The Babel Incident

Phantom doesn't make talk to anyone when he joins the Leauge. They may try to make small talk and learn more about their new teammate, even going as far to to invite him to the occasional gathering or socialize, but the newest member simply shows up when there is mandatory meetings, helps out on the field, and leaves as quickly as he arrived.

Keeping everyone at arms length, no matter how they much they try. They can clearly see he's lonely, but he insists they leave him be.

Clark doesn't miss (or like) the way Bruce tries to get more useful information on the newbie in roundabout like asking other Leauge members for anything. It wasn't until the usually straight faced Phantom got angry at Bruce to vanish to get away from their leader. It irked the Dark Knight to not have any useful information, even when Martian ManHunter told him no to reading his mind, but Bruce will keep trying to get something out of Phantom.

Little do they know that the reason why Phantom doesn't speak or socialize with anyone has to do with the fact that Batman uses mere conversations to formulate his contingency plans to put down his colleagues, something they don't know about yet. The Last Universe he visited had its Batman getting his plans stolen by a villian and had gotten the entirety of the Leauge killed.

To be honest, despite liking Solavellan for many reasons, I am a little disappointed that my girl was not more upset over everything Solas did to her. Were they perfect?

Absolutely not. But I do think they needed some more emotion from Lavellan about all the bs Solas did, even if it was because what he thought he was doing everything to fix his mistakes.

Like the biggest emotional outburst we get from her in regards to him is the angry option in Crestwood when he breaks up with her. I wanted more of that in Veilguard.

assuming they're using quotes correctly here, is Rachel seriously out here claiming she's been working on LO for over a decade? Because that's just... really easily refutable with any amount of surface level digging. And like, one tier of rabbithole diving. Shit, you can find proof of this being a lie right on her own IG where she celebrates anniversaries for LO. Granted, those posts are for the Originals version, but the Tumblr version isn't much older than it (2017) and again, any amount of surface level diving into Wayback will prove that she hasn't been working on LO that long.

"She could have been working on LO in the background", sure, but Rachel's never been someone to really... do that? Like if it were anyone else I'd be willing to believe that but Rachel is someone who's been chronically online since 2004, she has a history of starting projects on a whim and then dropping them (I could make the bold claim that the only reason LO didn't was because it got picked up by WT). You're telling me she's been working on LO since 2013? Then where the fuck is it? This is one of the oldest pieces of "concept art" out there that you can still find on her DA and it's from December 2016 (so just a few months before she started posting LO):

This was a one off piece, she was working on The Doctor Foxglove Show back then, with its first episode being posted to Webtoons back in January 2016. She later dropped Foxglove, due to what I assume was LO taking up all her time and attention because of how much it blew up on Tumblr and Webtoons. There are no other pieces like this one that hint at LO being any older than 2017.

All this paired with her claiming H x P were always her "muses" even though there's ZERO indication of her being into Greek myth prior to LO (seriously, you will not find any of the myths or Greek-adjacent stories listed ANYWHERE on her old bios, but you sure as shit will find Lolita repeated ad nauseum...) and the fact she claims she's a "folklorist" when that's just so obviously not true?

Listen, I can rationalize the concept of chronic lying, but you'd think she'd have gotten better at it by now LOL Because everything she's lying about is so easily proven contrary, both through Wayback and things she's claimed herself that contradicts what's so easily proven otherwise.

If LO has been in production for over a decade, great. But the receipts just ain't lining up with that claim.

It’s always going to make me sad that “pregnant man” is defacto seen as a fetish by basically everyone, that it makes me feel really unsafe for my future. That and how violently angry transphobes get a the two words “pregnant man”.

I know trans masculine who want to get pregnant are in the minority, but we DO exist, and I’m tired of being treated as a punchline/tolerate being fetishized.

I’m really not the kind of person that wants to make people feel bad for what kinds of fetishizes they have, but it really gets to me that’s all pregnant men are associated with.

I was in a discord that banned all mentions of mpreg outside of a certain chat, to accommodate people who are made uncomfortable by it. And that chat was basically the extreme NSFW chat. And I stopped interacting with that discord because I felt gross putting my G rated family drawings in the porn chat bc pregnant men gross people out so much. I know partially my reaction to that was a personal one, since it hit such a deep nerve, but that never really stopped stinging.

Bc like we’re just told over and over “no you don’t understand, normal people find you really gross. And really you should be empathetic to how gross people find you.” when it comes to pregnant men. We’re weird and gross and we should just accept that we’ll always been seen as a fetish.

I don’t want to down play phobias around pregnancy either, I completely understand why people find it gross, but there’s this understanding that when pregnant women are fetishized then that’s seen as something separate and doesn’t make female pregnancy inherently NSFW. But god forbid trans men try to have some fun escapism and we have to scream in big red letters that “this isn’t a fetish please be nice to us!”
