles for you to chew. That way you can still have something of his to fixate on without necessarily bothering him. It does kind of warms his heart when you choose his items to stim with tho. It's assuring that he's still able to help ground you even if it's in a different way....

Tim..does not care. Like the most he does is just give you a strange look, then goes back to whatever he was doing prior.

You aren't hurting him, nor is he irritated so who is he to force you to stop. It's clear that you are overwhelmed and needs something that'll help you make it through soo have fun, sis.

williams syndrome (also known as williams-beuren syndrome) is genetic developmental disorder micro-deletion of some of chromosome 7. for gummy, WS lead her have moderate intellectual disability (ID) & global developmental delay, level 2 autism, ADHD-c; congenital heart defects (CHD); hypotonia (low muscle tone), & loose joints.

like many people with WS, gummy very friendly & social! she love hugs & talking to people & talk lot & very physical in show affection! but also often struggle tell when other people not want be social / be social with her, be called “a lot” & “too much,” which lead her have trouble make n keep friends n make her sad—even tho WS make her extra outgoing, she also still get sad n mad n not hide it. she also struggle with danger awareness & often treat strangers like would with friend, n it been something that her support team very focused on work with her entire life because this lead her be very easily taken advantage of n be put in danger.

also like many ppl with williams syndrome, language & verbal abilities her strong suit—tho it’s relative to her moderate ID, so one shouldn’t expect she write speak communicate like average person without struggle. her words more simple, n still need many help for communication, including various form of AAC & aide person.

she has aides that pretty much 24/7 present because WS & moderate ID but working on skills so can be more independent! it something she been work very hard on entire life n she quite proud of progress.

she has many classic facial features associate with williams syndrome, like epicanthal folds at eye, upturned nose, wide mouth & small teeth, small jaw, full cheeks (badly drawn), n large ears.

70% or more people with WS have some sort cardiovascular problem, n so do gummy. she has supravalvar aortic stenosis (narrowing of aorta) which form of congenital heart defect (CHD). hers not very severe n be closely monitored.

she also have hypotonia & loose joints due to WS & uses posterior walker full time to get around. she really like her posterior walker, it shaped like many crayons :D also wear SMOs but forgot write it so oops

it’s way pass your normal bedtime of course, but you just couldn’t sleep. Your mind went through all the possible reasons that’s causing this sudden insomnia. The food you’ve ate, the liquids you’ve drank, the activities you’ve done…all of them just don’t seem to connect.

And have you tried all the solutions to go to sleep? Yes, you most definitely did. You tried to set the air conditioner’s temperature lower, you tried taking some melatonin gummies, you also tried drinking some stress-relieving tea. But they just won’t work.

There you laid on the bed, defeated. Eyes glaring on the ceiling, squinting them thinking what the fuck is happening that right now you’re still awake.

Hanukkah day 3 haul!

Okay so yesterday was INSANE.

So I got a VR (Meta Quest 3S) that's mainly mine but to share with my fam, my little brother got an ice cream maker that's mostly his but to share with the family, my older brother got a sodastream that's mostly his but to share with the family.

I also got a cinnamoroll tote bag, a cinnamoroll funko pop, a surprise figure band bracelet thing (Sanrio ones, I got my melody and cinnamoroll), also got a book of drawing references for drawing anime, some chocolates, a giant Belgian chocolate bar, Reese's pieces, sour snowflake gummies, and my friend got me a Miraculous Ladybug Guess Who game

Man, my friends and oldest brother are better at giving gifts than my parents 😭 not just price wise, I mean like how thoughtful the gifts are, I feel like my parents' gifts are less individual to me, and more general, but they're still good and I love them all.

I'm so happy 😭

Dan And Phil Games Bracelets: games and videos

Apart from just having DAPG name bracelets and sims bracelets, of cause i also made some from the games they've played as well as videos and memes related to the channel.

First, lets celebrate 15 years! I used a bunch of small hearts to make cute bows, and colourful letter beads to keep the colour theme.

Then in Dan vs Phil fashion, here's a All or Nothing bracelet, where all the beads are skulls in rainbow order.

Then of cause if we have to announce anything, we get the Announcement Moose! Here I used a mix of brown and orange beads so make it mimic the woodgrain look of the moose. And I used as many orange letter beads too as possible.

And to keep in the lane of channel mascots, here we have Flame Susan in two versions! The red one I made first and also already showed off earlier, but here they are beside each other.

And aren't we glad that the Hiatus is over? Here's a bracelet to remind us what we got back.

Now it's time for some games! Here are some old ones! We got madlibs, which colour choice is purple.

Then we have The Impossible Quiz. How many times have I said can a match box? - no but a tin can!? I used a random assortment of coloured beads to make it seem random, and then used colourful letter beads, including the blue Q from my friend Percy since he had that single one and no idea what to use it for. The gummi bear is also chosen randomly, cuz it just seemed like it would be fun to add.

Pastel Edits IRL is and older one too, and I used small flower beads to make it look like a flower crown, as well as purple butterflies and small hearts for bows. I was running out of coloured letter beads here, so not many letters were coloured as I wanted to have them.

To match we also got Punk Edits IRL (even though that's not from the gaming channel shhhhhh). This bracelet I had a hard time making, as I reeeeally wanted safety pins incorporated, but no matter how I tried to make it, it didn't look good or like a bracelet at all. So I ended up just making it pretty simple. The black is for punk obviously, and the red and blue is for the hairspray colour they got.

Then another oldie that returned after the hiatus is Heart Throb. I went and got heart beads specifically for this one! I used a mix of pink and red glass beads for this one.

We also got Dress To Impress IRL after the hiatus, so of cause here's a bracelet with that, and I am quite proud of this one! I had a bunch of different pink starts, so I used those and a few light pink beads I had to make the bracelet look like the logo.

And of cause we can't forget the other joined content on the gaming channel that is not gaming: here's halloween baking for one!

And to end this set, here's a couple of memes! I used lots of pink on Ladydoor cuz "lady colours", and the open can one I used dark metallic grey beads I got specifically for this bracelet when I saw a pack of them in the thrift store.

September 10th, 1996

Dear diary,

I'm exhausted.

I woke up early today so I could get to the field before school and finish practicing. I finally managed to consistently land the routine, but it was a close call. I didn't get a chance to get to it last night, so if I hadn't gotten it this morning I would have completely bombed at today's practice. Luckily, everything turned out okay and I didn't make any mistakes.

I would have stayed yesterday after school but people were still doing extracurriculars so I went home first, thinking I could head back once everyone had left. As I'm still ahead with homework I decided to get started with clearing out the basement first. It was definitely a lot more work than I had accounted for.

I don't think I've been down in the basement in years, because I don't remember it being filled with this many boxes. I tried shoving the ones filled with books aside first as those could probably be kept or donated without much sorting, but there were plenty of others just filled with garbage and random crap. There was an entire cardboard box filled with dinosaurs - Mike used to be such a nerd. I could have sworn he'd had to donate all of those at some point - Mike complained about it often - but I'm also not surprised he found a way around it. Might have stolen them back out of the donation box when mom wasn't looking and squirreled them away somewhere.

Now I think about it, I do remember him using me as distraction one time. I think he got me gummy bears in return.

Anyway, there was a lot more to sort through than I'd thought.

I must have stayed down too long because mom came down to ask if I needed help looking for something. I told her I was just clearing out the basement so I could use the space and she seemed to freeze in her tracks. She looked around the basement for a moment, with this weird, sad look as if it hasn't been collecting dust for seven years, before her eyes settled on me again. Then she looked at me weird for a moment, before nodding with a tight smile and grabbing some boxes to sort through herself.

I almost started crying.

Maybe it's because of the look in her eyes as she'd stared at me, or because she'd looked close to tears herself. Or maybe I'm just feeling emotional.

Anyway, I really appreciated her help.

While cleaning, I found a bracelet underneath the cabinet - one of those woven bracelets you make at camp. It's green and blue and even has some beads braided into it. It's well crafted, honestly, but overall pretty ugly and chunky. I kind of like it. I matched my clothes to it and wore it today. It's nice to have something of Nancy's.

We managed to get the most important stuff shoved to the side for now. Mom knows which boxes need to go where, but it still took most of the evening to get it all done. Mom even ordered pizza so she could continue helping me. It was actually quite nice, especially once I had the idea to grab my CD player from upstairs and even mom started singing along.

It did mean we finished too late for me to justify going to back to school to practice, though, but everything worked out in the end. I might wake up early again tomorrow to practice in the basement - I really didn't mind that part. I liked starting my morning by being active, and now I can practice in the basement I won't have to miss breakfast with dad either.

That being said - I should probably go to sleep.
