Something that gets me about the rat Grinders™️ is their lives are so,,. Boring!

Everytime we don't see them, they're out in the woods spam killing monsters again and again, they're sitting in silence painstakingly writing glyph after glyph to prepare for a party that they're only going to, to do work. Ruben is making music only to fill with the same repetitive key words, Kipperlilly is campaigning day and night to zero response from the student body.

Compared to the BK's there's no joy in their life! There's no real connections being formed! Two adults intervened before they ever got to figure out what 'adventure' is and now they think adventure is repetive, boring Work.

Examples of Knuckles sensing all forms of Chaos Energy (and other things?) so I can aggressively point here whenever people forget about it

I see this part of Knuckles' abilities forgotten way too often and it drives me insane so here

1: HE CAN SENSE THE MASTER EMERALD.

Very blatant. His entire gameplay in SA1 and SA2 revolves around this ability. He innately has the ability to sense the Master Emerald and its shards. Rouge meanwhile is given an Emerald Detector in SA2 to explain her gameplay.

2: HE CAN SENSE CHAOS CONTROLS.

He senses "some strange energy" right before Sonic Chaos Controls right in front of him. Essentially predicting a Chaos Control. IDK how else you could read this lmao he literally sensed a Chaos Control. (I swear I never see anyone talk about this ever grrr)

3: HE CAN SENSE SOL EMERALDS AND CHAOS EMERALDS.

This interaction in Sonic Rush confirms that he can sense both Sol Emeralds and Chaos Emeralds. For him to be able to mistake Sol Emeralds for Chaos Emeralds without seeing them, he has to be using some sixth sense, and has to be familiar with sensing Chaos Emeralds as well.

4: HE CAN SENSE FAKE/ARTIFICIAL EMERALDS.

Knuckles goes looking for a mysterious Emerald presence, and finds Tails' fake Emerald. Pretty straightforward. Also, evidence of the Master Emerald itself being sentient and able to direct Knuckles to investigate anomalies. (I wish more people made use of that, too.)

5: HE... HAS A LITERAL TREASURE SENSE, APPARENTLY?

This is... a strange one. A bit of an outlier. I assumed that instances of Knuckles sensing treasures were purely gameplay mechanics, but here he appears to literally sense a pair of combat gloves, which is completely unrelated to Chaos Energy. So I guess he can do that too? But maybe it's only because he was led there by the ghosts of his ancestors? Who knows.

Oh yeah. BTW, Knuckles gets sent dreams by his ancestors' ghosts. That is canon. Someone pls use that in some way lol

So anyway. There. A bunch of examples of Knuckles sensing all forms of Chaos Energy, not just the Master Emerald. Throw this at someone if they question the extent of this ability and want evidence lol

Reflecting on that finale....

...where the heck are the Nublar 5 even gonna GO? What are they going to do???

The game is over. What, are they going to sneak off after Brooklynn? Infiltrate a base where the Broker knows they're coming? They got their pass. None of them got eaten by raptors. They have Bumpy's egg to care for.

Chasing after Brooklynn would be irresponsible. She kinda needs a rescue, but also, what are they going to do? They don't know the Broker's name, so they can't run to the authorities and expose the operation. Their one lead got buried in an explosion and a cave-in.

I know logically the plot should have them go to Malta or BioSyn valley, but with what resources and what guidance?!? Last time, they snuck on a boat that took them 90% of the way there, after using Brooklynn's guidelines and extreme stealth to follow their enemies to their secret bases.

I suppose they have Dark Jurassic to pull from, and, of course, Ben's girlfriend is a Wild Card, but...are they gonna jeopardize all their lives to go get Brooklynn from a place she doesn't want to leave, when she's told them not to follow her? Both sides are stuck in hostage situations right now, and I doubt Brooklynn passed any secret messages when her whole purpose was to try breaking cleanly and going solo.

The game's over.

My personal feelings in the Fionna and Cake ending is that it was perfect.

The story showed about how we can only control what is in our very personal and small world and not worry about or take on the responsibilities of that outside ourself.

We will make mistakes and wish we could rewrite them over and over and over until it’s perfect but we can’t. We will hate aspects of our lives and adore aspects of lives we don’t know the intricacies or hardships of but we can not insert ourselves. We have our own lives to live and rather than define it by a given purpose let us define the purpose as we go along. Not everything is revealed when it’s over, you may not get the answers but it’s okay to go somewhere and not know.

Some endings are happy, some are sad and some are just that, endings. They don’t have neat little bows or a “The End” on the last page but they allow us to put the past down and move on to whatever else lies ahead.

Guys I missed my sleep because of this and I need it off my brain!

I don't know why but I was thinking about book 7 and how Malleus felt so lonely and stuff. (I've been playing some sonic adventure 2 again since a long time, my favorite thing was the chaos!)

So you see where I am getting at!!

Malleus who feels lonely all of a sudden gets a egg pop right in front of him! And he notices how scared and lonely it feels. He takes care of it along with some of Lilia's advice and in a week it hatches. He doesn't know what it is, but seeing how it smiles at him makes him feel happy! (I just want wholesome stuff!)

Also I drew this very quickly so it's not very good, just the idea is so adorable to me. I don't know if I should call this Au My Chao Friend or My Little Chao. I am going to do some more sketches after I sleep.

I kinda am wondering if his lack of reaching Chaos Betty is maybe bc she now doesn't want him to reach her. If she's still kinda Betty, anyway.

For this round of the 10th Anniversary Hiatus Adventures posting, I thought I’d post these pieces I never thought would see the light of day 🙈

Here is an ode to one of my earliest friends in the fandom. If you’ve been here long enough, you know who I’m talking about 😉

Well it was a long wait, but the trailer for Sonic 3 has finally dropped.

And I am BEYOND excited! This trailer was so epic, and there are so many things crammed into it that I don't even know where to start.

First off, Shadow looks and sounds awesome! I know it was a rumor that Keanu Reeves would be playing him, and now that we get to hear him he definitely was the right choice for Shadow.

We get our first look at Maria Robotnik, and all I can say is I'm gonna be weeping when it happens.

Having Jim Carrey play both Ivo AND Gerald Robotnik was unexpected but brilliant.

Team Sonic at some Chuck-E Cheese place with Chao as the animatronics. (I guess Chao only exist in the movie universe as a mascot)

Shadow on his motorcycle is great to see.

Shadow creating a mini black hole which I can't say I've seen him do before. (unless this is tied to his Chaos powers somehow)

And last I want to mention is they play an instrumental version of Live & Learn in the trailer which is a fitting song choice to go with.

Overall, I am so ready for when this comes out, opening night, popcorn and snacks, this is gonna be epic!
