What a difference a week with @fittrip.fit can make. Not only was I pushed but I was pushed to the point I never knew existed. . I was out there filming and capturing the special moments with the team but joined in with the house mates and ate what they ate along with doing some of the activities which ranged from boxing, mountain hiking, walking, one to one sessions and more. . I came back to the UK knowing that my limitations were just excuses and that I can push beyond what I am capable of. . This was an amazing journey and I am proud to be part of the @fittrip.fit family. . Its waffling time. I've had my waffle maker for about a year and only just unboxed it. • For those that are following me know im in ketosis and low carb so here are my ingredients / recipe. • 4 table spoon of coconut flour + 3 whole eggs + 2 table spoons of full fat cream + melted butter (about 2 table spoon) • Half a table spoon of flaxseed. • I then mixed and poured into waffle maker, five mins later wohooo. Im not a big fan of going to the #doctors even though I used to manage a few #GP surgeries as a #itmanager and #practicemanager. . Not been feeling so great since last week with hot and cold flushes, cough n being sick. On top of that lol my heels are killing 😂😂😂. . Overall still blessed to have an opportunity to get an appointment with the #doctor as it's not easy getting an appointment. .
