Nach der langen Diät heißt es nun, Abstand nehmen von dieser im Wettkampfsport notwendigen ausgearbeiteten Form. Ein wenig Körperfett ist normal, gesund & wichtig und sollte nun auch wieder angesetzt werden. Es gilt also nicht krampfhaft an diesem Bild festzuhalten, sondern auf ein gesundes und natürliches Maß zurück zu kommen. Zudem geht es darum, wieder etwas nach rechts und links zu schauen, was auch der Psyche gut tut und auch Dinge neben dem Sport Beachtung zu schenken. Also alles zu seiner Zeit. 11 Monate war ich zu 100% konsequent und bin nicht von meinem Plan abgewichen. Nun heißt es auch wieder etwas zu leben, sich mit Freunden und Familie zu treffen, anderen Dinge zu erledigen, für die keine Energie mehr da war und einfach etwas das Leben aus verschiedenen Richtungen zu betrachten.

Zudem…Weihnachten kann kommen.😅
