finally finished the band au comic i’ve been working on forever,,,context in tags

one of the things i wish the show emphasised more is how awful jaime pushing bran out of that window was, permanently paralysing him. cos obviously doing that to a child is awful but the emphasis on how ruined bran sees his life now in the books is something i wish was translated onto screen better, because he wanted to be a knight, he had always always dreamt of becoming a knight he had no desire to get married or become a lord, all that mattered was becoming like all of his idols and become knighted, and that’s something that now he will never be able to do, because one man laid a simple hand on his chest and pushed him. that’s a harrowing thing for an eight year old to go through and it’s something, because it goes so undiscussed in the show, that is so frequently forgotten. bran is so tragic!

Lady Ermine

She was all in white, luminous as the moon with a flash of red at her chin and waist that had drawn his eye.

“Lady Starra,” Rikshah whispered from the corner of his mouth. “One of the council and someone I was hoping to meet.”

Ulrick looked back to find she had moved closer, drawing up to them in a strange siding motion and pausing in front of Rikshah to exchange quiet greetings with him.

The red colour was actually a tattoo, lines and dots running down from her lower lip to the point of her chin. She had wide eyes of a fine, pale blue like a desert sky and hair as white as sunlight, held away from her face in thick, looped braids but loose at the back. Her breeches were white, wrapped up to the calf with birch bark, her tunic was white, her cloak and the fur that trimmed it. The inside of her cloak was stitched with dark red like a a hundred staring eyes, and she carried a quiver of arrows at her back and a short bow at her hip.

I was so drowned with finals I slept less than 5 hours a night for two weeks,, but now I'm done. So I finished that animatic I started in December (what a bad idea to start this with that much work tbh), had so much fun doing it! All I could think of the last four weeks was this haha

I will finally add that the lyrics are very much linked to the scenes so make sure to listen to them
