Po Town's situation breaks my heart, the fact that Guzma and Nanu are both stubborn jackasses stuck in the same boat. Both broke as shit and trying to maintain control over their respective responsibilities. The fact that Nanu's responsibilities also overlap to include Team Skull and to keep them safe/out of trouble/harms way, sure ruffles Guzma's feathers, who just wants him to butt out and stop acting like he cares. Nanu ain't acting.

for my story, just want to make a note that I 90% follow the lore of the original show. (other 10% is sprinkles of fun lore from the movie or comics) Zim and Dib were both children (~12) when they met and were in school together. Zim then ended up speeding up his life span to age with dib, sacrificing his own possible longer life. That’s why in some of the old art, you’ll see they’re both aging!
