This is so silly but my little brother got me to play pokemon go again and it's actually been getting me to leave the house and go on hikes at new places while my depression has been flaring up. Obviously me getting better isn't only the game, it's the therapy and the meds and the coping techniques I've been putting into practice but it's a hell of a lot funnier to say pokemon cured my depression bc I had to take my son toothbrush out on his daily walk
