THEORY- SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER 62

Noe is Krusnik, Hi and welcome to my crack theory on Noe is Krusnik, But in a different timeline. Take it a step further and claim that Vanitas and Dominique were originally meant to be villains in the tale.

Why did i come to this very odd and strange theory? im glad you asked! behold! chapter 62 of vanitas no carte.

Krusnik is referred to as 4 things. Kind, Brave, cool, and Slightly foolish. Do you know what Noe is? Kind, Brave, and foolish. Krusnik went about solving crimes between humans and vampires, Noe and Vanitas are now moving into doing just that with their newest mission.

Noe's backstory has the makings of every protagonist ever, dead family, dead guardians, sold on the market. But there's one thing that stood out to me, The mention that Krusnik had golden eyes that had the ability to neutralise vamperic abilities and powers.

Now i know, silly me, Noe doesn't have golden eyes, he has red! oh yes, I know, but can we be sure? after all, when we are introduced to little Noe he didn't have a bandage over his eye when he met his 'grandparents' the bandage only came during his time with the trafficers, but there is something important to note here.

Conflicting information, Dominique says that her Grandfather bought Noe because Noe was up for auction as an 'Archiviste survivior' However the people who took him were human traffickers, who were not aware that Noe was a vampire. When they found out, we were never told, However, If he was Krusnik, it would make sense as to why the teacher would be in the audience, (He KNEW Noe would be there) and if Noe was sold to a vampire, and the vampire tried to take a bite, he could of accidentally triggered the neutralisation, which in turn made the teacher buy him, little Noe wouldn't know how to turn it off, and so the teacher bandaged his eye that stayed gold till it eventually faded away.

This would also explain why in recent chapters Noe has started to REMEMBER what happened between him and Ruthvan without Ruthvans consent because Ruthvan used a vampiric ability on him but for someone who can neutralise said ability it would have little to no effect over time. And with Noe being Noe when the teacher told him Archivisites had different abilities to that of regular vampires he most likely never brought it up again thinking that was one of the abilities or didnt even realize he had done that.

In turn the teachers allowing Noe to read the Adventures of Krusnik, Is essencially what he did with letting Louis 'find' his reports to read. Letting Noe read how his life should of ended up and seeing if he would catch on.

Vanitas in the early chapters reads alott like a villian, to the point it is hard to ignore and oyu could see how easily if Noe wasnt friends with him during some of these scenes that he would easily turn agaisnt or persecute him.

Domi too is part of the De Sade family and judging by their torture booth at the masqueade ball, they are very clearly not good people (apart form her) but even see has no problem threatening to tear Vanitas apart if he tries to hurt Noe. Because without Noe, Domique would of eaisly of fallen into the villian role like the rest of her family. The teacher was the one who took in Louis, Had he not her fmaily would of executed him themselves, she would of known he was her twin and left alone in that family with no outside influence, its easy to see she could of easily became a villian, that whole interaction between her and vanitas in chapter 8 is so Villian vs Villian coded that now i cannot read it any other way. But slowly over time these 'villian' like moments become less and less, because Noe is more prominant in both of their lives,

Not to mention Vanitas was from a traveling circus originally, one that suspiciously enough makes me think of charlten, Had to. stuck around and not been rescued he could of easily became one of the pawns of charleten.

Vanitas dies at the end of the tale, because it is his fate to. Noe was always meant to kill him. One way or another. friend or foe.

Wind = 2-3, mostly by dint of never having the opportunity to even consider it yet. He's definitely a bit bewildered by the idea.

Twilight = 6-7, has seriously considered a few but so far hasn't had cause to commit them. Whether Rusl and the others are helping or not is a different matter entirely.

Warriors = 7-8, mostly by dint of not waging war against other human beings and the ambiguity of handling treason during active war. (Most war crimes require actions against non-combatants, your own men, or questions of proportionate force.)

Legend = 7-8, similar to above. If you asked HIM, he's pretty sure he has though even though most of the soldiers he's killed were actively trying to kill him first.

Hyrule = 6-7, hasn't really had cause to act on the scale required. Has DEFINITELY done fucked up shit the others would freak out about, but it's not war crimes…………

Wild = 4-5 range, cannot think of a reason he'd ever do something like that (yet) but is aware he's capable and probably could come up with some horrifying ways to do it if you asked.

I'm always curious about Peng, why are his nephews said to be murdered like some people say? Do demons always get unfair treatment in some stories? Or is it more that humans can be forgiven more easily by the gods agaisnt harmless demons?

I’m afraid that you might have the demon confused because Peng does not have nephews... unless you mean the Buddha? Because that is his "god-nephew" so to speak. He has a sister but I’m not familiar with his sister having biological children. Do you mean the Immortal Ruyi? His nephew being Red Boy? Or the Seven Fox King, his nephews being Golden Horn and Silver Horn? Or even Ao Guang with his nephew being the rouge dragon Toulong? There are a lot of demons or dragons or even celestials with nephews but please send my the passage where it says the Golden Wing Peng has nephews because I cannot find that anywhere.

And I can’t say that Yaoguai always get mistreated as these stories were originally created as omens, demons being the symbolic nature of desires or temptations, that people have to mentally overcome. It is only in recent media, or even in recent years does the idea that Yaoguai being more than physical embodiments of evil and desire, actually comes into fruition. So I can say that with a lot of modern media, they make these demons a lot more sympathetic, and even relatable to the audience but originally, that was never meant to be the case, and thus any punishment put on the was never meant to cause harm to the audience because you relate to the demon, but rather being a sense of justification because the demon is meant to relate to the hardships of the world. Even in White Snake, it is only with the latest iteration that is it a love story of two people who cannot be together rather than cautious that even your wife isn’t who you think they are. Stories and meanings change over time depending on the audience, but the original intention should always be kept in mind.

Humans can be forgiven for sins because they have that nature in them that they can change and even be more and grow more. Humans by nature are able to reach that point in the wheel of reincarnation, where they can reach, enlightenment through their actions, unlike animals. Animals are meant to wait for their karma to balance out so that in the next life, they could be human to reach that enlightenment but otherwise, if they skip that step, it is considered going against the laws of nature. Even Yaoguai that are considered harmless are still defying their karma by skipping their human steps and waiting for the next life. Nowadays we see a lot of modern media play with Yaoguai struggles and it is great media but Yaoguai were created with the idea of being almost like cryptic or just beings that defy the laws of nature and thus bring chaos. Yaoguai where created with that conception, and I think when looking back on the stories, it wouldn’t be fair to try to put that modern perception of sympathetic villains onto villains that were very one-dimensional. Like nowadays, it can be fun to dissect villains and try to find relatable connections with the audience, but I never want to try to say that was the original creation's intention ever.

I did find a passage when looking more into any references to Peacock in the story and I do see that the Peacock had two disciples I don't think this is what you were thinking cause you said nephews and this is a boy and a girl bird. Also they were not murdered out of spite or anything that they did wrong but because they are... birds, just shot down by an unknowing king. It’s like accidentally fucking around and finding out when he was just going on a completely normal hunt of the day. In reality, there was no way of the king to know that these birds where different from any other he hunted, and while sad was never malicious in his actions. Hunting itself isn't a crime, just that he was unlucky enough to choose far too important targets. Part 1 (peyak)

1st - Eru Ilùvatar, Le Grand Papa, was.

But it was just him, so he decided to start a band. He created a bunch of little guys (Ainur) to be on vocals. Acapella band, very avant gard.

Eru Ilùvatar played dolls with them and decided that some were siblings even though he created them all at, presumably, the same time. This was entirely vibes based family planning.

Imagine all these little Ainur just singing their hearts out, but oh! What's this? One of them looks a little different?? Just, like, more beautiful and powerful than the others?

Well, that would be Melkor! He's the Lucifer coded one. And he's a curious little guy, he goes around the Timeless Halls, the Void, looking for something to do. Really, he wants to find the Imperishable Flame so he can create life and unvoid the Void. It's just a bit too Void for him, and I don't think that should be held agaisnt him.

Obviously, though, Eru Ilùvatar had it, but Melkor couldn't figure that out. And he's supposed to be the smartest Ainur, so that's out intelligence benchmark for these guys.

But rehearsals were over and it was show time! Eru Ilùvatar was conducting, everyone was doing their best, it was going great. Until Melkor decided to get jazzy with it and go off tempo.

Some of the other Ainur are into it, and suddenly there's a little noise rock sub band offshoot happening. Then, it's full on battle of the bands. Things are getting heated. Feelings are getting confused. Nobody knows how this is going to end.

The afterparty was watching a music video Eru Ilùvatar had made for the winning song (his). Turns out, it was secretly also a workplace training video and it went over the creation of the universe, the world (Arda), and all living things in it.

He was especially proud of the Elves and Humans he'd thought of. And the Ainur were totally on board! They thought that these guys were just so cute and little. They couldn't wait to build them a fun enclosure where they could play with them and dress them up all fancy.

So a bunch of them decided they were actually gonna go and do the darn thing. And we must have hiérarchie; some of them were just better than the others.

The super cool ones were called the Valar, and the tinier ones the Maiar. For their crimes of being not as tall as the Valar, the Maiar were their servants (? Pay structure questionable).

Of course, Melkor went too. Can't have things going too well, you know?

yes, i think they have a big problem with comparisons. How can you compare an empire with so much blood on their hands with a country acting colonialist against a nonwhite population of theirs?
