An Official Statement from Willington Palace: HM Queen Diana and HRH Prince Gerhard Announce the Birth of Their Second Child

TRH Grand Duke and Duchess of Sage gave birth to a healthy baby girl! The newest addition to the Royal family was in the early morning at the Willington Palace Medical Center which has recently been revamped. The birth went extremely well with no complications. The Grand Duke and Prince Parker were present for the birth.

HRH Princess Mia Lotte Winston De Geloes, Duchess of Sage

Princess Mia's name was chosen to honor two legendary women in the Royal family. The first being Mia's grandmother, the late Queen Margaret. The "M" in her name is meant to pay homage to Diana's mother. The "ia" in Mia is meant to honor the very first Queen of SimDonia - the late Queen Ophelia. The Queen remembers her grandmother and mother through her daughter.

Lotte is a traditional Simovian name to embrace Prince Gerhard's side. While her official last name (much like the Queen's) does not include her father's last name, she will be referred by both Winston and De Geloes.

The Princess' nursery was decorated by the same interior designer to help with Willington Palaces' major renovation. Various shade of pink and white are used throughout the room. Many toys and furniture have been based down from other family members.

So far, Princess Mia has met her uncle and aunt, King Brother Spencer and Queen Sister Elizabeth. The two will join Queen Diana and family to Simovia shortly after Winterfest where they will celebrate the Queen's birthday!

Photos shared include an all-pink picture of the new couple with baby Mia and a Winterfest photo with the whole family!

The argument in 2x5 of iwtv is of course iconic. But it also shows that we actually get so little of the true Loumand dynamic and as much as Armand is a manipulating queen, they actually have shared a lot with each other? Like Louis clearly knows a lot more detail about Armand's backstory than the carefully curated stuff they mention to Daniel (like the chop my hands of thing is wild, but he also mentions the cult celibacy stuff). because going back to S2 Episode 3, Louis is the one who walks in and finishes Armand's story. And at the time I was like, "oh thats just the story Armand told him", but he KNOWS there is more - which means they are actively conspiring to present this angle to Daniel. Like we underestimate how much they were both collectively telling this narrative of their life/romance. Truly wild on rewatch. Like they were very competent as partners (in crime and lying) like can you imagine Loustat effectively collaborating at this level?

I’m just not surprised. this is the exact way we were told he was going to be acting. like a new york ego maniac that drives everyone crazy especially syd. idk the more I think about it the more I get everyone’s frustration with carmy but like he’s supposed to make us wanna rip our hair out. like he’s supposed to be annoying and ruinous. there would be very little story if he wasn’t. we always naturally wanna see things work out nice and easy and joyous and perfect but it was never gonna be a straight upwards line like that.

I actually think that this season showed syd’s feathers more than anything. marcus makes a speech about how special it is to have someone pay attention to you and really consider you and then right after we have syd literally adjusting the margins so carmy would be more comfortable writing. and he’s so taken aback by someone doing something so small for him like it’s nothing. like despite the fact that he’s driving her insane, she really cares about him, and her wanting to leave has so much to do with not him but how he’s acting, alongside the fact that she wants to have a voice in the kitchen he keeps on saying he’ll give her and then doesn’t. it feels like she knows this isn’t who he is and she keeps waiting around to see if he’ll open up to her but it doesn’t happen so then we have half conversations and half truths that are frustrating and so true to character.

one thing that was made blatantly clear is that these two are so hungry to know the other more. they want to be more involved but are both so emotionally stunted when it comes to each other they don’t know where to start. like when they look into each other’s eyes the words just go out the window. when they’re not talking about work they don’t know where to go from there even though they want to.

I can easily say I have never seen chemistry the way these two have it. you can do whatever you can to wipe it but you can’t. even if you don’t give them a big table scene it’s still there. it’s always going to be carmy and sydney, even if they can’t find each other yet. what they want and where they’re at are two different things and it may take a bit for them to get there. I think the not knowing of it all is intoxicating.
