You seriously need to stop spreading misinformation and making these outrageous claims. They are rooted in pseudoscience, and what you’re saying is harmful to everyone, including yourself. Being a system requires high levels of dissociation, which is the result of trauma, and not even everyone with trauma develops that disorder. Most people claiming to be endo are either putting that label because they don’t consider their trauma severe enough to have a dissociative disorder (which is sad and rooted in misinformation), confusing their symptoms with another mental health disorder, or blatantly faking it. Promoting endogenic as normal strays people away from true recovery. I hope you eventually realize what you are doing is wrong. You most likely are genuinely ill, but this is wrong. If you are gonna have these medically incorrect views, you must keep it to yourself.

Again, these are the quotes from Transgender Mental Health, a book by a reputable doctor that passed both peer and editorial review to be published by the American Psychiatric Association.

Your position here, then, is that the American Psychiatric Association is publishing pseudoscience!

This is a MASSIVE accusation to put out there with no evidence to back up your claims.

Additionally, the World Health Organization's ICD-11 has also basically said the same in regards to non-disordered plurality. Only, rather than use the term plural, it says that you can experience the presence of multiple "distinct personality states" without a disorder.

"Distinct personality states" being the ICD-11 and DSM-5's term for dissociative identities.

Is this pseudoscience as well in your opinion?

Moderna will keep its COVID vaccine on the market at no cost to consumers, even after the federal government stops paying for it, the company announced Wednesday.

"Everyone in the United States will have access to Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine regardless of their ability to pay," the company said in a statement.

Last month, the vaccine maker was slammed for reportedly considering a dramatic price increase for the shot, which it had developed with the help of the federal government.

The proposal was also bad timing: The Biden administration was moving toward ending its designation of a public health emergency on May 11, which meant that federal funding for vaccines would soon dry up and uninsured Americans would have to pay out of pocket for their boosters.

Among the critics of Moderna's reported consideration of a price increase -- from about $26 a shot to as much as $130 -- was Sen. Bernie Sanders, who has long advocated for government-funded health care and alleged the move would result in deaths.

"How many of these Americans will die from COVID 19 as a result of limited access to these lifesaving vaccines?" Sanders, I-Vt., wrote in a January letter to Moderna.

"While nobody can predict the exact figure, the number could well be in the thousands. In the midst of a deadly pandemic, restricting access to this much needed vaccine is unconscionable," he added.

Now, Moderna will be the sole manufacturer of COVID vaccines offering its shot for free to the uninsured. Under federal regulation, insurance companies are already required to foot the bill for COVID vaccines.

"Moderna remains committed to ensuring that people in the United States will have access to our COVID-19 vaccines regardless of ability to pay," the company wrote in its statement.

"Moderna's COVID-19 vaccines will continue to be available at no cost for insured people whether they receive them at their doctors' offices or local pharmacies. For uninsured or underinsured people, Moderna's patient assistance program will provide COVID-19 vaccines at no cost" after the public health emergency expires.

To date, the federal government paid for all COVID vaccines for Americans, whether they were insured or not using emergency money passed by Congress. But President Joe Biden says he plans to let the nationwide public health emergency expire May 11.

Once that happens, federal support ends for many of the programs put in place to help uninsured Americans, including expanded Medicaid, testing and treatments.

Last month, the World Health Organization said COVID-19 remains a public health emergency worldwide, but that the pandemic was at a "transition point."

WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said the "global response remains hobbled because in too many countries, these powerful, life-saving tools are still not getting to the populations that need them most – especially older people and health workers."

NEW: COVID19 variant of interest JN.1

Geneva, 19 December 2023 -- Due to its rapidly increasing spread, WHO is classifying the variant JN.1 as a separate variant of interest (VOl) from the parent lineage BA.2.86. It was previously classified as VOl as part of BA.2.86 sublineages.

WHO advises people to take measures to prevent infections and severe disease using all available tools. These include:

-Wear a mask when in crowded, enclosed, or poorly ventilated areas, and keep a safe distance from others, as feasible

-Improve ventilation

-Practise respiratory etiquette - covering coughs and sneezes

-Clean your hands regularly

-Stay up to date with vaccinations against COVID-19 and influenza, especially if you are at high risk for severe disease

-Stay home if you are sick

-Get tested if you have symptoms, or if you might have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or influenza

For health workers and health facilities, WHO advises:

-Universal masking in health facilities, as well as appropriate masking, respirators and other PPE for health workers caring for suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients.

-Improve ventilation in health facilities

Public health isn't politically and or ideologically neutral. And as always health, care, policy and access disproportionately impacts marginalized and vulnerable populations. These groups must be apart of any approach, policies or systems and institutions created or operating in the case of the aforementioned.
