i absolutely do not feel like explaining the entire context of this whole bit for @heartsandsparksshipweek, i guess the domestic prompt. or together? or au?? i dunno. anyways.

from a TFA au fic i have yet to write, using @agatharights fantastic genderbent Sumdac and holoform Megatron bc i love these designs. Isabel has just been freed from several months of being kidnapped and even Megatron is having feelings about it. cue family cuddle pile

@agatharights really had the nerve to laser target me with such a cool suggestion for @moontruffles' Crescent, ey?

The idea is that this version of Crescent is a Cassette Duocon BUT one with a manananggal twist! So the top half can separate and fly while sprouting tentacles capable of draining energon and other such fluids or a bat based mode while the lower half can take on a more humanoid shape similar to Rosanna.

Had a lot of fun with this one, so hopefully I'll get a more detailed sheet of all her forms out at some point!

Posts like these kind of make me glad that your character exists... especially knowing he probably existed during this time.

I wish I could claim credit for this stuff, but I credit @agatharights for putting up some of the first content that took Clef as an ace seriously: specifically a little plot bunny about Rights and Clef being held prisoner by the Chaos Insurgency and dosed up with aphrodisiacs to try and get kompromat on them, only for them to ridicule their captors for trying this shit on a confirmed aromantic asexual and a polyamorous pansexual.

By the way, nothing I've said invalidates the existence of Bottledick Canon.

Most of the Toa Metru, barring the poster child of the team. Turaga Matau and Nokama were roughly adapted from sketches provided by good friend @agatharights.

A key concern here, as I'm sure you may have noticed, was a bit more continuity between the Toa and Turaga incarnations-- having certain aspects carry over from their prior lives. Hence stuff like Whenua's cheek vents, Nuju's racoon eye, all of them retaining the same eye colors from beginning to end, etc.

Well, Spider-Man 2 has me back in the zone so... Toku/Horror AU for one Gwen Stacy!

I blame @agatharights for this. Basic gist is that college freshman Gwen Stacy, scholar and athlete that she is, is captured by a mysterious individual known only as "The Jackal" to be inducted into a small army of mutant humanoids with animal traits, herself becoming the Spider-Woman.

She escapes and manages to return home to her father, only for one of Jackal's other experiments to follow her and cause an explosion in the Stacy household, killing itself and George Stacy. With Spider-Woman framed for her and her father's deaths, Gwen lives on the run doing odd-jobs to get by and occasionally intervening to stop criminal and monster activity alike in the city, all while coming to terms with her new life as a hybrid.

My words are Breath, blink, wait, and green!

These are from my fic Too Quiet, which may or may not be getting a name change as I draft out more of the later chapters <3

Breath:

Leon’s breath was orange, warm in the light of the street lamp. He offered up both his hands. “I’ll catch you."

Blink:

The other arm wasn’t as posed, death gripping the wood with whitening knuckles. Something tickled at the back of Leon’s throat. He blinked rather than swallow.

Wait:

He was waiting for something to crawl out of the darkness—pound on the window, shake the walls, break the glass. Images from the police department came back to him, of what was once people crawling over shards of broken glass with clotted, brown blood on their hands and faces to crowd into the staircase around him, and fire licking at their skin as they shambled toward him, alone.

Green:

The doctor was pretending to look busy as she waited for the two of them to stop arguing. Being that the only other car in the lot, a green Malabo, was presumably hers, it was safe to bet she assumed one of them was her next patient. Her psychedelic tie was a swirl of neon’s that would make a bowling alley carpet swoon, and her rubber shoes were as unsightly to match.

I cheated a bit and pulled from my drafts, so beware there may be some sneak peaks in here <3

The Chronicler’s company! Most of these are my designs, though @agatharights​ came up with the rough concepts for both Kapura and Macku by way of sketches and I opted to tweak them a little and add them here.

So uh...a lot can happen in Discord groups, apparently.

To make a long story short, when you have a techno-organic OC and you and your friends not only ship them with a certain canon pop-star, that may lead down interesting roads when you talk about what sort of “unique traits” a techno-organic might be able to bring.

Didn’t hurt that I had direct inspiration from @agatharights and always loved how she depicted sparklings and their growth cycle, so what started as “Oh what if techno-organic babies looked like bugs in early development stages” turned into a more elaborate sheet for the psychic terror twins, Flitter and Fluster!

They’re not especially large but they can communicate with each other telepathetically and fly short distances, making an already hectic environment for Team Purple that much worse.

I was out getting ready to garden for spring and there were so many worms (I lost count at thirty) and sleepy beetles and it made my heart! So! Happy! I hope everyone up in the northern hemisphere here has a great bug spring

Starscream gets knocked onto a surface like dirt or a wood with his knifewings out and just. Gets stuck. Like, they just get jammed in there so he has to spend an entire fight stuck on his back trying to wrest free.
