Honestly 60 aeconds is WAY too short to talk about motivation. I recorded another but it was about 2 minutes and I was still rushing it. Basically I can't tell you what your motivation is. I can't tell you if it is good or bad. You need to decide for yourself and make it yours. This program is finally really kicking my butt. Week 6: All three compound lifts yesterday. This was the second set of 3 190kg 6 reps and it moved really nicely.
