Okay you cannot give me possible Macaque vs the destined one without giving me some more! It wasn't enough! Loved it though. So I make m6 very first request to you.
Can I request Reader trying to identify Macaque from The Destined One?
Love your work
- Phoenixeclipse-lmkau 🩷
The blade sunked so deep in his abdomen and with such force that it not only went through but also pierced the stone behind him.
A sudden cry of pain came to him, stuck between the body weight of his opponent and the rock, and only when he tried to break free from them did he feel this burning sensation. Another scream came out of him, more powerful than before, and just when he tried to move away from the blade, the same blade turned red, with the smell of burnt flesh and hair almost making him throw up.
The Macaque just smiled, satisfied with his work. He looked at the scene, circeling the destined one, admiring how his plan slowly was taking form. The blood from the previous attack stood out on his white mane, and his gloden eyes gleam of pure malevolent enjoyment when he saw the other simian trying again to break free, only to meet more pain.
"I make it myself, I'm proud of it. Won't you think, brother?" He snarled at the last word, meeting the furious eyes of the Destined one.
How ironic to be raised both with the same intent, only to reveal the true identity of one another. And how incredibly satisfying to outdone what the first Macaque ever did.
"You...fucking ba-"
"Ah, ah, ah, I would control my words! Especially if I were in your position." He smiled, moving again the magic blade, causing another scream of agony.
"Why are you doing this?!"
"Why? It's not obvious?! To finally take what's mine! You did a good job, brother, really you did, but... well, let's just say that I need to remove you from the picture."
How could he not see it?! The fighting, those strange new abilities, his strange behavior—he was what was left of the Macaque!
But...Wukong killed him, right?! He was able to do it with Buddha's help! How was he able to come back?!
"I'll take the relics that you had gained, then find the ones that are still missing, take their power, and BOM! A new sage! ...this time me, of course!" He laughed; he must have felt so satisfied with how the situation was turning. The destined one was LIVID; he tried and tried again to get free only to feel that pain every time!
"You...won't! You can't find...the relics! Only the destined one AND the Bián huá have this ability!"
"Don't you think I wouldn't think of that?" He smiled again, looking at him, leaning against the rock. Instantly, the monkey understood what the Macaque Plan was going, and suddenly he started to struggle against the magic blade, trying to ignore the constant pain.
"NO! Don't you dare; don't you freaking dare! You won't lay a finger on her!"
"Yeah, and who's going to stop me, huh? I already take care of that old pig, and this thing here is made specifically to hold you in place."
The destined one, the One that was closer than ever before to awaken the Great Sage, was enraged because His precious Bián huá was alone and ready to be stolen. That was too good to be true!
"Aaah came on, don't take It too bad! I'm releasing you from this stress! You should thank me! ... Or you angry for something else?"
Yuán Fèn started to snarl so hard that his own teeth were cutting his cheeks from inside. His wound was getting worse for the continuous reopening from the metal and the burn. His eyes were glowing from his rage and fear of what could happen to you with the macaque.
His counterpart, on the other hand, was having the time of his life, but he had work to do...
"Don't worry, brother," he said menacingly, passing his hand in front of his face, taking the same exact look as the monkey. "She won't notice the difference."
And so he took his time, laughing on the way out, while the Destined One was screaming in rage.
///
He was surely taking his time, which was strange... Yuán Fèn never took too long for a solo scouting, especially when you both were in some desolated place like that forest.
Even Bajie hasn't returned yet. You started to get worried; they should have been back hours ago.
You were just packing your staff, ready to search for them, when the rustles of the leaves and a well-known tail calmed you down.
"Oh boy...you gave me a heart attack!"
The monkey in front of you smirked, coming down from the branch that was supporting him.
"Did I scare you? My bad..."
He leans himself on the tree, his eyes fixed at you. It was easy; he had done it countless times; the only difference was that every Bián huá before you was completely useless. You were the real deal there.
"Off, scare me! Of course! I Just...." You noticed the way that he was looking at you. It was different, from his usual way at least. "Do I...have something on my face?"
"Nah, just admiring the view."
You felt uncomfortable. You never felt uncomfortable, especially around him. Since when his eyes made you so nervous, aside from some really emotional situations? Maybe it was just you... Yeah probably!
"Sure..."
He chuckled. Were you always like this with the other monkey? Ah, it didn't surprise him that he fell hard. You were ready to be eaten...
"So! Ready to go?"
"Uh?"
"Silly One...the mission! We must go, remember?"
"But...Bajie isn't coming back. We can't just leave."
"Ah, I'm sure he's fine! Maybe he's even closer to the relic than us!"
Why did he say something like that? He and Bajie had left together; if Bajie had decided to head on, he would have said that, and why did you feel that way?
You felt something—a strange sensation. The first time you met Yuán Fèn back at the mountain, you felt like you were pulled to him; now you feel like...repulsed. You didn't feel safe...
Why were you acting in that way?
He noticed your reaction, finding you so helpless and adorable. You were so unsure... did you feel something was off? Oh gods, he hoped not; he really didn't want to get RID of such a potential one. He got closer, taking advantage of your confused state, giving you a small buffet on your cheek.
You jumped by this sudden action, gasping for the sudden move. He chuckled, putting his arm around your shoulder and literally dragging you away from the meadow.
"Came on, don't tell me that you don't trust me!"
"N-no no! I would never!"
"Then, let's go! The road is long and the day short!"
He hummed, a satisfied grin on his face, while you were fighting the urge to show him off of you and try to find Bajie by yourself. Instead, you gently lowered your head on his chest. He smiled, and his sharp nails started to scratch your head, caressing your hair.
"Don't be afraid; I'll protect you, remember?"
But you didn't care; you were listening, and something was absolutely wrong.
A few hours passed, and all this time you were obeying him, following him wherever he meant to go. You didn't know where you two were going; you didn't care ,what really motivated you was to understand.
Around, Yuán Fèn had always shown a silly side, an easy one, but it was different from this one. He knew how to separate seriousness from sillyness, and he had always this secure aura around him that made him him. Now he was...content? No, satisfied. He never looked like this, not even after he found one relic or some will; he had shown some excitement, but that face...it was his, and yet not.
But how? You did question him from time to time, and he seemed to know everything you knew!
"You okay down there?"
He takes you back to him, looking at you from behind his shoulder. Another strange thing, since he would have never left you behind without knowing that you were all right.
"Yes...yes, I was just..." You looked around, noticing then a brownish object at the base of a tree. "...Purple Lingzhi."
"Um? come again?" He stopped, looking at you, raising an eyebrow. You gulped, pointing at the small cluster of mushrooms.
"Well, Chen Loong, ask us to find some! Remember?"
He stayed silent, actually noticing the mushroom that was groowing a few feet away. He chukled, waving his hand like to apologize for the forgetfulness.
"Ah, my bad, my bad. I almost forgot!" He laughed, then started to pick the mushroom while you were reaching for that big fallen branch that you spotted a few feet away.
The Zodiac village was a bliss, no enemies, an easy way to obtain medicines...and completely hidden from every kind of eye. Last time Loong Chen had lamented that if you two brought more Purple Lingzhi to him, we would just get sick, and you and the monkey just laughed, thinking of getting nausea from that mushroom. Yuán Fèn should have known that because he was there.
That was the confirmation to your suspect: that monkey wasn't your monkey.
Slowly, you approached the impostor with the branch high in the air, ready to strike, but when your makeshift weapon fell on his head, the only thing that met was his iron grip on the wooden surface, which was cracking under the pressure. Hi sighed, slowly turning around to meet your terrified gaze with his own bored one.
"Really? It was going so well." He passed a hand in his hair, scratching his fur without thinking about your struggle to free the branch. "Okay...remember that all of this...it's your own fault."
You didn't have enough time to question; the branch was ripped from your own grip and smashed on your head. Before everything became silent, you saw his brown fur turning white and two gleamy eyes burning holes in your head.
///
Once you woke up, you found yourself with your head hurting so much that you wanted to throw up. When you tried to touch your head, you found yourself incapacitated by some ropes that circled your torso and bound your wrists together. Even breathing was hard when you had a muzzle in your mouth, stopping you to scream or talk correctly.
Pinicking, you tried to move, but your injured head stinged you and forced you to stop after a few attempts. You started to panic more when you heard footsteps coming from behind the tree where you were lying.
In front of you was a monkey, you guessed, but he was different. His fur was so white that it made him look more like a ghost; his long tail moved like a snake here and there. His piercing yellow eyes looked at you more like a nuisance than a captive that could suffer from a head trauma.
"I almost thought that I killed you. Well, better for me, it would be such a bother to wait for another Bián huá!"
He laughed it off, shrugging off the idea that he could have killed you. He tried to touch your face again, but you moved aside, disgusted. He seemed bored; he sat kneeled down in front of you, opting for a more civil way to discuss. As much as tied you up after knocking you down could be referred to as civil.
"Okay, listen up," he got closer. "I want to be nice and forgive you for your stunt. There, let's start from the beginning: I'm Liu'er Mihou! I was... well technically, I'm still the Six-Eared Macaque, just...a little broken!"
Your eyes widened after this information. No, he couldn't be! He was dead! Everybody knew that! Sun Wukong had killed him! But....broken?
"Lemme guess, I should be dead, uh? Well, I was... in some way...Wukong too, right? But here we are!" He laughed again; to him, it was just a normal conversation, like talking with a guest.
"Okay, let's talk business. As I said, I'm a little broken, but I can fix myself... but I need something that you and your friend have found."
He wanted the relic...but why?! You knew that could make someone stronger, but...
Wait...they said that the Macaque and Wukong were the reflections of each other...so if the relics were supposed to bring back the great sage...what could have happened if they were used for his shadow?
The thought made you shiver, and he saw it. You were intelligent; he liked that.
"So, you connected the dots, uh? ...good! Now we can tal-AHG!"
When his hand removed the muzzle, you took your chance to bite his hand so hard to draw some blood that you spilled immediately. He massaged his hand, acting more like he was bite by some mosquito, refusing to take you seriously again... In that moment, you felt the sharp sensation of his claw scoarching your face when his hand smacked you. The pain was so hard that you almost lost your breath, and the strength made you fall on your side, only to rise again when his hand grasped your jaw so hard that you felt your skull crush under it.
"You...have some guts; I like it...but I really don't want to rip off your jaw. So... I'll give one last chance. Help me or-"
"FUCK YOU, YOU PSYCHOPATH!"
This time, his eyes were beyond the simple annoyance. He had enough, and you didn't need to walk to come with him. Like before, you didn't even see the blow; you just heard the crack and the pain of your leg, now broken in two. Your scream was immediately strung in your mouth by his hand; he was far too annoyed by your antics, and he didn't have the intention to hear your cries either.
"See? All your fault. I don't have time for this, so..." Suddnely, he grabbed you by your hair, ignoring your cries and your lament, and your broken leg contorted in a sick angle.
"STOP! Let Me Go! PLEASE, YOU'RE HURTING ME!"
"Don't you dare complain; it's all your fault, you know? And please stop screaming; no one is coming to save you."
Suddenly, a rumble emerged from the depths of the forest, alongside a pair of red eyes and a giant mass of mussels and bristles black and strong as iron. The macaque had to lose the grip on your hair to not get invested by the fury of the boar, while the animal was able to grab you by the collar and start running faster than before.
"YOU DAMN PIG!"
You looked at that scary creature, realizing that you were never happier to see him than before. The voice of the macaque keeps echoing in the door, laughing.
"RUN AS MUCH AS YOU WANT DARLING; YOU WON'T ESCAPE ME FOR LONG!"
///
You gulped the wine in huge, big gulps, most likely to let the pain finally leave your body. Breaking up your leg was a kind of pain, but putting it together was the worst! Bajie massaged your shoulder, finishing to clean up your cheek.
"Easy, easy. You'll be able to walk for now."
You took a big breath only when you felt your leg stopping hurting. The blood started to flow again, causing a huge tingling, but it was better than before at least. You were lucky that Bajie was able to come in time; you were too afraid to think of what could have happened if you stayed longer with that monster.
"There...forgive me, Y/n I...UGH! I fell for his trap! ...I let him make this to you, and...hold on, where's the kid?!"
"I-I don't... I don't know." He helped you stand up, supporting you with his rifle. "I fear... I fear he had fallen too in one of his traps!"
"Damn, we can't stay here for too long. We must go before that...thing found us again!... What happened anyway?! Why did he attack you like this?!"
"I find out about his true identity..."
"YOU DID-" He almost dropped you but caught you immediately. "How?!"
"...promise to not freak out?"
"Hard to do, I'll try..."
"I felt it... I don't know how, but I did it! ....Am I crazy?"
At first, the pig seemed shocked... then started to laugh—a soft and kind laugh.
"No! No child! I think...you're a miracle! Back in the day, me and old Wukong needed the Buddha himself to find the truth about his true identity—and you just know! AH"
He patted your back gently and kindly. Your bond was able to defeat an ancient creature like the six-eared macaque—that was new!
"Now...we must move. Let's put that connection of yours to the test to find where that impostor had hidden the destiny done!"
And so he took his beast form, allowing you to take a seat on his back. You held on to his fur, hoping to be in time.

Spicynoodles with egged MK content.
The angst, the fluff, the hurt/comfort, all of it.
That's all I got right now.
That feel when the boy you have a crush/rivalry with is having a (literal) single-parent crisis, and he's just learned he's a primordial stone monkey that may die due to the unique process.
Red Son is confused af - when did *this* happen?! He was in a Scroll for a lot of the process, so he's a little out of the loop!
Not to mention, everyone's gut reaction is to look at them!! As if they had something to do with it!
Red Son and his family have been in more frequent contact with Sun Wukong and his protégé ever since the events surrounding the release of the Brotherhood. DBK forms an unexpected friendship with Pigsy over their shared journeys of cooking and fatherhood. The same occurs on a smaller scale with Tang and PIF getting together to gossip about immortal drama over cocktails.
The fact that Red's parents see MK's future cub as a surrogate grand-calf could be part of that. Red still blushes whenever she remembers her father's first assumptions on the matter.
MK becomes a bit of a recluse in the days after S4. Not only because of what he's learned about himself and his Egg, but because his energy is severely sapped.
At Mei's insistence, Red Son agrees to come over and spend some time with their fave monkey-boy. MK appreciates the company. The Egg absorbs so much life energy that he can barely get out of bed some days.
After a few weeks MK breaks down into hormonal tears. Sobbing into his former-enemy's jacket.
MK: "Everything I do leads to pain.... I'm sorry. You're the last person I should cry to." Red Son, rubbing MK's back: "It's ok. This is all... very new for all of us. You being the only other known celestial monkey besides Sun Wukong and Macaque has been a shock to everyone." MK, sniffling: "No. Not just that... this... I don't think I'll be able to be there for them." Red Son, stiffens: "What do you mean?" MK: "I'm..." (*gets quiet*) Red Son, thinks for a bit: "My mother does share the stories you know. How she almost died bringing me to life. To make that risk... It's admirable." MK: (*quietly leans head on Red Son's shoulder*) Red Son: "You've stated your intentions many times before to continue the pregnancy despite the risks. All I can offer is that I'm allowed to be there to see you through it." MK, looking up with surprise: "You will?" Red Son: "Yes." MK, regaining cheeky smile: "Not just because your parents are convinced it's yours?" Red Son, coughs awkwardly: "WELL uh!" *cough* "Uncle did mention that proximity to a preferred... partner, could help alleviate the worst of the symptoms caused by lack of life energy. But that the child could become peppered with the Dao of the partner and therefore their DNA..." MK, happy laughing: "I don't mind having a baby with red hair or horns, if thats what you're worried about!" Red Son: (*blushing furiously*)
So Red Son unofficially deems herself "the sire" of the Egg so she can donate her life energy to the depleted MK.
Then Season 5 happens...
MK actually manages to fight back against the restraints of the Ten Kings - his body providing a beacon of Life that they have no power over. Li Jing still handles the pregnant creature roughly, father or not - he sees MK as a beast that needs to be tamed. Nezha growls at his father's actions, and quickly comes to MK's aid - declaring his duty as a Protector of Children (although stretching the definition considering said child could be MK himself or the unborn cub) to preside over Li Jing's orders.
Somehow, knowing about his Egg, makes MK even more self-sacrificial. Because in his mind; if his Stone Egg is going to kill him anyway - why not sacrifice himself to repair the Heavenly Pillar?
Everyone reacts even worse than in canon.
The Nine-Headed Demon certainly didn't expect the Harbinger to "sprout off" so soon! They tease and prod MK - pointing out that he's accomplishing something not even the Monkey King has done; have a child of his own.
Wukong and Macaque snarl and bite at the snake for that comment...
Xiangliu is kept busy from trying to stop multiple heroes and anti-villains from tearing him apart.
Wukong can't even bring himself to fight MK's sacrifice, only able to hang onto his successor in a desperate hold. Begging him to please think of himself. His family and friends! His Egg even!
But MK still makes that leap.
Upon entering Nüwa's sanctuary within the Pillar and learning that his sacrifice was to only upkeep a destructive cycle, MK... has the expected reaction.
MK: "You expect me to sacrifice myself to when my kid won't even live to see the world?!" Nüwa, surprised: "I... I will admit. I had not known you would be able to do that."
After hearing her Harbinger's tearful plea, the goddess can only smile and sigh.
Although the safest option is to continue the cycle, she knows any child of her blood or clay would not dare leave the world or people they love so dearly. Heavens weep when a mother/father sets their mind to something. Something she struggled with many eons ago...
She gives her Little Heaven the Five Stones and the instructions for how to split their powers evenly across the cosmos. Humanity has certainly increased in number since her time!
She also gives blessings to her future grand-creation! The little stone monkey will be the first born naturally since Sun Wukong after all. She can spare a blessing or two to ensure their safe arrival!
MK leaves the Pillar, seeing his friends and family clasped together - all believing that the world was truly coming to an end.
Red Son, emboldened by the coming apocalypse, suddenly declares something that's been on his mind for a while now.
Red Son: "I like-like you, noodle boy! I did not lie when I said I want to be by your side through it all! If the world is to end now, I do not wish for it to end without saying I wish we could have been courting!" MK, touched: "Aww!!! Thats really sweet, Red Son! But I actually have a plan to save the world!" Red Son, stuttering: "Oh um. Ok?" MK: "I totally reciprocate the feelings though!" Red Son, excited: "You do!?" Macaque, interrupting: "Excuse me, lovebirds. End of the world?" MK, fumbling the five stones: "OH YEAH! RIGHT!"
The stones are still destroyed, and the Queen Mother of Heaven watches as the power her husband harboured for so long spreads across the universe like petals on the wind.
It takes some time for MK's egg to be fully ready, so him and Red Son have some time to do some courting before the little guy arrives!
PIF and DBK totally called it.
Also it turns out harbouring the Five Heavenly Stones while pregnant has some... unexpected effects on the Stone Egg within...
The Whole Family: "..." Baby: (*eyes glowing with a rainbow shimmer*) Baby: *chirp*! Pigsy: "Why does my grandson look like a Lisa Frank drawing?" MK: (*tired shrug*) Mei, taking photos: "He's so pretty!!"
The baby is named "Haoyu - the "Vast Universe/浩宇" to MK's "Little Heaven/小天". Depending on the characters it can also mean "cloudburst/豪雨" aka an unexpected rain.

Okay, so, I know a lot of people were discouraged after the LMK S5 trailer. The art is different, yes, but remember there are still people working behind the screen; passionate about this story they're trying to tell. To rebuild faith and re-spark hope, I'm going through the trailer frame by frame and sharing anything cool I find. (There is some (what I hope is) constructive criticism in here, but I would like to reiterate something other fans have said. DO. NOT. HARRASS. ANYONE. WORKING. ON. THE. SHOW. They're doing their best with what they have available to them. We're lucky Wildbrain decided to pick the show back up because if they hadn't, we may not have gotten the rest of the story.)
They've been brought in front of the council to discuss their car's extended warranty. ALSO WHERE IS MK'S JACKET AND BANDANA? THEY WHOLE ASS PROBABLY SNATCHED THIS POOR BOY OUT OF HIS BED WHILE HE WAS SLEEPING
Don't worry, babygirl, I still think you're pretty ^3^
Okay, they gave him his clothes back, phew.
Hehe, tiny monkies.
At least our child is still adorable.
Synchronized heart attack.
He is so traumatized, lol. Someone brought up how this design for the circlet wasn't the previously established design in the show, but it COULD be based on the design used on the cover of the Journey to the West novel (as seen below)
It's not exactly the same but the shape is similar.
Anyway.
WUKONG ANGST WUKONG ANGST WUKONG ANGST
I'm realizing while doing this that Wildbrain doesn't use as many smear frames as Flying Bark did. As funny as it is to pause and see something like this in season 1-4:
It makes the animation look a LOT smoother and more energetic. Flying Bark also seems to use more frame-by-frame while Wildbrain probably uses more tweening. I suppose it makes sense though because Wildbrain is more used to 3D animation and the 2D animation they have done in the past is more paper-doll-like and doesn't need as much bounce and action.
Back to the trailer, no need to dwell.........
MO. HANG IN THERE.
MONKEY ANGST MONKEY ANGST MONKEY ANGST aposhdgpafoshdfosfapsdofpa
Oooh, wait, this frame actually kinda goes hard. I'm kinda hyped... I should draw this.
NO BRO DON'T MAKE ME CRY JUST BECAUSE OF A TRAILER
You know what this makes me think of...? Did any of you guys ever play that game called "Journey"?
It's a beautiful game with beautiful music. Y'all should play it if you haven't. Oh, and sometimes if you're playing at the same time as someone else in the world, your games will merge and you get a little play buddy :3
Genuinely love how distressed he is here.
SHADOWPEACH ANGST SHADOWPEACH ANGST
Looks like we're still gonna get cool backgrounds and background character designs!!!!
This looks like it may be some kind of storybook or memory sequence like when Chang'e was talking about how she found the ring in S3 or when LBD was talking about Macaque's death... what memory do you think we're going to be exploring this time?
This goes pretty hard. I would paint this on a wall or something.
Mk is flabbergasted.
Yay!! Mk has the support he needs. ALSO MORE SANDY
They're mortified. Probably because they just watched a giant dragon and white tiger fucking evaporate.
Hehe bord
I can't wait to see fanart of him. I'm so excited!
SHADOWPEACH SHADOWPEACH SHADOWPEACH
He's thinking about kissing him, honest.
I think he's purty
MORE PIGSY-
I've run out of room for pictures, but I hope this helped get y'all all hyped again for the new season! Have hope, stay strong!

No one:
Absolutely no one:
Me: i think pre-journey Sun Wukong is an alcoholic
Hello yes, as previously stated, on my first re-read of jttw, this time reading it out-loud to my brothers and I gotta say i’m noticing WAY more this round. It’s slow going but we just read chapter 5 and I have not stopped thinking about it. (This is completely unedited and written in one sitting after cleaning for like four hours so forgive me for my grammar mistakes or any misremembered stuff, I’m swirling thoughts around in my head like orange juice in a wine glass.)
Chapter five is when he gains the title of Great Sage Equalling Heaven, gets the job of peach watcher, eats said peaches, crashing the banquet, drinking the wine, eating the pills, heading back to FFM, heaven surrounding Flower Fruit Mountain and basically laying siege and the subsequent battle. All the Yaoguai generals get captured and the only ones who are left are The Great Sage and his monkeys. As I’m reading this out loud to my brothers, I notice there’s a tone shift. To be honest I thought I was imaging it but MAN this is where Monkey King changes. Like, up to this point, he’s been pretty chill in all honesty. He’s thrown his weight around, he’s been a little unhinged, but there’s been a childlike wonder about him and just a genuineness in everything he does. He’s loved learning, he's loved people, he’s loved making friends. Even at the start of the chapter, he just loves hanging out with the celestial deities that they don’t think he should be socializing with, hence why they give him a job.
And the rest of the chapter he’s just drinking. He just keeps going and going and laughing and laughing. And he shares the wine with his monkeys and his demon brethren and when heaven comes knocking and his monkeys are panicked he waves them away. The mountain is surrounded? We’re being threatened? It’s fine, it’s fine, have another cup! Have another cup! He keeps drinking until they break his door down, and like a drunkard he stumbles to his feet yelling about how rude that is and goes and beats them easily. Because he’s so immortal now he can drink as much as he wants and get drunk enough on immortal wine that he should be dead but all it does is make him more and more immortal and more and more drunk. He’s different at this point. The tone shift is the most prominent when he comes back and his monkeys tell him all the yaoguai sworn brethren and their armies and people have been captured. They cry and then they laugh because he is unharmed as ever and they’ve lost everyone else. And from once caring about the community and those under his rule, suddenly the Great Sage’s reply is that it’s fine because no monkeys were taken. Let’s eat and sleep. And drink. He has no concept of when or how to stop. He drinks wine.
Then he gets his hand on the immortal wine. And, listen. He’s already gotten the peaches by this point. He’s a little off already, but he still has that just… lack of object permanence that he always has when he’s in heaven, but he still seems pretty Monkey King. Up until the wine. Then things start to shift. He gets his hands on the immortal wine and he gorges himself on it. He’s already taken the best of the best of the peaches and left the rest, likely because they can’t compare. And now he’s gotten the best of the best wine. The best of the immortal, celestial, heavenly wine. You cannot get better. And he just keeps drinking it. He drinks until he’s so drunk he gets lost on his way back to the peach orchard. He’s so drunk he stumbles into Lao Tsu’s palace and just… eats immortal pills like fried beans. Just pops three gourds of it into his mouth one by one until they’re gone. He was so drunk that once he starts to sober up, he panics a little. He panics and he leaves. He runs back home because he knows he’ll be in trouble. And when he gets back home, a couple centuries have passed and they throw a party like always to welcome him back, having been dutifully waiting for him the whole time. And he tastes the wine and it’s disgusting to him. His monkeys tell him he’s tasted heavenly food and wine, nothing on the mountain can compare to that now. And without even a second thought, he goes right back to the place he just fled from, just barely sobered up, and he steals a bunch of the wine that he didn’t get to and brings it back.
I wonder how much of chapter 5 he spends drunk out of his mind. Just barely sober enough to process his mountain is at war again. He’s so immortal by this point, it’s no wonder he’s so confident he’ll win. He probably feels as immortal as a thousand suns and moons. A couple thousand demons are nothing in the face of that. It’s fine. He was already loud and confident in his power by this point. I still can’t believe the Jade Emperor just put a monkey right next to the most delicious peaches ever and didn’t expect him to eat any of them. Like, genuinely bro wdym you didn't see this coming. That’s like giving a kid their favorite cookies and saying to look after them but don’t eat any of them without giving them an end time frame of when the watching ends or telling them if they get to eat any or not. I have such a rudimentary understanding of jttw at times, I’m not a super deep thinker, I do think about stuff, but other people’s takes are definitely gonna be more complex that mine. Reading chapter five and remembering when he was nabbed and escorted to the afterlife, I can’t help but look at this monkey and think maybe he would have done a few things differently if he was thinking clearly. Because I don’t think he was entirely there during chapter 5. I think he wasn’t focused or thinking about anything beyond beating the guy in front of him and getting back to another cup of heaven. It feels like Sun Wukong is missing. He’s still there, he’s powerful beyond comprehension, but it feels like he’s missing. His return to his monkeys after a battle doesn’t really feel triumphant. I have such a visual of him descending in his armor and looking like a god, untouched and pristine. But he remains untouched, even by their reports of their allies being captured. He feels untouchable.
Most of this is just me rambling, but clearly Sun Wukong had an alcohol problem before chapter five when he pretty much drank himself to an early grave then fought his way back to life. With Immortal wine though, there’s none of that need to end, there’s no hangover, just bliss. And boy does it show. I’m not sure if this was intended in the writing but OUGH I haven’t stopped thinking about the change that comes over Sun Wukong when he gets his hand on the wine. When he’s in heaven that’s all that matters. All that matters is that he has the best of the best. His monkeys are always there and praising him if he ever wants to come back. He doesn't even bother to think about how his absence affects them. He cares that he wasn’t invited to a party. He cares about his monkeys, we know this. But by gosh if he doesn’t feel like an untouchable deity in chapter 5. No wonder this dude felt like he could take on Buddha. I don’t think there’s a minute during the Havoc in Heaven where Sun Wukong is sober. He’s drunk on the agony of immortality. It’s in his bones and not even a furnace used for that very thing can burn it out of him. Sun Wukong is a hundred thousand suns and moons.
But Buddha is everything.
And that’s how he’s beaten.
I’d say a couple hundred years is enough for some of that immortal wine to burn through that monkey’s system. It’s putting him in a, albeit very harsh, time-out. It makes a lot of things make some more sense when I’m thinking about it from the view of an addict. The circlet is about self control. Once he has it, once he’s more at peace, it vanishes on its own because he doesn’t need it anymore. He doesn't need that 30 days sober chip taped onto his forehead to remind him every time he sees his reflection in a bottle. Sun Wukong is very smart, but he doesn’t really bother with self-control. It gets in the way of having fun. He drank wine and didn’t bother with any inhibitions or self-restraint. He did whatever he wanted whenever he wanted however he wanted with whoever he wanted. Why control himself or his cravings or killings or anything of the sort? Drink more wine! Laugh! Have fun! Meet people! Come get drunk with him! Why bother with decorum or etiquette or anything of the sort? He’s fine with how things are until people start to look down on him, and then he feels the need to prove they can’t do that.
Okay, I’m rambling now and thinking about the potential of modern retellings with this kind of approach so I think I’ll end it here for now. I’m just thinking very hard about alcoholic Sun Wukong and am going slightly insane over it. Yeah, other people have probably pointed this out before, it’s probably so common, it’s just my first time really thinking about it and I find it so heckin neat. WHAT A GREAT BOOK YOU GUYS. Alright, enough of that for now, I’ve gotta get ready for bed and do prep stuff for tomorrow so, have a goodnight you guys, Knox out o7

What If, somebody attacked monkey Y/N and she didn't tell Monkey King But he finds out anyway.
This is a part 2 to when Monkey Queen (Y/N) got revenge 😈😈😈ca
Believe it or not you're the most merciful between the tool of you so You know I don't feel sorry for that somebody at all😈🔪😈🔪😈🔪
(Lmk Wukong) You were attacked by one of your husband's enemies. They couldn't defeat him, so they went after you instead. of course, that was a mistake on their part since you beat the c*** out of them before they ran off. Of course, they got a few heads on you, too. So all you did was just bandage up you at injuries. You weren't gonna tell what's wrong about this because while you took care of it already. But when he went to go greet you, he's saw the bandages and he may be oblivious, but he's not stupid.
(Lmk Wukong) (Y/N) do you think you can tell me what happened???😠😠😠
Oh sh*t the fact that he actually called By your name instead of peaches you know how serious it is
Monkey Queen (Y/N) It's nothing dear just got into a scuffle
He raises an eyebrow at you before giving you his dark look
(Lmk Wukong)(Y/N)👿👿👿
You squeaked a bit before telling him everything from where you were to when the attack happened and who attacked. He sat in complete silence as he listened to every word. You said before telling you to rest on the couch and leaving the house. He came back later with the decapitated head of the demon that attacked you. He mountin it next to the one you got. Ah romance🥰🥰🥰
(MK Reborn Wukong) Oh man, this is bad worse than that. You've got it to fight with one of your husband's enemies. And, of course, you fought them off before they ran. But you got seriously injured in the process. Although it's nothing worse than what you could possibly gotten it's still gonna be tricky to hide this from him. You covered yourself in ointments and bandages. Then, put on your robe to hide them. That should deter him from noticing anything different. Too bad it's not that easy, and he's not an idiot. He smelled blood the second He saw you and demanded that you tell him what happened. Of course, you're gonna do yet another argument before. Finally telling him what happened and who attacked you. to He was deadly angry was a severe understatement. You'd never seen him like this well. That's kind of a lie, but this is different. He had blood red eyes, and smoke was coming out of his nose and ears. He then tells you the weight right where you are before storming off. All i'm going to say is he came back covered and blood.
(HIB Wukong) You had protected Liuer from some rowdy demons but not without getting injured. You had begged him not to tell your husband about what happened to you. Answer: Just say that you were we playing too rough and stuff. Liuer felt horrible about lying to the king, but he didn't say anything. When you both met Wukong, he had asked what happened then, and you told them that he would. You guys had a bit of rough housing. What you didn't expect was for Liuer. I'm too burst crying to your husband about what happened and how you got hurt protecting him. You just sat their and stared as the monkey king listened to the small boy's story. Then he slowly turned his head to look at you. As you basically just lied to his face. You both are definitely gonna talk about honesty right after he puts the demons who attack you into an early grave.
(Nezha Reborn wukong) Li, and you got attacked by some street thug who claimed that you were on their turf. Of course, Li didn't want any unnecessary trouble. But you weren't about to let some pathetic demons tell you what to do. So So you guys fought in battle and won, but at the expense of your dislocated shoulder and bruised face But you were happy. Then you told Li not to tell your husband about what happened tonight as you handle you guys's injuries. And he agreed, except your husband was more observant than you thought. He interrogated Li about his injuries, and He lied telling him it was from sparring, but that could be because Wukong spars with him the most, and Li is deathly afraid of the idea of fighting you. Finally, Li spelled the beans about the attack. And how you basically force them not to tell Wukong about what happened on the count of you already taken care of it. Wukong just shook his head before saying bye to Li and gone home. First, he's gonna make you tell him exactly what he heard earlier from Li and finally to go make those thug demons wish they were never born.
(Netflix Wukong) Oh no, oh no, you remember him getting incredibly unhinged in his battles. Once he finds out that some nobody goes and attacks you. Oh, you don't want to think about it. So you quickly patched yourself up and covered yourself in as many clothes as possible. But what you forgot about us is how you twisted your ankle during the fight. And let me tell you, it looks bad. You can hardly walk on it, but you're gonna have to burn your teeth and walk through the pain. Because you can't afford your husband to find out about this, it would be a blood bath. Now, due to his naive nature, it might be easy to hide it for him. But later that day, you slipped off and yelped when he hugged your leg. And that's when he noticed your swollen ankle.
(Netflix Wukong)(Y/N) what Happened
When you finish telling him what happened, his eyes turn bloody red before storming out the house. This is exactly what you were afraid of. Hopefully, you can get the blood out of his shirt like last time😥😥😥
Feel free to reblog

Down Came the Rain and Washed the Bone Out...
Summary: Instead of fire, rain comes down.
Notes: So, look. I know the Samadhi fire was a way to make Xiaojiao more important to the story. I just think it was a dumb idea to use the Samdhi fire for that, considering the fact that dragons can control the weather and Guanyin's vase was mentioned in S2.
-_-
Long Xiaojiao was not having a good time.
Who was kidding her, she was having the worst time. Her body ached like someone had set all of her veins on fire, her bestie probably had a concussion, she was far from home, and Macaque was threatening one of her favorite old men with her own life. And there was still no sign of Sun Wukong.
“I don’t have time for this!” Macaque barked, the cold from the crystal biting into her skin like so many knives. “Tang, finish the ritual! Now!”
“...Alright,” Tang said, reluctance firm in his voice. He began to chant ancient words, each word sitting heavy like the cling of a bell. Slowly, the symbols decorating the ritual site began to glow brighter and brighter, almost blinding.
With each word, her body ached even more. “No! Please!” She struggled, but Macaque’s grip tightened, keeping her suspended in the air despite the pain roaring inside her. “I- I wanna get off this ride! PLEASE! I DON’T WANT TO-”
“MACAQUE!”
Sun Wukong’s voice echoed through the mountains. Xiaojiao could barely hear him, faintly noticing the rings glow magenta and lift up. Tang’s voice continued on, steady and strong despite the panic he must’ve been feeling and the pain that continued to grow and grow. She could hear it, the last bit of the spell-
Wukong launched for Macaque, and the pain of something- something rising up, in her- grew too much-
Xiaojiao threw back her head and screamed as it ripped out, the Samadhi fire whole as something uncorked inside-
And the rain came down.
Xiaojiao felt herself collapse as Wukong slammed into Macaque. She didn’t notice, too busy panting, blinking as the rain fell down. “XIAOJIAO!” Oh, Xiaotian. He was here. She allowed him to prop her up, his worried smile a balm to her stressed nerves. “Are you okay? You- is this you?”
Xiaojiao blinked again as she looked around. Wukong and Macaque had been scuffling, but now they stared as the rain hit the crystal embedded in the shadow monkey’s side. Wherever the rain touched, it shrank back like water dissolving snow until it was gone, leaving Macaque to stare at his hands like he wasn’t sure what they were. The Samadhi fire was aglow in the center, but it was dim, nothing more than embers.
“I think so?” she managed. “I thought…I thought I would have the Samadhi fire in me.” Wasn’t that what her visions had been saying?
“I assumed you would too,” And there was Wukong, staring at her like he was either about to break down laughing or crying and wasn’t sure which to do. He held out his hand in the end. Xiaojiao took it, letting him lift her up. “As far as I know, Ao Lie had the piece embedded in him and made me promise not to tell anyone.”
“You should have.” And there was Li Nezha, staring at the entire scene like he also wasn’t sure whether to break down laughing or crying. “How is the rain doing this? When you asked the Dragon Kings for a storm when Red Boy burned down the valley, it made the fire worse?” It had? Xiaojiao glanced nervously at the fire, but it was still just embers.
Wukong raised a brow, glancing at her like she knew. “I have no idea.” Xiaojiao shrugged back. As far as she knew, dragons did have control over the weather, but her line was so far from that. He cupped his hands and let some rain pour in before taking a drink. His eyes went wide. “How are you doing this?”
“The rain?”
“No, the water. It’s from Guanyin’s ocean.” She could hear Tang gasp- Red Boy must’ve been the demon he had told Xiaotian about, the one that Wukong needed Guanyin’s vase to defeat.
“What?” Nezha said before Xiaojiao could react to that. “That’s impossible.”
“Drink some. It’s sweet.”
Nezha, after a moment, cupped his hands. Xiaojiao pulled off her gloves and cupped her hands as well, letting some of her rain (and, wow, she had made rain) puddle in. She drank it once she was done, noticing Xiaotian do the same without removing his gloves.
And Wukong was right. The rain tasted sweet and clear. Not like the fancy bottled water one of her cousins liked, full of fancy purified spring water, but just… sweet. As Xiaojiao swallowed, she felt whatever aches and pains that remained fade away. Xiaotian’s bruises, including one dark one that covered half of his face, slowly disappeared. "Look at the city!" Sandy called from the edge. "The crystal's all melting away!"
Xiaotian turned and gasped, eyes shining as he looked down at the city far below. The screams had died down, but Xiaojiao's eyes were more focused on Macaque. Anger burned in her chest just from the sight of him. He looked up from studying his hands and made eye contact with her. She could practically see him jolt in realization that she was there, staring at him.
And, like it was all part of his plan, he grinned, bowed, and ducked into a shadow.
"Coward," she huffed to herself, just wanting to pull out her sword and skewer him with it. Maybe he would come back- he couldn't seem to leave Wukong or Xiaotian alone.
"Oh!" She glanced over at Xiaotian's gasp. "Your face!" he said, drawing closer and cupping her face with gentle hands.
"What? Do I have mud somewhere?" The area was getting pretty muddy and, mixed with the snow, it looked like an unappetizing mush. She wuldn’t be surprised if she accidentally kicked some on herself in the rain haze. "Do I have mud on my face? I do, don't I?"
"No, no," His gaze was reverent in a way that made her entire face warm. She was so glad Xiaotian agreed to be her 'just in case' husband. But, her concern was what was on her face. "You have scales."
"I what?" She didn’t have scales. Her parents had to disappoint a very young Xiaojiao that her human form would never have scales. But, now?
“Look!" He pulled out his phone and pulled up the camera, turning on selfie mode. And there, in the glow of the lanterns, Xiaojiao realized he was right. White scales, jade green coloring the edge, lined her eyes and trailed back to her ears and down to her chin. Even cooler was the set of antler horns that now jutted out from her pigtails. She grinned, admiring her teeth, which even seemed to be a little sharper.
She was a member of the dragons, yes. But sometimes, she didn't feel like it, especially with the forming rift between her and her parents. Now, however, she never felt more powerful. She couldn't help but bare her teeth in a grin and Xiaotian wasted no time in snapping a photo.
"Oh!" Tang and Pigsy had come close, probably just to check on them. As the pig demon led Xiaotian back a step to hug his son, Tang cupped her face. He thankfully looked better than at the beginning of the ritual, with the bruises that he said came from Macaque gone in the purified rain, but still guilty. He cupped her face, leaning forward to press their foreheads together. "You look amazing, Xiaojiao."
“Thanks, Tangy.”
"You did great, Xiaojiao," Wukong's voice interrupted the moment, drawing her back to the fact that, oh yeah, he hadn't left, unlike Macaque. "I was worried for a second that the entire mountain was gonna light up in fire and I forgot to bring some purified water just in case." Nezha gaped from behind him, right next to Sandy, who probably had a full lecture on how dangerous that was. Xiaojiao had heard enough lectures about wildfires when she and her family had gone ‘camping’ in the United States. "So," He clapped his hands together. "Thank you."
"Was this part of your plan?" Xiaojiao had to ask. She had a sinking feeling, that, no it wasn't, but she had to ask. "What even was your plan?" Her anger rose. "Did you know I had the Samadhi fire piece in me?!"
"Well, uh..." Wukong sighed. "Yes."
That was enough to unchain the anger inside.
"And you hid it from all of us! Why?! What were you afraid of?!" It was unfair and cruel, but Xiaojiao was furious. She only faintly noticed the rain stop, answering to the heat of her fury, and heard Pigsy push Xiaotian back and away. Good, she didn’t need him jumping in to defend the oh-so-mighty Sun Wukong like he had been the entire trip. "That you were going to have to tear me apart to get your precious Samadhi Fire?!"
Wukong threw his hands up immediately, shaking his head furiously. "No! I thought if I could get the Samadhi fire out of you, without hurting you of course. Then I could put it inside myself." He gestured to his chest, right where Ao Lie’s piece must’ve gone. She could imagine the pain that would happen from that. "Then I don't know, use it to burn up the Lady Bone Demon or something? I was kinda making this up as I went-"
"That was your plan?!"
"That's not a good plan!"
Nezha and Xiaotian's yells did nothing to calm her. Instead, she was imagining Wukong or even Xiaotian throwing their head back with a pained scream as the Samadhi fire sank into them, just like she had only a few minutes ago. It was enough to make her want to throw up.
"Yeah, to be honest, this is the first time I've said it out loud, so..." Wukong shrugged, like it was normal to attempt to put a world-ending fire inside himself.
"We trusted you! All of us! How could you lead us into this fight without a real plan?!” She launched forward, slamming her finger into his chest. “Time and time again, I've watched you put Xiaotian in danger, leaving him to figure everything on his own! Don't you realize you're hurting the people who care about you the most?!"
Her answer was a blank stare.
Xiaojiao felt a sense of unease crawl over her. She was pretty sure that, if the Samadhi fire had worked like expected, Wukong would have had more of a reaction. "You...you do know that we care about you, right?" She thought they had bonded even through her unease about the seeming lack of plan and her own thoughts about him leaving Xiaotian behind.
It was then that she realized Nezha was shaking his head and mouthing "No."
Wukong finally spoke, although he seemed to ignore her question, and Nezha shaking his head. "Now that the Samadhi fire is summoned, you guys head back." He headed to the embers. Despite the wet embers, something gleamed like a star. "I'll handle this."
"What- No!" Xiaojiao launched forward, suddenly determined to make him listen. "Didn't you just hear me?! You- We need to make a real plan-" Her rain could melt the crystal. She could weaken the Lady Bone Demon.
He whirled around so fast that Xiaojiao was knocked off guard. He gripped her shoulders tight, tight enough that Xiaojiao felt tears prick her eyes, and forced her back.
It wasn't until her waist was buried in mud that he realized he was forcing her down.
His eyes burned into her soul, much hotter than the flames. "I know you guys have a problem listening. But please, stay the fuck here. For your own safety." Pigsy and Tang rushed toward her as Xiaotian rushed towards Wukong, begging him to stay and listen.
But he didn't look back, not until he was picking up that star. His smile was soft, just for Xiaotian in that moment. It was there, Pigsy trying to lift her up and yelling for Sandy as Tang clawed through the mud, that she realized that he did care.
Too much.
"I'm sorry, kid."
He pushed the star inside his chest and summoned his Nimbus cloud before the magenta flames could alight. And then he was gone, leaving a trail of purple and gold.
And there, Xiaojiao threw her head back and screamed.
Lightning was the only thing that answered.

Lego monkie kid: the characters.
youtube
Before we start, I want to say this is the only post I will make about Mikaila's takes and video, and you can quote me on that. Alright we got? Good.
Also, quick side note this is the video where they stole from an artist, then proceeded to call them a cunt. Also Also they did a great job showing overly sarcastic production and giving them credit, but I guess it was just too hard to credit an artist whose piece was apparently shit.
For the most part, she is right about the show. Unlike Lily, she didn't lie about parts of the show. It's fun. The animation is amazing, and there are points you will actually start crying or even thinking more about yourself, but where she stumbled is the characters. Mostly with Mr. Tang, Red son, Macaque, and the rest of the demons.
First off, she kinda just brushes over Mr. Tang and by brushing over, I mean not even a name drop. Mr. Tang is not forgettable. Mr. Tang is kinda the exhibition guy he's the one to fill you in loosely about what happened in JTW to help make sense of what's happening in that scene. For example, when the gang plus Red Son has to go to the court of heaven to help deal with the spider demons, Tang is telling them what they need and where to find them. Mr. Tang is that dad who is there to tell his kids about history. He's also just really fun to watch.
She brings up Macaque as a character that is also there, which is ignoring Macaque. Now, she says that she didn't really care for him, which is fair, but she's writing him off as just some guy that shows up and dips, but that ignores how he was sitting in the back of Wukong and MK's mind. MK was genuinely scared of him and Wukong having to come face to face with the friend he betrayed and killed. Macaque is that old-school villain who is there to intimate the hero.
And now to the villains of the story. The Saturday morning villains who asked for extra ham on their ham and cheese sandwich. I agree with the fact that the villains are super fun to watch, she's talks about the bull demon family but, more specifically, Red Son.
Now Red Son is the cocky little fucker we all love but not in the way she thinks she brings up Hunter from the owl house and says
"Red Son is what Hunter should have been. A self-important brager who can't escape the fact that he's a normie weasel that kisses up to his uncaring father"
Which is just WHAT THE FUCK?! First of all, Red Son is not normal. He's a prince and a demon he's like Zuko if he was more confident or Azula if she took a chill pill on the manipulation and was just cocky. Another thing, DBK isn't an uncaring father he clearly cares about his son, but because he's written from the Ming dynasty, he's not gonna show it in the way fathers would now the only time we see him call his son useless is A) when he was possessed and B) when he was pissed off at being captured thinking his son died only to find out he got away then started talking about how Spider queen will never catch him (personally I thought that scene was really funny and actually made me shoot water out of my nose)
When Wukong starts egging him on seeing that he was going to break the webbing that was keeping everyone trapped, he brings up Red Son, and that was the tipping point DBK needed to get free to which he runs off to go find him.
DBK is a pretty caring father and husband he doesn't have to really worry about PIF as she's already proven capable of protecting herself. Red Son is still considered a child to him, and he's been out of his life for a good chunk of it, so he doesn't fully know what Red Son is capable of, especially without his samade fire which at the time of making that video we didn't know about the fire so she gets a small pass on that.
Last but not least, the whole "Saturday morning" villains, all the villains believe it or not, don't get redemption they get atonement. Except for the spider demons, which I saw as being horribly unfair to them, they died and didn't even get a chance to realize that maybe world domination isn't worth it. Spider queen's death was super sad. The screaming, how she fought so hard to get herself free, the last ditch effort of reaching out for help, and finally seeing her sink into the position. How the little power she had was used to power something, not even she would enjoy.
Every character is a blast to watch and is never a dull moment with them. Hell, even the one-off side characters are a blast like the delivery guys gold and silver employed and never showed up again.

don't say I didn't tell you so
note: an ao lie and wukong one shot based off a fanart. In which wukong comes to visit Ao lie to meet his son, however something seems off with the baby.
When wukong had first heard that Ao lie and his spouse had a baby, he was shocked and wanted to go and ask him so many questions. Unfortunately, he was busy, and the only time he could go meet the baby was 8 months after it was born. The baby was a healthy boy, half human and half dragon. He was so excited to meet the little rascal
Wukong rode on his cloud, on his way to see the baby. And his friend of course, as he hadn't seen him in awhile. When he arrived, he saw Ao lie holding the baby in his arms. Ao lie seemed tired, his hair tied up in a big bun to keep it from being down. He guessed long hair wasn't very good with a baby around. "Heyyyy bud. This your son I keep hearing about?" Wukong said with a chuckle, walking up to his friend who seemed like he could pass out any moment. Ao lie nodded "yes,,, would you like to hold him for a bit while I go do something real quick?" He asked, it definitely just seemed like he needed a break
Wukong smiled and nodded, taking the small baby in his arms. It was so.... tiny, even more tiny than the monkeys back home. Wukong happily held the Small baby in his arms, it squirming and whining in his hold "miss your dad already? Awe kid, I'm hurt." He joked, only to be meet with a confused baby. Of course it was confused, it didn't even know him. But one day he'll be more involved, maybe then the kid would not be whining with him.
Suddenly wukong was cut off guard and he tensed up, he felt it. The energy of the samadhi fire in this kid. But how was this possible? It happened way before the kid was even born. Could he have inherited it from his dear friend? He needed to tell Ao lie.
When Ao lie came back, taking the baby back in his arms, is when wukong decided to tell his friend his discovery "I think he inherited it from you..I didn't know that was possible but we must keep him away from anything that could reunite the flame.." wukong spoke
Ao lie looked down at his son and then back at wukong, hugging the child close to him now "what do you suggest we do?" He asked, terrified for his own child.
"I think....we should tell red sons parents. They'll make sure he's kept away from anything that can unite the flame..." Wukong said.
"No." Ao lie said with a serious expression. Rare for him, but wukong guessed fatherhood changed him and all that junk. He didn't really understand, he wasn't a father (yet).
"But if we don't-" wukong was about to lay out reasons, heck he couldn't understand how he was more rational right now.
"Wukong I can't.... they'll.... they'll try to keep him away.... they might just....keep him away from me." He said. Weird. wukong didn't remember him being so.... determined?
"Ao lie you can't just- just- not tell anyone!" Wukong aurged. How come he was the rational one right now. That's not fair.
"Yes I can! Wukong! Please just keep a promise for me. Just promise you can keep him away from all this, never let the fire unite Again...." Ao lie said, holding his now crying son.
Wukong sighed "fine.... but don't say I didn't tell you so..." He said

Hi
I have a request
Can I request yandere JTTW Macaqa and sun x long losy doughter reader
Like the reader was kidnap as a baby and was sent to the future.
But a spell sent her back to the past
And Mac see her woyh the group and is like my baby back
And he confutd sun about it.
And when they spend time they find out in the future she beIN takes care of by a family that want her .
And then some how she gets take back to the future. And Mac and sun trying to get her back. Sorry if you can't read some of this. I am at work and we are so busy
Oooh! I don’t know how long I can make it so I hope it’s all right if I make it 7 paragraphs but if I can make it longer then that’s great! Just giving you a heads up basically.
Warning: noob author, female reader, yandere platonic characters, and others.
Characters: sun wukong, macaque + a little bit of the jttw group.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You were adopted by the dbk family when they had found you at their door.
Reason why dbk had taken you in is because he was reminded of the time him and sun was sworn brothers so he decided to take care of you with his family as he also remembered the panic sun and macaque over something and this was the reason why as you have the features of both simians.
It was when you were playing with one of redson’s inventions that you were brought to the past, he told you to not but considering your monkey mischief nature and being a baby and not understanding what danger is you still played with it.
You had met the group while they set up camp for rest as it’ll be a while before they reach a village or any sort of civilization, Tripitaka and bai long ma was the one that found as the two was settling everything for the camp while the rest went and gather supplies for the night, you were in the small; or large grass to you, and was whimpering which made the two hear you and check on you.
Tripitaka didn’t know what to do as this never happened before but decided that the two would wait for the others and decide what should happen with you, though he does notice that you share similarities with sun but also not completely.
Pigsy was back first considering how lazy he was and only got what he could hold that wasn’t considered heavy for him but when he saw you he freaked out and screamed which caused sun and sandy to come running back, that scream though alerted you which startled and scared you so much you started to cry.
When sun saw you he couldn’t believe his eyes and hears, he thought it was a dream to see you again and was so happy to see that you were ok but started to think that maybe he was dreaming, though that thought stopped when his master had handed you to him when Tripitaka noticed his disciple’s eyes being on you with what looked like tears plus the expression being of shock and happiness, more happiness than he ever saw sun show.
Sun had made a clone and had it quickly find macaque, his mate, so he could see his little cub again after so long of missing you and trying to find you.
When macaque was brought to the group by the clone of his mate, he was brought to tears at finding you sleeping while holding onto your papa’s finger, he had missed you and been trying to find you everywhere he could with his hearing and other abilities he share with sun.
Reason why he didn’t know you had returned was because his thoughts were too loud as he was concentrating on finding you to hear about how you were with his mate.
(I heard that macaque could hear the past, present, and future so correct me if I’m wrong or misunderstood something about that.)
You had spend two weeks with them before you suddenly disappeared again back to dbk’s home. The two spent centuries searching for you and ended up on bad terms because of your second disappearance before finding you another century with redson.
For you it had be a few days since you were gone but it still worried the three who had adopted you into their family. When sun and macaque had both showed up at their doorsteps deman-wishing to see you after so long of you being apart from your biological fathers, the two family had a long discussion in which you would come and visit the dbk family once or so a week and that they were free to come and visit as well once or so a week.
And with that sun and macaque finally found you and they weren’t going to let you go missing from their embrace again, plus with mk and Bai he as new additions, it’ll be hard for you to go missing or get kidnapped away from them.
(A/n: I hope you like what I did with it!! Also hope you like the idea of dbk adopting the reader too, anyway hope yall have a wonderful day/evening/night!! 😁)
Things were difficult when it came to Macaque. Always wanting to be this 'standoff-ish' villain when in reality he's hurt, scared, and insecure; Not interested in revealing his emotions as he thinks this makes him weak or insignificant.
He was slowly starting to open himself up to Mk and his crew, but he was never open with you. Even though you were his wife and if he was uncomfortable he should say something.
But he was scared; Scared of how you'd see him and how you'd react to his past. And he had every right to be considering how you were twice as powerful if not more than him and even leaving your first husband for him which he doesn't even know the real reason why.
"Hey did Macaque tell you about him and Wukong?" Mk starts the conversation with you as Macaque helped with training Mei and Redson in combat, being distracted to not pay too much attention to what you were speaking about. "What do you mean?" You look down at the apprentice whilst checking scrolls sent from Nezha; His eyes widen as if he saw a ghost.
"That's strange, I thought he'd talk to you about why he and Wukong even kicked off in the first place considering you were his wife." He replies and shrugs it off as he pours a glass of lemonade, but you stopped your work to understand what exactly he meant; Did he and Wukong have a relationship when he met you? Should you be worried about where he's going at night? but Mk explains the situation to you, leaving you sighing in relief.
"Still though I'd speak to him about it, the fact that you don't know and you heard from me worries me, maybe it's best at night you talk to him about it."
It's 9:00, Macaque guides them to the sandy shores of his home and watches them fly off into the city before turning and leaving for his home. Stretching and coming to your shared room to snuggle for the night.
"Hey, is something wrong?" Macaque inquires when you don't react to his hugs, flicking one of his ears when you sigh and dog ear your book. Tempted to ask Macaque about your conversation
"What happened between you and Wukong?"
Macaque looks to the side and sits up, as if not wanting to answer the question and trying to change the subject. But you weren't going to allow him to do so unless he explains what happened. "I don't wanna talk about it." he tries to change the subject.
"Macaque it's not fair that you go and speak to others and not at least tell me." You sit up and fold your arms whilst glaring at his back, his tail flicks as he groans in annoyance. "Y/n we've talked about this" "Talked about what? because I know absolutely nothing about you."
"That's because I don't want you to know." "It's not fair that you go and tell people everything about you when I don't know jack shit!!"
You're now standing up, your arms still folded as you glare him down harder. He can feel your anger building and he knows he could've told you. It wasn't fair to you that you were always the last to know any information about him.
"Y/n stop." "NO, I WON'T. WHY WON'T YOU BE HONEST WITH ME AND TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON? WHY AM I ALWAYS THE LAST PERSON TO KNOW ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?" "BECAUSE THIS IS THE REACTION I CAN'T HANDLE WHEN YOU'RE UPSET." "THEN BE HONEST WITH ME MACAQUE, WHAT'S THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND WUKONG?" "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST STAY OUT OF MY BUSINESS? IF I CAN'T TELL YOU I WON'T OK?!"
He yells as you stood in front of him, accidentally pushing you into the wall behind you and letting the back of your head bleed; Your hand stares at your blood in disbelief as he holds a hand over his mouth before trying to help you up. Only to be pushed by you onto the bed as you pack a bag to stay at your parents for a few days as he tries (and fails) to stop you from leaving the house.
"Get out of my way." "Y/n please-" "You don't trust me so what's the point of even staying? Move out of my way Macaque." He pleads with you as you try to get him to move, refusing to budge and trying to calm you down before things get even more heated
"Y/n-" "Macaque I'm not afraid of hurting you. Get. Out. Of. My. Way"
You warn, finally moving out of the doorframe so you could be able to fly off to your parents; Holding your hand as if to plead with you a final time to not go. Yanking it away from him and zooming off to the celestial realm.
"Cmon sweetie we're gonna be late!" "Coming dear~"
Your father laughs and spins your mother around before kissing her, giggling like teenagers as they share a sweet moment before hearing a sudden knock on their door. "Who would be here at this time of the night?" Your mother inquires and looks through the peephole, your dad wrapping his arms around his waist and kissing her neck as he asks who was at the door.
"My Baby!" Your mom swings open the door to find you standing there, your face a mess of tears and sniffles as you hugged your mother whilst she consoles you. "What happened?! Is everything alright at home?" Your father is now in the kitchen making hot cocoa for you as you hid in your blanket, your mom gently patting down your back as she wipes away your tears.
"Why won't he trust me, mom?" "Whatever do you mean dear?" your mother, confused as she tries to console you to no avail. Your tears grew thicker and your whimpers louder. "Am I just that untrustworthy? why can't people just be honest with me?"
You hid in your blanket and start sobbing, your tears uncontrollable as you refused to reveal yourself from within the blanket. Wanting to stay hidden forever till you either die or move on; Your father gently places your hot cocoa and cookies on the coffee table and sits beside you as he gently pats your back. Your mother looks at him with worry, and your father does the same; Putting two together and realizing what's happening.
"Sometimes, it's best to keep secrets dear." "I know that dad, but I don't know anything about him. It's like I have to ask his friends what he likes when doesn't even try to share his interests with me, it's not fair." You whimper as more tears stained your blanket. Your father wipes away the tears from your eyes and gives you a handkerchief to blow in.
"How about this? Why don't you stay here for a few days and we'll figure something out? How does that sound?" Your father suggests as you mope. Sniffling, you look back at him with genuine guilt as you didn't want to intrigue in their privacy "Are you sure?" "Of course we are, although we had somewhere going, we can hold it off for the night." Your mother insists as she gets up to carry in your bags before you held onto her arm.
"No, you guys can go. It's only fair" you reply and stand up whilst stretching, your mother laughs and gently squishes your cheeks before kissing your forehead. "Aw ok, but we have a delivery coming tomorrow so could you be a dear and collect it for us?" she now holds her suitcase with her gentle hands as your father goes outside to pack up the rest of their luggage. She hugs you a final time as he honks the car, giggling and hurrying to him before waving you off, a gentle smile on her face as you wave to her back with your blanket still covering you as they drove off.
'I hope they end up there safe.' you mutter and enter your home, packing away your things and doing whatever chores needed to be done before taking a shower and going to bed. Looking at your ceiling, the only thing glowing in the dark was your stickers. Smiling at the memory before slowly falling asleep.
___________________________________________
"Do you think she'll be alright?" your mother worries as she looks at her phone, staring at your childhood photos as her husband gently holds her thigh before kissing her, "I'm sure she will, besides she's a strong girl just like her mother." awaiting the thick traffic to clear up as he shares a kiss with her before feeling something heavy jump onto the truck of the car.
"Mr and Mrs [l/n], parents of [y/n], and leaving for a trip to New Mexico." the figure chuckles as he waltzes to the car door, the car window automatically rolling down for him to peer in.
"What do you want Macaque?"
While i do think shadowpeach never actually fell out of love despite everything (well at least macaque definitely) , what do you think their reaction would be when they realized they no longer loved the other? Cause i do feel a small part of them would feel grief about something they had and treasured for so long
And to keep from being too sad, what is their reaction at inevitably falling back in love. That i think would involved lots of cursing at the gods and tearing out hair
anon, i just want to let you know that i did prepare an answer for you, and it was a lengthy one as well. but last night the internet for my house wasn’t working, so when i hit post, my screen froze and couldn’t refresh until this morning, making me lose everything i wrote T^T BUT! i will do my best to reanswer this to the best of my abilities (and it was a good fucking answer too 🫠)
thus:
so, ignoring my gut reaction (which is me shouting, “impossible! those monkeys are too attached to lose feelings!”) I will consider the following but have my own spin to it! meaning, that while both believe they’re live for the other faded away, it in fact was dormant this whole time! (because i am incapable of seeing a world where either or both idiots fall out of love for the other)
also, fun tidbit: both idiots believe the other fell out of love first which then prompts them into trying to ignore and bury their affections bc if “X can easily set aside their centuries old relationship, then so can I!”
with Wukong, the guy has more time to truly process the grief and loss bc he actually has the time and companions to help him out. you have Ao Lie and Wukong cuddling more, Wukong crying to Guanyin (bc their relationship is fun in JTTW and I am still holding out for lmk to give us another cameo or glimpse of her, lmk please—) with her walking Wukong through the grief and his own pain, and parallel play with Tripitaka (the play being Tripitaka mediates while Wukong practices his forms/showing off his forms to his master) as well as Tripitaka providing more insight about grief
with Macky, i can see him starting that grief after his death. so like, post-resurrection either before s1 or at some point during the show (but NOT s3 or 4) like, after the angry and bitterness, Macky feels hollow and believes that to mean he’s lost those old feelings of love. and at this point, Macky would think he’d be relieved because finally! he is rid of Wukong not just as a friend, but also, Wukong’s hold is gone, but it isn’t relief he feels from that realization, but grief and loss. and because he still isn’t emotionally stable and is hell-bent on revenge, he takes that grief and fuels it to his anger for killing Wukong because maybe then the relief will come.
i do think that in s4, Macky was starting to process his own grief and feelings and death in a sort of healthy way, so he might have come to some indifference about Wukong, still believing he has begun to feel nothing for his old friend until he goes into the memory scroll (but he could chalk that up to nostalgia)
anyway, as for rekindling: slow burn 2.0 lmaoooooo
maybe it’s simply because i am a sucker for slow burns, but I highly doubt Sun Wukong and Macky would be able to go back to being lovers or whatever they had going on pre-war on Heaven because they’re fucking stupid when it comes to actually interacting with each other. communication who???? they don’t know her!!! catch them falling into old habits without knowing but never acknowledging it and leading to confused feelings 💅✨
also, s5 please let them be petty exes to each other!!! petty as in minor offenses, as in one of them stole the other’s clothes and is lying to the guy’s face whilst wearing said stolen clothes. they should go from “ugh, i guess we can work together……for MK” to “ugh, fuck not again!!!” to “I know they only see me as an acquaintance/ally for MK, but I have started to see them once again as someone I want to hold forever and why am I pining for this idiot again I should know better—”
in conclusion, i cheated and gave myself a win-win scenario with your question. but reactions to realizing the fell out of love: Wukong’s would be one where he tries to isolate but his friend never allow him to, and Macky is one with angry screaming bc he’s sO stable.
#happy and pleased i still have a lengthy and well-thought answer 🤧#anon i am so sorry my previous answer is gone forever T^T it had more shouting and me being restrained by my judge#alas#also y’all anon’s love giving me the most antiestrés shadowpeach shit#not mad at all#just perplexed#you kill Wukong ONE time in your fics#but it was fun :3#lmk#shadowpeach#lmk sun wukong#lmk six eared macaque#forgive me for any typos I wrote this in my car
I'm just imagining , for a few hours at least, Macaque wondering if he should even try to rescue Wukong from Azure in the Century Egg AU. After all, he was a shitty mate who caused his expecting partner to lose his baby. He knows Azure would never do that, the Lion loves kids, he would dote on Wukong...
Then Macaque hits himself with reality.
Prev.
yess.
In Macaque's mind, all he's done by coming back is bring more trouble with him. Azure on the other hand has made Wukong literally Empress of the Universe. How could he compete?
I imagine that the shadow monkey has a breakdown once all the gang comes together to plan their next move. Sitting listlessly in the corner of Wukong's hut.
Luckily he's in a room full of critics;
Pigsy: "We have to find a way to get him and the kid out of there!" Sandy: "Mr McQuack has shadow powers - maybe he can sneak in!" Macaque, gloomily: "I can't." Pigsy: "What do you mean you can't!?" Macaque: "All I've done for last nearly two thousand years is hurt Wukong. I hurt him when I left him under that mountain. I hurt him when I attacked the Monk. I hurt him with my death. I literally killed our first child! Azure has made him an Empress... all I've done is made him a widow. Ever since I came back, everything has gone wrong!" Tang: "Now thats not true!" Macaque: "IT IS! I helped bring the Lady Bone Demon back to life and nearly destroyed the world! I got Wukong possessed by her! And Wukong nearly died having Xiaotian! How has me being here made any positive change to his life!?" (*Mortal and immortal eyes avoid Macaque's gaze, all but one.*) Tieshan: "Your scarf." Macaque: "What?" Tieshan: "Your red scarf. The one you wore every day for almost a millennium. The one you died wearing. Where do you think it went after the earth took your body?" Macaque: "Why does that-" Tieshan: "What do you think Wukong wrapped himself in when he set out to make his second child?" Macaque: (*struck silent, eyes widening with realisation*) Marshal Ma, steps forward: "She's correct. Wukong made sure to be buried wearing only items that belonged to you. He thought that in some far-off way, both your Dao could survive in the child if neither of you were truly meant for this world." Macaque: "He... what does that mean? Why would he-" Tieshan: "He loved you Liu'er. He still loves you. Even when you hurt him in possibly the worst way imaginable, he still cried for you. He never stopped loving you." Macaque: (*openly crying*) "He... he would have been better off with me still dead." Xiwangmu: "I must understand something Liu'er Mihou - because you seem to not know yourself; why did you come back?" Macaque: "I..." Xiwangmu: (*gives him a stare that could set a inferno*) Macaque: "I... my ears told me that the soul I had taken was to be reborn. Reunited with Wukong. I wanted to be there to protect them both. I didn't know it meant literally returned as his child when I went searching for it." Sandy: "Explains why you tried so hard for him to let your stay then. You both still wanted a shot at having a family together." Macaque: "I did..." Pigsy, furious/annoyed: "You do. Get it into your head, bub! Wukong is stuck in that throne room in the arms of some creep, who could just decide some day to toss the kid off the cloud if he so pleases! Are you just going to mope here while that happens!?" Macaque, invigorated: "NO!" Pigsy: "Then what are you going to do?!" Macaque: "I'm- I'm going to need Bull." Pigsy: "Not the answer I was looking for but ok." Macaque, turns to the royals: "Emperor, my Lady, I must ask I great favour of you." Jade Emperor: "Go ahead." Macaque: "Azure will not stand to let even a trace of my magic inside the palace grounds - but he's been in a fair mood since Peng and Yellow Tusk have been returned to him. If we can play into that sense of camaraderie, we can get someone on the inside to smuggle Wukong and the baby out of there." Xiwangmu: "Consider his sentence null and void in the event that he helps saves my grandson and great-grandson." Tieshan, surprised: "Mother! You don't mean-" Xiwangmu: "Tieshan, currently your husband is my least disliked son-in-law. If he can help us retake the throne and save Sun Wukong, I will welcome him into our family with open arms." Tang, fanboying: "We're gonna release the Demon Bull King!!!" Red Son, appearing in a joyful whirlwind of fire: "YEAH!! Baba will kick their butts!" Tieshan: "AHH! Red Son! I thought I left you with the Ao-Longs!" Both of the Ao-Longs in dragon form: "You did." "He tried to take the baby back himself." Mei, mouth full of feathers: "I bit the birdy!"
Of course this leads to the conversation of who can lift the Staff to release DBK if Wukong isn't available.
Macaque isn't his mate's equal for nothing.
JTTW Chapter 31 Thoughts
Chapter 31 for the @journeythroughjourneytothewest Reading Group!
You can practically hear the sarcasm seething when Sun Wukong says “O, Master is so just and kind!”. In the other two translations they make it clear in the text that it’s meant sarcastically, but Anthony C. Yu managed to really bring across the sarcasm without a need for spelling out that it’s meant sarcastically. Very neat and pretty difficult to pull of so well!
Excuse me, those children are only eight to ten years old?! Lady Baihua Xiu, what have you been doing making them out as some monsters?! They are still little!
Also not cool at all for Sun Wukong to treat the young children like this. Especially because it is him, he of all people should be more empathetic towards children. He’s a communal grandpa for crying out loud! And it’s not like those two even did anything either.
On a lighter note it’s very cute how Sha Wujing really encapsulates the little brother role, particularly with his interactions with his eldest brother like we see here.
Ah, the return of sexism. This time the lady in question is proving otherwise though, a good step in the right direction. But of course immediately backtracked by blaming her for something inherently out of her control and a hefty case of Men Writing WomenTM.
Old monkey is condensed silly.
Yellow Robe is a decent husband, I give him that. Not without fault as we’ve already seen, but he does care.
That portraying the fights through poems is a good way to do it should be clear from the start, but why it’s so good just came to me now that I think about it. They are snappy, so the tension is carried well and they basically go in a blow by blow manner with the alternating lines. They carry the speed of fighting while also being quite clear and easy to follow. Writing good combat is hard, so writing it like this is smart!
Honestly there would have been a way to at least somewhat fix up the loophole of the jade girl and the Wood Wolf Star ordeal. Just say the princess forgot her previous life. It would still be a little odd that the Yellow Robe fiend didn’t just explain things to her, but you could technically claim that if he spoke out what was going on someone could hear and report him, so he kept it an unspoken, but what he believed known, deal.
Last but not least the jade girl does give me some Ariel vibes with her wanting to see the world, in this case, ‘below’.
A Shadow’s Scattered Thoughts on “Journey to the West”
Alright, people. Blame @semisolidmind for getting me into Lego Monkie Kid. Finally decided to check out the original “Journey to the West. Strap yourselves in because there will be NO organization or cohesion to this whatsoever!
I’m at Chapter 20 right now and so far…
-Wukong’s a little pretentious and entitled but, considering none of the monkeys of Huaguoshan questioned the existence of a fully-furnished palace in Water Curtain Cave, I’m not surprised.
-Shifu Subhodi definitely WAS harsh striking Wukong on the head, as I had heard about before. However, IT WAS ALL A SECRET CODE FOR SECRET IMMORTALITY LESSONS! Hallelujah, he’s not as big a jerk as I feared. Still, there are better ways to get your point across, sir.
-At first, it seemed like the book went on long tangents of unrelated stories. I began to think this was less a book with one overarching storyline and more a collection of stories. Then, I finally got to when Tang is chosen to go on the journey. I realized it was all BACKSTORY.
-The Celestial Realm is simultaneously more and less merciful than I thought. On one hand, they kept giving Wukong chance after chance when he’d get upset and beat someone up or something. On the other hand, they beat and banished Wujing over BREAKING A CUP.
-I was super confused on Lego Monkie Kid’s characterization of Ao Lie when the book first implied he set his father’s palace on fire on purpose. Continuing, it seems more like he lit the place on ACCIDENT. WHICH MAKES HIS WHOLE “AVOIDING CARELESS ACTIONS” and “MY POWES HAVE ONLY EVER GOTTEN ME IN TROUBLE” SPIEL MAKE TOTAL SENSE!!!!!!
-There is so much poetry in here, guys. So So So Much.
-Speaking of poetry, it reminded me of both the Odyssey and several Shakespeare plays where they pause to sing a song or something.
-Why does the author keep making the characters reiterate what just happened? They Do The Thing. Then they gotta explain to someone else The Thing. There’s rarely an instance of “and they recounted the events just described” and leave it at that.
-Why does the Jade Emperor need to take a carriage to go literally anywhere? Even just to the other side of the courtyard? Is it a really big yard?
-Tripitaka DID seem like an overreacting crybaby but then I thought “this is PTSD at work” and IT ALL MAKES SENSE. He gets kidnapped by ogres who kill and eat his personally chosen companions (who came from his monastery and whom he most likely grew up with as friends) before his very eyes. Of course he’s going to freeze up and/or freak out every time a monster appears and Wukong needs to leave his side for whatever reason.
-Related, crying now that you have to walk to the West seems ridiculous until you think it might be more crying about how he was nearly eaten by the dragon that ate his horse!
-Seriously, I could go on about Tang’s unusually frequent crying and how it relates to potential PTSD and delayed reaction to said trauma.
-People keep calling the disciples ugly right to their faces and I Do Not Appreciate It. On another note, Wukong is surprisingly chill about this.
-Bodhisattva Guanyin used a fillet on a bear yaogaui in one chapter. I was not expecting that. Maybe ancient ideas of mercy are different compared to today?
-I’ve read and seen SO many stories of how Zhu Bajie kidnapped the human woman he married but that’s…not what happened. Sort of. They married with both her and her family’s consent. It was only after his true appearance, huge appetite, and poor manners were revealed that her family tries to get rid of him. He keeps his wife away from them as a result. Normally, I’d say good for him for trying to cut off toxic people but his wife was described as pale and unkept when Tang and Wukong arrive. So…she’s not doing good and should really be returned to her family.
-Wukong laughs at people and calls himself “Old Monkey” a lot.
More scattered thoughts to come!
