I feel so insane submitting this unfinished script for my 30ish-page comic that I will 100% not get done this semester because our prof did not give us nearly enough time to actually work on our alleged "semester-long" projects

#it's like 1/3 written up and even then i keep getting sidetracked & being like #'i want to include this scene in the B story but i really need to get a move on with the plot aaaaa'#also im submitting it early tonight so i can play ER (4am is early to me now do not judge)#my comics prof last sem (y'all know her i love her i talk about her all the time) gave us a lot of time to work on our projects #and i only wrote/drew 6 pages (including cover page) but at least it's FINISHED #at the same time tho she did not teach us any fundies i wish we got good comic advice #teaching us comic history was at least semi-useful bc it was fun to draw inspiration from the budding scene of comics

I have a boba making shift tomorrow aka I'm gonna be able to zone out for a good four hours. Prior to that I've got a meeting about an upcoming event (ugh ugh ugh ugh ugh UGH least favorite part of every summer)(meeting is whatever but the event is SUCH a pain in my ass)

But once I get thru it I'm gonna have 4 hours to just listen to music. And I'm gonna enjoy it so much

Getting over a cold that knocked me on my butt for three days straight. I’m in that “I feel fine but I sound awful” phase and incredibly upset that my post nasal drip sore throat didn’t give me a low, sexy raspy voice.

I sound like…I dunno, but I just scared my cat with whatever croaked out of my mouth.

#I’m well enough to make it through an entire workday but not well enough to not be grumpy at my brain running on half speed #the hamster wheel my thought process normally runs on is missing a ferret #and the one that’s still here is content to run just enough to spin the wheel before sitting down and going ‘whee!’ before getting flung off #I sound like I added b’s to the end of my words #with my voice cracking every other sentence and having to sniffle every so often #mouth breathing for the past few nights chapped my lips so bad and I totally forgot #which is why I’m feeling Pain at eating pizza with pepper flakes #my lips are all ‘🔥🔥🔥’ and my taste buds are ‘my dude it’s not even that spicy’
