Wolf of Saturn Six. Oh my beloved. I actually played Warframe when he came out. And I did get the wolf howl emote I THINK during that time. I really liked him and coming back to Warframe thanks to friends, I found out I can summon him to my heart's delight. Also he jumpscared me when I was as the Drifter whom we all agree would NOT know shit about this guy.

Okay, the Wolf of Saturn Six, and secretly a switch, but he doesn't like super cruel treatment. He'd much rather be treated the lovesick wolf-man he is.

Me, but with the Wolf of Saturn Six.
There is something so beautiful about reaching out to the monstrous with intent to touch it gently. To risk the sharp teeth and the lethal claws, to defy fear and revulsion, and choose to be delicate with something that can be, and often is, incredibly brutal.

i'm currently reading Ignition!, although most of the chemistry goes over my head, it is a nice book to read
do you have recommendations for similar books on the history of rocketry?
I don't think I have many novel thoughts here, nor have I read more than a few books on the subject (not for lack of wanting!) , but I'll give you what I have on what I've done. (Also, anyone who wants to, feel free to comment/reblog with your own suggestions!)
The Right Stuff by Tom Wolfe is great. The movie is... fine, but you really want to read the book. Unlike Ignition, which ignores almost everything for the sake of technical information, The Right Stuff is an analysis of the internal politics of the Mercury program with few technical details.
How Do Astronauts Go To The Bathroom In Space? is 112% out of print, and aimed squarely at an elementary to middle school audience, but IMO totally worth it (as someone who first read it in elementary school) if you happen to find it in a used bookstore. It's basically just 200 pages of little anecdotes from Skylab 4, ranging from "How did you go to the bathroom?" to "What kind of work did you do on Skylab?" to "Did you have trouble swallowing?". Being aimed at kids means that it covers a lot of the minutia of life in LEO that a lot of other books ignore. It also has a certain quaintness I really enjoy, emblematic of other ~80s-90s all-ages science books like The Way Things Work.
Endurance by Scott Kelly is fine but makes some weird decisions. Lots of lingering on his ex-wife.
Moon Shot is an iffily-written piece of propaganda and I wouldn't bother. Besides, it permeated the space nerd culture so heavily you've likely already heard all the interesting anecdotes through osmosis.
There's this book I have titled "Sigma 7: The Six Orbits of Walter M. Schirra--The NASA Mission Reports" published by Apogee books that basically just compiles a bunch of NASA documents relating to the mission together (alongside a CD-ROM with MPEG-1 videos) and while I have serious doubts that you'd be able to it or other books in its series (long out of print, low production run: good luck trying to find it in a used bookstore) I can recommend reading NASA's press releases and transcripts and reports and so forth--they're all available on the internet (if annoying to find). ESA is similar. Roscosmos... not really.
Finally, here are some books I've been meaning to read. I make no assertions about their quality, and in most cases I know very little about them, so take this with a grain of salt:
Lost Moon: The Perilous Voyage of Apollo 13 by Jim Lovell
Last Man on the Moon by Gene Cernan
Dragonfly: NASA and the Crisis Aboard Mir by Bryan Burrough
Carrying the Fire by Michael Collins
Diary of a Cosmonaut: 211 Days in Space by Valintin Lebedev
and all of the Haynes "Owner's Manuals" for the Space Shuttle, Saturn V, etc.

Sponsors of my today insomnia:
- Quincy, who wears a "MY BOOBS are big because I keep all my RAGE stored there" t-shirt
- Amir's thick thighs...... (I pray twice every day: in the morning and before going to bed, that AT LEAST ONE default Volt has an ass (I usually play in the Electrolyst skin, but once I wanted to run around in the default and the capture mission lasted 40 minutes because I cried at the lack of an ass).
- wolf of saturn six..... I just recently started farming him and when I first saw him my first reaction was "would".
- Arthur and Aoi at the Maroo Bazaar... Pink Aoi is real and she can squeeze your balls. If you saw a purple and blue Volt wearing an Electrolyst skin and with a Dog Days ephemera, that was me.
- my Drifter. Damn, they're so hot, I never noticed it before, but they're nameless. I'm thinking about what to name them...
- Ajanich (?) Ahanich (??) Ajaw/Kinich ok (I'm so normal about them) It was Naruto/Sasuke at first, but then I saw the angst potential in them.... And I'm shipping them, yeah.

alpha canis majoris ( angst )
[1] [2]
also known as "canis major", it represents the bigger dog following orion, the hunter in greek mythology. home to the brightest star in the sky, sirius, as well as to several notable deep sky objects.
lupus ( fluff )
[1]
"the wolf" lies in the southern hemisphere, between centaurus and scorpius. lupus contains two stars with known planets and no messier objects. the brightest star in the constellation is men, alpha lupi, with an apparent magnitude of 2.30.
lyra ( hurt/comfort )
[1] [2]
the constellation is associated with the myth of the greek musician and poet orpheus. lyra lies in the northern sky and represents the lyre, a musical instrument with strings used in antiquity and later times. contains six formally named stars: aladfar, sheliak, sulafat, vega, xihe, and chasoň.
leo ( touch-starved )
[1]
one of the easiest to spot over earth, the leo constellation is the 12th largest of all the constellations and can be found by looking for the head of the lion, or the "sickle," starting at the regulus (alpha leonis) star.
vulpecula ( platonic )
[1]
its name means “the little fox” in latin. the constellation was depicted as a fox holding a goose in its jaws. the stars were later separated to form two constellations, anser and vulpecula, and then merged back together into the present-day vulpecula constellation.

OOOH WHAT'S THE POP CULTURE LIKE?? Any common references?? ALSO TELL ME ABOUT THE MUSIC WORLD!! I'm very curious.
Well, to get the background, we need to understand what we brought with us. Sailor moon, Marvin the Martian, star trek, wolf 359, star wars everything space sci-fi or fantasy! We wrote about this place and now we're in it!
And as for what we found: glass domes, blue suns, vast desserts, a mountain so tall it breaks the atmosphere, broken down robots, sand storms, and two moons that will eventually drift away from and crash into us. But we have four million years before that happens, don't we? So let's enjoy the view
The music is wild: a thousand genres, some as old as Chinese opera, some as new as astruca pop. It's all new wave if you think about it, a new era of humanity. There's a lot of synth.
Astruca pop is founded on the concept of 'we are in love with the stars, and we sing about it' upbeat pop, things like 'messages from the stars' and the likes. Themes of celestial bodies, relationships, and insane amounts of synth.
Other genres are not yet named. I've mainly been focusing on the fashion if I'm honest. But here's another space themed one: it has a lot of vocalisations, wacky instruments, and lyrics about how in the vast expanse of space we are alone. Kind of outdated since we discovered aliens. Like... imagine listening to some song about how we are unique in our sentience meanwhile your nextdoor neighbour is a 7'1, six armed alien, from a planet in the neighboring solar system. Embarrassing.
As for media, there's a show called 'mandy mystery' it's a teen girl solves mysteries type show. Similar to Sally Bollywood. Does anyone remember that? Idk. There's also one called 'star racers' you're getting the star theme right. It's like five guys and they all have names like 'red moon' and 'black saturn' cuz. It's space themed who cares. They're drag racers. They wear funny little outfits and pose on top of cars. A lot of these were made up for so I could design group Halloween costumes for the gang. There's probably more shows than that. I just haven't thought of them yet.
Sports is really popular too, low gravity leads to muscle atrophy so you gotta stay active, (god ain't it awful) so there's lots of parks, sports places, etc. So fun ways of getting around are also popular, roller skating, cycling, skate board, they're going places on wheels. Absolutely insane.
And fashion magazines! There's tons, mostly for nouveau futurism, retro futurism, stellar dessert, and random other shit that I haven't named it. They like cowboys too. Astral outback my beloved. There's also thing like 'elegano frill' which is based around black undergarments and white lace/chiffon things, focused on unique silhouettes and fancy hairstyles, it's seen at a lot of weddings. Its counterpart, jangle frill, is much less refined. Seen at concerts, there's the black undergarments again, but this time the veil things are less layers, and are lined with tassels! The hair is much more droopy and more colours! The songs performed are generally made with the jangle of the audience in mind, completing the song.
That's pretty much all I got. Theres a musician called 'vallicent' I'm pretty sure. One called Xiro. Various others.

obsessed with the idea that xivu arath's court is "wherever there is war"... oryx implanted his into the carved bones of a dead god, savathun turned hers into a sanctuary for the light, but xivu's, site of any conflict, feels more outlandish than either.
the great disaster, six fronts and twilight gap, the wolf rebellion and reef wars, the battle of saturn, taken war, xivu might not have been present but their players were her players, their killing was her tithe. fuck, she's probably getting a little snack every time a couple guardians have a dust-up, or there's a particularly acrimonious flame war on vannet. Good for her.
