The final boss. The ultimate MOM.#He makes one step into base and immediately starts scolding Optimus and everyone except for Ratchet #agent Fowler listens to him talking and decides that Prowl is his favorite autobot #damn. Prowl would SO not approve keeping humans around. Kids would hate him #but also he would be completely right. Because by keeping humans that close Autobots basically show that the humans can be used as leverage #against them you know.#He would immediately suggest getting rid of kids and hiring actual competent adults instead. So all hacking can be done by professionals #and all infiltrating can be done by people who are at least old enough to drink you know #yea kids would haaaate him so much #he would also build make all kinds of little annoying gadgets bc I have read Covenant of Primus and tfp Prowl is smart like that #he would be going around sticking trackers on every enemy he fights #and then triangulating Cons positions by the coordinates where their signals stop tracking #bc Nemesis blocks them #He would also keep sending Smokey to ghost through walls and steal all kinds of valuable shit from Megsy #they would be such a menace together #man this is getting kinda long I should probably stop

from what I infer from some of his dialogue, my guess is that while lucanis hasn't had a proper relationship before he has had one night stands and short term flings. and -- listen, I know he's a dick and a menace and probably a hopeless case but please do still spare illario dellamorte a moment of your thoughts and pity for the role of incredulous yet intrepid wing man that he's all but certainly had to play on several occasions for that to happen. there are 100% people out there who were trying SO fucking hard to get no strings attached laid by this stupidly hot emotionally unavailable mysterious stranger who won't be in town for long without lucanis ever realizing it. people who would have remained tragically unlaid if illario weren't there to clue him in.

I'm just imagining Illario staring in pure dismay and disbelief at his dumbass of a cousin failing to pick up what someone isn't just putting down but scattering all over the floor like glittery confetti burning with a magnesium flame brightness to spell out 'SIR PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RAIL ME THIS IS AN OFFICIAL ENTHUSIASTIC INVITATION TO MY BED' and having to push him out the door after them like 'maker's breath sometimes i don't understand how you have the wits to grip the right end of a knife, lucanis, they were throwing themselves at you and you just stared at them in mild puzzlement until they gave up and went away go fucking GET THEM for the sake of my sanity if nothing else!!!'

#did I mention that she’s really sad when she isnt trying to forget the unbearable boredom of being immortal #I heard this song to an animatic and I thought it really suited her so I added it to her playlist lol #I normally draw her in fun bright colors but a lot of the sadder parts of her story get pushed to the side #even if none of my oc stories are really fleshed out I know she has an insatiable nature. her star motif is loosely tied to this I think?#ungrounded and instead of ambitious she can just never find contentness with what she likes or what shes doing #she can definitely be happy though!!! but it always feels fleeting that shes scared the rest of her life is gonna be spent chasing highs #which is way less exciting when u think abt how long you’re gonna be around before everything loses its excitement #what tuck everlasting does to a mf #I think this also kinda bleeds into her relationships and tries to keep her distance so she doesnt get tired of someone she actually likes #it can be confusing since she can be really cuddly utterly in love one second and then kind of distant the next. but she still loves you #her brother I think is on the other end of the spectrum where he tries to live in the moment to avoid thinking abt the future #the avoidance siblings #my oc #oc #Augusta #doodles #my art #myart

Fascinating how Polites, the character who is the personification of Odysseus' optimism and is only in 5 songs, is more grieved and appreciated than Eurylochus, a character who is his own person and is in 11 songs.

#I'm being a hater but meh :/ it's just kind of baffling to me. Don't get me wrong. Polites plays his purpose for the musical #and it is neat how Jay took one line from him in the Odyssey and got silly with it and basically created his own character.#but like... All we know about Polites is that he's nice... that's literally it. He's Odysseus' optimism personified. which is why he died.#And it's not as though it isn't sad that he died. It's just that we got to know Eurylochus longer and truly get to know him more #is it because with how little people know about Polites other than “uwu sweetiepie” people like that so they can headcanon more?#is it because Eurylochus is “too complex” and therefore “not likable”??#idk. I'm gonna be burned at the stake for this I know it. but I don't understand it.#like during “Love in Paradise” it wasn't “Open Arms” that made me sad. I'm watching through the early Phil younows for the first time and boy, we understandably harp on Dan the most for the 2012 era denial/overcompensating but Phil's contributions are fascinating. So far my highlights include:

"Dan and I don't do everything together because then we would get sick of each other...as friends" ok no one was reading into it as if you weren't friends

Him willingly reading out "would you rather marry Dan or lick a hobo" and having an extended moment of silence that lasts way too long to be casual as he fights for his life trying to figure out what to say before saying hobo and quickly trying to move on. Then Dan joins later on and he unprompted tells Dan about this. Also should be noted shortly after he answered he was like "huh weird my chat is suddenly being slow and there's nothing for me to read out" which seems a little too convenient to me

#this is an unnecessarily long post but i needed to share #and like obviously theres a part of this thats deeply sad but its also like guys come on 😭#dan and phil #phan #also this isnt relevant to the other moments but he had a little speech about how he was a decent cook #and actually made his own food every day instead of just throwing something in the microwave #and i know that was true then but it feels fucking insane for mr. deliveroo to be saying that #you could tell he had a little bit of a superiority complex about it too which is so funny #oh how the times change lol #dnp watchthrough
