@andrealphusdead gave me this recipe!!
only 45 cal0r1es!!!
ingredients:
2 cups cucumber, sliced
1 tsp salt
3 tsps sugar
1 tosp soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/4 oz sesame seeds
directions:
The cucumbers can be peeled, cut lengthwise, seeded, and sliced into thin half moons.
(I cut mine into spirals! here’s a link to a tutorial!)
yes I know the sound is old but it works..(my first one was ass tho)
2. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and salt; mix well.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil; mix well.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seed and mix.
5. Let marinate for 20 minutes before serving.

•starkist albacore tuna packet (80)
•bolthouse ranch 1tbsp (25)
•onion (5)
•corn 2tbsp (15)
•romaine lettuce (10)
mix tuna, dressing, onion, and corn together (optional: season w/ salt and pepper)
scoop into lettuce and eat like a taco
total- 135 cals, 17g protein
