thank you so much to everyone who ordered!! we didn't quite make it to 50 BUT we did get close, and i'm talking with my manufacturer to see if i can get a lower MOQ for a similar price. so these jerseys will get made!! ✨🥳 once i have my specific numbers and firmer arrival date, i will update the shop again to reflect how many of each design and size i'll have to sell, so those of you who missed it can nab one. i won't have as many as i'd hoped but still enough to choose from!

just some notes for everyone who ordered:

to those of you who added a tip, thank you, you really did a lot to help fund these!

to those of you who bought other things from my shop, i'm planning to just go ahead and ship those to you now and send the jerseys on their own when they arrive. if you don't want me to do this, just lmk and i will hold on to your other items til the jerseys get here and send everything in the same package

to those of you who had trouble paying, i'm sorry! my shop is connected to both PayPal and Stripe, which both take international orders from all kinds of banks, so it should work for just about anybody. Stripe gives me a report on failed payments, and all the failures it recorded were either due to insufficient funds on the card used, or due to the bank flagging and shutting down the transaction for some reason. i have done my best to make sure all is clear on my end, so if you're having trouble with my shop that isn't due to your own card/bank, please give me a heads up!

if the goal is not reached, I will evaluate my financial ability to get them produced without the preorders paying for them up front, and if I can’t, yes I absolutely will be refunding everyone, that would be unfair and illegal not to. that is afaik standard for funding campaigns

but I’m at 20 SALES so I’m feeling hopeful! if yall could pass my shop around to any tf fans or honestly any racing fans who might be interested I would appreciate it!

my general rationale for this project under the cut, if you’re curious:

I need 50 orders so I can front the money to get them made and not bankrupt myself, so technically any number of orders helps! 50 is the amount needed to pay for a bulk order in full, minus shipping. the reason im running this for just three days instead of as a full kickstarter campaign for like a month or something as originally planned is bc im trying to take advantage of the 90 day lower tariff window just announced, and if i want to get this produced before the 90 days is over then i need to get them started now. but hey, its a good trial run for an actual campaign with a broader selection of characters later! if I don’t get 50 orders, I technically can pay out of pocket to get them made, it’ll just uhhhhh hurt a lot, and I’m in the middle of multiple big things that make wise financial decisions especially vital. so! at the 40% point rn, it wouldn’t be as financially devastating to still make the jerseys. but I’m still desperately hoping I get 50 orders

not sure you actually want an answer to this but! i've been wearing these samples around in humid southern USA heat and it's been doing okay! it's made of the usual breathable jersey fabric, i'm not sure what it's called tbh but the texture seems universal. BUT! anyone who buys these should genuinely do whatever they want with them, i don't care. cut em up and turn em into macrame. have fun.

also it's at 17 out of 50 sales to get these produced! i was so worried i didn't sleep well last night but i'm optimistic now, thank yall!!! keep going!!!

but now I am, perhaps unwisely, thinking about doing a preorder speedrun for those jerseys, just for the three designs I already have done. my manu said they can make and deliver a couple hundred shirts in two months to get in under the ninety day tariff agreement, and all it would take is 50 or so sales to pay for it…
