I feel like a lot of people write gojo when he’s being playful or sarcastic but could you write moments where he’s serious or he’s genuinely having a heart to heart with the reader?
yesss i love these concepts! in my opinion i think he’s sexier when he’s more serious because we rarely see that side of himmmm 😛

“i quit.”
satoru froze in the middle of adjusting his jacket, the sound of your voice cutting through the quiet in the room.
he turned to look at you, his brow furrowing as confusion painted his features.
“what?” he asked, his tone laced with disbelief. his eyes narrowed as he studied your face, trying to make sense of what you just said.
“i quit,” you repeated, your voice steady but quiet.
you were done. done with the constant pressure, the constant fear of what might happen next. done with the world you had found yourself in, a world of curses, jujutsu sorcery, the thought of losing yourself completely, of dying before you even had a chance to live, had become too much to bear.
satoru’s eyes softened, but the confusion never left. “babe… you can’t just quit. not like this. not when things are tough.”
“and why not?” you shot back, unable to keep the frustration out of your voice.
“why do you think i have to keep doing this? why do i have to keep risking my life, getting dragged into these fights, and walking away with more scars every time? i’m just… tired of almost dying.”
your words hung heavy in the air between you two, and for a moment, the room felt suffocating.
“you’re not the only one who’s tired,” he said softly, but there was a firmness beneath his words that didn’t match the softness of his expression.
he took a step toward you, like he was trying to reach out to you in the only way he knew how. “but quitting isn’t the answer. when things get tough, you don’t just quit.”
he didn’t understand. how could he? he was Satoru Gojo. nothing fazed him. he was invincible, or so it seemed. but you weren’t like him. you didn’t have that same untouchable strength. you were just human, and your body was starting to feel the toll of everything you had been through.
“you wouldn’t understand anyway,” you muttered, barely able to meet his gaze. “i don’t know why i even bothered telling you.”
the words felt like a slap in the face to him, and you immediately regretted saying them. his eyes hardened, but the anger didn’t burn, not the way it normally would when he felt disrespected.
“don’t say that,” he replied, his voice low, almost too gentle.
“i may not understand what you’re going through, but that doesn’t mean i don’t care. i’m not gonna let you throw everything away just because it’s hard. if you quit, you’re just letting the world win.”
“maybe that’s what i want,” you shot back, the bitterness slipping out before you could stop it.
“maybe i want to stop fighting. i’m exhausted, satoru. fighting, training, always putting myself in danger for some cause that doesn’t even feel like mine. all i’ve done is survive—barely. and for what? to risk my life over and over again? i’m done.” you exhaled sharply, trying to hold back the tears that had been threatening to spill. “i just don’t care anymore.”
satoru’s expression shifted. there was no anger, no frustration anymore, just a deep sadness. he stepped closer, closing the distance between you two until there was barely any space left. he gently placed a hand on your shoulder, his fingers curling around the fabric of your shirt.
“i get it,” he said softly, the words so different from the usual brashness of his character. “i get that you’re hurting. but you can’t quit. not like this. not because it’s hard. i won’t let you give up on yourself. i can’t.”
he paused, his thumb gently brushing your skin as his eyes locked onto yours, as if searching for something.
“look, i don’t know what it’s like to be where you are. i don’t know what it feels like to be on the edge of giving up, but i do know this: you matter to me. a lot. and i’ll fight beside you because i care about you. i care about you more than you know.”
the sincerity in his voice cut through you like a knife, and despite yourself, your heart ached.
“i’m not letting you quit,” he continued, his words steady. “if you want to stop fighting, that’s fine. but you’ll have to do it with me. i’m not going anywhere.”
you could feel your chest tighten, the weight of your emotions threatening to break free. you had been so consumed by fear, by exhaustion, that you had almost forgotten the one thing that truly mattered. not the curses, not the missions, but the people who cared about you. and the one person who was always there, even when you tried to shut him out.
you closed your eyes for a moment, taking a shaky breath. “i just don’t know if i can keep doing this,” you admitted, your voice barely a whisper. “i’m scared.”
“i know you are,” he replied, his hand gently cupping your face.
“and that’s okay. but you don’t have to be scared alone. i’m here, and i’m not letting you go through this on your own.“
you stared at him, the weight of his words settling in your chest. maybe you couldn’t quit. not like this. not when you had someone who would stand by you, even in your darkest moments. and maybe, just maybe, that was enough to keep going.

The four of you found yourselves back on the road soon after the wedding ceremony. Things seemed lighter in a way. Laura and Charles sat in back while Logan drove and you sat beside him. Logan kept one hand on the wheel while his other kept a firm hold on yours. He didn’t want to let you go before your marriage was official, but now he really didn’t want to. 
Charles was drifting in and out of sleep as Laura stared out the window with her sunglasses, locking and unlocking the door.
“Knock it off,” Logan said, voice gruff. Laura made no move to stop. “I said, knock it off!”
“She’s a child, Logan,” Charles said. “And, point of face, she’s your—“
“How long has it been since you took your meds?” Charles exhaled, annoyed. “Tell me, how long has it been?”
“I don’t know!”
Logan scoffed. “You saw what happened yesterday. If that shit had gone on any longer, everything in that casino—“
“I did what I had to do to save Laura and Y/N.”
“What?” You questioned, turning to look back at Charles.
“I knew you wouldn’t get to my meds and I kept you from doing so. You wouldn’t have been able to take on all those men while protecting Laura and I.”
“You had a fucking seizure on purpose?!” Logan exclaimed, clearly furious.
“I guess you prefer me pharmaceutically castrated, rambling on like a lunatic. So much easier for you.”
“Easier? There is nothing easy about you, Charles, nothing!”
“Yes, yes, please be like the rest of the world, blaming someone else for your boring shit.”
“I know, Pop, I’m such a giant disappointment.”
“What? Logan, you’re not a disappointment,” you tried to interject. 
“You honestly derive no sense of purpose from what we’re doing?” Charles continued.
“Okay, what are we doing?” Logan questioned. “Hmm?”
“There is a young mutant sitting in our car.”
“Yeah, I see that.”
“And where we’re taking her, there are others. Does that mean nothing to you?”
“Yeah, means nothing to me. Especially since Nurse Gabriela made all that Eden shit up with fucking comic books.”
“What are you talking about?”
Logan let go of your hand and opened the center consul. He pulled out a bottle, handing it to you. “Give those to him, will you?”
“Logan,” you tried.
“Give ‘em to him.”
You sighed, opening up the bottle and taking two pills out. You turned back and handed them to Charles, giving him a sympathetic smile. Charles took them and tossed them into his mouth before getting a drink.
“I wanna see it,” Logan said, looking at Charles.
Charles made a noise as he opened his mouth and stuck his tough out for Logan to see. Logan took the bottle from you, threw it into the consul, and then slammed it shut. You sighed, so much for the happiness that the small wedding brought. Logan glanced over at you as you stared out the window. He took your hand and brought it up to his lips for a kiss.
“Sorry,” Logan muttered. “On edge.”
“Clearly,” you replied, turning to face him. “Can you try not to be mad at anyone in this car? The rest of the world, sure, but those in this truck are off limits. Got it?” 
“Only for you.” He kissed the back of your hand again.
“Whipped,” Charles muttered.
“Have something to tell the class Professor?”
“Nothing.”
Your group fell into a calm silence for a few moments until one of the auto-semi-trucks moved too close to your truck.
“Motherfucking auto-trucks!” Logan exclaimed.
“Language, Logan,” scolded Charles. “And you’re screaming at a machine.”
“Oh, what? She can gut a man with her feet, she can’t hear a few naughty words, huh?”
“She can learn to be better.”
“You mean, better than me?”
“I’m sure that’s not—“
“Actually, yes,” Charles interrupted you. 
You knew Charles wasn’t totally in his right mind, but you wished he could fully realize how much his words affected Logan. 
“And, by the way,” continued Charles, “Laura’s foot claws are the obvious result of her gender, you know.”
“Is that a fact?” Logan asked.
“In a pride of lions, the female is both hunter and caregiver.”
“Good to know.”
“She uses her front claws for hunting and the back claws defensively.”
“Oh, yeah?” Logan’s sarcasm was clear.
“Thus, ensuring their survival.”
Laura watched this—and every— interaction with curiosity and caution. It was clear to her that her comics were right about somethings. One being that the Wolverine was tough and hostile, but had a soft side for those he cared about. Especially for you. Though the comics Nurse Gabriela had shown her did not do the love you two shared any justice, both the good and the bad. Laura could tell that Logan didn’t know how exactly to deal with Laura and who she was, but she could tell that the hostility was dying, though extreme slow. Laura knew that was thanks to you. As she continued to watch and listen, you looked back to check on her. You shot her a soft smile. Laura wanted to give you one in return, but she really didn’t know how, so she opted for a nod and to turn back to the window.
Just then, an auto-truck honked and began to move over to the lane that your truck was in without even waiting. Logan was forced to swerve quickly, driving into oncoming traffic. Laura held onto Charles trying to keep him steady while you gripped the handle near your door and the middle consul. Logan maneuvered through the oncoming traffic until there was a clearing and he could turn around, coming to a harsh stop. He looked around, noticing that everyone was clearly shaken up.
As the four of you tried to calm down, you watched as a truck pulling a horse trailer stopped across the road. The horse trailer had been knocked open in the incident, with the horses running out. A young man and his parents got out of the truck, rushing to get the horses off the road.
“We should help them,” Charles suggested.
“No, we have to keep going,” Logan retorted. “Someone will come along.”
“Someone has come along.”
Logan looked your way, wanting to know your thoughts.
“I think it would do us some good to help someone else right now,” you told him.
With a sigh, Logan drove the truck across the lanes of traffic and parked it in front of the other truck. Charles rolled down the window and closed his eyes as you and Logan exited the truck. You watched as the horses all came back over and lined up in the trailer. Logan looked back over at Charles with a angry look. You caught it, slipping your hand into Logan’s and giving it a light squeeze. Laura slipped out of the car and stood a bit behind you two.
“Hey, uh, you need a hand?” Logan asked.
“Yeah,” the woman replied. “Our truck is stuck. After we get the horses in, we could really use some help getting it out.”
Once the horses were in the trailer, the woman got into the driver’s seat and turned on the truck to help reverse it. Logan and her husband got in front to push it while the son was helping from the side. Once they were all set, they started moving the truck back.
“Ah, good,” the husband patted the front as soon as the truck had moved to a good spot, “got it. Come on, let’s get home.”
“Laura! Y/N!” Logan called. The two of you were standing near the trailer, Laura looking at the horses.
“Thank you so much for your help,” the woman said. “I’m Kathryn.” She reached out her hand.
Logan shook it. “James.”
“This is my son, Nate.”
“Hi,” Nate said.
“Hey,” Logan responded.
“Is that your wife and daughter?” Kathryn asked.
“Uh, yeah, thats, uh—“
“I’m Y/N,” you walked up to Kathryn, “his wife. That’s our daughter Laura.”
“Yeah, and that’s my dad, Chuck,” Logan pointed to Charles in the truck, who waved. “Come on, Laura, let’s go.”
“Well, can we show our appreciation and treat the four of you to a decent meal?” Kathryn wondered. “We don’t live far from here.”
“Uh, no, thanks.”
“That would be lovely!” Charles exclaimed. 
You stifled a giggle at the look Logan shot Charles. You walked over to Logan and took his hand. “As long as we aren’t a bother,” you told Kathryn.
“Of course not,” she said. “Just follow us home.”

“I don’t like this,” Logan grumbled as the table was being set. “We need to keep moving.”
“Logan, it’s just one night,” you told him. “No one would suspect us to stop somewhere like this.”
“Still.”
“Everybody, have a seat,” Kathryn said. 
“James, why don’t you sit at the end of the table?” Will, Kathryn’s husband, suggested.
Will sat on one end while Logan took the opposite seat. Kathryn and Nate took one of the longer sides, while Charles, Laura, and you took the other.
“You wanna say grace?” Kathryn asked. “Say grace, baby.”
“Uh, thank you, God, for this food,” Nate said, “and for our new friends, the Howletts.
“Mmm. They came to our aid. Amen.”
“Amen,” you joined in with the rest in saying it.
Everyone began eating. Logan noticed quickly that Laura was stuffing the food into her mouth using her hands. He reached over and handed her, her fork. The bowl of corn got passed to her and she quickly began scooping. Logan took the bowl away before she could take it all. You bit your lip as you noticed how the others were watching you all. 
“Oh, there’s plenty more if she wants,” Kathryn offered. 
“She’s fine,” Logan said. “Thank you.”
“This is delicious,” Charles said.
“Oh, thank you,” Kathryn responded.
“It’s so good.”
“Where are you all headed?” Will asked.
“Uh, Oregon,” Logan said at the same time that Charles said, “South Dakota.”
“Well, Oregon and then South Dakota,” Charles corrected.
“Vacation?” Kathryn wondered.
“Uh, yes. Uh, long overdue. We’re city folk. Always wanted to take a road trip, see the country. And meet the people in it.”
“Well that sounds lovely. Been trying to get Will here to take a vacation for years now.”
“If we go traipsing all over the country, who’s gonna take care of this place?” Will retorted.
“Exactly. I say, let it go.”
“And live off what?”
“The Lord will provide.”
“I”m still waiting for the Lord to provide me with a new thresher.”
“All the same, I’d love to travel someday.”
“And I bet, you will,” Charles told her.
“I could drop out of school,” Nate offered.
“Okay, let’s not go that far,” Kathryn said. 
“I mean, I’ll do it.”
“No, no.”
“Why not? You wanna travel, I wanna travel.”
“Son, son.”
“That sounds good to you, right?” Will asked.
“It’s the perfect plan,” said Nate.
“Why oddly you want to do that, Nate?” Charles wondered.
“Careful,” Logan spoke up, “you’re speaking to a man who ran a school for a lot of years. Right, Charles?”
“Really?” Will asked.
“Yes, it was a… it was a special needs school,” Charles said.
You tried not laugh at his description.
“Uh-huh. That’s a good description,” Logan smirked.
“He was there, too,” Charles pointed at Logan. “In fact, these two both were.”
“Yeah, I got kicked out a few times.”
“Some of them were by choice,” you spoke up, teasing him.
“I wish I could say you were a good pupil, but the words would choke me,” Charles said.
Everyone laughed, including Logan.
“Not that Y/N was much better,” Charles added.
“Wait, what?” You questioned.
“When Y/N first arrived at the school, she hid and refused to participate. Took me years to get her to do anything.”
“Hey, woah. Not years. Maybe one.”
“Whatever.”
The laughter and chatter continued until everyone was full. Logan stood up.
“Ma’am, I can’t thank you enough for this,” he said. “Uh, it was great. But we have a long drive ahead of us, so—“
“But you need to rest, don’t you?” Kathryn questioned.
“Yeah, we’ll find a motel somewhere.”
“The nearest one is two hours from here and it’s not even that nice,” Will said. 
“We have a perfectly fine room upstairs for your father and your daughter if you don’t mind you and your wife sleeping in the living room on the convertible,” Kathryn offered.
“Kathryn, it’s very, very nice of you, but we really should go.”
“We can leave early in the morning,” Charles said. “Break of dawn, as it were.”
Logan looked at you, hoping that you’d side with him. You weren’t going to though. It was nice to interact with others and seem normal for a while.
“Okay,” Logan sighed, “why don’t we wash up, Pop?”
Logan pushed Charles away to the bathroom.
“Would you two like some dessert?” Kathryn offered.
“If it’s not too much trouble,” you replied.
“Of course not.”
“You all have been really kind to my family. Thank you.”
The water coming from the sink suddenly cut in and out. 
“Oh, shit!” Will exclaimed.
“What’s going on?” Logan asked, stepping out of the bathroom.
“Nate, go fill up the tub before we lose pressure.”
“They shut if off again,” Kathryn said.
“They are just not going to let this thing go.”
“Well, you might as well handle it now.”
“It can wait till the morning. We just had rain last night.”
“We got four houseguests and a sink full of dishes.”
“Alright, alright.” Will turned to talk to Logan. “The pump station that supplies us is a mile and a half from here. Sometimes it gets itself shut off.”
“By assholes,” Nate added.
“My son is happy to go with you,” Charles offered.
“No, no, no, that’s fine,” Will said as Logan gave Charles a look of unbelief. “The men that do this, sometimes they can be—“
“I can go,” Nate said.
“No,” Kathryn said, “you’ve got homework.”
“Alright, I’ll go,” Logan said. “Just, uh, let me get my dad settled.” 
He walked over to Charles and picked him up. Your heart broke as you could hear the strain in Logan’s breathing. You took Laura’s hand and followed Logan and Charles up the stairs to the open bedroom. Laura saw Nate in his room and opted to follow him.
“Behave,” you whispered to her with a smile before letting her go. 
You peeked into the room, watching Logan get Charles tucked in. He held up a remote.
“Want TV?” Logan asked. “There’s TV here.”
“I’m fine,” Charles breathed out.
“Okay. Get some rest.”
“You know, Logan… this is what life looks like. A home, people who love each other. Safe place. You should take a moment and feel it. It’s been too long since you’ve had that.”
“Yeah It’s great.” You stepped back as Logan came to the door.
“Logan. Logan! You still have time.”
“Charles, the world is not the same as it was. We’re taking a risk hanging around here, you know that. And where we’re going, Eden… it doesn’t exist. Her nurse got it from a comic book. You understand? It’s not real.”
“It is for Laura… It is for Laura.”
“Get some rest.”
Logan walked out of the room, completely shutting the door, to find you there.
“What are we doing, Logan?” You asked quietly. “If you don’t believe that Eden is real, then where are we taking Laura? What are your plans with her?”
Logan sighed, coming up to you and placing his hands on your arms. He ran his hands down until he could hold your hands. “I… I’m trying here.”
“Try harder… for Laura, for Charles… for me. You need to decide if you believe in it and if you’re willing to trust that Eden will be a safe place for your daughter.”
“Do you believe in it?”
“I hope it’s real. For her sake.”
“Then I’ll try a little harder, okay?” You nodded, leaning into Logan. His hands dropped yours to wrap you in a hug. “I won’t be long.”
“Be safe.”
The two of you met for a brief kiss. You walked Logan down the stairs and watched as he and Will headed out to the fields. You saw Kathryn in living room, reading the pull-out bed. 
“Thank you, again,” you told her.
“Of course,” she replied. “It seems like you all have had a long journey and need some good rest.”
“Yeah,” you nodded.
“The bed’s all ready. Sleep well.” 
Then Kathryn walked away. You crawled onto the bed and curled up, thinking of Logan. You heard footsteps just as you were about to fall asleep, the weight was familiar. Your back was facing towards the slow, on coming footsteps.
“Logan?” You whispered quietly, only to receive no verbal response. 
A hand fell to your back, moving until it was above your beating heart.
“Logan, what are you—“
Quickly, the hand formed a fist and three metal claws entered your heart. The darkness came instantly.

When Logan and Will arrived back at the house, Logan went to the truck to try to calm down his coughing. A gunshot and screams had his head snapping in the direction of the house. Logan raced inside the best he could with his limp. Will was at the bottom of the stairs, claw marks through his chest. Logan looked up to see a copy of him—younger and less scarred—carrying a screaming and bound Laura down the stairs. Logan froze, only able to pant and stare as the copy of him walked past him, Laura still screaming.
“Charles!” Logan shouted up the stairs. “Y/N! Charles! Y/N!” 
He used the railing to get him up the stairs faster. At the top of the stairs, he found Kathryn dead with Nate at the entrance of Charles’ room. He froze for a moment upon seeing Charles bloody and barely breathing in bed. Blood was running out of Charles’ mouth as he shakily reached for Logan. 
When Logan finally broke out from his trance, he rushed over and used some of the bedding to pack Charles’ wound. He maneuvered Charles’ hands to be over the bedding.
“Hold this,” Logan whispered, fear coursing through his veins. “It wasn’t me. It wasn’t me.”
Logan picked Charles up carefully, still scanning the house for any sign of you. Charles let out a moan as he struggled to keep conscious.
“Just hold on, Charles,” Logan said.
Logan went out the side door and rushed Charles over to the truck, placing him in the bed.
“I’ll be back,” Logan promised, before going back inside. “Y/N! Y/N!”
Suddenly, his nose got whiff of a familiar scent. Your blood. He rushed for the living room, where the pull out bed was out. There was a large bloody stain on it, but no you. There was no sign of your fire or your smoke or your ashes. Logan’s heart hammered in his chest as he continued to find no sign of you in the house. Logan stammered out of the house to hear more screaming and gunshots. He saw his duplicate self killing the men who turned off the water. There was a military grade truck past his duplicate. Logan noticed Laura on the ground but when he his moved, his breath caught in his throat. 
They had you in a glass box, like Snow White or a doll. There was blood on you and Logan could tell from where he was standing that you weren’t breathing.
“Charles!” Logan exclaimed quietly. He went back over and pressed on the wounds. “Hold this down, right now, tight!”
“Save them,” Charles whispered. “I’m… sorry…”
“What?”
“Go…” Then Charles heart stopped.
“No.” 
Rage grew inside Logan. How dare they create a duplicate version of him and have him kill you and Charles? He had to get to you before they did anything. Suddenly, the military truck blew up, throwing the glass case you were in forward, crashing next to Laura. The glass broke. Logan needed to move fast. He knew that if you went up in flames and your ashes were separated, there would be no coming back for you. He wouldn’t be able to continue on the rest of his short life without you.
Logan snuck up on his duplicate as the duplicate marched towards you and Laura. With each grunt, he plunged his claws into the duplicate. But his copy made no move to fight back, just walking backwards with each hit. Logan plunged both sets of claws into the copy.
“What the hell are you?” He grunted.
The duplicate stabbed Logan in the shoulder and tossed him over to the ground. Logan shielded himself with his claws before the duplicate could do it again. Every muscle and bone was straining with Logan, but he couldn’t stop. Not when you weren’t safe. Logan jumped back up and continued fighting, but the duplicate was better, stronger. The copy kept making hits, causing Logan to yell out in pain. 
Eventually, the duplicate had Logan pinned against a large tractor tire. Before it could make the final kill, Will’s truck rammed into the duplicate, pinning it against the fence. Will stumbled out of the truck with his gun, shooting into the duplicate multiple times. Once Will believed the duplicate to be dead, he turned his gun on Logan, but couldn’t do anything before he fell to the ground, dead. 
Laura’s shrieking continued as she laid bound beside your dead body. Logan stumbled over to the two of you, bloody and bruised. He knew that you needed to get someplace safe, but he also knew that you would never forgive him for leaving Laura. He grabbed Laura and carried her over to the truck, placing her into the seat next to his before turning to get you.
As he knelt beside you to pick you up, the tears fell. The three punctures over your heart was enough to tell him that his copy had done this to you. He groaned as he picked you up and cradled you against him.
“It wasn’t me,” he whispered, like him saying that would wake you. “It wasn’t me.”
He carried you to the truck and slipped you into the back seat. Laura turned around and saw Charles dead in the bed of the trunk and you dead in the back seat. Her shrieking got worse as she fought against her bindings. Logan turned on the truck and sped off into the fields. Laura thrashed around, trying to free herself. With a shaky hand, Logan released his claws.
“Hold still,” he told her, moving the claws over to her cuffs. “Hold still.”
He cut through the bindings and quickly put away his claws, focusing on driving through the field. Laura crawled into the back seat and placed your head on her lap. Logan glanced at her through the rearview mirror, not missing the tear that slipped down her cheek.

“Not so loud, Honey Cakes”, Mikey said, his hands still firmly placed on your hips as he bounced you up and down on his lap, watching you through hooded eyes with a small smirk. Your heated cheeks and your hair already in a mess, mixed with the scent of your arousal in the air, causing Mikey to restrian, in order not to go harder. “Can’t let the others hear us, can we?”
You shot a quick look up to the railing on the second level, where Mikey’s brothers’ rooms were laid out one by one. It wouldn’t take much noise for them to realize what you and Mikey were doing on the couch, even if you tried to drown your sounds with the television that now played a long forgotten movie behind your naked back. If one of them were to walk out to check on the two of you, they would be met by the sight of your naked form, bouncing up and down on Mikey’s member, with your clothes scattered around the room, showing just how much fun Mikey had had, while stripping you down.
“Try you to stay quiet while having your brains fucked out”, you whisper yelled in a joking manner at your boyfriend in orange, fighting the moan in the back of your throat from escaping, your fingers digging into the upper lip of Mikey’s shell. “It’s really hard to stay quiet”.
“I know, babe”, Mikey groaned, moving one of his hands from your hip to your naked chest, massaging your right breast in the palm of his hand, watching with much joy as you bit back your moan. “You feel so good around me, I can feel my brain turn to mush. Fuck, you’re amazing”.
You couldn’t help but let out a small laugh, giving Mikey’s shoulder a small slap, causing Mikey to try and hide his smile from you. The hand on your breast went back down to your hip, before wrapping around your midsection, pulling you closer against him, your naked chest pressed against Mikey’s hard plastron. You let out a small giggle as Mikey got more comfortable beneath you. You had a feeling as to where this would be going.
“Can you be even more amazing and show me how to keep quiet?”, Mikey asked, the hand still on your ass stroking your flesh with smooth motions.
You wrapped your arms tightly around Mikey’s shoulders, before hiding your face against the crock of his neck, getting comfortable over Mikey.
“Show me what you got”, you said, the smile in your voice thick, as you braced yourself for what was to come.
You heard Mikey chuckle above you, before tigething his hold around you once more, making it possible for him to move you up and down at a much greater speed than before. You pressed your face further against Mikey’s skin, trying to hide the whine of pleasure that flew from your mouth. Mikey let out a low groan, taking in a sharp breath and throwing his head back against the couch, closing his eyes as he took in the tightening feeling of you around him. Your feel, your scent, your sound. It was enough to make him feel dizzy, the growing feeling of pleasure pushing from just beyond his cloaca.
You were fighting with everything you had to stay quiet, trying your absolute best to muffle your moans against Mikey. But the sound of your skin smacking together, along with the creaking from the couch, was not helping you much. But you tried. You and Mikey really tried. But with the strong feelings building up inside of the two of you, it was really hard, with just a matter of time before it would bobble over the edge.
Like predicted, you and Mikey came not long after, holding onto each other with your lips locked in a deep kiss, your tongues dancing with one another, feeling and enjoying your high as it flowed through you.
Once your highs subsided, Mikey broke from the kiss, looking at you with strong love in his eyes, holding your face in front of him as a bright smile broke out on his lips.
“How would you feel about moving this into my bedroom?”, Mikey asked, gesturing towards your still intertwined bodies.
“For what?”, you asked in a teasing manner, biting your bottom lip.
“You know exactly what”, Mikey said, giving your butt a small smack, as a sign for you to get moving.
The next morning, Mikey’s three brothers woke up, finding that you and Mikey were still fast asleep inside his room. However, instead of enjoying themselves, getting comfortable on the couch to watch the morning news, the three brothers stood around, all staring at the couch like it had grown two heads.
“I’m not sitting there!”, Raph said, pointing directly at the couch. “No way I’m sitting there after what I heard!”
“We’re not sure what he heard”, Leo said trying to calm down his brother. “None of us checked, so we actually have no idea what they were doing”.
“If you think so, then you wouldn’t mind taking a seat, would you?”, Donnie asked, lifting an eyebrow muscle at his oldest brother.
“Ew! No way!”, Leo exclaimed, jumping back in fear, from just the thought of sitting on the couch.
“Thought so”, Donnie said, before making his way towards the metal stairs, leading up to the four bedrooms. “I’ll wake up Mikey and (Y/N), and tell them to clean the couch”.
“Make sure they’re dressed first!”, Raph called after him.

back in S1 I really gave the writers the benefit of the doubt, choosing to believe they weren't libs or centrists. that they didn't really think Vander collaborating with cops was good for Zaun, that they knew characters like Jinx aren't fundamentally broken and irredeemable but a result of trauma caused by systemic oppression.
I believed they knew about and understood real life systems of oppression but very cleverly and subtly told their story, trying not to spoon-feed the audience & shove political messages down anyone's throats.
but then season 2 being so rushed and fast-paced really showed me where their priorities lied, what they chose to focus on and it wasn't insightful social commentary or exploration of any character's psyche or whatnot (aside from ep 7 which was peak) - it felt like they were trying to elicit emotional responses out of the audience more than anything. Isha gets introduced and oh I'm sure they'll subvert expectations and keep her alive & give Jinx hope that she can change for the better and isn't a Jinx to the people she lov- oh nvm Isha's dead. oh Vi has a mental breakdown after betraying everything she once stood for, becoming an enforcer and subsequently falling into a depression & self-harming for possibly months, I'm sure they'll explore this inner conflict in more detail after this montage- nvm it's LITERALLY JUST THE ONE MONTAGE? ok this Maddie girl is sleeping with Caitlyn but she doesn't seem to have any logical reason or motivation to betray he- never fucking mind??? I guess there was just no reason?????
whenever I thought they'd subvert expectations, they just kept doing the most. fucking. obvious. thing. it felt like the writers were constantly really insecurely asking me "are you crying yet????🥺🥺🥺 isn't this sad omg🥺🥺😭💔💔 ARE YOU CRYING??? OMG THE ANGST🥺 TRAUMA🥺🥺🥺"
it felt like they were very trying way too hard and trying intentionally to replicate S1's organic feeling of loss, longing for "what could've been", palpable and relatable pain, empathy for fleshed-out and human characters.
and also, whenever something kinda obvious would've made SENSE, they didn't do it. e.g. Vi & Jinx reconciling in the end would've made for such a beautiful finale where the story comes full-circle, but they chose not to do that because framing their relationship as "doomed" is more tragic😔💔 I guess? despite the fact that we see them getting along like they used to and Jinx saying "I'm always with you, sis", they still make her (supposedly) stand between Vi and her happiness so they make Jinx, the suicidal character, fucking FAKE HER DEATH??
hey remember in S1 Act1 that one scene where Vi & Powder look at the skyline and Vi says "one day, this city's gonna respect us" and in that moment it feels hugely impactful and like it's setting up something important for later down the line and then NOTHING EVER COMES OF IT? by the end of S2, the former GOAT Vi is washed and a lapdog to her oppressors and Jinx is branded an irredeemable terrorist and as far as anyone knows, she died as such.
the creators/writers have always said they knew from the beginning how they wanted the story to end but I find it hard to believe this is the exact outcome they wanted. Arcane was always the story of two sisters in conflict, framed by a larger conflict between the Sister Cities. neither of those stories felt like they came to a satisfying resolution or natural conclusion. S2 abandoned the heart of the story in favor of the eponymous "Arcane" storyline and you can really tell that it made this season weaker.
what makes this all particularly upsetting to me is that I expected better of Arcane of all shows. I guess it's on me for having such high expectations but I wish season 2 hadn't been as disappointing as it was.
No actually I need to add on more to this. Arcane very unfortunately suffers the same issue that a lot of "progressive" shows suffer in Western media, where they go like "here are some real, systemic issues that exist and look at the consequences of these issues", and then either (1) forget to continue with the theme, and/or (2) don't do anything about it beyond slap on a half-hearted Band-Aid solution that never addresses it.
Caitlyn gassing civilians; lack of accessibility for Viktor which created barriers for him due to his disability; enforcers as oppressors, going hand in hand with Noxian imperialism; Jayce weaponzing hextech, and him already having killed a child because of it; not a single moment is really spent on any of these in S2. If anything, the enforcers are really flattened at the end of this season with little nuance, the complexity that shone in characters like Marcus and Grayson disappearing. Many Piltovan characters do not get even a single second of introspection as to how their actions actively contribute to the oppression of Zaun.

Leo stretched out in the papasan of Jason’s little den nest thing in his office, his man laid out on top of him on his back snuggled between his legs. He's far enough down that Leo can rest his Switch on his head, fluffy blond hair in his fingers as he plays Pokemon. Jason is hurriedly flipping through a paper back, one that Leo knows Calypso gave him. That means it's a fifty/fifty chance it is a Horney Book Club book, and Jason is ether about to read him a passage aloud all romantic that he think he will like or he's going to have the book shoved in his face so he can read himself something filthy Jason wants to do with him
It turns out to be the latter
“Here here” Jason finally says, thrusting the book over his head and into Leo’s face “This part”
They trade, Leo taking the paperback and handing down his Switch so Jason can finish catching the Drifloon he's after.
Its absolutely a Horny Book Club book, what he's handed is mid-smut. It's two guys this time (Jason doesn't have a preference in spicy stories, only that both characters are sickeningly in love) and there is a lot of hand stuff going on. That's not new to them, they are both very handsy, but the finger-banging is new
“You want me to put my fingers in your butt?” Leo clarifies
“Not when you say it like that” Jason pouts, throwing another great ball at the balloon Pokemon “just keep reading”
Leo does, turning the page. He can tell Jason has re-read this part multiple times, the edge of the paper slightly more warn. He starts to understand what his man is getting at; the reactions that one character is pulling out of the other, the way everything is focused on the guy receiving, the something inside of him that is making him pleasure drunk and desperate, how the man giving is not being touched past kisses and hands in his hair
“Oh” Leo says, turning the page again “Oh you wanna do this to me”
“Yeah” Jason replies, naming the Drifloon something in Latin and starting to wander around in the tall grass in the game
“Is the coming more than once a book thing or a real thing?” Leo asks, turning the page again, it's really heating up now. He has no clue how both Cal and Jason can read this shit with a straight face in public no less
“I did some research” Jason says, kicking the shit out of a Bidoof ���it depends on the person”
“You think you could get me to do that?” Leo asks pink in the ears, peeking down at his man over the top of the book
Jason peers up at him, a mischievous glint in his eye and a single canine flashing under his scar “Won't know until we try?”

What really happened (Arcane)
I think I know what happened!
I’ve seen a lot of people getting confused over Silco’s relationship with the kids due to all the new flashbacks in Arcane season 2 (spoiler warning) But I think I’ve made sense of it all.
Here me out.
The main confusion stems from the flashback revealing how close Vander and Silco had been with Felicia (Vi’s mother) so much so that Vander even named Violet, but from season 1 Vi doesn’t even know Silco… here’s what I think, I think despite what many assumed Silco actually wasn’t in the kids lives; many of the flashbacks of Vi and Jinx’s younger years only showed their parents or Vander, the only time Silco is shown is when it’s from Vander’s youth.

It kind of makes sense for his character; think about it, all we see of young Silco is that even with his friends having a chill time he’s still working, writing, planning, all this man thinks about is the future independence of Zaun and of course he does he’s the brains of the whole thing; he may have seen the kids is passing but Silco was too busy to trying to secure the future he wasn’t in the present like Vander who we see become the soft loving father to these little girls who weren’t even his.
Which explains the whole Zaun revolt situation; we now know that during the battle Silco tried blowing up a enforcer but had sadly taken out Felicia and Connol (Vi’s bio dad), we know what happens Vander sees them and then sees those two little girls he loves so much cry over their dead parents; and he decides then and there that he won’t do this anymore it wasn’t worth it.

The second confusion is that people think in a rage Vander took out Silco on that bridge before seeing the girls and I don’t think that was case; my theory is way more heart breaking because I imagine after Vander put the girl’s to rest he went to find Silco who no doubt after taking his friends lives accidentally was not handling it well (sound familiar) I can see Vander trying to make Silco accept that they failed and to give up where as Silco refuses to even think of that notion; that giving up would mean all those lives lost were for nothing.
Both in grief they argue and fight; Vander blames Felicia on Silco calling him a murder while Silco calls Vander a coward and swears no matter what that he won’t stop he will never stop.
Then Vander thinks of those girls and the many other children who are now orphan because of what they did and he knows he has to stop him.
Vander drowns Silco.

I realy looove your colour analysis you put for every show, but specialy for this one.
You keep bringing up questions like why Kant doesn't show his true colours and why he is wearing different colours every episode.
So it got me thinking and I re-watched the show from the start. And I think Kant is "wearing" blue colour because it is Babe's colour. Frome the very first episode, we see Babe wearing blue. So I think why Kant is wearing so many colours and especially blue because he "lost" his true colours while he was raising his brother, like he "lost" himself.
What are your thoughts? 🤔
I hope my mumbling makes any sense.

If so, I also love writing them, so I'm glad you are enjoying them! I truly didn't believe a Director Jojo and Cinematographer Rath show would give me colors in the first place, so I was only really showing up to watch JoongDunk, and the colors are just an added bonus!

But that is also the problem because I wasn't expecting color-coded boys in love, then Joong said he believed it was color coded, and then the show said it was color coded, and now I'm stuck in this loop of trying to figure out how Kant is colored blue instead of going with my instinct that he is green (or yellow). It's like his car which keeps changing colors.

And as much as @slayerkitty wants me to recognize bi-colored characters, I'm not there yet. Instead, I'm working to an answer that doesn't align with what I'm seeing, so now I'm at a loss for words.

My interpretation of Diana's character

(spoilers for chapter 1 and fte!!)
I find it interesting how many people believed that Diana is the mastermind, when the prologue released, and still believe that she is hiding something, especially since we see the events from Damon's perspective. And for me it's really odd, because I feel like Diana doesn't act with other ill-mannered intentions in mind, but out of consideration for others. So much so that I think that she has become a people pleaser. 
Starting with her animal motif, the chameleon, everyone knows it for its ability to change its appearance as a form of protection, in order to survive. Many people tied the chameleon with her ultimate talent, because as the ultimate cosmetologist she can change others and her appearance with make-up. But I think it goes further than this. Her personality is rather unpredictable. Of course, she is usually bubbly, and very talkative, however, it seems she cares a lot about what others think of her. 
At the end of chapter 1, after the trial, the conversation she has with Eva, highlights some interesting details about her character as a whole. She wanted to make both Wolfgang and Eva happy. However, these two had contrasting beliefs, two sides of the same coin. She was forced to choose between two different points of views… But she wasn't able to. So she tried to support both of them, the best she could.

In the end, this choice led Eva to not trust Diana's kindness at all, because she knew Diana was never fully on her side. She would still agree to what Wolfgang said, which implied going against her. What comes next is more concerning, however. And I’m not talking about the fact that Diana might become the antagonist in the future chapter, but strictly about what it will become of her character. To throw away your sense of self so easily and to state that you will live to fulfill somebody else's wish, that she will change to become more like Wolfgang and continue on his footsteps…

And then, I've completed her two fte's and realised that her decision to continue Wolfgang's legacy makes sense. Damon, in the second fte, asks her why she never told anything about herself, but insisted for him to open up more. From Damon's perspective, of course he finds her behavior suspicious, because considering the context and the fact that they are in a killing game, Diana is at advantage, not sharing information about herself.
So I've decided to look again at Diana's first fte and this part was truly interesting. 
She asks if Damon wants her to become his follower. The report card summarizes the conversation by stating that Diana asked Damon what he wanted her to be.

Considering all these aspects, I have reached the conclusion that Diana doesn't really have a "sense of self". She is always seen changing the way she behaves in order to please the person she has a conversation with or is seen asking how she can improve in order to meet the expectations. The reason why she even went to the boiler room was also because she didn't want to disappoint Wolfgang. Diana's always thinking about how others perceive her, so much so that, with time, it seems she has lost her sense of self.
That’s why, the moment when Damon wants Diana to talk about herself, she is restless. Diana has no idea what to say. The only thing we learn about her is the fact that her family is nice and supportive and she never had to worry about money. But she didn't continue on with the conversation, because she felt like she was bragging.

Moreover, she always seems to see the good in people, but is harsher on herself.

Despite Eva being the culprit, Diana considers that it is solely her fault for not saving both her and Wolfgang. Even after the way Eva treated her, she can't see her as a bad person. Diana acknowledges that nothing will ever be the same, but is still standing strong, wishing that her actions will give hope to others. She hasn't just  covered the wound that she received from Wolfgang, but, indirectly, also her trauma and her negative thoughts about herself by stating that she will change, in order for others to not suffer anymore. 
Maybe I'm just biased, but I can't see Diana having any bad intentions. She is just a 17 year old, who experienced something very traumatic, and is trying her best to help the people around her by putting her own needs aside, changing the way she behaves so the others can feel comfortable around her.

I'm finally watching The Original Series for the first time (after having watched basically every other Star Trek series) and man is this a fun trip!!
I know all the Trek lore from the other series, but amazingly I've managed to avoid the majority of TOS spoilers. And the few spoilers I do know, I have very little context for them.
And so, with that unique perspective, here are my thoughts:
TOS is equally so similar to and so different from the later series.
The lore, the characters, the set up — it's all the same. It's clear that Gene Roddenberry knew from the get-go what he wanted this series to be.
And yet the series is just so 60's. The dramatic music cues, the dramatic zooms, the over-acting in the fight scenes. Even the starship design looks so foreign to me — so angular and square and with so many buttons.
It's entertainingly frustrating to me how ill-equiped Kirk's enterprise is against inside threats. Kirk doesn't have a main head of security, and he rarely uses security on-board at all. The amount of times that people just waltz out of sickbay when McCoy turns his head, how so many antagonists straight up walk onto the bridge, the amount of times characters enter others' rooms without permission??
Kirk is so casual as a captain and I absolutely adore it. Voyager is my favorite Trek specifically because of how they all become a found family throughout their journey. And TOS has that from the get-go! The very first scene we see is Kirk and McCoy joking around on their mission — clearly old friends.
And it's not just his friends McCoy and Spock, but Kirk is rather casual and lax with his entire crew too. I love TNG and I love Picard but I was never a personal fan of how authoritative and professional he liked his ship.
I like seeing all the likely inspiration from these early episodes. There's so many episodes with mischevious god-like aliens, and I just know they had to be inspiration for Q. Especially Trelane, who literally put Kirk on trial like the very first episode of TNG. So many episodes revolve around computers wanting to achieve "perfection", which likely lead to the Borg. Especially Landru which had a speech that sounded a lot like the Borg.
And Kirk and Spock. Man, where to even begin? Obviously I knew people shipped them, but... Wow.
I'm honestly a little shocked that Trek did go more authoritative in later Treks. Kirk and Spock are just so close. Kirk is so handsy. They banter and joke back and forth all the time. It's so far away from the professionalism of any other on-duty starfleet officer in any Trek. And I absolutely love it.
Kirk and Spock start the show already friends. I had no idea this was the case going in, I thought episode 1 was going to be them meeting for the first time as Captain and Second Officer, the first day of their mission — just like all later Treks do. And I got so excited when I realized they were already best friends.
And I love how, despite already being so close, their relationship just evolves from there. For the first half of season 1, I thought they were cute, sure, and they had some moments, but I didn't see the big deal. But by the second half? Oh. Ohh I understand now. I get it.
And I love the consistancy between episodes. The show isn't serialized, it's episodic, and yet if you pay attention, you can catch little references and connections to previous episodes. Kirk mentioning he has a brother at the start of the season, and one of the last episodes is about his brother dying. Kirk learning that "half-breed" bothers Spock early on, and knowing to use it when he needs to get him angry in the last episodes. Just to name two. And I've poked around the fandom and seen you guys mention so many more little callbacks that I had missed.
Later Treks do a good job giving pretty equal screentime to their large casts. But TOS is so heavily focused on the Kirk, Spock, McCoy trio. It's not a bad thing, I love them together, but it just feels weird to me. Similar to the security thing, it also feels so inefficient and dangerous to have the Captain, Second in Command, and Chief Medical Officer on almost every single away-mission.
McCoy is so interesting to me. Later Treks tend to keep their doctors mostly in sickbay. But McCoy is almost constantly on the bridge just hanging out. It feels weird to have the doctor as a main character, but I had always wanted the doctor characters to have more screentime, so I'm definitely not complaining!!
And on a similar note — Spock is blue. He's the only Second in Command of all the Treks that wears blue and not Command colors. I've been so used to seeing barely any blues among the bridge crew, and now TOS has Spock and Bones both in blue and on the bridge near-constantly. I always wanted to see more Science officers in the main cast, so it makes me really happy to see it.
I've only finished Season 1 of 3, but already I have a feeling it's gonna be competing with Voyager for my favorite Trek series.

Just saw Sonic 3 a second time which allowed me to put this into writing.
After sitting on what it is I like so much more about movie Shadow than the game one (who I also enjoy don’t get me wrong) and I think I hit on two things
Maria feels much less than a plot device and Shadow’s grief is much rawer.
I go over them below the cut and warning this is really long
1) Maria feels much less than a plot device.
Yes she’s no longer ill-*as far as we know* but her illness isn’t a defining trait anymore. In the game project shadow is tied to curing her illness he was created for her and thus you could argue they’ve been tied together since the day he was born which is wholesome and has platonic soulmate vibes and it’s great BUT I like choice. And this whole movies theme is choice. They hammer pretty hard it's all about making the right choices in the end. Well Maria fits that theme too.
In Sonic 3 she of her own volition choose him. We don’t know why she’s with her granddad, she could still be sick and that’s why he takes her everywhere with him we just do not know. But that is no longer important what important is she sees Shadow floating in that little tube and goes over to him, draws a little bunny face. She places her hand on the tube and decides he’ll be her friend and that is so powerful for him when everyone looks at him as some kind of alien freak. She kidnaps him from all the tests they do on him, is the only one who sees him as he is. She even mentions choices when they're looking at the stars after she sneaks them both to the top of the base to look at them. (I don’t like him no longer being a lab creation but I’ll live lol. I still think Black Doom created him, that comet he came down on is very much a Black Doom reference)
But back to Maria. She is also given a character now, she likes music, likes to roller skate, enjoys movies, gets into trouble, makes a little fort it’s very base character to go off of yes but it gives us so much more of a look at the girl she was and the influence in Shadow’s life she was. She’s no longer a protect the planet martyr we know nothing about she’s just…a girl. A young girl with a big heart who meant the world to Shadow and she’s gone. I did enjoy the interactions in Shadow Generations as well and it was about time but Maria in that still feels like she exists to die, to further Shadow's story and in the movie, I don't know how to explain it but she feels more like a real girl than a character trope.
2) Shadow’s grief is rawer and he doesn’t know how to handle it.
In the game Sonic Adventure 2 Shadow is living out a lie, we find out his memories are manipulated by Gerald and once he finally remembers he sacrifices himself to protect Maria’s true wish to live a life filled with purpose and protect the world even if she has to die (and then he was so popular they brought him back yada yada you know the drill)
Again, there’s nothing wrong with it. But so much of it hinders on Maria being this purer than life heavenly lamb that gets sacrificed who we know next to nothing about which eh isn’t a trope I’m fond of. In the movies this is changed to you are who you chose and you're my friend Shadow which I prefer, makes the relationship feel more grounded and real.
Sonic 3 Shadow has no memory manipulation at all. He sees the one person he cared about, the one friend he had die from a tube of his own chaos energy. Yes I do agree they are cowards for not letting her get shot and making GUN not as much of an antagonist, we’ll get to that; but how they had her die instead? From Shadow’s own power? That’s a great compromise. He doesn’t even have time to think about it and is automatically thrown into a liquid prison for 50 years. Who knows how many times that memory played over and over on his head? He says it's all I known for 50 years. Imagine seeing the one person you care about die over and over again it's almost like Shadow was in his own personal time loop but he had no control over anything.
So edgy mcedgestr wakes up in what’s basically a brand new world after suffering for 50 years and everyone is after him, he’s in pain doesn’t know why, is pissed off can’t trust anyone including the blue thing that looks like him; Sonic stepped out of a GUN helicopter he knows he will NEVER trust GUN but he recognizes Gerald who says they’ll get revenge so he follows him because it's familiar to him, and Gerald knew and was close to Maria too.
When Tom is on the brink on death (Which would NOT have been as powerful if we didn't see Tom and Sonic bond for two movies before this so well done) Sonic is PISSED, Shadow feels validated and he sees himself in the other hedgehog; he knows Sonic will kill him because he knows exactly how Sonic feels. He loses to Sonic who kicks the emeralds out of him and accepts defeat- allowing Sonic to take the revenge he wants. And Sonic stops. Sonic who has the exact same rage refuses to give into it. He makes the choice to not kill Shadow out of revenge. Shadow is confused he thought he figured everything out. Sonic's one choice changed his world view.
He remembers Maria’s words about the stars as he sits on the moon with Sonic learning about grief how it never leaves but you live with it and the memories he has aren't a bad thing if he chooses to keep the love in them, a light shines even though the star is gone, the new main quote, VERY different from the game but it works here very well. This time it’s about how those gone are still with you and you can always cherish those memories instead of dwelling on them and yes we all know this it’s the most basic of basic messages but Shadow needs to learn it! Maria, his star is gone but her light still shines on everyone she touched. That’s the beauty of this quote and it works so well with what they did with Shadow.
I would argue that’s why Shadow didn’t have his, “is this what you wanted Maria…” line it’s no longer about what she wants, though there is a great line where he questions what Maria would have wanted, but in the end it’s about the choice Shadow makes what Shadow himself wants, and Shadow decides to accept his feelings. Live with his guilt, live with his grief, live with his happy memories of Maria and use everything in his power to save the world from himself and Gerald’s revenge. Yes in the end he does think he’s going to die, but he’s sacrificing himself with a purpose and understanding for himself, not Maria though she’s still the catalyst. He spent the whole time alive figuring out what he wanted and, he would have died at peace instead of dying vengeful.
But he survives unlike in SA2, (remember to stay for the second scene in the end credits everyone) so we don’t have to give him some silly reason to come back to life. He’s alive and now he can live not for Maria’s wish but for himself. He’s alive and will always feel Maria’s absence, some days will be better than others and he probably needs a good cry but he made his choice for himself and he’ll continue to make more and live in the world. And I think that’s a damn good arc.
As for the rest I do think the movie would have been more powerful as a whole if Gerald wasn’t a loon and they went more into Shadow’s military purpose, showing a change in Gerald over time was he always batshit insane? I like to think he went mad with his grief of losing his granddaughter and feeling used by GUN. Or maybe at 104 he just lost what's left of his brain. But all he wanted was vengeance and he'd use anyone to get it. As he said it's not about what Maria wanted but it's about punishment. Gerald could have even had Ivo who thought the world of him but that wasn't enough he made the choice to value punishment over everything else. This parallel's Shadow in a way Shadow accepting grief and all the feelings that come with it. Gerald refuses and will kill everyone and himself first
GUN was...lol. I do like they don't confuse Shadow and Sonic anymore that was always hard to take in in SA2 but Walters had the lamest death ever if he's really dead. Rockwell they had to set up to dislike Team Sonic and I got the vibe she didn't jive with them since the beginning. So yeah this stuff was meh, Shadow was practically perfect though so I can forgive it
Anyway as a Shadow fan who always wanted more on Maria the person I love this change and I love how much it focuses on not just the choices Sonic makes (and hits you over the head with) but the choices Shadow makes which all comes down to the ultimate choice that started it all. Maria choosing Shadow.

Watched Strange Aeon's video essay on A/B/O dynamics and it touched on some really interesting tidbits on world building. Idk how much you know about it or if you have any thoughts on Omegaverse?
If not, basically how life/society would be with essentially extra sexes: cis men who could give birth, cis women who can knock up other uterus havers, how the world would cater for this stuff. V interesting 🤔
I know little about omegaverse, but I don't really find it that creative or engaging. Then again, I'm not the target audience.
However, without getting into specifics, I do appreciate when a erotic scenario gets into the worldbuilding and implications that such an scenario would mean, or when certain elements of worldbuilding have erotic undertones.
It's all in personal taste though, what one finds subtle eroticism others will call shoehorned fetishes and so forth. But what I really appreciate, even in a neutral sense, is when you design cultures, especially non-human cultures, and they have different approaches to everything. Making your non-human characters just be humans with tails is boring. They should have different ways of eating, of clothing, of living their life, of organizing society of perceiving the world, and yes, of doing it too.
In biology, we of course had to learn a lot about this. The very basics of sexual reproduction and sex (in the act and the definition) aren't that variable after all in animals if you look at the big picture. Creatures as diverse as arthropods, mollusks and chordates all present concepts such as mating, courtship, sexual selection, parental care and more. It's not unreasonable to expect many different cultures or beings to share some things in common (That's how you make some kind of romances work) There are lots of differences in the specific though, this is where the good bits of speculative evolution/biology lie, and I sometimes think that using human terms (for example, monogamy/polygamy or sexual/gender identities) is often a poor attempt to understand them (an attempt is made at least). It's interesting to study this kind of stuff and try to remove our anthropocentrism, but also, we find parallels and things we share.
In fact, when talking about humans, we have created so many ways to organize our sexual and romantic relationships, and our sexual and gender identities. I can imagine other beings capable of abstract thought and social organization would do the same, and what to me is more ironic, some ways will result familiar to us! I believe that when we're talking about sexes, the act of sex, and families at its broadest strokes, we would find things in common to talk about. The ability to concieve about such things lead to kinds of sexual and gender expression and family organization, at least in our own case that we know about.
But that's talking about animals in our own Earth. Then we get to the stranger things. The haplo-diplont life cycle in plants, with two entire different kind of beings involved in reproduction. Asexual reproduction is common in animals but it often takes the channels of sexual reproduction, the idea of reproduction by budding or separation and the concept of "genets" is something stranger. I don't even know what goes on with fungi.
There have been lots of science fiction and fantasy authors that explore this (I can't remember anyone specific right now) but I believe many take it as singular strange cases, when in a fantasy or science fiction world with many kinds of non-human cultures, we should expect this to be the norm. When you study biology, you learn everything is different and there are always exceptions, except we also share everything and there are always similarities.

Radiant Dawn Play Through 01
I beat Radiant Dawn (FIrst Playthrough) yesterday.
Notes: A-Rank with IkeSoren transferred from PoR. THis file was to set up a completely fresh NewGame+ with my own stat boosters from PoR. I will be playing NewGame+ on stream.
Radiant Dawn is kind of a mess, but I think it's even more of a mess on your first playthrough, which is probably the only playthrough people are ever going to do. I'm thankful for save states from GameFAQs, but I wanted to challenge myself this year.
(This is all based on the US Version of the game.)
Hard Mode is worthless and while in Japanese there was an extended script in Hard Mode, I would not wish that on anyone. I'm never doing hard mode in this game.
The English version lets you class change at level 20. Note, the Japanese version does not. You need master crowns for anyone you want to take to the end.
The English version has special weapons for the Dawn Brigade (that are canon in FEH which is incredibly funny) but the JP version does not. I can not imagine playing these games without the boosted weapons for The DB.
The second half of Radiant Dawn, without Pelleas, without a conclusion to Izuka, without the conversations about the Branded and the weight they have on the world is absolutely pale. I really think they should have just asked you if you wanted to replay from the point you have to kill Pelleas, rather than having to restart all over. There are no script differences before this point.
Not knowing the true identity of the Prince of Daien is wild. It's such an empty area. The biggest difference is that Almedha is depressed and listless for the rest of the game. We don't get a conclusion for her, she is just unhappy and her whole life was one mistake after the other.
If you don't deply the BK, you don't get Ike's memories back. It's weird.
Lehran dying is so funny to me because bitch deserves it but also I think it's WAY funnier for him to go "Zelgius is waiting..." and in new game+ Micaiah goes "PSYCHE!!!!" and doesn't let him die. Zelgius is STILL waiting, like, 700+ years later.
On that note, Yune being like "oh, Lehran I'm sorry. I understand having hatred for both the Laguz and Beorc. I was too callous" is so funny. Everyone has hatred in their heart in this game, but knowing to grow out of it is what matters.
I understand this game came out in 2005 and like, replaying the game was a thing, I guess? But in order to get Soren's special conversation, even if you transfered files, requiring TWO playthroughs because gay boys can't have anything is so funny.
I am glad there's still some paired endings, but the game really needed more conversations between characters.
Give Soren boss convos in Endgame.

Do you think I can do a female child reader, where they ate the mouth mouth fruit (idk if it's an actual fruit just go with the flow 😞), the devil fruit makes the user be able make mouth of any size apron there body, they can change the teeth shape if wanted, and can talk out of the mouth, the devil fruit can consume inedible objects and hide the them like a big pocket and not like digesting it, I can just imagine them not feeling well an just throwing up a vacuum or a fridge

“Dokucha, I need you to come out of there so I can help you,” Hongo called out with a sigh.
“I don’t need help, Papa! I’m good!”
“Then why have you found it necessary to hide in a closet?” he deadpanned
“It’s warm and cozy in here.”
“Dokucha, get out,” he ordered as he tried pulling the closet open.
“No, I’m good.”
“Do I need to get Benn?” He warned
“...You won’t!”
“Try me, Dokucha, if you don’t come out at the count of three I am calling him .
“One”
“You’re Lying!” they cried out.
“Two,” he continued
“Uncle is busy!” they tried to reason.
“Three. Alright, I’m going to get Beck,” He called.
Dokucha frowned, hearing the fading footsteps of their father as they tried to make themselves smaller and steel their resolve before the vice Captain made an appearance
They did not have to wait long as soon after the Doctor had left, the door sounded again, and two sets of footsteps followed.
“Dokucha.” Benn’s deep voice rumbled
That was all he needed; just one word was all he needed to convey what he wanted. Dokucha’s only escape at the moment was to try to stall by playing dumb, as it was only a matter of time before Benn managed to get them out. However, it was more than likely that he would manage to get them out with only his words, knowing that they knew that only worse consequences would arise if he had to remove them from the closet forcefully.
“Y-Yes?”
“Enough of this, get out.”
“I really am okay where I am,” they nervously replied
“Out.”
“Yes sir,” they muttered as they did as they were told, sheepishly standing in front of the man, avoiding both his steely gaze and the one from their father who sat ways behind, arms crossed, a frown on his face.
“Look at me.” He called
Hesitantly, Dokucha turned their head to meet his eyes, shoulders up as they tried to shrink themselves.
“Why were you hiding?”
“…”
“Dokucha,” he sighed, crouching down in front of them.
“Listen, I’m not sure why you’re hiding. I don’t know if you think it’s because you’re in trouble or because you’re hiding something, but regardless, you need to let us know.
Yes. There will be consequences if you do what you aren’t supposed to, but ultimately, we just want to know what is wrong so we can help you.”
“Alright?”
“Okey,” they mumbled.
“Mind telling me why you were hiding?”
“I overused my ability again…”
“Dokucha, it’s the third time this week; what’s going on?” Hongo called as he stood up, walking closer
“The kids in the village said my ability was useless, so I stored all their weapons and things in my pocket dimension to show them it wasn't.
“Why are you trying to show off your ability lately?” The Doctor questioned
“Because…”
“Because?” Beckman drawled, raising an eyebrow
“Because I want to show I’m doing as much as you guys!” They cried, causing the men to look at them, shocked at the sudden outburst
“What are you on about?”
“W-well, Papa is a great Doctor and always makes sure everyone is healthy and ready to go; he’s like a wizard! Making all his concoctions for any occasion! Uncle Beckman is the backbone of the whole ship not to mention he has some superb moves.” Dokucha prattled on, using exaggerated hand movements as they praised the officer’s abilities
“But then there’s me... I’m just a glorified purse. All I can do is store things and scare people by making these pop-up,” Dokucha muttered as they extended their hand, watching as a mouth materialized on top of it.
The two men looked at each other as smiles slowly broke on their faces. Hongo let a few snickers out, catching the attention of the child.
“W-Why are you laughing! This is for real!”
“Sorry, Kid, I just found it funny that the most important member of our crew would think that way."
“How am I the most important?! If anything it would be Papa, or you Uncle Beckmann, or-or uncle Lucky he always makes sure we have energy to fight! There’s also Uncle Shanks! He is the Captain and the strongest one, too!”
“What do you think, Boss?” Hongo called out, looking behind him
“You can’t possibly think that Dokucha,” Shanks called with a small, serene smile on his face as he walked into the clinic.
“U-Uncle Shanks?”
“How about this? Can you remind me what our goal is now?” He inquired as he joined Benn in crouching down to be at their level.
“To get the one piece?”
“Yes, and can you remind me what the most important thing we need to get there is?”
“Road Poneglyphs?”
“Good job. One last one, can you tell me who keeps our Road Poneglyphs?”
“I do…” they stated, extending their hand once again and watching as a mouth once again materialized; this time, however, it began to cough, eventually spouting a stack of papers that the child grabbed, showing to the Captain.
“You are our Treasurer, Dokucha; you are the key to our goal. There are a lot of strong people out there; with enough training, anyone could become like us, but you are the only one who can do what you do, So take it from your Captain: you are essential to this crew, or do you believe me to lie?” Shanks questioned
“No Uncle Shanks”
“Atta Kid,” Shanks stated as he ruffled the child’s hair, standing up to allow Hongo to approach them.
“No one can keep our treasure safer than you can.” Hongo started as he picked them up
“Forget about the kids on the village; you are the Treasurer of the Red-haired pirates, so stand tall.”
With teary eyes, she took in all the men and the pride that shone in their eyes as they spoke their words
“Yeah!”
“What did you take from them that made you overuse your ability anyway? There’s no way those kids had weapons in them, and even if they did, it wouldn’t overwhelm your ability.”
“Oh, that reminds me,” Dokucha began as she pulled on their father’s clothes to be let down; he raised an eyebrow and placed them on the floor, watching as a mouth materialized on their stomach and began to cough something out
“C-Chairs?” Shanks Gaped
“And the tables!” Dokucha proudly stated as said items were coughed out from them
“That feels so much better,” they huffed as they stretched.
“Why did you take their tables and chairs?” Beckmann spoke, staring at the furniture wide-eyed that now crowded the clinic
“They made me lose my appetite when they said those things to me, so I made sure they lost theirs too.”
“By taking the place they eat from?”
“Mmmm!”
“Dokucha....,” Hongo sighed, pinching the branch of his nose in frustration
“What? I felt petty!”

I hate the stretch lines in the front of Curly's uniform because that means the devs rushed to make a model in like a month or so and thought "They gotta at least know he has huge knockers, gotta know he's got back pain." Cause like what is the thematic importance of his tits having overhang?
What responsibility is that representing? Breast reduction? It shows an inherent greed in his character due to the excess and heshouldletmeholdone and that he clearly is blinded cause if he tries to look down his damn ladder all he's seeing is his own cleavage.

A brain dump of thoughts after Agatha All Along ep 6:
Okay but like. The parallels between Agatha and Billy that we get to see now????
Both of their mothers chose to protect other people, complete strangers, over their own children??? Like. We know Wanda made the right choice, sacrificing her family for the greater good, but in her own twisted way did Evanora believe she was doing the same? Did she ever love her daughter? On some deep level, beneath the anger and hatred and warped sense of justice did it hurt her to try to kill her own child? She believed Agatha would bring countless death and destruction, that she was destined to be evil. As warped as her justifications were did she see it as a selfless sacrifice like Wanda's? Does that make it right? Does Billy have as much reason as Agatha to be angry with his mother for choosing to let him and his brother die? Do her truly selfless intentions matter to a child was just desperate to survive? Will he be able to forgive Wanda before that resentment is used against him? Is Agatha just trying to manipulate him by taunting him about Wanda or does she truly see a bit of herself in a child whose mother tried to kill him? (Edited)
Both of them were forced to do something horrible just to survive??? Agatha had to murder her own family. Billy had to steal the body of a boy who had just died. He had to pretend to be the child of these poor unsuspecting parents who just want their son back. Who have no idea their child is dead. The Kaplans will never get to bury William. He has to look them in the eye every single day knowing he's not really their son but what else was he supposed to do? He hates what he's doing to these people but what choice did he have? Could he even control it or did his soul instinctively seek out a new vessel to protect itself? Agatha was just a child who didn't want to die. Billy was just a child who didn't want to die. Were they selfish? Could they control it? Can we truly blame them if they could?
Both of them do terrible things when they feel backed into a corner or overwhelmed or emotional??? Things that they come to regret as soon as the emotions clear??? Billy looked horrified when he finally realized what he had done to Lilia and Jen but he's an intensely powerful and traumatized child who was overcome with grief and anger. Do we really think every single one of Agatha's kills was 100% self-defense? Do we really think she never killed someone in a fit of anger only to regret it after? And maybe Agatha has come to accept and embrace that now but she must have been like Billy when she was young. (Billy is literally the same age Agatha was when she killed her coven and was even younger when he took William's body) She must have been horrified at her power, at the things she did when she felt trapped. She must have bent over backward trying to defend herself and justify her own actions before realizing no one would believe she didn't want to do those things so she might as well embrace her power to its fullest potential ("I'm not that nice").
Both of them are walking the road for someone they lost??? I know Agatha says she's on the road for her power back but that's not how the road works, right? It doesn't give you what you want it gives you what you're missing. I think if Agatha was really able to get anything at all in the world, it wouldn't be her magic. Agatha is looking for Nicky. Billy is looking for Tommy. I don't know if either of them will really get that at the end but they are absolutely in this for the same reason.
I know there are mixed responses to this episode (at least when I first scrolled through the tag) but I for one really enjoyed it. I was really worried they were going to half-ass the explanation for why Billy was being Like This and fuck up one of the only queer Marvel Comics characters but comparing his actions to Agatha's and showing us this kid who is SO MUCH like how Agatha must have been when she was his age is so much fun actually. Like, it would have been really great but pacing-wise we probably couldn't have spent the necessary time going back into Agatha's past and diving deep into her progression from "scared child who does horrible things out of desperation for survival" to "cutthroat witch who is more than eager to hurt and betray others for her own personal gain". But we get to see it happen to Billy over the rest of the season and maybe even multiple MCU projects!!! Or maybe we'll get to see him make different choices. Maybe Agatha will be able to give him the chance no one gave her. Maybe history doesn't have to repeat itself. Maybe Billy's journey will give Agatha the chance to change her own story once and for all.
Idk this is really rambly and maybe my opinion will change as I think about it more but my first reactions are positive. Yeah on a meta level it sucks that the wlw couple is moving so slowly in their own show while the young, conventionally attractive mlm couple got to kiss within their first few minutes of screentime and they probably could have put in the effort to intentionally combat the miserable lesbians trope. But on a story level, I'm personally glad they're not rushing Agatha and Rio's arc. They're definitely going to get their moment but the reason they're so compelling is because of their history and the tragedy between them. We don't have all the details of what really happened between them yet but I don't think it's something you can just kiss and make up about. Billy and Eddie are teenagers with no real baggage between them. Agatha and Rio have possibly centuries of hurt and anger and betrayal to work through Let Them Cook! It'll be that much sweeter and their relationship is one of the CORE overarching plots of the show you don't want them to rush it. (Also I personally am too ace for the "we're gonna make up by having hot sex about it" type of conflict resolution and would have hated if Agatha and Rio were intimate before sorting at least some of their shit out but that's just me ik a lot of people would have enjoyed it and I'm sure it could have been really compelling but I actually cannot stand those kinds of plots most of the time.)
Also just keep in mind that the only other named queer characters we've had in the MCU literally ever are Phastos and Ben in the Eternals and like. Yeah it shouldn't have taken this long for a queer lead but the massive jump??? We went from one character (out of like ten mains) whose partner has minimal personality traits and like five minutes of screen time to a show with two main character on-screen queer romances!!!! In the Marvel Cinematic Universe??? And one of them is a season-long complex and interesting story that is a central plot of the series and not just half-baked fanservice!!! And one is just sweet innocent love between kids who care about each other!!! I do wish wlw stories didn't always have to come with attractive cis gay men but do y'all understand how huge this is for the MCU????? It shouldn't have taken this long and we can definitely criticize the negative tropes the show falls victim to but net positive progress is always something to be happy about. If you're not familiar with the greater MCU and the history of Marvel in general just understand that this is actually insane for them and I'm so excited for the doors that just opened for future queer storylines, but that can only happen if we show Marvel that, yes we do want queer characters being openly intimate on screen. Be happy for Billy, keep being happy for Agatha and Rio during all stages of their story and maybe we'll get to see more of this!!!

Ananza realizing that Deacon's mom was a devoted follower of hers THEREFORE that's her son now, too! And she will dote on him and love him and never pick on him like all the other deities tend to do. That's her precious little boy who lives in another city and rarely gets to see her!
