Will mostly be reblogging for a while I think, but I’m gonna be real, 70 percent of my reason for making this blog in the hopes of writing was that I noticed a big chunk of CoD x reader posts on this hellsite have readers with like…concerningly low ages. There’s a lot of reader character minor-coding going on, and it’s weirdling me out (no shade to young writers, I know a lot of the reason is that a majority of CoD fanfic writers are 18-25 here, which, yk, fair that you wanna see self-inserts with similar ages).

But as I said, it gives me the ick, so if/when I end up writing x reader, I wanna go ahead and make it clear that I will not be writing a reader character in a romantic/sexual position BELOW the age of 25 at most. Most of the Call of Duty men are, like, 28 at the youngest, and I’m more inclined to write reader characters with matching ages, especially afab readers.

In other words? I’m gonna write milfs and dilfs. I’m gonna write top!reader. I’m gonna write unhinged women that leave the various men of TF141 screaming crying throwing up. I will NOT be writing virginal, innocent, or overly naive reader characters; I do not do minor-coding. Y’all have been warned.

Unfortunately I was reminded of Variable Barricade and I'm like "haha ah yes, the worst love interests you can imagine thrown into one game so that the MC can be disgusted with all of them". Then I was like "I miss my son, Nayuta. What a little freak. I want to draw him again". But also had no idea what to draw so I drew him getting yelled at by Ichiya and OH MAN. WHAT A SHOCK. my relationship with joseph desaulniers is very funny bc one second i'll be projecting like half my health issues onto him, giving him breathing issues and essential tremors and constant nausea, heavily studying his personality and how he deals with grief and the passage of time, ranting about how we never get new lore for him and how we still don't know his place in the wider story, and just generally all-around overanalysing him as a character while also discussing my own headcanons, and then like five minutes later i'll send some pretty art of him like "ohhh omg look at himmmm <3" with no further commentary

i need u to post more of your opinions bc everything you’ve posted recently has had me nodding my head. like what u said about those tiktoks people make about people’s profiles on dating apps and the surveillance state and how whiteness is the standard in a lot of self insert fanfic/fanart or just fandom in general to the point that people don’t notice how they box brown and black people out of participating. i’ve been thinking a lot about stuff like this recently and it’s kinda consuming me. like i really hate how racism is still so prevalent in fandom. the other day this fanartist i liked (not anime) deactivated bc people asked her to draw nonwhite and not skinny characters and she went on a colorist crash out bc she only wanted to draw her characters with paper white skin which then opened the doors for her followers to be racist. then “her sister” posted her ai generated apology that uses her bad mental health as an excuse while people became even more racist. like it makes me want to tear my hair out
