Shang tsung prefers showers if he is just needing to clean up. Because one,it's healthier and easier for him. And two he just likes to take quick warm showers most of the time. However it doesn't mean anything. He sometimes with do either or hot,warm,cold. But he prefers warm

Shang tsung will do baths if he's trying to relax or soak or take his time. Especially if he's with you.

He loves the feel of the warm water next to you. He finds it peaceful.

He definitely does the works tho. Bubbles,oils,salts,soaks,etc.

And after a bath he also definitely either body oils up or body butters himself.

He loves smelling good. And loves you smelling good too.

If you need privacy and don't wish to bathe with him. He will respect that too

As for himself if he needs privacy he will tell you right away beforehand.

Shang tsung will drink wine and bathe. He prefers dark reds buuuut occasionally he'll have a white dry wine or even a sweet wine. Especially if you are with him. But shang already loves the sweetness you bring in your company. The wine just doesn't do justice on that. ;3

He will also eat fruit in the bath. Like this man is the definition of luxurious and living deliciously.

As for grooming habits. He likes to keep himself well trimmed and groomed. He shaved almost completely. But if he wants to leave a bit of hair. He'll leave a lil treasure trail if anything. His balls are smooth tho. A nice trimmed beard too.

Shang has and will fuck in the bath. If you want a quickie it's in the shower. But if you want him to play,take his time,and enjoy every inch of you? He'll fuck you in his private bathing quarters. (Yes his bathroom is modernish. He's not a damn heathen ok you weirdos. Lol. Maybe a bit looking like a 70s/80s/90s Chinese gothic dad vibe but hey. It's modern enough).

He feels this is one of the few times he can let his walls down. You'll get to see a very very somft shang tsung. If The sorcerer trusts you that much. You are lucky af.

He loves to bath you. He doesn't mind receiving in return. In fact he loves being pampered (spoiled lil shit he is. But we love him) but he prefers to actually pamper you more! Besides he loves washing your hair or massaging your scalp. Washing your beautiful body. Taking care with every single touch.

He will even dry you off. Never lifting a single finger. Wrapping a robe or a large towel around you. Picking you up bridal style. Carries you to your shared bed. May or may not finish loving on you there. Depending on your moods.

But either way. Shang loves bathing time with you. It's a very simple but sweet moment.

Shang's sweet side. Is his best side. And you're the lucky one to ever get to see it 💖

I dunno why but shang tsung all giant at the end of his ending in mk11 made me feel things when i played it. So remembering that i felt the need to share my love of giant shang.

Shang tsung becoming basically a God of mortal kombat or souls makes sense,lore wise and narratively. I feel that's what they should have done. Honestly I'm sick of him not getting his flowers so to speak. But more so in a way that doesn't feel cheap nor take backs. Ya know? And if they were to do this dumb titans thing. They'd make them Huuuuuge normally,then for kombat and game mechanics,make them small and MORTAL! to fight in MORTAL kombat. It's irritating they forget that part of the point of the damn game and lore. That's integral. Yet they conveniently forget. Ugh.

Anyways. Big shungus. Like good lord buddha christ in elder gods that man was huge! (💖I may or may not have a thing for this btw but you heard nothing from me!💖)

However it wasn't until after all was said and done,shang was bored with his conquest of traveling time and space to collect souls for his soul well in the time lords/gods keep.

So he traveled to seek a champion,and loyalist to serve him and collect souls for him as well as fight for him in the bounds of mortal kombat. As now lord of mortal kombat he has a right to do so. Perhaps a companion for the eternal life he lives. It is quite lonely for a titan/god/time lord.

(Honestly shang tsung having a champion,a woman warrior none the less,would be actually a breath of fresh air. Or just another champion,ffs man also make him a mentor figure. And give him a wife. Better if all three. But ya know.)

Hi my dear space readers! How are you?

Firstly, I'll say: this post will have many >MANY< SPOILERS!

It's just a personal opinion about this book that I love so much, and I have no one to talk about, if you want, comment your opinions about it too! Oh, and English isn't my first language, so sorry for any grammatical errors! And sorry for the long post btw🌷

Well, I finished another osemanverse book, Radio silence. And I have many considerations to make.

But first of all I wanted to say WHAT AN AMAZING BOOK. MY GOD ALICE IS A LEGEND! I just love it

So, this book took me much longer to read than it took me Solitarie, even though it was shorter, the beginning of the book took a while to capture me, but as I read and understood Francis's feelings more, seeing the construction From her friendship with Aled, the revelations about Carrys and also the entries into the universe city, I simply fell in love with the book.

I even think that Francis and Aled are my favorite characters.

(I already say that i love this book?)

I was able to identify with Francis (even though my academic life is much more similar to Carys' in terms of grades) and I thought it was really amazing How the author brought up this theme of "do I really have a real personality or do I Am I just pretending to everyone??" this is just incredible.

Besides, reading this book makes me see how HORRIBLE internet fandoms can be. The discovery that RADIO was ALED reminded me a lot of the events in "I was born for this" (another book by the same author)

My memory is horrible, I just know that on one page Aled and Francis were just being happy and a few pages later I was in tears. The scene where Francis says sorry to Aled gave me strong crying spells in the middle of class.......... (In fact my friend who sits next to me started reading this page with me, she told me that "I would never read anything I was reading again because I only read sad things" while he looked at me almost crying)

By the way, Omg, IS SOMEONE PUTTING CAROL LAST'S OLD LADY IN AN ASYLUM??? SHE'S A TERRIBLE MOTHER, MAN SHE KILLED ALED'S DOG, I ALMOST THROW THE BOOK AT THE WALL IN THAT PAGE #ihatethatwoman.

I confess that I miss seeing Aled's view of the events a little, since his only points of view in the book are in the Universe City eps. but I think that at the same time the universe of the city was the only way that Aled had to express himself, and as Daniel says in the book that it seemed that the universe of the city was the only thing that Aled really liked to do, it also gives the feeling that he was “trapped in his own world”, as is also mentioned in the book.

Aled Last shows us even without a POV how depression separates us from others. And how narcissistic mothers ruin their children's mental health (I hate you Caroll)

And Francis shows us how everything other people expect from ourselves shapes our personality. Even though we convince ourselves that we know ourselfs.

One of the phrases I liked most in the book was: "I can take some aggression from time to time. I'm strong. I'm a star. Cyborgs live and fall apart, but I'll never fall apart. Even when the dust of my bones flies over the walls From the city, I'll be living and I'll be swaying, I'll wave and laugh." -universe city ep 132 (book: radio Silencio by Alice oseman)

Hello!! Yeah no I understand I’ve been super busy too. Finals season and everythang. It’s a curse. Oh my god. (Which is why im so late answering this ask hello omg!!!) But anyways yes hello oh my god questions!!!! 💖💖💖!!!!! YES!!! I WILL ANSWER

The other eggs have very loose roles but they do exist!! They sort of take up the space of the descendants-of-the-champions roles that Sidon and the others fill (although I’m not sure who is who at the moment, would have to think about that a little more!!) (I have no idea what role Tallulah plays, but I think she might be traveling around with Wilbur, more info on that later) but sometimes they’re also just like, normal random kids. They are all friends I promise. I don’t have a lot on them though so this is not that coherent.

CHAYANNE AND PHIL. WOUGH BOY. THIS IS A LONG ONE

You were right in that Phil is very protective of Chayanne!! I think a part of him knew Chayanne was The Chosen Hero, but when faced with the decision to send him off to what very well could have been his sons death, if not horrific trauma he was like um. No lol. Not doing that.

A consequence of the storyline in general is Phil isn’t very mentioned a lot, so it gives off the idea that he’s uncaring towards Chayanne, but I promise you that’s not the case!! (Not to make fun of you or call you out of course). Phil is actually very loving towards his son, and was devastated when he ran away with the Master Sword.

Then (for reasons I haven’t thought up yet) he’s pretty distracted but desperately trying to get his kid back. Until the calamity happens and they fail. Then he’s under the impression his son is just dead and he’s in mourning for the next 100 years (Why is he still alive in 100 years, you ask! Well! I took everything from these kids and I think taking their parents is a little bit too cruel so everybody is blessed by some sort of god that expands their lifespan a couple hundred ok :D!!!)

And then a little bit after botw someone goes to Philza and is like hey. The hero is back. He’s hanging out with Princess Pomme. He looks a lot like the missing hero from 100 years ago. Your son. Might be your son Phil. And Phil basically takes 3 seconds to process this before clawing himself up from his depression and being like OK. WE’RE GONNA GO GET HIM!!! AND IF ANYBODY TRIES TO STOP ME IM MAULING THEM. Of course he gets to hyrule RIGHT as totk plot starts and Chayanne goes missing so kind of an L BUT THEY DO REUNITE!!!

They get their moments. They also get a really tearful reunion where Chayanne is like dad im so sorry for running off oh my god :( I forgot you for a hundred years you must be so upset with me. And Philza is hugging him like oh my god my kid is ok. Oh my god. YOU’RE GROUNDED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE WHAT THE FUCK. And then just caries him around. And probably has some sort of beef with Missa because that’s Chayanne’s Hyrule-Dad. Meanwhile Pomme stands in the back ready to kill him if he makes one wrong move.

There’s a side story kind of sequel relating to that where Pomme and Chayanne have to grapple with the fact that Chay is also a prince and his dad misses him dearly and wants him to come home but they don’t want to be separated ever for the rest of their lives. Maybe even some parent bonding. Like a little family-person drama to contrast the cursed-destiny-supernatural-calamity drama and probably some Death Family Bonding.

Re-watching and re-evaluating "M:I - Dead Reckoning (Part One)"

A long, long time ago, somewhere in the Internet ether, I had promised to review this movie. well here it is if anyone still cares

Still think the introductory scene in the submarine was a bit long, but it didn't feel as long as it did the first time when I was foaming at the mouth to see Tom and only Tom for the first time in a new movie in the theater

Definitely a lot of exposition in the first Cary Elwes/Kittridge/etc. scene, but the information was necessary for the most part. Just very funky and unnatural how they divided the dialogue amongst everyone and they were finishing each other's sentences, like people Do Not talk like that

Also did anyone else think it was weird how long it was until the intro credits montage too? Idk maybe that's my personal artistic choice talking. Either way it was a super neat montage and I loved it, regardless of when it occurred; I was just afraid the first time I saw it that we weren't going to get one 👀👀👀

The whole end-of-days AI thing is definitely way too relevant and 1) stresses me out v badly, but also 2) Tom Cruise gives me hope that maybe we will eventually defeat it, even if it's not by he himself punching it to death 🤞🏻💖

Best comprehensive soundtrack of the franchise; the only one that has actually stuck out in my mind and I can remember at all and has stirred up genuine emotion in me

The Rome car chase safely occupies the spot as the best one I've ever seen, and you can tell the difference with how they used real sets and props vs. just wall-to-wall greenscreen 😖 I also love how the hijinks with like, the handcuffs and the seat-switching feel like smth out of an older spy comedy movie?? Gabriel showed a lot of promise as a cool villain in the beginning when he was all mysterious, but ultimately there wasn't anything memorable about him for me. Only one who's earned that reward to date in M:I is Philip Seymour Hoffman, but maybe if/when we learn more about his backstory/motivation; hope is still alive for now

They've got Grace dressed like a fkin pirate there in Venice. And Pom is giving absolute "Black Parade" realness

Like kill her off if Rebecca wants to engage in other projects but give the character a proper send-off if you must. But fr, I agree with everyone's critique that she was such a welcome departure and sign of progress from the completely-interchangeable-female-action-character-who's-only-there-to-provide-new-and-different-eye-candy-every-time, and then right after she's really established and gelled with everyone they kill her off and switch her out in the team with another brunette female IN THE VERY NEXT SCENE BEFORE HER BODY IS EVEN COLD IN THE GRAVE

Yes. I understand that it's an action movie and, within the high-stakes confines of the plot, time for mourning is limited. Yes I understand that the other characters have witnessed many other deaths before. But the fact is that her character was special and different, to the characters and to us, and the filmmakers could have done it better. Ok, main gripe of the movie over 😔

Not sure if it's a plot hole or I just don't understand technology, but couldn't the Entity have messed with the computer in Benji's car when he puts it in self-drive while trying to help Ethan board the train...? 🤨🤨

Yep the Train Scene was just as brilliant and utterly harrowing as I remembered; most stressful viewing experience of me life 🥲😭

And, as much of a stretch as it was, I am a sucker indeed still for the part where Pom saves their lives 🥺 and now I kinda hope she lives and sticks around and has a badass, dare I say heroic moment or two in the future

Overall, despite my number of gripes, it still goes down as my favorite movie in the franchise overall 💖 the perfect proportions of comedy and drama, so many iconic and likable characters, and plenty of the unparalleled action sequences we've come to expect but even better than any we've seen before, and I am chomping at the bit for Part Two to eventually, someday, please please please come out thank you and see you at the movies 👋🏻✨

6: what was the first concert you went to?

my first ever big concert was linkin park in 2012. i saved up all my money from my shitty food service job to get tickets for me and three friends. i didn't even have a working phone of my own at the time, so i couldn't take pics or video, which is a huge shame considering i'll never get to see them perform live again. i still have the tickets from that day though, and i keep them in a small shrine usually. here they are! 🤟

13: do you have a favorite genre or dabble in it all?

i've always been partial to emo, punk, and the golden lovechild of the two (pop-punk). naturally i also gravitate towards video game OSTs as well

14: what is the most overrated artist in your opinion?

taylor swift actually i'm gonna go with either the beatles or johnny cash (i'm showing my age). i respect what they both did for the music industry and their respective genres but the beatles didn't impress me too much and johnny cash could have used a bit more vocal range...he was kind of a one-trick pony despite having some bangers

15: what is the most underrated artist in your opinion?

hmmm i listen to a lot of niche bands i think but as far as underrated artists go...i think more people should listen to blue october, origami angel, laura stevenson, and (*looks at my massive CD shelf*) cary brothers

it's hard to put a number on it, but since enjoying live music is the closest i've ever felt to spirituality i'd give it a solid 97

I really enjoy "Monkey Business" (1952) because of course, Ginger was insanely beautiful, it's like she got more beautiful as she aged for a long time. She was so beautiful in the 1930s but she got even more and differently beautiful in the 1940s, 50s and 60s, she was truly gifted a unique and butterfly-like splendor, she could pull off everything! 💖

But the reason I really, really enjoy "Monkey Business" is because it's basically a movie-taped version of childhood-regression and it's so fun to watch and so immensely beautiful! 😍 I could watch a 10-hour movie of just Ginger being in her child-self. She's adorable and completely lovely, it makes me so happy to just watch her unbounded self. ☺️ I can only deduce that her child-parts were pretty close under the surface as well and I relate to that so much and I love it! 🥰

The combination with Cary Grant also worked pretty well, not necessarily as an overwhelmingly romantic pairing, I can't really ship them. But in a comedic sense and in balancing each other out, especially for the childhood-parts. They really worked well together as 'kids' basically (and also as a friendly kind of spouses). 😄

One could also say that she did this age-regression with Fred too (in "Carefree" especially but in "Follow the fleet" too) and also when I'm thinking about "The major and the minor".

I think Ginger had this child-like spirit kept pretty alive in her and it seems to have been one of her life's themes too, which I love.

And lastly I really need to mention how most wonderful Ginger was with that baby in the last part of the film, the baby was cuter than the one she had in "Bachelor Mother" (1939) too, in my opinion. Her age for this and her interactions with that baby were perfect I think. 💗 Ginger so deserved to be a mother! 😭🤧😊😍

I can only recommend watching this movie very much. If you're not a Ginger-fan already, you might grow to like her even more with this cute and lighthearted little movie. 😊😄

I consider my pieces to be sfw and are generally wholesome but I would venture into sensitive/nsfw topics from time to time. These themes are already present in the game itself but I would still like to give some heads up to avoid triggering some people.

Q: What softwares do you use?

I use Blender to create my pieces and build the models I ripped from the game. But I also use other softwares when I need to create unique assets and textures.

It wasn’t exactly everyday day that you started nesting, especially after Dabi took you. You refused in fact, trying to deny your instincts as an omega to make a nest no matter how much it hurt. You weren’t comfortable with him, he was your captor after all, and you didn’t want such a private thing to be there in his apartment.

However you couldn’t ignore your instincts forever, especially considering you were becoming more and more comfortable with the alpha. So that led to you now, running around the apartment gathering everything you could find to set up a nest in the corner of the bedroom.

You cary many pillows in your arms, dropping them into the pile of things you want in your nest. The pile at the moment consists of pillows, blankets, plushies that Dabi’s gotten you, and some comfortable sweaters you found in the closet. This should do it! You had everything you needed for a nest, a comfortable and cozy nest!

You carefully arrange all of the soft items into your ideal nest, smiling at the place just for you that you’ve created. However when you lay down on the fluffy blankets and pillows, something is missing. But you don’t know what! You had everything you usually had in your nests at home before being taken here, but now it felt like something was missing.

You sit up, huffing loudly before standing up and looking around the apartment for whatever is missing. You walk into the closet hoping to find something you needed in your nest, but you’re gravitated to Dabi’s side of the closet. You look through plenty of old shirts, band tees, and ripped tank tops. But you find nothing. Until you see it!

Dabi’s signature long leather villain coat. You’re glad the alpha forgot it before he left today. You grab it, wrapping it around you as you walk back into the living room. The jacket still has his strong scent on it, Dabi’s scent was always very strong and practically screamed alpha.

As much as you hated it in the beginning, his scent comforted you. He made you feel safe, comforted, like an incredibly loved omega. You keep the jacket wrapped around you, pressing your nose to the collar and happily reveling in the scent. He scented you everyday, even biting over your bond mark everyday. So his scent was always on you, but you still loved how much of his smell was on this leather coat

The leather wasn’t exactly the most comfortable, and neither was the metal around the end of the sleeves. But it wasn’t the comfort that you grabbed it for. You lay back down in the nest, quickly falling into unconsciousness after laying down.

Dabi was quite pleased to come home and find you curled up in not only his jacket but a nest. You looked so peaceful. His cute omega. He laid down beside you, normally an omega would invite an alpha into their nest, but Dabi didn’t care.

You let out little purrs in your sleep as Dabi gently kisses over your bond mark. He’s so proud of how far you’ve come.

Just a reminder that it's Bisexual Visibility Day 💖💜💙 and I hope all my bi mutuals are having a great day!!! I wanted to touch on how media uses biphobia and bi-erasure for monetary gain. I'll briefly mention some BIPOC examples as well, but since I'm very white I won't go into detail since it's not my place to. If you're BIPOC reblog or comment so I can boost your stories about bisexual BIPOC experiences. Now onto this shortish essay, I promise!!!

So, the quote above is taken from the documentary Making Montgomery Clift (2018) by Robert Clift and Hillary Demmon (Robert's Wife). Robert is Monty's nephew through his older brother Brooks. This documentary is a great lens to look at how Hollywood and various other media portray sexuality or gender identity as an illness or the "root" of the problem.

The quote starts at minute 43:00 in the documentary, Robert is explaining how his father Brooks on a phone call with Patty Bosworth, Monty Clift's biographer and family friend, went wrong. Brooks tried to clear his brother's name of how his substance abuse addictions were not caused by his sexuality, but by the infamous car accident or the painful surgeries he went through as a child and young adult.

Brooks was trying to make Patty understand that Monty's bisexuality wasn't the "root" of his problem. As Robert says in the quote Brooks "urged" family members to get the record right since biographers just like Robert LaGuardia, who ignored editorial notes or the advice from the Clift family.

Patty Bosworth would end up doing the same thing with Monty's "tormented" sexuality and that was the "cause" of his problems. Despite Brooks trying to help re-edit some of Patty's word choices, i.e., when Monty was got having sex with a young man. Patty said it was a young "boy", which enraged Brooks, who knew his brother wasn't a p*dophile because of his bisexuality.

Because Patty ignored Brook's advice, Monty's reputation was tarnished after his death (Bosworth made her book years after Monty died). Brooks even noted to his family that despite the car accident that Monty was in, Monty on record believed his best performances were post-car accident despite the ongoing substance abuse. It had nothing to do with his sexuality.

When Monty died it was discovered that he had an underactive thyroid, which meant he could appear sluggish or drugged even though he was sober at the moment. This illness could've made people believe Monty was not mentally there on set that day when he was actually mentally there. Montgomery Clift's story is a reminder to treat people with respect flaws and all when comes to their bisexuality or gender identity. Monty was also comfortable in his sexuality which was such a rare exception for Hollywood at the time (see Lavender Scare) and he paved the way for more queer actors to have prominence in the entertainment industry.

Despite Monty's story, he is not the only one that has had a reputation tarnished or has an important detail in their life misconstrued. The list of previous people, who's lives has been littered with bi-erasure/biphobia include Anna May Wong, Billy Holiday, Sammy Davis Jr., Cary Grant, and David Bowie.

Since the new century, other people have been erased from the bisexual umbrella or had biphobic remarks made toward them. Some of these people are Lady Gaga, Megan Thee Stallion, Evan Rachel Wood, Alia Shawkat, Frank Ocean, Leslie Cheung, etc. This gross habit made by the media and Hollywood has caused these people to deal with these false narratives about them and have their lives tarnished.

In conclusion, we need to stop people from exploiting one's bisexuality or sexuality/gender expression for monetary gain. Listen to bisexual people about their personal experiences especially if they're a person of color. Bisexuality just like homosexuality is not a disease. Be proud of yourself and how far you've come. Similar to what Magneto said in X-Men 2: United, be yourself and "never let anyone tell you different".

lmaoo hola cari💖 i love that you consider it a coven🤣 i've been thinking about making the ask box invasions an actual thing (like @amillcitygirl 's random question wednesdays and @msaudreyanne 's friday kindness check points) so i might steal them (sounds like a nice way to district us all from the sunday scaries)

i hope you are ready for this bc i am incapable of a short answer for any of these questions

1) i keep going ever so often to galicia because i associate good travels with the company i've had while making them or places they live and there's a particular person that lives there i am very fond of that i might be seeing soon but i would also love to revisit dublin and london

2) i would also like a redo of new york (just like london, as an adult with actual agency of my itinerary and in this fictitious world in which money and time were not a problem) and of that typical eurotrip we (as in wanderlust filled paletos from the other side of the atlantic that were in our early 20s and are now too close to 30 for comfort, yes that we) all did basically sleeping in bus and train stations and eating almost solely street food but this time obviously as adults that get to stay in fancy villas and shop designer

[[sidenote bc i know this one in particular is not super relevant but you might like it: i had a crazy elaborate european traveling dream itinerary that was phohibitively expensive even if i did it the cheapstake way that basically just stopped in ankara because i was too distracted to do the round way back to spain via north africa when i was daydreaming about it, i don't even want to imagine what would it cost when not done the perroflauta way lmao it's probably still in one of my evernote folders]]

but for the sake of just wanting really badly to go to a place i haven't been before let's say east asia (japan, south korea, the philippines, thailand, singapore, indonesia... i have a love hate relationship with the idea of being the guiri when i visit somewhere but this is make believe anyway) or the seyshelles in africa

3) this one was hard because as much as my fondness for traveling is rooted in nostalgia literally all i can think about is how i would have probably succeeded with my old goal of dying young (... or been lobotomized or locked into a tower) had i been alive in any other time; let's be basic and say paris in the 20s because i want to drink and maybe sleep with punch a few members of the lost generation... same for the 60s and members of the nouvelle vague

4) i like how you added natural environment because you're well aware i am a city dweller lmao, the beach <3 i am a snob about beaches but i feel more at ease close to water

omg hi sweetie!! thank you for your kind words omg also i do nothing all the beauty is just chris i promise I actually get my pcs from a bunch of places. twt and insta are the easiest place to find them, but theres also meri cari (and meri cari japan which i use neokyo to buy) and ebay too but i only buy from ppl with a LOT of reviews or ppl i've bought from a bunch of times. for all of the sites tho you have to take your time and do a lot of cross checking because the prices can be DRAMATICALLY different for no reason :/
